If I ask most people what is the best time
period or best month to put your property on the market,
if you have a condo, maybe a beach area property,
luxury property, or even fifty five and over, if you
just take a second and think about it, many would
say January. And I want everybody to know that's the

second best time. The best time is mid September. September,
October and November are hot months for people that want
to actually use the property in January. So these are
the best buyers, the most motivated seasonal buyers out there.

And if you're if he's out on the market, they
won't know about it and have the opportunity to buy it.

So if we are thinking about selling heading into fall
winter the new year, now is really the time to
start that planning process.

It is if you have any of those type of properties,
and you need to start getting those ready now. So
if you have a honeydo list, use this summer hot
last month of August to get ready so that you're
ready to be on the market by mid September. That
is your gold date. Middle of September is the perfect

time to have that type of property on the market.
