the real estate market in recent years has been dictated
by mortgage rates, and specifically people that are leary a
bind because of higher rates, people that are reluctant to
sell because they've been locked into lower rates. What is
it that you're taking a look at right now? What

Brian? You know, if you go back and look at history,
if somebody waited for interest rates to drop in previous decades,
they could have been waiting over twenty years before they
saw the interest rate drop. So here's what I think
people should be doing. If you have that low rate
and you really want to move or you really need

to move, there's ways you can deal with the interest
rate right now. Number One, some sellers will help you
buy down your interest rate, making it more affordable. That
is a very inexpensive option to dealing with higher interest rates.
The second, many people have what I call a blended rate,

so they have their mortgage rate, but they also have
their credit card rate, they have their car interest rate.
So if you look at those loans and maybe pay
those off. It lowers your total blended rate, your total
payments that you're paying towards interest, making that move possible.
