were going to pop a bottle of champagne and I
took the wrapping off of it and it popped. Yeah,

if anybody's concerned, we did not get you know, popped

Wow that just at the champagne opened itself, popped itself, Okay,
in the ceiling. I'm I'm impressed that the bottle is
still straight up. I thank god it didn't hit Step
in the face. All right, Sorry, Steve couldn't do his
final broadcast. He got hit in the face with the
champagne court and now we have.

Don't forget the Weagle style came about because of the

Well, I think he goes back to Hurricane Francis and Jane.
I would go into Sier Chicks get Usually I'd get
the smoky but I decided to try something different Ron made.
He reduces the sauce down in the pan and then
it just gets all thick sugary and it's like dessert
and pours it over like a half chicken or a

corner chicken, and you devour it. And and yeah, I
go in every week and get Weagle style chicken.

If not on the main you okay, it's a special
menu item. If you guys are on Facebook Live with
us and you just saw Steve describe that, it was
like it was like pornographic. I mean, yeah, gets so thick.

I'm gonna need a pregnancy test. My gosh, that was crazy.

I know you don't know the thousands of us out
here every day that see you, listen to you. You're
so woven into the personal fabric of our lives that
we really feel like your family TOAs same thing with Moen,
Sally and all your other colleagues on the news station.

We feel like you're our family, and so that is
the part that I'm going to really miss the most.
We see you out in the in the public, and
we feel like, hey, we know you, but you don't
know us, so we try to respect your space. But
that's all I wanted you to know. We've been down
here twenty years from the Detroit area. Our favorite meteorologists

that go and move on and work with a new guy.

Oh, thank you so much for the kind words. I
appreciate that. Yeah, we've we've made a bond over the years,
especially in the hurricanes because they're traumatic, not only for
you but for me too.

Yes, exactly. Well, fortunately in the time we moved down
to two thousand and six and all those big ones
came prior to us, So I'd like to say that
maybe we've been responsible for not having a direct down here.
