And yet there's so many decisions along the way and
so many things to watch for because, let's face it,

builders make mistakes. I've had them all in our home.
Matter of fact, we had to start again. So we
have experienced it all and we can bring our insight
to our clients. The big surprise is that salesperson does
not represent you. They represent the builder, and the builder

building process until closing.

How in demand is new construction relative to other homes

New construction tends to be a little more expensive. However,
because everything's new, that's good and builders have some great
incentive deals opportunities out there. Certain builders have inventory homes.
Those are great deals. We know which communities are going
to fit your lifestyle, which builders have, what incentives you know?
