Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to the Moe Sally Morning Show. Here we go
Samantha and Lakeworth checking in this morning. She's a six o'clocker,
as well as Wanda in Port Saint Lucy. I'm gonna
start saying it like that.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
They've got the pizzle Port Saint Lucy. Have you guys
heard about adult tummy time?

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (00:20):
What now? Now?

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Adult tummy time? That sounds like something that we should
not be talking about.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Absolutely, that's exactly what I thought when I saw the
title of this story.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
I'm like, h let me read more about this. Of
course you did.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
Yeah, well, we're not parents, so we probably don't know
about Oh what's the.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Adult equivalent of baby tummy time? Is that really what
it is?

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (00:39):
Do you know what tummy time is for babies? Yes?
Oh you do. Explain. It's like when you're you're trying
to train the kid to like turn over, so they're
on their tummy. They're learning how to like move their body.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
Yes, it can strengthen their neck and shoulder muscles and
improve their motor skills. So it's tummy time for kids. Well,
if you're a TikToker, you may be familiar with the
latest trend, which is adult tummy time.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
So it's the same but for adults. Same thing. But
why what huh? They say?

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Well, content creators say you should be on your stomach
for ten or more minutes every day, even if you're
just watching TV, scrolling or reading. Really yeah, and it's
supposed to counteract tech neck yep, the effects of being
hunched over for hours, you know, when you're your computer
or your phone or other devices and stuff like that.
They say be careful though, because one video warns that

(01:29):
if you tilt your head back too much during tummy time,
you're basically just bending your neck and your spine in
the same way you do when you are hunched over.
So it's better if you're just looking straight towards the
TV or a book. But you're supposed to spend ten
minutes or more on your tummy.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
And this is some random TikTok or somewhere. Yeah, so
I'm sure they have a degree in nothing and it
probably have an adult baby diaper fetish or something. Listen,
I don't think so I get all my information from TikTok.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
So yeah, adult tell me time. But yeah, when I
saw that, I was like, hold on a minute, what
is that all right, we're going to start your day
off in the six o'clock Comedy Club. This is comedian
Wayne Fetterman, and he's talking about well he's telling his
kids about TV back in the day when I was
your age and we had to change a channel. Well,

(02:24):
first we had to get up, that's right, get up,
and then walk towards the television set, balancing on the
earth as it was spinning, and then reach out and
then grab his knob, grab it, and then we would
turn it. And we had two through thirteen and you
that was it. That's all we had.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
The biggest crime I could commit would be to turn
the channel too quickly. If my dad ever heard this sound.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
What the hell is going on in here? What is
going on in here? Wayne? I was just trying to
get to the theme song. That's my favorite part.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
Well, that's how you break a television's right there, that's
how you break it.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
I didn't know there was a speed limit. I was
just trying to get to the
