multiple offers. Now we're not anticipating obviously, that frenzy market
that COVID costs, but we are anticipating more buyers entering
the market when interest rates come down. So if you

remember prices are still going up and have less competition.
You can alsust that interest rate, and the numbers prove
that marrying the home, dating the rate always makes sense.
