Speaker 1 (00:01):
We can't hate the mainstream news media enough. NBC News
used a third party source which claimed Pete Hegseth had
abused his second life. Pete's second wife came out and said, no,
NBC News, that is wrong and she was not abused.
NBC News went ahead and ran the story. Now and

(00:25):
trust the mainstream news media anymore.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Nor should you that that shows Remember yesterday we talked
about how the Democrats have remained fairly quiet because they've
got nothing. They really have nothing. What's their alternity to
the Trump agenda? They've not offered anything. These nominees they

(00:49):
all should just be I'm not saying they shouldn't ask
questions of them, but their role is to provide advice
and consent. So you know, if you got some advice
about a nominee, gives some advice about a nominee, but
consent to the nominees, just give them because how many
times do we hear that. You know, President Biden should
be entitled to have the people he wants around him.

(01:09):
So we ought to approve these, and a lot of
Republicans just fall in line. Well, Democrats ought to fall
in line and vote for these. I was astounded when
I mean, as I pointed out, it's we won't make
up a new word, it's kavanaughing, because they did exactly
the same thing to Brett Kavanaugh at the last minute,
you know, pull some story out of your butt that

(01:30):
talks about how he was womanizing and drinking and sexually
assaulting people. I mean, why is it these people are
such projectionists, Because when you have your own private, secret
slush fund to pay off women that you've been accused
of sexually assaulting, and all you've got against a nominee

(01:54):
is you sexually assaulted one of your ex wives. When
the court dot shuments themselves show that she never alleged
any physical abuse, and then to your point, she comes
out and says, I don't know where you got that story.
But I don't have any spokespeople. There's no one representing me.

(02:15):
It's just me, and I'm telling you there was no
physical abuse. She needs to sue them, well, or Pete won't,
but he should sue them for bibel and slander. I mean,
it's absurd. But I was thinking about our top of

(02:37):
the hour news. I just gave a one hour lecture
on the meaning of the fourteenth Amendment and how I
don't believe that birthright citizenship was the intention of the
framers of the fourteenth Amendment, And we have legislative history
to show us that. Even though we have a court

(03:00):
decision that I think was wrongly decided, nobody ever talks
about the descent, and what's our local news about, Well,
you know, these states are suing because you know, the
fourteenth Amendment clearly says subject to the jurisdiction thereof Wait
a minute, now, I know they're not lawyers, and I
know that they're not you know, all they're doing is
just well, all they're doing is just repeating what it's

(03:21):
coming across the wire services. But oh my god, we are.
We're just such a nation of idiots.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
What catches me is like, what are they going to
do when they come to the schools to take the kids?

Speaker 4 (03:35):
Do you believe that's where they're going to start?

Speaker 3 (03:39):
That they're going to march past the prisons, past the
jail houses, past the homeless encampments, past the Aurora apartment
and straight.

Speaker 4 (03:48):
To a school to take a kid away? You think
that's where they're going to start?

Speaker 2 (03:53):
You know, before I address your point, man, I just
say one thing. You're worse than a talkback. You just
derailed what I wanted to talk about.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Shocker.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
So this morning, because Tamra's off in the Bahamas somewhere.
I don't know where. She's off, Galabat and Rail, I
don't know what she's doing. I'm freezing my toush off
and she's out, you know, swimming in warm water somewhere.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
She's on a beach.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
She's laying on a beach right now. If I go,
I've already gotten a photo of her laying on the
beach already. So I turn on the television just because
you know, I usually don't turn it on in the
mornings when she's here, because you know, I'm just trying
to be quiet and go about my business and you know,
get dressed and leave. Some morning, I turned on because

(04:42):
I'm just curious because I heard all this wind last night,
and I'm curious about the weather. So I turned it on.
And the first story that Katie VR is running is
a discussion about how and then Fox in there and
to show how it's all the same thing. Then I
get in the car and I hear the same damn
story on that in sip of Fox and Friends. Thing

(05:05):
I need to switch over to Fox Headlines is what
I need to do, find something where I can don't
have to listen to all of that you'll chipchat crap.
And they're talking about how the story goes. They're forming
contingency plans to lock down schools if ICE agents show up.

