A lot of people are paying close attention to what's
going on with the real estate market, trying to figure
out what direction it's heading in. You've got the latest information,

Yes, I do, and it really is a mixed bag.
The latest news overall in Palm Beach County, media and
sales prices are down almost five percent, meaning buyers have
more leverage, there's more choices. We're at five point five
months of inventory year over year, there's sixteen percent more

options for buyers. The other thing that's down, which is
new are new listings, So many sellers are saying, I'm
just not going to sell right now. If they're optimistic
that when rates go down, prices go up, they're waiting
as well as many buyers. By the way, now the
deal right now, in my opinion, are town homes and

condos prices also down six percent, almost ten months of inventory.
But guess what new listings they're also down nine percent,
So there's many condo buyers, condos sellers, town homes and
villas both on each side waiting to see what happens.

And we've seen increased stability in the associations and with
insurance policies with those properties as.

Well, right right, I mean insurance obviously, you know, especially
with condos having that concern over a special assessments that
we've seen coming. And but it is a time, in
my opinion, if you're a condo buyer, you should be
out there looking right now because there are deals for

the ones that must sell right now.
