Welcome to the eight o'clock hour of the Moan Sally
Morning Show. My name is mo she's my wife and
co host, caretaker of Cats Sally. And that guy over
there just about to head off to San Diego for
Comic Con. That's producer Curtis. I want to talk to
you about. You mentioned this on the well off the Yeah,
the show yesterday. Yeah, and I didn't realize this. You're
(00:22):
on some new meds.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
They're not particularly new, but they helped my dosage on.
Speaker 1 (00:27):
The Oh okay, and this is for blood pressure stuff,
blood pressure Okay, I well see, I didn't even know
you were on blood pressure.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Well that's because I didn't let you know that.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
Okay, Well, I kind of tell you because it's really.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
All this time.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
I'm keeping him informed on what's going on with me,
and he doesn't give a damn.
Speaker 2 (00:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
Well, I don't care to know about your situation, but.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Some of us don't have his. You know, you got
big mouth, you know, you're very share Yeah, you talk
a lot.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
I've been told that, I guess. Yeah, but these med's
had an effect on you.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
The dosage, Yeah, they up my dosage.
Speaker 3 (01:05):
And then then I've been I don't know, feeling weird
ever since they did that, like very lethargic, Like I
didn't want to go out last weekend and that's unusual.
Speaker 1 (01:14):
Yeah, you pretty much stayed on.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
I stayed home. I didn't want to do nothing, just
want like real tired, and.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
Also like I just found myself in a lot of
like brain foggy situations and so like yesterday, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
It was yesterday, right Monday.
Speaker 3 (01:33):
I was getting ready for work and doing everything as usual.
I grabbed my stuff, I get to work, and then
when I got to work, I noticed that in my
passenger seat. I guess I kidnapped my towel that I
used for the shower that morning. I have no recollection
of grabbing that towel or why I would have the
towel with me when it's time to come to work,
(01:54):
how it got in.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
My car or anything like that.
Speaker 3 (01:56):
But apparently, in some part of that stupor, I was like,
this call was necessary and it needs to come to
the car with me.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
Yeah, so in your brain you're like, Okay, let me see.
I got my phone, I got my wallet, I got
my keys, I got I'm gonna need this shower towel.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (02:12):
Where I don't remember even grabbing the towel, how it
would get all the way from my condo to downstairs.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
I guess.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
Yeah, that's bizarrely a lot going on, and you think
it could be the dosage show of Yeah, I.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
Take that today. That's why I'm a lot clearer.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
Yeah, you need to talk to your doc. Because I
was on statins and they messed me up. And then
so they lowered my dock, lowered the dosage, and I
thought it was going to be okay. Then I started
having pain in my joints and stuff, and yeah, even
after they lowered it. Yeah, I got down to like
I was taking like a quarter of a pill or
something like that, you know, and and he's like, Nope,
(02:49):
stop with this statins. You can't do those.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
And so, I mean, not everybody can.
Speaker 3 (02:53):
I mean it works for some folks, it just doesn't.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
My question is anyone listening who's been on some you know,
prescribed medication, prescribed medication and you've done something like Curtis.
I mean, if you show up to work with your
blender or something. I don't know why I brought this
can opener, if you've taken some your bathtowel medication and
(03:16):
you took your bathtowel to work.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
Uh yeah, well, sometimes you know.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
We want to hear your story.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
You can have reactions. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (03:24):
Yeah, after I've seen that's all in the car, I
had to check to make sure I actually had.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
Clothes on, because I was like, oh lord, yeah, I'm
acting like, is it I actually put pants on?
Speaker 3 (03:31):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Are you drying off your nether regions on the.
Speaker 2 (03:36):
Way to work? Oh my gosh.
Speaker 1 (03:39):
All right, one triple eight four one five one oh
five five If you've had a reaction to medication like that, also,
I have another question for you.
