Yes, Brian. People think that they just walk into the builder,
the builders salesperson's going to take great care of them,
and then a few months later, maybe a year, their
new home is going to pop up and be perfect.
And yet there's so many decisions along the way and
so many things to watch for because, let's face it,

builders make mistakes. I've had them all in our home.
Matter of fact, we had to start again. So we

How in demand is new construction relative to other homes
right now?

New construction tends to be a little more expensive. However,
because everything's new, that's good and builders have some great
incentive deals opportunities out there. Certain builders have inventory homes.
Those are great deals. We know which communities are going
to fit your lifestyle, which builders have, what incentives you know?
