Three people are saved after plane crashed off the coast
of Vero Beach. Coast Guard helped local officials with the
search and the three were found in the water and
they were taken to the Coast Guard station in Saint
Lucy County. No word yet on what caused the crasp,
but an investigation is continuing. So June marks the beginning
of Pride Month. For more than twenty years, the Treasure
Coast has kicked off the celebration with its annual Pride Festival.

This year's event was held at the Saint Lucy County
Fairgrounds and even though the weather was not great, still
dozens showed up to celebrate. And Sunday yesterday mark the
beginning of Atlantic hurricane season. Fortunately, no tropical activity is
expected during this first week. We can partly thank the
Saharan dust for keeping things quiet as we head into
hurricane season.
