I'd imagine going into the independency week and got a
lot of people that are thinking about real estate. If
what's going on in Palm Beach County is Palm Beach County.

Hot or not? Well, that's a very interesting question and
one that's on everybody's mind. And the answer really is
it depends. It depends on the city, the neighborhood, and
the type of property. We're speaking about some neighborhoods. Some
cities are starting to see renewed interest, prices going up
again and new listings dropping, which is helping with the

inventory in that area. However, there are some subdivisions, some
neighborhoods that are seeing the exact opposite, especially where there's
builders competing with them. We're seeing some neighborhoods single family
homes with ten to twelve months of inventory. It's a
real challenge for those owners.

Lisa. Another catalyst that's out there the New York the
oral situation. I'm reading articles every single day that you
had New Yorkers that were on the fence that are
now looking in the Palm Beaches.

Yes. We The next morning started seeing our New York
website activity increase. My phone started ringing, and the message
that they were telling me, which I've shared on our
Instagram account, is this is the final straw. They realized
they need to move when it hits national news that

before you leave to go to Palm Beach, which is
what they're saying nationally, We're going to come after your asset.
It's causing New Yorkers to want to come now. That
doesn't mean that it's going to fix everything. It's certainly
going to help in the luxury market. It's certainly going
to help in the condo market.
