Okay, you guys remember earlier this month that raccoon that
broke into a Richmond, Virginia liquor store. Oh, I got drunk,
got drunk and passed out between between the trash can
and the toilet. Yeah, And an animal control worker took
a picture of that, and and you know, the raccoon
was safely taken to animal care and Control in Richmond
and got sobered up, probably had a bit of a hangover,

(02:06):
but they, you know, they took care of it and
then eventually released it back to the wild. Well, there's
a company that makes things like T shirts and mugs
and stuff like that, and they made what they called
trash Panda T shirts and it has a little drawing
of that passed out raccoon in the trash can and
a liquor bottle and all that stuff. Well, they were

(02:27):
selling the merchandise and they said that they would give
all of the proceeds back to that animal shelter. Knew
how much money they've raised for that animal shelter. How
much one hundred and eighty thousand dollars. Yeah, and that's
just in the last three or four weeks. There'll probably
be more money. But the T shirts are a hoot.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Oh that's nice.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Yes, and that's a nice follow up to that story.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
The raccoon has no idea the impact he had. Well,
helped the shelter out by getting drunk.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
My favorite part though, is he had the wisdom of
laying beside the to.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
The toilet trash can.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Yeah, just a case he threw up.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
