Speaker 1 (00:00):
We're still waiting for the be brilliant part, just saying,
waiting for who to be brilliant, waiting for you to
be brilliant.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Probably because if we recall the previous talkbacks, it said
you need for brevity, you need to be brief, be short,
and be gone.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
Be brilliant and be gone.
Speaker 3 (00:15):
Right, So she's waiting for us to be brilliant.
Speaker 4 (00:19):
Well, sweetheart, just keep on waiting because that would require
brain cells, and neither drunk nor me have any brain
cells this.
Speaker 3 (00:29):
Morning, especially on a Friday.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
Oh my, uh Now, I wouldn't mention that, but that
we're this close to another vacation too.
Speaker 4 (00:40):
Well, that that might have crossed my mind, But you know,
I'm not really I'm not really focused on that. What
are you focus on it?
Speaker 2 (00:45):
We're still here next week, But how much work are
we really going to put into anything next week?
Speaker 1 (00:51):
Oh? Man, I'm gonna double down, anybody gonna put it.
I think that.
Speaker 4 (00:59):
The gd of this country between thanks the week of
Thanksgiving and January second, third, fourth, whatever the day is
after the you come back to work after New Year's
I think the productivity probably decreases by at least twenty percent.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
Nobody does. Nobody does anything.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
Nobody wants to do anything.
Speaker 2 (01:19):
We're all excited about the holidays, right, and getting time
time off.
Speaker 4 (01:22):
Yeah, exactly, and trying to cram in all the time
off that you didn't take off during the earlier part
of the year because well, you're just too stupid to
realize that. Oh after twenty years, you still realize it
will let you carry you over your vacation. True, at
some point, I probably could have taken a year off,
just a whole year off, just with vacation time, if
(01:42):
I could have just saved it up.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
So Biden has announced that he's going to commute the.
Speaker 4 (01:47):
Sentences of two convicted Chinese spies. Oh and a Chinese pedophile.
Those those chinamen, they are really good at doing everything,
aren't they. That's been good, nice Biden. It wasn't this sweet. Well,
he's in the holiday spirit. He's in the holiday spirit,
(02:07):
by the way. He did this just before Thanksgiving in November.
But we're just now learning about it. So we're gonna
talk about drones and stuff in a minute. So if
you think the government's trying to hide anything from you,
why would you think that, because he did these commutations,
you know, just before Thanksgiving. According to the Department of Justice,
the clemency was granted to Yang Jung ZiU, who was
(02:31):
sent to Yang Zuzin. You know, I like to order
that when I'm in Chinese restaurant, who was sentenced in
twenty twenty two to two hundred and forty that think
about this. He was just sentenced like two years ago
to two hundred and forty months in prison for espionage.
That's called spine for those of you that are graduates
(02:52):
of public education, spying good grief on behalf of China.
Do I need to add that he's a Chinese spy
spying on behalf of China. Ji Shah Kun, who was
sentenced in twenty twenty three to ninety six months in
prison for conspiracy to defraud the United States and acting
(03:14):
as an unregistered foreign agent. Now, as I recall, Paul
Manafort was accused of and convicted of failure to register
as a foreign agent, and he spent jail time, and
he did his entire sentence, and nobody commuted him an
American citizen, But we're going to commute that of a
(03:36):
Chinese national for doing exactly the same thing. And then
there was Shanlin Jing, who was sentenced to ninety seven
months in twenty twenty two for possession of child pornography.
Now that one, you know, I've come to the conclusion that,
you know, Petro Joe doesn't really care about child pornography.
(03:57):
Now that's pretty that's a pretty pathetic statement to make,
isn't it? That you're that you're current. I think he's alive.
Has anybody seen any like, you know, tests an anybody
detected a heartbeat? The warranted clemency for those three individuals
did not give us any indication, any detail as to
(04:20):
why their sentences were commuted and why they were subsequently
released from prison, but the Biden White House has said
that the men were part of a prisoner exchange with
the People's Republic of China, which is communist China, not Taiwan.
As a condition of their clemency, they all three must
leave the United States. So this is the story of
(04:43):
two spies and a pedo. Two spies and a pedo.
