and Sally Morning Show. My name is Moe. She's my

don't like surprises. Well, well, well, we were just talking
about pac Man a few minutes ago, and I told you,
me and my friend Darryl call you. We played so
much pac Man at Pigley Wiggly and also at like
an arcade that we got our picture made and it
was put in the paper back in the day. And
I found the picture. Oh you didn't think i'd be

able to find it. This is a picture actually from
the grand opening of Putt Putt Golf and Games. And
there we are. That's me, that's me sitting on the stool.
Look at those tube socks I've got on. And that's
Daryl right there. Yeah, and that picture was in the paper.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Where'd you get that.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Black and white? For folks to know if it's that's true?

Speaker 2 (01:03):
But it's still in the USA today.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
I still want to make them sound old, so I
said black and white.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Those newspaper photos are black.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Seally, you were very correct, but I'm going for a
bit here. I'm pretty sure USA Today didn't even exist
when that picture was and that's back in the seven
should I should actually eighteen hundreds. I hate you, right,
you got to post that. I should go ahead and
face I will, all right, I'll get on that. It
only took me like twenty minutes to get to that picture.

Speaker 2 (01:34):

Speaker 1 (01:35):
But I got it?

Speaker 2 (01:36):
So all right? Bringing my good news today.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
We like to start your day off with some positive vibes.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
I don't know why, but I love stories like this
because I always wish this would happen to me. Messages
in a bottle were found during a beach cleanup in
Australia turned out to contain two letters in this one
bottle from two World War One soldiers through that bottle
into the ocean one hundred and nine years ago. Deborah
Brown said she and her family were cleaning up along

the shoreline on the beach when her daughter found a
bittle containing the letters from Malcolm Alexander Neville and William
Kirk Harley's soldiers serving in World War One back in
nineteen sixteen.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
We're very emotional about it because unfortunately, Malcolm lost his
life in the war a year later. It's very emotional,
but we're also very excited that we found it because
we've made it into something really special for the family.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Yeah. Brown was able to contact family members of Harley
who later returned home from the war, and they've kept
a relationship ever since. And harley'sa has five grandchildren that
are still alive. Isn't that amazing?

Speaker 1 (02:39):
It is amazing and that they found the family. Yeah,
I would imagine if it were you, though, you'd contact
the family and scold them for their great great grandfather literary.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
She didn't recycle that.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
They recycling. Yeah, Sally would be all over that.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
I would not.

Uh, by the way, your great great grandpa was a
was a literal.
