Speaker 1 (00:00):
Moment, Sally Morning Show, we're asking the question this morning,
what town are you from? Where are you from, and
what's that town famous for? And my example was Mesquite, Texas.
That's where I'm from. It's the rodeo capital of Texas,
big rodeo town, and that's what we're famous for. Sally,
you finally came up with one for Radford, Virginia.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
I'm from Radford, Virginia, and we are famous for Saint
Albans Sanatorium, which was built back in nineteen in eighteen
ninety two as a boys' school. Then it changed into
a sanatorium. And excuse me, it was supposed to be
demolished about twenty years ago and they switched it to
a historical site and they give haunted tours. It was featured,
i believe, on the Discovery Channel. So it's known for

(00:44):
being haunted.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
Okay, so that's that's all.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
It was basically what they used to call the mental hospital.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Yes, okay, let's see on our Facebook page, Kim says, Cincinnati, Ohio.
They're famous for Skyline chili. It's so delicious. Oh yeah,
have we had.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Island Cincinnati Chili. I've made it before.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Yeah, that's my favorite thing that Moo does is not
remembering what he's had to eat before.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
I barely remember what we had last night.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
We had our recipe of the week last night's true.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Okay, Cirio says, I was born in San Antonio, Texas,
famous for the Alamo, of course, of course absolutely?

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (01:20):
And who was it on? Was it somebody on Facebook
Live that said Fort Pierce was the.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
That was Lori who mentioned that Fort Pierce was the
crack capital of the US in the eighties. I did
not believe her, but it comes right up.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
Yeah, the crack the capital in the eighties, in the eighties.
And didn't somebody else say Fort Pierce was the birthplace
of the Navy Seals?

Speaker 3 (01:40):
Was that? Is that true?

Speaker 2 (01:43):
That was way back in Facebook Live.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
If that is true, they're probably more proud of that
than they are the crack capital.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
They make more movies about crack.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
Wow, one triple eight four one five one oh five
five High mon Sally Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Who's this Mary?

Speaker 3 (02:01):
Mary?

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Where are you from? And what is that town famous for?

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Salem, Massachusetts? Oh? Wow, jeez, you're from there? Yeah, I'll be.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
I actually read something yesterday that the town of Salem
was asking people not to come there and act up
during Halloween.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
Yah. Yeah, that happened all the time.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
Oh wow, thank you, Mary. Thanks have a great day
you too.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Bye bye.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Him and Sally show. Who's this?

Speaker 3 (02:29):
Hi?

Speaker 2 (02:29):
Good morning, Sally, Stacy figure, how are you? Stacy?

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Hey? So really we all know what I'm from Philadelphia
and Sally. The thing that we're known best for, other
than our delicious cheese steaks by throwing snowballs at Santa
Claus during the Philadelphia.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Eagles game and also climbing poles and they have to
grease them down because you'll climb poles and stuff. You well,
and there's a there's a worse one that you're not
going to put in the air. Please. The worst one
is eating portman or after we won the Super Bowl.
Oh lord, y'all did that one to you? Hear about
that one?

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Oh lord, what's wrong with you?

Speaker 2 (02:56):
Oh my god?

Speaker 3 (02:57):
You need to put that one on the air.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
We might have she's too late. Thank you, Stacy, stay,
thank you, have a good one, guys.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
Stacy Todd noted that, uh, you didn't mention the Liberty bill.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
The horsepoop. He remembers, not so much the Liberty Belle.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
You're more proud of eating horsemen.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
She wasn't exactly proud. Told us that you would.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
Leave out the liberty bell.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
Liberty bell, Yeah, that's my favorite.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Yeah oh yeah, we're famous for eating horsepoop. What about
the liberty bill Oh oh yeah, yeah, I forgot about that.