And since we're in the you know, the Christmas spirit,
it's like, well, why should I care? Well, let's just say,
as a hint for what's coming, can you say drones?
Speaker 1 (05:00):
Drones?
Speaker 4 (05:02):
In twenty twenty two Yang zhuang Zhu, a Chinese government
intelligence officer, send us to twenty years in prison.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
He was after he was extradited to this country as.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
Deputy division director at the Chinese Ministry of State Security.
So he's not just some you know, street thug. He's
not just somebody they recruited off the street. Hey, you
want a free trip to the United States, we need
to do some espionage for us. No, he was the
deputy division director at the Chinese Ministry of State Security.
(05:36):
He attempted to illegally obtain US aviation industry trade secrets
by using alienses and front companies.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
Oh God, sounds like unter Biden, doesn't it.
Speaker 4 (05:48):
To lure industry experts to China under the pretense that
they would be speaking at a university. After the targets
arrived in China, you and other MS operaties would break
into their hotel rooms and hack their electronic devices. This
is precisely why the CIA would never let me take
my own laptop or a government laptop to Russia. Every
(06:12):
time it was like, you can't take your personal laptop,
your dummy, And here's a laptop from us that you
can take and you can use it to surf the web,
check news, and you can check government email on it,
and you can check your personal email on it too.
So do all of your electronics on this laptop that
(06:33):
came from the CIA. Now, when they gave me that laptop,
my first thought was, Okay, I'll check my government.
Speaker 1 (06:41):
Email on it. I don't think I want.
Speaker 4 (06:44):
To check a laptop that was handed to me by
a CIA agent to do like my personal banking or
to check my personal email or text mail.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
I don't think I want to do that.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
You're not going to porn hub on that.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
Yeah, exactly, you know. I guess it'll just be a
dry spell for me. No porn for a week while
I'm in moss scowered in Saint Peter, Saint Petersburg. They
must have thought I was some guy. You know, we
got this hic from Oklahoma. Let's get let's give him
a CIA issued laptop and tell him. You know, but
you can use it for your personal email if you
want to, and I don't think so. I don't think so. Meanwhile,
(07:20):
while that was going on, g Shah Kuhn was sentenced
to eight years for acting as an unregistered foreign agent
for the People's Republic.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
She she assisted you, She assistans you, She's you.
Speaker 4 (07:36):
SB his operation and attempted to recruit other Chinese nationals
in American aviation, also trying to spy for China. But
the final clemency recipient, Chan Lan Jeen, is unconnected to
the spionage unit well in that special arrested on possession
of child pornography. Jim's inclusion in exchange appears to be
(07:57):
because of his family's influence the Chinese Communist Party. Now,
I don't know if if you have a family member
that is influential in let's say the Democrat Party, and
they're arrested on child porn do you think we ought
to commute their sentence or give them a pardon because
(08:20):
of their influence in the Democrat Party? I mean, because well,
tell me what the difference is between the Chinese Communist
Party and the Democrat Party that I mean?
Speaker 1 (08:29):
You know, Yang Yang? Oh my god, I started to
say that. I can't say. So, why is Biden doing this? Huh?
Speaker 4 (08:41):
I wonder you're going to commute the sentence of somebody
that has whose family has influenced in the Chinese Communist Party,
yet is convicted of possession of child pornography. I'm surprised
the guy lasted in prison that long, which leads me
to this question, China's trojan horse. What is it with
(09:07):
all of these Chinese immigrants, illegal or even otherwise that
are in this country. Because the surge of Chinese nationals
that are illegally crossing the southern border has taken on
alarming dimensions, and if nothing else, that ought to point
out to you the vulnerabilities that are caused by the
(09:27):
Biden administration's open border policy.
Speaker 1 (09:31):
Hundreds of thousands.
