Speaker 1 (00:00):
Read. Welcome, my friends. You're listening to the Voice of
the Eternal Gospel, a radio program brought to you by
the Eternal Gospel minist founded in nineteen eighty two by
Seven Day Adventist believers. This is a Christian program dedicated
to bring to you the prophetic fulfillment, warnings and revelations
(00:25):
of the end time, and to promote the advancement of
Christ's character in your life. I am Pastor Raphile Perez,
and I invite you to have a word of prayer.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
Heavenly Father, thank you so much for another opportunity to
open up your word with the world here listening on
the radio. Dear Lord, as we go over some more
of your landmarks, your foundational landmarks in the Bible, the
ninety five Thesis of the Sabbath and the seventh Day Sabbath,
that is versus Sunday. Please Lord, give your help, give
(01:01):
us your word, give us clarity, help the listeners, and
help us to understand what you have to say.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
In Jesus' name. Amen. Amen, let's go ahead and continue
with our presentations on this ninety five THESS. And as
you recall, this is because not that long ago the
world at least the Christian churches that were commemorating or
(01:28):
remembering the five hundred years from the time from the
time of the Partan Reformation, right, and we want to
make sure that that Reformation should not be stopped because
the Bible describe a movement in this time, that's right,
(01:50):
which we call it the Advent movement. And why is
the Advent movement, Bloody Patrick.
Speaker 3 (01:58):
It's a movement of people that are prepared ring themselves
for Christ's second coming and allowing the Holy Spirit to
write God's Law the Ten Commandments on their hearts and
their minds so that they will which includes the seventh
day Sabbath, which we call Saturday.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
So if there is a time in the history of
this human race that needs to get involved or to
keep the torch of the Reformation alive, it's in this time,
isn't it. Absolutely?
Speaker 3 (02:28):
It is now.
Speaker 2 (02:29):
And why it's not it's now because like in the
name the Second Advent, the word Advent means coming, so
it's really saying the second coming of Christ, and the
prophecies show that his coming is very near. So now
this is the most important time in Earth's history because
Jesus is about to come.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
And may I ask you this to both of you
and to those readio listeners across the land too, think
about it. Meditating this. We read in the Sacred Bible,
that's right, that God gave one hundred and twenty years
yes to the Antiediluvian.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
Generations, and that means the Antidiluvians means people before the flood.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
Yes, good, thank you, because I know that many secular
mind and there is some secular radio stations listening to
this program too, thank you.
Speaker 3 (03:25):
Okay, even a Bible, it's a big word that needs
to be explained.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Okay, Okay, we know that was literally, Yes, that happens
a literal flood. Okay, the earth was destroyed, that's right.
I think we still can find signs of that destruction
that took place. Oh, yes, especially in Tennessee. Oh you
(03:51):
live in Tennessee.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
Yeah, well, Grand Canyon, it's all over that.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
I was going to say.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
This year, we was at the Grand Canyon and it's
definitely evidence of a mongs deluge or flood.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
So anyway, my question is God raise up nor know
and committed to him to preach a message that's right
of emergency. That's correct. That would be the present truth
message at that time. That's correct, the most urgent message, right,
And what was that urgent message?
Speaker 2 (04:25):
It was to repent and get in the arc because
of your sins and gaining. Because Jesus is about to
bring a water, a flood of water upon the earth.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
Destruction was coming. Destruction was coming, the wrath of God.
That's right. Well, guess what there is any time the
Bible describe for the last time, there'll be much bigger
destruction coming through the seventh last play. Okay, Now, the
other question was, my brother Jones, when was more urgent
(04:58):
for nor to preach the message at the beginning of
the one hundred and twenty years or at the end.
Speaker 2 (05:05):
At the end, and why because you had a very
short amount of time left.
Speaker 1 (05:13):
Probation was closing, Time was running out, Time was running out.
Mercy was running out. Isn't that what we were talking
And we put about ten or twelve presentations in one
series about mercy run right out. That's right, yes, mercy
running out. And so that's the reason that we all
all ministers that listen to this, and Laity, I don't
(05:37):
care if what the nomination you are, we all should
unite together. See we hear too much about unit unity nowaday,
but the unity should be to proclaim this warnings before
it's going to be too late. That's right, right, that's right,
(05:58):
all right. So that's the reason that we are trying
to not only keep the torch, the flame of the
information alive, but the truth, the present truth. For this
ain't time. That's right. Most people present it to every
kindred nations, tones and people. That's right.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
That's the reason why God raised up Noah at that
time to preach that warning message. That was the matter
of fact. Noah was to build the arc. Yes he
was a builder, but that was not his most important work.
