one midweek update with your local real estate pro, Lisa True.
You know, Lisa in Washington, they're debating the BBB, but
you want to talk about the five ds. Not to
be confused with the budgeting processes.

Right the five d's. You know who is buying and
who is selling. Right now, there are buyers, there are sellers.
Low interest rates are not keeping everybody from moving. The
five d's, divorce, diapers, downsizing, unfortunately, deaths and downturns, you know, jobs,
those type of things. Those buyers and those sellers are

making decisions, and there are opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
Right now. There's a lot of choices out there for buyers.
There are more homes for sale. We're almost at six
months of inventory for single family homes. We are over
ten months for town homes and condos and Palm Beach County,

and prices are bouncing around. Some of the cities that
have been hot all year had a little bit of
a cool down this past month. Opportunities is just a
matter of how you strategically position yourself to take advantage of.

Those You said it, You know, there's always opportunity when
there's adversity and you are great at finding it. And
the amount of inventory that's on the market right now.
You talked about people that are looking to buy for
a long time. Then you know, with the interest rates
that can come down later that can make the situation
far more affordable.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Ongoing it can You know it's an overused phrase, but
date the rate and marry the house. If we have
rates that decline substantially, all those people waiting are going
to flood back in. And let's remember what happened last
time when we had too many buyers not enough homes
for sale. There were multiple offers, people over pain and

losing their dream home. Get ahead of it, and you
know you can refinance easily if you need to after
the fact.