Speaker 4 (09:33):
I remember when we first started talking about this story,
we were talking about, Oh, there was a group of
thirteen thousand, there was a group of thirteen hundred. No,
now we're talking about hundreds of thousands of military h
Chinese men have entered this country according to estimates from
border security experts and reports that are highlighted by agencies
like Customs and Border Protection. Some of these estimates range
(09:54):
from four hundred thousand to over one million individuals. Many
believe that this influx to be the foundation of a
modern terracotta army established on American soil. In other words,
we're gonna take all of these terracotta individuals and we're
gonna plant them here. Now, don't call me Alex Jones
(10:17):
when I say this, but you're building an army so
that when you I mean, what, let me put it
this way. How is this any different? So you put
four hundred thousand to a million Chinese military age, military
trained individuals who you know, god, who go to Cankun
(10:41):
for vacation and they you know, they get rested and
tanned and ready to go. And then when the vacation's over,
they meet up with with their mules and they've already
been paid. They don't have to put any cash, it
has already been paid. And then the mules bring them
across the border into the US.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
How is that.
Speaker 4 (11:03):
Any different than what the nine to eleven hijackers did.
They were all clean skins, and by clean skins, I
mean they had no criminal record. They were actually able
to get visas, and they come to this country and
then they just wait. They were here for years before
(11:24):
nine to eleven occurred, just living in San Diego, living
in you know, living up in the northeastern you know,
the d C New York Corridor, living up in Maine, Massachusetts,
living down in Texas, living all over the country in
apartments that you know, every month, somebody paid the rent
on those apartments. What's the difference. I didn't even have
(11:48):
to compare myself to Alex Jones. I've got a real
life comparison. Here are these illegal aliens from China fleeing desperation.
Ask yourself this, Are they part of a deliberate strategy
by the Chinese Communist Party? I think it's the latter.
I sincerely believe it's the latter. You know, the Chinese
(12:11):
Communist Party's penchant for for exploiting our weakness.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
There's no secret about that.
Speaker 4 (12:17):
Fentanyl smuggling, all those networks, clandestine police outposts within this country.
Beijing has displayed an unnerving aptitude for leveraging asymmetrical tactics,
and that's exactly what this is. The mass migration of
Chinese nationals appears absolutely consistent with this modus operandi, and
(12:41):
that suggests a broader strategy to infiltrate and destabilize. Think
about all of the weird Now we're gonna talk We're
gonna talk about drones, But think about all of the
weird stuff that goes on in this country. Remember the
(13:04):
people shooting at electrical substations. Remember train derailments, Remember forest
fires that just break out sponting like spontaneous combustion. There
was no lightning strikes, nothing, just boom fire start. Yet
drones flying, which nobody seems to know anything about, reports
(13:28):
of Chinese Communist Party aligned aid stations, All these unofficial
police stations already operating, operating domestically right here in this country.
Speaker 1 (13:39):
Those of ours, if you been documented in.
Speaker 4 (13:41):
Investigations by organizations such as Safeguard Defenders, corroborated by the FBI,
for whatever that's worth, including recent actions by DOJ, just
shut down those operations in places like Houston in New York.
What's interesting about Houston in New York, those are both
hubs for people coming into this country illegally. You come
(14:06):
across the border, the southern border, you eventually end up
in San Diego, Houston, or New York, and then from
there you spread out all across the country. This is
not just speculation. This has been documented. These operations allegedly
used to intimidate dissidents and then to collect intelligence. We
(14:31):
all will actually be concerned about this because these networks.
Now the Chinese Communist Party will publicly claim that we're
just monitoring the expats from our country that are living
in your country. We're just monitoring students that have come
to the United States to study. We're just monitoring families
(14:52):
that have you know, business interests and they've moved temporarily
to the United States.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
Bull crab. Those are all.
Speaker 4 (15:01):
Operatives subject to whatever the demands are the Chinese Communist Party.
All those networks to monitor these expats could be weaponized
for a lot of really sinister objectives should tensions escalate,
especially in the event of the Taiwan conflict. I think
I may have just mentioned casually. I don't know whether
(15:23):
it's true today, but earlier this week there were ninety
nine zero warships surrounding Taiwan. That is three times the
highest number ever in the past that have surrounded Taiwan.
Speaker 3 (15:38):
The warships Chinese warships.