His most important work. The Bible calls him a preacher
of righteousness and the Book of Peter first Peter, so
(06:38):
that was second Peter.
Speaker 1 (06:39):
That was his main work.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
And so and why it was that his main work
is because God loves people, and God does not the
Bible said, he delights not in the destruction of the wicked.
And so this is why radio programs like these exist
because God is preaching. He's he's appealing to the listeners.
He's appealing to the world. Please change your ways, please
(07:04):
run away from sin, please stop falling in love with sin.
Jesus is about to come, and this time he is
not going to be raining water. He's going to be
bringing fire.
Speaker 3 (07:16):
Yes, God is long suffering to us. We're not willing
that any should perish, but that all should come to
repentance two Peter three, verse nine.
Speaker 1 (07:24):
Yeah, and I know we're going to get into the
We're going to continue. But there is a reason I
want to keep reminding our readio listeners. There is a
reason why we came up with this ninety five Theeces.
It's because there is a present truth involved for today.
(07:47):
That's right. The mark of the beast is about to
be coming for the earth, and people don't know that.
That's right. The beest is right there almost to take
over the whole world, and the people don't know that.
They don't even know what the business. They much less
than mark of the bees. Right, if it wouldn't be
for problem like this, Wow, the people, I don't know
(08:10):
what's gonna what would it happen? But listen, there is
a Bible verse I want you to read past Park, Yes, sir,
and brother Park and brother pat MTT Patrick. If you
can go to the Book of Ephesians five fourteen and
through seventeen, and you please Romans eleven thirteen, Chapter thirteen
(08:31):
of Romans, verse eleven through fourteen.
Speaker 3 (08:36):
Ephesians five fourteen says, wherefore he said, awake out that sleepest,
and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
Speaker 1 (08:45):
What is Paul saying? I should ask first whom the
pole was writing that to the Ephesians, to the Gentiles. Gentiles, okay, yes,
but they were Risians. If you read the very first
the introduction of the car of the letter of the.
Speaker 3 (09:05):
Book Paul and Apostle of Jesus Christ to the Saints
which are at Ephesus, and so the faithful.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
And he addressed the letter to the Christians ten dollars
and Jews, right, And what he was saying to.
Speaker 3 (09:19):
Them two he said to arise from sleep. Let's see
that was five. Vertually speaking, wherefore I say, awake down
that sleepest, and arise from the dead.
Speaker 1 (09:32):
From the death. Notice, spiritually speaking, somebody is sleeping. That
means they don't know what's going on around them, and
full says describe them as a spiritually dead. That person. Well,
when I read these things that in the other verses
that you're going to read in others. I said, Lord
(09:55):
of Mercy, we're walking. We are witnessing a Paul world
that even Christian judges that.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
Well, actually that's what he was talking to. And so
is it possible for us to be Christians but lose
our first love and become dead spiritually?
Speaker 1 (10:13):
Absolutely? Yeah, look Paul against the Christian judge and writing
his book to the Romans. Okay again in Jews, right,
all right, please thirteen verse eleven up to fourteen.
Speaker 2 (10:29):
Yeah, you yogo, all right, And that knowing the time
that it is high time to awake out of sleep,
for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed
the night is far spent, the day is at hand.
Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and
let us put on the armor of light. Let us
walk honestly as in the day, not in rioting and drunkenness,
(10:53):
not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.
Speaker 1 (10:58):
So Paul was saying this almost two thousand years ago,
right right. Can you imagine what he would have said today,
brother Patrick, if he would have been in this microphone
with us.
Speaker 3 (11:11):
He would say the same thing that asah Isaiah said
in chapter sixty one and two. A rise shine, for
thy light has come, and the glory of the Lord
has risen upon thee. For behold, the darkness shall cover
the earth, and gross darkness to people. But the Lord
shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen
upon thee.
Speaker 1 (11:32):
My brother and my friends over there. Yes, the Bible
remind us that we should know the time. That's right,
the time. Jesus rebuke the religious leaders of his days
because they would know the weather, you know, when was
going to be raining or not raining, or it's on.