(05:27):
Now to Dragon's point, do you really think that's where
they're going to show up or instead? Think about this? Well,
let me first get you what the story is. The
story is that schools have plans, including here in Colorado,
that if I shows up, how are we going to
repel the ICE agents? Well, one is they're going to

(05:50):
do a perimeter lockdown. And I just I literally chuckled
out loud to myself because I thought, and how are
you going to enforce that? And then it got me
to thinking about, wait a minute, you do a perimeter
lockdown today. Let's say that you know there's there's some
criminal activity going on near a school. You know it's

(06:13):
five miles away, but they consider that near school, so
they do a perimeter lockdown. Well, who whatever police jurisdiction
is taking care of the criminal activity that precipitates the
perimeter lockdown at a nearby school? Well, those cops are
busy handling the criminal activity. So what is one school

(06:36):
resource officer going to secure the perimeter? H I don't see.
I don't see razor wire and chain link fence and
you know German shepherds all patrolling the perimeter of a school.
So what are the teachers going to do? Go out
with their erasers from the chalkboard, the erasers from the whiteboard.

(06:59):
Are they going to go out with their pencil sharpeners?
What are they gonna do? Go out, go out with
their lunch pails and threaten anybody crosses the perimeter. We're
gonna bang you over the head with a ruler. Why
what the what the hell they think they're gonna do?
And then to Dragon's point, it's been made abundantly clear.

(07:22):
In fact, I heard Tom Holman talking about it again
this morning. Yes, the raids have started, and what are
we doing. We're going after the criminal element. Unless there's
a member of Trenda Arragua on the grounds of a
school somewhere, I don't think to Dragon's point, they're going

(07:43):
to be going to the school. So why does the mainstream,
why does the cabal force these stories upon you? This
is all they have. They want you to think that
your child's not safe at school because ice agents are
gonna come, you know, with the battering ram and they're

(08:04):
gonna break down you know, the doors, you know, the
storm by the principal's office, and they're going to storm
down the hallways, you know, in all their swat gear,
and they're gonna start looking for illegal aliens in the schools.
I don't think so. So it's meant you know, I'm

(08:27):
I'm I'm trying to do. You know, I'm always focused
on my health. And one of the things I'm trying
to do is which is really difficult for me because
of this stupid job, which is not really a job
because I love doing it, but is to step away

(08:47):
from this every day for at least thirty minutes or
an hour. I did it last night, and you know,
last night went to dinner with a friend. We sat
in a steakhouse and just laughed about bulk Trap for
an hour and a half. It was it was wonderful.
But the cabal wants you to be in a constant

(09:10):
state of anxiety, of nervousness, of bewilderment. Let's talk about it,
and I think somebody raised it in the on the
text line let me go check real quick. The latest
one is uh do do do? I thought somebody sent

(09:32):
me a text about Oh here here it is twelve
thirty one. Michael my son and his wife have gone
full snowflake. This is where I'd love to give out
the full number. Let's see. Uh, let me just look Franklin, Frankfurt, Kentucky.

(09:55):
So this is a text from Frankfort, Kentucky this morning.
But I will know give out your phone number. Michael
my son and his wife have gone full snowflake. They
both have shared the Elon Hitler wave meme. If it
was just them, I would go full troll and piss
them off, but they have my granddaughter, so I keep quiet.