Speaker 1 (15:41):
Chinese warships.
Speaker 3 (15:42):
What did I say, Well, it's just clarifying that they're
not ours.
Speaker 4 (15:46):
Oh yeah, they're not Yeah, they're not ours, they're not Taiwan's,
they're they're they're the People's Republic of China. The highest
number previously, I think was thirty four, thirty four, where
they you know, they claim they're doing extra sizes or
they're just exercising. Intimidation is what they're really doing. That
number this past week zoom to ninety.
Speaker 2 (16:05):
Just like Russia did before they invaded Raine. It's just Ukrainian.
It's just just exercises. It's nothing to see here.
Speaker 4 (16:11):
Move along, well and Dragon, Well, I know you're kind
of joking about it. There's really a deeper point. How
many people have I mean, I had to dig to
find and I think it found. I think it may
have found that figure from the Foundation for the Defense
of Democracy, the FDD website. I forget where I found it,
(16:35):
but I certainly didn't find it on NBC News. I
didn't find it in the Washington Post, of the New
York Times, of the La Times. Wall Street Journal hasn't
reported on it that I know of, at least if
it did, I missed the story ninety Chinese warships surrounding Taiwan.
And isn't it interesting that all that's occurring at the
(16:55):
same time that what's occurring in Damascus, what's occurring in Syria,
what's occurring in Hamas in the Gaza Strip, what's occurring
with the Iranians, what's occurring on the Ukraine, Russian conflict,
all these conflicts.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
All over the world.
Speaker 4 (17:09):
And where's the president, I mean the current president, not
the real president. He's probably at bar A Lagua. We
need to take this stuff seriously. And why we don't
leads to things like the drone? Well what about the drones?
Speaker 1 (17:32):
I got question? Let me see if I got this right.
Speaker 2 (17:41):
This man's spied on the United States, obviously working for
a foreign enemy.
Speaker 5 (17:46):
We're going to commute the sentence therefore giving him aid
and comfort.
Speaker 1 (17:49):
Isn't that treason?
Speaker 4 (17:54):
Yeah? And are you going to charge Biden with treason?
You see, you have to have you have to have
the mental capacity to withstand trial. And I don't think
that Biden. I'm not joking here. I really don't think
that any US attorney or any Attorney General is going
(18:18):
to go after him. Remember, they investigated him for the
classified documents and found an old man that could remember time, place,
or manner about anything. And so we're not going to
prosecute him because he's just going to be useless on
the stand. He's going to be useless in terms of
proving that he had any sort of men'sraa that he
(18:39):
knew what he was doing. So, I mean, I get
the joke, but serious answer is maybe, but they're not
going to do anything. The Free Press do I want
to go, Yeah, let me just go over to the
Free Press for a moment because they have a story.
(19:01):
Is a foreign adversary flying drones over New Jersey. For
the past four weeks, a car sized objects have been
reported flying over critical infrastructure and military assets in New Jersey.
They come from the ocean, appearing around sunset, and sometimes
turn off their lights. Residents are demanding answers, but despite
scrambling for information, state and local authorities say they remain
(19:24):
largely in the dark. But on Wednesday, Congressman Jeff and Drew,
a Republican from New Jersey, offered what he said was
the real deal. The real deal deal explanation of the
mysterious drones. Iran launched a mothership that contains these drones
just off the east coast of the United States, he
told Fox News. Andrew's account, which he said came from
(19:47):
very high, very qualified, very responsible sources, is obviously startling.
But then almost immediately the Pentagon dismissed those claims out
of hand. There is no Iranian ship off the coast
of the United States, and there's no so called mothership
launching drones towards the US. We're going to continue to
(20:07):
monitor what was happening, but at no point where our
installation is threatened. Let's go to the record, because I
find it absolutely fascinating in the first of his comments
on Fox News, this is.
Speaker 6 (20:28):
Dangerous for the whole country. I mean, just think about this.
If we have objects in the sky that are the
size of an suv over any city, over any state,
it's an invasion of our airspace in focus.
Speaker 1 (20:40):
Now, let's pop just moment.