(11:55):
But they could not discern signs of the times. Not
the question that we should ask ourselves, all of you
all do it across the land too? Our deal? Ready, listeners,
are we paying attention of the signs of the times? Humo?
If somebody said, what are these people talking about? I mean,
(12:18):
I don't see no signs? Can we tell them Son
of the signs? By the basic yes, Jesus.
Speaker 3 (12:25):
Other door, Jesus said, as in the days of Lot,
so shall it be at the coming of the Son
of Ma'am. That's in Luke nineteen.
Speaker 1 (12:35):
I believe for seven Oh yeah, yeah, okay.
Speaker 3 (12:37):
And so days of Lot he was living in Sodom
and Kamora. Sodom and Kamora was noted for their homosexuality.
And we have seen a dramatic rise in that sin
here in this world in our lifetimes.
Speaker 1 (12:56):
And also he says, like in the date of Noah.
Speaker 2 (12:59):
Like in a days of Noah, absolutely where they were
eating and drinking, and they were marrying and giving in
the marriage and in friends. There's no sin in itself
in those things. But what Jesus was trying to bring
out was that they were carrying on with their lives
and not caring about his requirements. They were not paying
attention that his judgments were coming. They were just carrying
(13:21):
on and carrying on. And that's what folks are doing today.
Speaker 3 (13:24):
Relations describes them as dwellers on the earth, rather than
their minds being setting their affections on things about men.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
Amen, yes, my friends. And the multiplication of the earthquakes, Yes,
much violence. You read the Book of gealoesis.
Speaker 2 (13:46):
In Matthew twenty four. He says there'll be earthquakes in
diverse places. There were many places. The rise of spiritualism
and the occult, Yes, Witchcraft and Harry Potter.
Speaker 1 (13:58):
In a sweet study in a few programs ago very
powerful religious is religious institution taking over practically of the
whole world, the media, the kings of the earth, everybody
wondering after that religious political power. So all this is
(14:20):
telling us, my friends, that yes, Jesus.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
Is absolutely when you this is how you really can
see how sleep we are on planet Earth as far
as people are concerned. History tells us of a church
state system that practically killed one hundred million or maybe
even more of Bible believe in Christians. And they joined
(14:44):
up with the state to do this, and the different states,
the different kingdoms of Europe teamed up with them and
agreed to this. And then the world says, no, this
was wrong. Now, But now all of a sudden, the
world is going back to this same power. I mean,
that's how you know that we're asleep. It's like what
happened to the history that tells us this power was
(15:06):
dangerous Asmara.
Speaker 1 (15:08):
Today, when somebody been mentioned like us, that part of
the history, they say, oh, these are preachers of hate. Well,
you know, because they shouldn't be reminding anymore. But the
reason that we must be reminding us in the rest
of the people is because the Bible said that history
(15:29):
repeat absolutely, and the Bible describe it. Yeah. Okay, So anyway,
let's go back to our ninety five thesis and which
we have to do with present truth. Okay, number fifty
one by the.
Speaker 3 (15:45):
Patrick, there is no record that God ever removed his
blessing or sanctification from the seventh day in the Word
of God. In fact, this is impossible since it is
part of the creation week Genesis two went through three,
and Exodus twenty five and six.
Speaker 1 (16:04):
That is the fifty one thesis we put together. There's
no record, there's no way that all New Testament no
such a.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
Thing, right and pleas and remember God, when God You're
instituted a sabbath, there was no sin on the earth.
The human beings that never sinned had not sinned yet.
It was a holy institution. So why would God change
something that's holy. The same thing with marriage. God created
marriage before sin, was instituted on the earth, before mankind sin,
(16:37):
So why would God change that. The things that you
see that are changed were things that were after sin.
So the Sabbath could not be changed. This is why
you could look at the passover thing and then Jesus
changed the meaning of it, not just it didn't represent
the children Israel coming out of Egypt, but it also
represents or commemorates his death on the cross. See those
(17:00):
other things that could be changed that were after sin,
they were symbolized to mean something else, but not the Sabbath,
not marriage, these things were holy. No need to change
something that's holy. And I'm surprised at the creationist movement
that even they believe in six days, but they don't
believe the seventh Day, which is the memorial of creation.
(17:22):
And why they don't grab.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
Hold of that's an excellent point of the seventh Day
is a mystery to me. Well, it's just like we
discovered when we were off the air last night. What
they do is, unfortunately, they spiritualize the commandment of the Sabbath.