(10:17):
I guess I'll have to start sharing competing memes and posts.
Any other suggestions, Yes, if if you are, if you
have access to X, and you should because you should
be following me X at Michael Brown USA. Because I
showed my friend this last night. He said, please tell

(10:37):
me that Elon Musk did not give the Hile Hitler salute.
And I just rolled my eyes and I was like, Chris, no,
he did not. First, let's just before I showed him anything.
I said, let's realize that he's Asperger's And did you
see him bouncing onto No, I didn't. All I saw
was the photo, so you didn't see him in is

(10:58):
all of his exuberant and all of his Asperger exuberants
bounced onto the stage to give that speech. He came
dancing on like a ballerina. He was so excited to
go give this speech. And then at the end he
says something about how we're going to make America great again,
and he puts he kind of slaps his chest over
his heart and then just kind of throws his hand

(11:19):
into the air, and that becomes Kyle Hitler. It took
me all of literally five seconds or less to do
a search on X of the Hitler sign, and that
brought up, if I recall correctly, Alexandria Cossi Cortez, Elizabeth Warren,

(11:45):
Chuck Schumer, may have been Bernie Sanders, may have been
a me Klobescher. But there were like six They were
like six photographs, all in a row of all of
them with their hands in the air. By the way, dragon,
do you see I'm old dragon? All I old dragon?

Speaker 4 (12:07):
You better stop there. There might be a camera in there.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
I'll wait till the Martino people show up, and then
I'll throw my hand in the air. It's utterly insane.
The country is gone, well not the country for the
first time, well at least four years, if not longer.
I feel that the country is actually kind of sane
right now. And are we getting midnight tweets again? I

(12:33):
guess I should go look and is he doing it from?
Let me search?

Speaker 4 (12:41):
I think they're the Truth Serve whatever his U.

Speaker 2 (12:44):
It's on true Socialist okay, because I'm trying to see.
I'm just looking at the Potus account thirteen hours ago,
so that's getting somewhat late where they announced the Stargate thing.
They are official intelligence. But by the way, someone on
some again text line, Man, this is I'm not doing

(13:06):
anything I wanted to do this hour. Somebody. Well, I
don't know what this is, but I just saw Michael.
I know you said you don't care eighty three eighty Michael,
I know you said that you didn't care. But I
believe that it's called Oh, I believe it's called Gulf

(13:26):
of Mexico. Is due to when it was named they
had seventy five percent of the land around it, from
Texas down to Yucatan. Well, okay, maybe so, but again
I just don't care. Sixteen forty one, now that I'm
off on text messages, Mike, I'm a gay, I'm a
gay conservative. Oligarch is the new fascist among my liberal,

(13:47):
uninformed friends. Oh my god, I'm thinking of that. So
we had these tech giants all on the Dais during
the inaugural speech on myny and people are still bitching
about that, and I'm like, well, first of all, it
got narrowed down and the inaugural committee and quite frankly,

(14:10):
the president is going to decide who he wants on
the Dais with him. And he knew he was about
to announce this AI initiative what is it, five hundred
billion dollars or something, and he had Larry Ellison and
Sam what's his name from Open AI and the Masa,

(14:32):
the guy from soft Bank making this announcement yesterday. But anyway,
somebody on the text line is upset about artificial intelligence.
Let me see if I can find that, because I
thought that one was pretty interesting in that, you know,

(14:57):
I would use the search. I know there's a search
function on this, but it's pretty lousy and I do, okay,
let me do artificial. Didn't do AI? Artificial? Let me
see what comes with artificial. Oh here it is seventeen
seventy four. With all due respect to seventeen seventy four, Mike,

(15:21):
the artificial intelligence. We need to lose that we are
Americans and we are intelligent. God made me and Jesus
saved me. Are were you afraid of the horseless carriage?
Were you afraid of the We got rid of party lines?

(15:45):
We got instead of a rotary dial phone, we had
a push button phone. Were you afraid of the first
mobile phone? The car phone technology brings with it a
certain degree of uncertainty, and I understand a little bit
of anxiety, and I do believe that we need to somehow.

(16:09):
Here's the you know, the so called anarchist about regulation.
We do need to be careful about how AI is used.
But the potential for AI is absolutely unbelievad you hear
Larry Ellison at Oracle yesterday talking about and actually my
doctor has already told me about this, that there are
now tests using AI where they can look at Do

(16:34):
you go in for your regular labs, you go in
for your blood work, like I do every three months,
and now they can find fragments of some you know,
you tiny cancer's tumor you have somewhere, and they can
start isolating that and treat it before it gets out
of control, and you can remain cancer free. It's amazing

(16:56):
what they're going to be able to do. Don't I
mean be cautious, but in embrace this stuff.