Speaker 4 (20:44):
The FAA, Federal Aviation Administration, controls the airspace over the
United States. Now there are some sub authorities, maybe subs
not the right word. There are some higher authorities involving
the Department of Defense over highly sensitive areas. So, in
(21:07):
conjunction with working together, the DoD and the FAA certainly
control the airspace over military installations, and then the Department
of Homeland Security and DoD and the FAA, and as
a subset of DHS, the US Secret Service, they have
jurisdiction over the airspace over sensitive areas well, like maybe
(21:31):
the Super Bowl, a national special security event or the
President's home at mar A Lago or the White House.
So there are all of these already existing authorities. And
I want to emphasize existing authorities that control all of
the airspace over the United States. So when I think
(21:56):
this is Harris Faulkner when she says.
Speaker 6 (22:00):
An invasion of our airspace.
Speaker 4 (22:03):
Yes, it's an unmonitored and uncontrolled and unidentified and whatever
adjitive you want to put in front of the airspace.
That's what it is. And it folds solely in the
purview of the US government.
Speaker 6 (22:22):
And focus now. Republican Congressman Jeff and Andrew of New Jersey,
member of the House Judiciary Committee on the Hill, right now,
how do you how do you address this at this point?
Speaker 3 (22:34):
Well, here's the real deal, Harris.
Speaker 7 (22:35):
You know, I'm also on the Transportation Committee, on the
Aviation Subcommittee, and I've gotten to know people and from
very high sources, very qualified sources, very responsible sources. I'm
going to tell you the real deal. Iran launched a
mothership probably about a.
Speaker 3 (22:54):
Month ago that contains these drones.
Speaker 1 (22:56):
That mothership is.
Speaker 7 (22:58):
Off I'm going to tell you the deal. It's off
the east coast of the United States of America. They've
launched thrones. Is everything that we can see or hear.
And again, these are from high sources. I don't say
this lightly. Now, you know, we know there was a
probability it could have been our own government, and we
know it's not our own government, because they would have.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
Let us know there's where I mean, it sounds far
fetched to say that, hey, there's a there's an Iranian mothership.
It made it sounds like there's some you know, giant
flying saucers somewhere that's you know, off the east coast
and it's launching these drones over the continental United States.
I mean, that sounds weird enough. But then to make
(23:41):
the statement it could have.
Speaker 1 (23:42):
Been our own government.
Speaker 7 (23:44):
We know it's not our own government.
Speaker 1 (23:47):
It's not our own government. Why they would have let
us know? Because they would let us know.
Speaker 4 (23:53):
You see, I found the whole idea about an Iranian
ship off the east coast completely believable. But the course
the Pentagon denies that. But then when he says, but
you know, this is obviously all within the jurisdiction of
the United States government, and they would have told us
(24:14):
that's right, I think he lost his credibility because I
don't think they would tell us.
Speaker 7 (24:20):
It could have been some really glorified hobbyist or hobbyists
that we're doing something unbelievable. They don't have the technology,
but let's pretend that's possible. The third possibility with somebody,
an adversarial country doing us who know that Iran made
a deal with China to purchase jrones, motherships and technology
(24:42):
in order to go forward.
Speaker 4 (24:44):
So he sounds like he knows what he's talking about, right,
I mean, it all sounds very reasonable, very plausible. But
now enter John Kirby, the spokesperson, you know, Rear Admiral
John Kirby, now the spokesperson for the National Security Council.
He said something yesterday that proves my point that you know,
(25:06):
in any incident, whether it's a natural disaster, a man
made disaster, or a terrorist event and an unknown and
unexplained event, whatever it might be, if you can't tell
me who's in charge, then it's a cluster and you
might actually be covering something up. So lesson, I learned
(25:29):
the hard way. If you can't tell me who's in
charge of an incident, more than likely that's going to
turn into a freaking disaster.
Speaker 5 (25:38):
Using very sophisticated electronic detection technologies provided by federal authorities.
We have not been able to and neither have state
or local law enforcement of authorities corroborate any of the
reported visual sightings.
