kicking off your Wednesday with us, and a good morning salute,
Good morning to everyone joining us on Facebook Live.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
Are we just turned it on again? I'm sorry? I
had a thing earlier.
Speaker 3 (00:14):
Well, my screen was telling me we weren't on, So
then I clicked what I thought was go live, and
then that was actually an in stream thing.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (00:21):
Computers are being weird today, Yes, so I ended the
stream early. So now I just started a new one.
So if you were in there before, go ahead and jump.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
Back in you So, I don't understand. I thought we
were talking Sally and I, oh, okay, great, we were
in here looking like fools, literally talking to a camera
that wasn't on.
Speaker 2 (00:39):
That tell y'all, Oh okay.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
Curtis was out there like, what are y'all you're talking to?
Turn the cameras on.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
You're talking to Ethan, our former director.
Speaker 1 (00:51):
Well apparently we were not. Apparently that video was yesterday
and we're watching it's not yesterday.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
It wasn't.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
Ethan was asking about the fire that happened right.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
The street from earlier today I just explained I accidentally
turned the stream off earlier. I started it and it off.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
And because I was wondering, I was like, did I
wear the same shirt two days? Okay, all right, I'm
so confused, repeat my shirt. I'm my head hurts right now,
so I'm just going to leave that alone and try
to wrap my brain now.
Speaker 2 (01:22):
And that's all you need to wear about simplify it,
all right.
Speaker 1 (01:25):
Well, welcome everyone to the big hot mess, not even
hot mess Monday. Curtis was kind of a hot mess
last night. You went to the Cravis Center, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
Because they had the premiere of The Whiz yesterday.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
We've already talked about your hot mess where you dribbled
wine under your shirt.
Speaker 2 (01:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:42):
I'm not meant for those sippy cups or wine, I
think so. I think I'm just going to stick to,
you know, like beer or something next time.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
But they had a little bit of a hot mess
with the Wiz, right.
Speaker 2 (01:51):
Yeah, a little bit.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
Unfortunately, there was like they got through like the first
song they started, everybody sounded great, but they have you know,
the background video things that they also use now kind of.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
Like the projectors what oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
And that screen kept messing up.
Speaker 3 (02:07):
Oh no, and so they had to shut the production
down after the first song for like twenty minutes.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
Oh can we blame that on the A W. S
thing the that went down the other day?
Speaker 2 (02:18):
They want to. I doubt what it is, but I will.
I would do it.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
I would just say, hey, people have problems. I would
just walk out there, throw my arms up. I'm sorry,
Amazon Web Service or whatever it is. Right, people experience that,
you know what.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
But it was a great chow.
Speaker 3 (02:34):
They got it together and yeah, all the performers were wonderful.
Great verses, Yeah, great dancers, all that stuff.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
Do you know how long that is going to be
at the Craviit Center.
Speaker 1 (02:45):
Or hey, listen for once. I'm happy. It wasn't me
that the tracks usually is. Usually it's me throwing the.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
Show off the track until October twenty sixth. Oh nice, okay,
so you still have a chance to go see it.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
Oh yeah, absolutely till what is the twenty sixth? Is
that Sunday? I think?
Speaker 2 (03:03):
Is that right? All right?
Speaker 1 (03:06):
So get your tickets Cravis dot org and go see
the Whiz And shout out.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
To Brittany who won tickets to see the Whiz. Oh
from us. She recognized my voice. Actually, it was a
funny story. We were in line to me and my
friend Doug were in line to take a picture, you know,
in front of the whiz thing or whatever. Yeah, and
we were behind her and her friend, and we made
an agreement like, hey, we take a picture of y'all.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
Y'all take a picture of us. And she was like,
I recognize that boys. Oh nice.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
Okay, she was behind you in line, she was in
front of me, in front of you.
Speaker 2 (03:36):
Yeah, okay, what's your name? Brittany? Brittany?
Speaker 1 (03:38):
All right, Brittany shout out to Brittany. Good morning, Brittany.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
I was just thinking, do you do that when you're
in line somewhere or when you walk into a place,
do you elevate the volume of your voice?
Speaker 2 (03:49):
People? People will recognize you? Kind of a big deal.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
Hey, everybody, I'm going to take a picture with my
friend Doug.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
Hey, let's get.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
Because you get recognized by your voice a lot, a lot. Yeah,
I don't know if I could recognize I don't know.
Maybe I could, especially if you're being loud about it.
Speaker 2 (04:13):
I don't think I'm any louder than usuals.
Speaker 1 (04:16):
I'm somewhat of a D list celebrity. I'm on the
radio and I'm gonna get my picture taken when anyone
wants to recognize me.
