Well, it's very easy to love Florida, right, great weather,
all the financial benefits. But now US News and World
Reports Best State list has come out and Florida actually
this year ranked number one for the economy, number two
in education, and I think a lot of people will

be surprised by that, and number six overall as the
best States, which we are up three spots from last year.
So Florida just continues to get better. Now. That economy
ranking is really important. It's one of the reasons why
Florida real estate in some areas have settled. But we

haven't seen what other states have seen with major declines
in their media and sales price.

And there just are not often many good opportunities to
buy in our state. And right now there are some
of those opportunities that people can take advantage of. And Lisa,
I imagine some people are being opportunistic.

Yes, there are better deals right now, and there's a
lot more options. Builders are offering incentives. You have to
have great representation right now though, in order to negotiate
those amazing deals or have your offer accepted on even
still some of the hot properties. Little details matter, and