And they do that so that you don't have to
really sacrifice and and and you know, and obey it
(17:48):
by the letter. Now, brethren, the spirit of the law
is the most important thing, but you can't have the
spirit of the law without the letter. The letter is
also important. The spirit of the law is more important,
but you cannot get away with the letter. If God
says remember the Sabbath day, he's not telling you to
spiritually remember it. He's telling you to really physically remember
(18:09):
it and prepare for that day. Go ahead, you could
say not only the letter, but the truth, because Jesus
said the Father would have his people worship him in spirit,
Yes and in truth. Yes, that's one point. That's a
great point.
Speaker 1 (18:24):
Yeah, yeah, can you share share it with the radio audience?
Were you just a little bit more? Not only so,
but let's say you were talking about thou should not.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
Kill, right, okay, right, well, thou shalt not kill. God
does not expect you to understand that only spiritually. You
know the spiritual application in the heart. Jesus told us art,
if you hate your brother without a cause, you're guilty
of that commandment. But obviously he did not mean that's
(18:56):
the only way you can break that commandment if you
hate somebody. No, he's saying that. I really mean, you
can't kill nobody. You can't physically kill me. So God
wants both. That's why he said to the Pharisee, he says,
this ye ought to have done, and not to leave
the other undone.
Speaker 1 (19:15):
And obviously we're mentioning this because we were listening to
a smartify this person without mentioning it please. Okay, is
it you pread Youish Christian? Christian? But he was talking
about only on the spirit on the Sabbath, and that
sounds good. But I have heard, as I told you,
(19:40):
many other people just saying, okay to the Sabbath. Yes,
it's true. But what God is trying to tell us
is that now, because we are in Christ, we are
in the Sabbath. That's what're keeping the Sabbath. That's right. Now.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
That got somebody in the Bible in some deep trouble.
Speaker 1 (19:58):
That's who that was.
Speaker 2 (19:59):
That was Cain. You see. God told Cain and Abele.
He told Adam and Eve that they have to sacrifice,
physically sacrifice a lamb by faith for the forgiveness of
their sins. They had faith in the lamb and the
Lamb's blood dying for them. Okay, we know the lamb
represented Jesus, right, but God physically require them.
Speaker 1 (20:18):
To do that.
Speaker 2 (20:19):
They had to literally do that. But you know what
Cain said, Kin said, no, I'm just gonna keep the
spirit of what God is saying. I mean, he wants
to sacrifice, He wants them, So I'm gonna bring something nice.
I'm gonna bring the fruit of the ground, bring fruits
and vegetables. Something that costs me a lot of work,
that's under the sun. Yes, right, what it got from me,
a lot of you know, sacrifice is so bring it right.
(20:42):
So I'm gonna bring that. I don't want to really
kill an animal. I'm not gonna do that. I know
the spirit of what God was trying to say. And
so this is what he did. And was that acceptable?
Speaker 1 (20:52):
No?
Speaker 2 (20:52):
You see, God wants the spirit of the law with
the letter. He wants the spirit and the truth together.
Speaker 3 (20:59):
Actually, the Cain when Abel was really in the spirit
and the letter, he was in both. Yeah, he was
in both, that's correct. But Cain, when he saw that
his offering did not get respected by God, he says,
Cain was very wroth and his countenance fell. He wasn't
he didn't even have the spirit. But now Jesus he
(21:20):
kept the Sabbath in the spirit and the truth, and
that means he rejected the man made rules. And those
people got wroth at him because he was in the spirit,
just like Abel was in the Spirit and the letter,
and Jesus was in the Spirit and the letter. And
that people that are in the flesh not spiritually born
(21:45):
again get mad at them.
Speaker 2 (21:46):
Well, that's a good point, brother Jones. So those like
Cain who claim to be in the spirit, when they
rebuke for not keeping the letter, the true spirit really
comes out. It shows that they really not in the spirit.
Because if you, if you notice, you talk to folks like, no,
you don't have to keep the Sabbath, it's about the
spirit of it. But then when you so many scriptures
(22:08):
that got ment both, then they get angry. So what
spirit are they really a part of?
Speaker 1 (22:12):
Yeah? So very good spirit of the dragon. That's right,
that's right. So anyway, there is no record the guys
ever removed. As a matter of fact, in the previous program,
we read in the Bible that like for instance, in
Malakia three sids, what it says, I'm the God and
(22:33):
what and change now?
