you are an expert in all aspects of the real
estate market. You have had your eye on new home
construction for a while. In fact, you and Steve actually
are in the process of building your home. What are
you seeing in terms of that market right now?

You know, Brian, we actually thought we were the expert
at new construction after selling and even Steve having a
history of building properties prior to real estate. And yet
now that we have been through that process with a
builder now as a buyer, we have learned so much more.

I feel that our level of experience has tripled from
what it was before. And here's where most people don't realize.
The mistake that they're making is they walk into that
builder without their agent, not realizing that that commits them
to be unrepresented. Why does that matter? Well, what upgrades

you pick matter long term, what lot you pick matters
long term. And there's a lot of information that we
have or we can get that the builders will not
tell you. They'll tell you it's impossible to get. It's not.
You just have to know how to get it and
where to get it and why it's important.