Speaker 3 (17:02):
These are the same people that complained and we're separating
families that their parents get sent back.

Speaker 2 (17:08):
They need to get into the.

Speaker 4 (17:09):
School to let those children know that they're not going
to be at home with their parents.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
I just received an email that I find fascinating. It
comes from the Adams twelve School District and the subject
is our commitment of support for all stakeholders near Rocky
Top Families. Adams twelve five Star Schools is dedicated to

(17:40):
ensuring all students and their families feel safe, welcomed, and
support within our educational community. Guided by our core values
of care, collaboration, empowerment, engagement and focus on students, we
are committed to protecting the rights of every student in
the family, regardless of immigration status, national origin, or background.
In our verse community, we recognize some students in their

(18:02):
families may be struggling with intensely personal questions and concerns
about the national landscape regarding immigration. Our critical mission and
our obligation under the law is to ensure our schools
are safe learning environments where a students race, ethnicity, religion,
and immigration status do not create barriers to that child's education.

(18:30):
I'm not quite sure about how that's worth it, but
let's move on. Schools as protected areas. Schools are designated
as protected areas under current Department of Homeland Security guidelines.
This means that immigration enforcement actions such as arrests, interviews, searches,
or surveillance should not happen on school grounds. These guidelines

(18:51):
helping sure that students and staff can learn and work
without fear of disruption. Okay, well, my fun with fine
with that. Nobody said that. Nobody has claimed that they're
going to start rating sils, but they want you to
think that. But here's what you can do, and here's
where I go crazy. We encourage families to take the
following steps to stay informed and prepared. Update your emergency

(19:13):
contact blah blah, Attend a know your Rights session, learn
about your legal rights and protections as immigrant, families. Well,
we'll get to that in a second and then third
access resources. Visit the Adams twelve Immigration and Newcomer Resources
page for additional resources. We remain committed to fostering the
inclusive and welcoming community. Blah blah blah. So I clicked

(19:34):
on the URL and I get to the Adams twelve
five Star Schools Immigrate, Immigration and Newcomer Resources. Here you
will find information about organizations NGOs. They can help with
things like food, housing, healthcare, education, legal services, and more.

(19:55):
Our district has a program known as the Student and
Family Outreach Program that is made up of staff members
who specialize in homeless education, child welfare education, migrant education,
and evacuee refugee education, none of which seems to me
to have anything to do with actual learning, but I digress.

(20:16):
These multi lingual staff members can help your family navigate
community resources schools. I mean, there are plenty of other
places to get that, But there's a form to request
support from this Student Family Outreach Program. But then there
is and I just randomly clicked on a few of

(20:37):
these legal rights. Your rights summarized. You have the right
to remain silent. You have the right to refuse the
search of your personal belongings without a warrant. You have
the right to seek legal advice. You do not have
to sign anything you are asked to sign, and you
can watch a video Know your Rights training for immigrants
in English. You know, I need to click that one.

(20:59):
I'm curiou what that one is? Oh, I'm not connected
to the internet. Dragon, whears our internet.

Speaker 4 (21:06):
I'll get a new one.

Speaker 2 (21:09):
I like the heat in your office? How's that going?

Speaker 4 (21:12):
Exactly?

Speaker 2 (21:14):
Good grief? What's I can't do this program without internet?
I can't even get connected to Tom's internet. Damn it.
You know, sometimes sometimes I really do get.

Speaker 4 (21:39):
Furious in live radio so much with the.

Speaker 2 (21:41):
Utter incompetence of maintaining the infrastructure that we need to
do our jobs. What it's not connecting? Well, let me
go back to.

Speaker 4 (21:55):
Who needs light bulbs?

Speaker 2 (21:58):
I well, I can't. Now I've lost connection to Let's
see if I can do well.

