Speaker 1 (00:00):
Do we have a chance of getting some rain. We
need some rain. To my gosh, everybody's yard is dying.
It's brown. We were driving through our neighborhood going oh
oh geez. And then we've got the poop on our roof,
still the bird poop that I can't wash off because
it's too high up there. I've been waiting for the
rain to wash it off. But yeah, well, we'll see

(00:23):
eighty one for the high today. It is currently seventy
in royal pump. All right, let's do the birthday prank call.
I'm calling Hannah. She's been set up by one of
her best friends, Evelyn. Hannah had an issue with the
toilet in her townhouse, so she called a plumber, but
she couldn't be there for the service calls, so she
asked Evelyn to meet the plumber there and let him

(00:45):
in to fix it. Well, the toilet is still not fixed,
and Hannah is waiting to hear back from the company
so she can arrange a time for them to come
back and fix it. All right, hey, let's get this
thone party starts. We had enough of your pranks. This
ends now. Wow, run action.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
Hello?

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Hi? Is this Hannah?

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Hannah, this is Ricky Fritz.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Can I help you?

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Ricky Fritz? My boss told me I had to call
you the plumber something about a toilet.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Oh yeah, yeah, so yeah, the toilets still not it's
it's not working. It's just like keeps running. And so
I was hoping you guys could come back because I
know you guys came by and it's just not not fixed.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Well I was fixed when I left there, I did.
Did I leave the nut off the thing down at
the bottom of the like you know, the base, because
sometimes if there's not a nut on that thing that
the toilet won't work.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Right, I mean, I can go look not.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Sorry, I probably put the nut on there. I was
just wondering. Have you tried jiggling the handle, because sometimes
it's all it takes if you just jiggle a hand.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Yeah, yeah, no I did. I did that, but I
tried to do that first time when I called you guys,
I told you that, and so now I tried to
do it again and it's doing to say, it's just
running still.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Okay, uh that day when I came over to fix
it when you got home, did you test it out
when you got home? Like did you test out the time.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Yeah, like I said, I did, I did?

Speaker 1 (02:18):
Did you do number one or number two? What? Never mind?

Speaker 2 (02:24):
That's a really weird question.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
Okay, hold on second, okay, hold on, I'm going to
have a number two with medium iced tea?

Speaker 2 (02:40):
Are you getting? Are you to drive through?

Speaker 1 (02:43):
Sorry about that? All right? So where were we?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Oh my god? This is really kind of not professional.
Can I just have somebody to come and fix it?

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Okay? Well? I was working just fine when I left.
I don't know what could have happened because you.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
Said that already. You said that already, So it's not
working now, and you guys to come back and fix it.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
Okay. A couple of questions, how often? How often are
you using the toilet? Like would you say more than
ten times a day? Is that what's wear and tear?

Speaker 2 (03:11):
No? And that' don't matter. I shouldn't. It should be
fine if I'm using it ten times a day, I'm
not okay. Also, do you can you when? When can
you guys come and fix it?

Speaker 1 (03:20):
Do you have another toilet in the house you can
use until I can get.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
I don't, and so that's why it's in the shom
and I need you guys to come right away.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Okay, well, I'm checking out my schedule and my next
opening is in about three weeks, so that's when I
was one.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
I cannot wait three weeks. You did not fix the toilet.
I need come back and I need you to fix it,
and I need it to happen today.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
Okay, well have you have you tried fixing it yourself,
because sometimes.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
You can find a good video you know how to fix.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
It on YouTube?

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Plumber.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
That's what I do sometimes is watch YouTube videos that
helps I.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
No, no, I paid you to come and fix it,
and I need you to come and fix it like
this is this is ridiculous. Okay, when can you be there?
I need you to come today.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Uh no, I'm not gonna make it today. This is
what the like.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
You need to come and fix it today? Like this
is insane. I who's your supervisor? I need to talk
to somebody else.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
Ricky Fritz.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
No, you said that you're a Ricky Fritz.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Yeah, I'm Ricky Fritz.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Okay, I need to speak with your supervisor or your boss.
How long have you been a plumber?

Speaker 1 (04:33):
How long have I been a plumber?

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Okay? What day was I at your house.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
It was two days ago.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
That was my first day.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Okay, this is insane, very unprofessional. Oh my gosh, I
need to talk to your boss.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
Well, actually you should probably talk to Evelyn first. Does
that name ring a bell?

Speaker 2 (04:53):
Well, she was the one who was at my house
to I'm so confused.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
She's the one who set you up. This is a
birthday prank call. This is actually mo Sally Curtis calling
from cool one oh five to five, kidding me to say.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Oh my god, funny, not funny. I'm going to kill her.
I'm so stressed and this is so stressful. I'm really relieved.
But that was that was You're really good, Sally.
