Bebashi, David C. Williams, President of the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia and Co-Chairs of the Pardon Hub, David Pennant III and
Joseph Mitchell III. The clinics will take place at Bebashi, 1235 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia 19123 on Tuesdays 6-8 pm on the following dates: February 18, March 17, May 19 and June 16.