Speaker 4 (22:05):
It's a good thing. I got a few paper stories
over there.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
Do you're right? No? Because now, because if I'm going
to suffer through this crap, so are they? Now it's
said I'm gonna get connected to I. Oh, now suddenly
I'm connected to iHeart. So now it's back, so I
don't want you to hear her. So I'm going to
pause that and I'm going to go back to.

Speaker 4 (22:29):
The Know Your.

Speaker 2 (22:32):
This is Know Your Rights, which is provided by Adam's twelve.
Let's see what do we have here? And it won't play.

(22:55):
Let me pull up the email again. Let me see
if I can at least get back to the email.
So I click on the URL and it takes me
to this page and the page has legal rights. I
wanted to play you the video because I haven't seen it,
but who knows? Then free, free and low cost legal

(23:17):
aid services. Listen to these organizations. Denver Immigrant Legal Services Fund,
there's a money laundering scheme, the Colorado Asylum Center for
those seeking asylum in the US. The Rocky Mountain Immigrant
Advocacy Network. Free legal representation for immigrant children and adults

(23:39):
in detention centers, so we'll give you free aid to that.
The African Community Center, free and low cost legal services
for immigrants and refugees. The Catholic Charities of Denver, free
and low cost legal services for immigrants and refugees by
appointment only. And Lutheran Family Services. Same thing. Let's see

(24:02):
medical let's go to medical needs oh Omni Salude medical
insurance available regardless of immigration status, immunizations, free low cost
vaccine calendars, including including locations of clinics offering dental kids
in need of dentistry Clinica Hispania, Clinica Colorado, Adams County
Health Department, el Group of Vita Family Voices employment uh

(24:29):
whun goes community helping finding employment without a Social Security number,
helping get certifications and licenses for work regardless of immigration status. Huh.
Lutheran Family Services, the Rocky Mountains Road to Economic Freedom
employment program again, a Lutheran Family Services program, the Mecaser

(24:51):
Resources Center, and of course an English Language Learning center.
And there's different ones. Lyttleton Early Childhood Partnership about Adams
County Metropolitan State University of Denver. All I mean, dooge,
you stop federal funding for every single way you or

(25:13):
you make the recommendation. You can't do it, but make
a recommendation that we stop federal funding for all of
these NGOs, Catholic charities, Lutheran services, they don't need federal funding.
They should be paid for by the members of the
Catholic Church or the members of the Lutheran Church or

(25:33):
anybody else that wants to give to that organization, not
don't use my tax dollars to do that. Do you
get rid of all of that funding? Force all of
these NGOs to seek out their own sources of funding
from individuals or I don't care, a foundation or a
trust or somebody I don't care, But not the taxpayers,

(25:57):
because that is another that you in bed.

Speaker 4 (26:01):
First.

Speaker 2 (26:02):
First of all, they're going to hire their friends. So
do you think that there are so called conservatives that
are running these organizations? Probably not. So they're hiring Democrat
operatives to run these because that way you can indoctrinate
them at the same time that you're providing the services

(26:23):
to them, so that when they go to vote, I mean,
who needs an ID to vote? So when they, you know,
register to vote and the ballot shows up in their mailbox,
they'll know to be sure and vote Democrat. And I
would say Colorado is the absolute worst at doing that.
So you want to do you want to start cleaning
things up? Start there? I did want too. I wonder

(26:46):
if I can still get to it, and that is
this video. Did you hear the bishop at the National
Cathedral lecture the president yesterday.

Speaker 5 (26:56):
Finally, Easter President, millions have put their trust in you,
and as you told the nation yesterday, you have felt
the providential hand of a loving God. In the name
of our God, I ask you to have mercy upon

(27:19):
the people in our country.

Speaker 4 (27:23):
We're scared now.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
Scared now if you're here illegally, you ought to be worried,
not scared, because first of all, we're going after the
criminal elements first. So you have time to go home
if you want to. No one's going to force you
immediately to go home. But you're on the list. You're
way down on the list. But nonetheless you're on the list.