Speaker 3 (22:35):
Right?
Speaker 1 (22:35):
I'm the Lord and change now. Also we read in
the Book of Numbers, look of numbers. Remember that, Yes,
we read in the Book of Numbers what it says
on twenty three to twenty. Do you want to read
it again? Please quickly? Do you have it in there?
So what it says I have I have pronounced a
(22:56):
blessing and I cannot reverse it, reverse it. So when
God bless something, that's it. Who is the man to change?
Speaker 2 (23:04):
Nobody can't.
Speaker 1 (23:05):
It's impossible. So that thesis was important, and did he
bless the Sabbath?
Speaker 2 (23:10):
Of course? From so can can man actually change that? No,
the Bible says, I cannot reverse what he has blood.
Speaker 1 (23:18):
The only thing that a man can do is to
think that they can change absolutely, And many millions of
people have been following that exception, thinking that a man,
immortal man, an institution that the Bible described as the
institution of other Christ, can change God's law. That's right.
(23:39):
I don't say it, but the Bible says that is
an abomination before the Lord. Okay, can we move along.
Let's say if we can present another thesis. So there's
ninety five that this is number fifty two.
Speaker 2 (23:53):
God's Last Day church is described as keeping the seventh
day Sabbath and all the ten commandments. That's in Revelation
chapter fourteen.
Speaker 1 (24:03):
I like their verses. Can you read it again? Fourteen,
verse seven and verse twelve.
Speaker 2 (24:11):
Actually, and you know it's amazing because it's also in
verse twelve and chapter twelve.
Speaker 1 (24:15):
You know, let me read that too.
Speaker 2 (24:17):
Revelation chapter twelve, Verse seventeen, it says, and the dragon,
which is identified in verse nine as Satan, was wroth,
meaning furious, angry with the woman. The woman representing a
church here, according to Ephesians chapter five and Isaiah fifty four,
five and six. So he was furious with the church
and went to make war with the remnant remnant meaning
(24:38):
the last, the last of her seed, the remnant of
her seed, in other words, the last of her children,
the last day Church, the last day people of God.
He's making war, it says. And then it describes them
which keep the commandments of God and have the testimony
of Jesus Christ. Now God thought this was so important
that he repeated this. Notice what it says in Revelation
(24:59):
fourteen and verse seven. Revelation fourteen, verse seven, it says,
saying with a loud void, no, I'm sorry, let me
read verse twelve, verse because it repeats it. He said,
here is the patience of the saints. Here are they
that keep the commandments of God and have the faith
of Jesus. So that's interesting.
Speaker 1 (25:17):
Do you know what that is he talking about?
Speaker 2 (25:19):
These people are perfectly balanced faith and works together. It's
not just the letter, it's not just the spirit. Is
the letter and the spirit that people in the.
Speaker 3 (25:29):
World, they like those who keep the commandments of God,
but not the faith of Jesus, which would be the
Jewish world which is supported today.
Speaker 1 (25:37):
And they like those that.
Speaker 3 (25:40):
Have the faith of Jesus but don't keep the commandments
of God, which is the fallen Protestant world today. But
if you try to keep the commandments of God and
have the faith of Jesus, that is frowned upon.
Speaker 1 (25:52):
Wow, this is amazing. On this chapter fourteen. Ye, First,
the Bible describe in that chapter the whole world, practically
almost the whole world, guilty of receiving, following the beast
and the market of the beach. And when God is
showing that to John, he said, but hey, look at
(26:12):
here and this other side.
Speaker 3 (26:13):
Here's a little company, here's a little.
Speaker 1 (26:15):
Reminence, a little group of people. What they're doing, what keep.
Speaker 3 (26:19):
The moments of God and the faith and Jesus.
Speaker 1 (26:22):
Man, Yes, my brethren, isn't that a good news?
Speaker 3 (26:25):
That's beautiful as that's the whole ball game of the Bible,
all right.
Speaker 1 (26:29):
As always in the history of this human race, God
has had his elected few, the remnant.
Speaker 3 (26:38):
That's right.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
From the time of Elijah to the time of our time,
and guess what the good news is that you already listeners,
by God's grace, can also joined be part of the
little remnants that God is preparing to receive him in
the clouds of having made the Lord bless us.
Speaker 4 (26:58):