Speaker 4 (25:54):
Now, notice he says, we can't corroborate any state or
local authorities. Well, what did you do? What did the
technology detect? What did this super advanced technology that we have, so,
what did it find out?
Speaker 5 (26:12):
In the contrary on review of available imagery, it appears
that many of the reported sightings are actually manned aircraft.
Speaker 3 (26:19):
They are being operated lawfully.
Speaker 4 (26:23):
Do you believe that, now, maybe there's a little mass
formation psychosis going on here. I don't believe. So I'm
just offering that maybe we need to consider the fact
that this story is an example of mass formation psychosis,
which we saw during COVID and we're witnessing again. Could
be a possibility that people are starting to see things
(26:45):
that they don't really see, or they're interpreting things differently
because of this mass formation psychosis. But when you tell
me that, oh, no, we've checked into it and you're
all wrong, it's none of those things. Notice the the
word many is used. Many of these appear to be
fixed wing aircraft operated lawfully, you know, under the FAA rules. Okay, Well,
(27:11):
if it's many, if many of them are that one
of the ones that aren't the many.
Speaker 1 (27:15):
Of that.
Speaker 4 (27:17):
You see, you listen closely to what these y'ahoos tell
you because what they don't say and the language they
use is really important to understand what may or may
not be going on. And I believe that one of
two things, both of which are scary. They don't know
what's going on and they don't want to admit that,
(27:40):
or they do know what's going on and they don't
want to tell us.
Speaker 5 (27:45):
The United States Coast Guard is providing support to the
state of New Jersey and has confirmed that there is
no evidence of any foreign based involvement from coastal vessels.
Speaker 4 (27:54):
And importantly, again notice the language. The Coastguard has confirmed
that there is no foreign involvement in any offshore activity.
One do you believe them? And if there's no If
there's no foreign involvement, is there domestic involvement?
Speaker 5 (28:17):
There are no reported or confront drone sightings in any
restricted airspace. That's it. You certainly takes seriously the threat
that can be posed by unmanned aircraft systems, which is
why law enforcement and other agencies continue to support New
Jersey and investigate the reports, even though they have uncovered
no malicious activity or intent at this particular stage. While
(28:40):
there is no known malicious activity occurring, the reported sightings
there do, however, highlight a gap in authorities.
Speaker 4 (28:47):
You know something that I've never seen in my life.
I've never seen a fixed wing aircraft. Now, I know
that you could have an optical illusion. Now, I've never
seen a fixed wing aircraft, say, heading in a northeasterly direction,
suddenly just start moving in a southwesterly direction in the
opposite direction.
Speaker 1 (29:07):
I've never seen that.
Speaker 4 (29:09):
Now, you could look at a fixed wing aircraft that
is moving let's say west to east, and from your
vantage point, it makes well, let's just say, let me
describe it differently. Fixed wing craft is moving from west
to east, it suddenly turns south, and from your vantage point,
(29:32):
it seems to have just stopped in mid air, even
though it's really just now moving towards you. You can't
perceive it because of the distance. I mean, that's a possibility,
But they don't address that either.
Speaker 5 (29:43):
And so we urge Congress to pass important legislation that
will extend and expand existing counter joonne authorities.
Speaker 4 (29:49):
There really you need authorities. You don't need no stinking authorities.
You're the freaking United States government. You have something unknown
in airspace, go find out what it is.
Speaker 5 (30:02):
Does Zeer Trail still offer hunting licenses for drones?
Speaker 4 (30:10):
I don't know about whether it's legal or not. If
if something that size, that this may be irrational. But
if something that size, let you know, six by six,
or if some have described a small suv or a
small car and it kept coming over my house, I'd
(30:31):
get a high powered rifle out and I'd start taking
shots at it.
Speaker 1 (30:35):
I would now that may.
Speaker 2 (30:38):
You know, our former vice president current vice president said
the exact same thing. Just take your shotgun and go
out back and blast a couple of rounds into the air.
Speaker 4 (30:46):
And I would you know, once my lawyer showed up,

Move along.
Speaker 1 (31:03):

Speaker 1 (32:23):
It's not mass formation, psychosis,
