takeaways from me coming out of Dallas. The first and
second round draft picks of this year are legit Quenya
Mitchell and Cooper. These two kids are flat out ballish.
What queeny On Mitchell has done to pretty much every
top wide receiver in the league this season, it has
to He's.

In the All Pro category right now.

And you want to sit there and talk about Jamorrow Chase,
what he's gonna do to Terry McLaren to Night, who
has been in Eagles Killer his whole entire career.

I can't wait to see that matchup tonight.

And when he wants to slide inside the slot, you're
gonna have to deal with Cooper Jaen. The other thing
that I liked was the fact that they blew out
the Cowboys going into fourth quarter, which means there's a
lot of fresh dread on the tires after all those
guys sat the fourth quarter. Sa Kwon especially, I know,
he had fourteen fifteen carries in that game. I think
he had a reception, but he hurt his arm in
the second quarter and he sat out for a better

part of the latter part of the second quarter, So
he has a lot of tread left on those tires
coming into the night.

It's gonna be a big Sae Kwon bar.

Because this reasonally could have been a trap game, you know,
way you know, you know, you know isn't starting, you know,
so everybody goes in thinking that we're gonna just walk
over to Cowboys.

But they didn't. They came in with a certain mindset
and they played aggressive.

John Jansen, your takeaway from the Cowboys game, it has to.

Be a defense.

I think this is one of This is the defense
I thought had a lot going for it, and it
was gonna take some time, and the time they got
in the first few weeks. Now, Zack Bond's a legit linebacker,
Kobe Dan's a legit linebacker. They have a legit inside
guy with Cooper Dejean. They have a legit outside guy
in Quinnon. Mitchell Smith's playing well. Jalen Carter looks like
the draft pick that jails. It's even Bryce Huff just

flashed hi stuff against Dallas Like this, this defense is good.
It's it's good because of a good defensive coordinator as well.
I think to me, the takeaway is this still looks
like a super Bowl team. It looks like a tower talk.
They they have the roster for it. It was just
could they put it together. They're putting it together every
single week now.

I was texting my buddies when I was walking up
to eleven hundred Social today and I said, they win tonight.
If they win tonight, now you're in the conversation for
the top seed in the NFC with Detroit. You have
to handle tonight with home field advantage, knowing that you're
gonna have to play Washington in their house, even though
it's a complete crap hole without a house, it's more

playing a game like that, especially when you're on tour all,
you know, like you don't feel the pain until Monday
night after the game. That's when you start feeling it.

with these guys being able to get out of this
game and you'd be able to rest your starters in
the fourth quarter, that helps, you know, because you didn't
have to battle it out like like Washington did, So
that gave them a little bit more chance, a little

players here to the Eagles.

Wont the most important player right now to this offense
heading it tonight against DC is.

Who it is and it will remain AJ Brown. Every
time it's a J Brown, I would say Lane or
AJ Brown over jailing over Saquon, I would say, Aj,
I mean non quarterback.

Be the quarterback every time, all right, all right, besides
the quarterback, it's AJ Brown. The offense just looks completely
different when he's available, even if you know, even if
he's not getting the throws every time, it's just they
have to account for him on everything. He cannot be
stopped one on one. They have to tilt all the
coverage over to his side. It frees up DeVante, it
free it opens up a little more running opportunity. You

just see it when AJ Brown is not on the
field and the offense gets real clunky.

the fact that they didn't. But Saquon Barkley being in
this backfield, he goes down, then it's Kenny Gamewell and
no shot against Kenny G.

But the thing is is, if aj Brown goes down,
you still have Smidty and you know Johan Dotson feels
like he's starting to come out of his shell a
little bit over the last couple of weeks. You still
have Dallas Godded to throw the ball to. You still
had the legs of Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley to
run the ball in the backfield.

He is the most important.

Guy, sands the quarterback because nobody wants to see Kenny
Bickett on this offense right now. Saquon Barkley is just
a flat out stud. And then what this guy has
done so far is incredible. John Jansen, do you agree.

Yeah, it's it's Saquon and I think this is close
to what the offense was two years ago because they
were a running team that could get deep balls because
of Jalen Hurts running ability. Everybody was looking in the backfield.
They didn't have it last year. Now they have Saquon.
Everybody's looking in the backfield again, and they're looking in
the backfield and then all of a sudden, there's a
j Brown down the field. So like to me, the
running game has always been the thing that opens everything

up for the Eagles, and they have it again, and
Takuan's doing it better than the Eagles having a very
very long time.

I can't pick up a player, especially when you have
to just talk about an offensive line totally. I have
to go with the offensive line, you know what I'm saying,
just because you got to protect and you have to
be in those lanes for the run game, you know,
especially when you've been giving up at least you know,
you only have one game where you had zero sas
So I think that for this off for this game
to win, the offhensive line has to be productive. They

have to go out there and protect and to give
up the quarterback chance and open those lines for the run.

Trey, I know what you're gonna say, but but is
it right to bring back Jordan my Allotta tonight? Like, yeah,
if he's ready, you play him. But do we think
it after four weeks after a hamstring injury which seemed
to be a pretty bad one that he sustained. Do
you think it's a good idea to bring him back
when can wrest him up for another ten days? But
I mean, this could be the season as far as
like the division and home field advantage, you know, in

the first round at least minimum, it's a big game.
But do you think they're bringing him back? Maybe too soon?
With how Fred Johnson's been playing at left tackle.

Yeah, you know what, that's the problem when you have
a starter that's ready to play. You can't lose your
position due to injury. And if he's ready to go,
they're gonna put him in there. And that's that's just
the reality of the situation. Because even with Dallas starter,
when he came back, you put him right in. When
Slay was injured, you put him back here because he's
the money man.

So if Jordan my a Lot is ready to go,
they're gonna play him, you know.

And uh, if he's coming back to it, I don't
think you'll put him in a situation if you didn't
feel comfortable about comfortable about playing it. Hamstrings are weird

He could be completely fine, and then in the second
quarter we see him.

Limping off and we're like, god, yeah, you know, because
that's a that's a fast guy's injury, you know, and