(27:48):
And thank god, we finally have a list and we
finally have some priorities. But I believe in mercy. But
what about we had an ice agent I think it
was Vermont. We had an ice agent killed in a
raid yesterday. What about the people that get battered and

(28:11):
beat the cops and just individuals on subway trains or
in the Bronx or in Times Square by illegal aliens.
What what do you call a bishop at the National Cathedral,
the minister of pastor or what? What? What? Whatever? She's

(28:33):
a priest? Whatever she is are you calling for mercy
for those people too? And those families?

Speaker 5 (28:41):
There are gay, lesbian and transgender children in Democratic, Republican
and independent families, some who fear for their lives.

Speaker 2 (28:54):
Fear for their lives. What I'll be right back regarding.

Speaker 4 (29:01):
This bishop who lectured Donald Trump.

Speaker 2 (29:03):
Where's the separation of church and state?

Speaker 4 (29:07):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (29:07):
My god, get it, she continues in her lecture. And
the people, now, you know, let me be back, because
I want you to hear the part about how gay,
lesbian and transgender children are fearing.

Speaker 5 (29:25):
For their lives, democratic Republican and independent families, some who
fear for their lives. And the people, the people who
pick our crops and clean our office buildings, who labor
in poultry farms and meatpacking plants, who wash the dishes

(29:46):
after we eat in restaurants, and work the night shifts
in hospitals. They may not be citizens or have the
proper documentation, But the vast majority of immigrants.

Speaker 2 (30:00):
What were you saying, mister producer?

Speaker 4 (30:02):
She sounds very racist right there.

Speaker 3 (30:03):
Why she always got to think that those immigrants of
the low level jobs like that.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
Well, as she was saying that, I was just thinking
through like at dinner last night I saw I saw
a dishwasher because he came out from the kitchen to
go somewhere, probably to the restroom or something, and he
didn't he was a white guy. I must have been

(30:28):
at it. I must have gone to a racist restaurant
last night. Just when I think about it, there was
nobody well, I think that No. There were a couple
of waitresses in there that looked Hispanic, but it was
predominantly white, and I would guess that every single one
of them was probably an American citizen.

Speaker 4 (30:49):
So to your.

Speaker 3 (30:50):
Prize, they need the dishwashers need to be you know,
immigrants and the people that picked this produce who need
to be to clean the bathrooms need to be.

Speaker 2 (31:00):
Wow, she's just she sees everything through the lens of
identity politics.

Speaker 5 (31:05):
It's just straight up me are not criminals, They pay
taxes and our good neighbors. I ask you to have mercy,
mister President, on those in our communities whose children fear
that their parents will be taken away, and that you
help those who are fleeing war zones and persecution in
their own lands to find compassion and welcome here.

Speaker 2 (31:30):
Well, with all due respect to this priest, Pastor Bishop,
we're not the world's dumping ground, and we're not responsible
for bringing or allowing all of these downtrodden people to

(31:52):
come here. Now, I agree that I think that we
have because of our unique position in the world, not
as a country. There's a part that may be a
moral obligation on the part of the nation as a whole,
but I believe the greater moral obligation is for citizens,

(32:16):
individuals in this country to do what they can to
help their fellow men. And because we live in a
free country, we can all individually choose who we support,
who we give to, what we give to, and we
should not be forced by taxation or by just opening

(32:40):
our borders to anybody that can make it here from
whatever craphole country you live in, to just allow you
to come here. There's no moral, legal, or I think
Christian requirement to do that, not at all. But remember
that's a difference between between a nation and individuals. And

(33:05):
then I would just say, how dare this? She has
a writer free speech? And as I watched this yesterday,
first you should see the looks on the faces of
the president of the first lady and the vice president
and the second lady. You know jd Vance has that

(33:25):
habit of rolling his eyes and looking off to the side.
He does that as this woman's talking. And I don't
blame him, and yes it was I don't think it
was a mean tweet. To wait to hear what Trump
wrote about her later

I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!
