First talk back up the day, let's kick things off.
Speaker 3 (00:05):
What is up you guys?
Speaker 4 (00:06):
Is your buddy.
Speaker 1 (00:07):
I'm New York and I feel like yesterday wasn't hyped
up enough. But let's go twenty twenty six.
Speaker 3 (00:13):
Whoa, but hopefully this year.
Speaker 1 (00:15):
I mean, we're gonna take Kat on a date. Let's
people hopes up. But let's go have a good day. Okay,
A couple things unpacked there. I think he's right. I
don't think yesterday was hyped up enough. We're back. We're
starting the new year, twenty twenty six. So I'm gonna
throw it over to our very own hype girl, Jess
and let her pump everybody up, because yesterday it didn't
really happen. We kind of came out. We're like we're back,
and people are like, I'm glad you're back from m kay.
(00:37):
It wasn't there wasn't enough build up. There wasn't enough hype.
So agree, get everybody, get the Bay area hyped up.
People are like, oh, this is the longest week ever
already it's only Tuesday, and get people excited.
Speaker 5 (00:47):
You're right, let's go people, it's twenty twenty six, New Year,
New You don't let anybody stop you from achieving your
goals this year. I know it's a Tuesday. Tuesdays can
be a little rough, but hey, grab your coffee, grab
a second coffee if you need it, grab a third car,
grab a third coffee if you need it, and.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
You go out there and grab life by the just
grab it.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
I don't think that really. It didn't do it for me,
is Lena? Did you get hyped up?
Speaker 2 (01:15):
Not really? But I haven't had coffee yet.
Speaker 1 (01:16):
What's everybody's general outlook for twenty twenty six? Are we
excited about this year?
Speaker 3 (01:21):
I have?
Speaker 1 (01:21):
Twenty five was kind of like, eh, it wasn't like
the best year, wasn't the worst year. It was just
kind of eh.
Speaker 6 (01:26):
What.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
I'm a little indifferent. I haven't decided yet. I'm not
mad at it.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
I feel like twenty twenty six is going to be
very indifferent. I think that's theory.
Speaker 5 (01:33):
Yeah, I guess so, well, that's not very uplifting you guys.
Speaker 2 (01:37):
I'm just truth.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
You didn't hype up enough to get excited about the
year and all the things to look forward to this year.
Speaker 5 (01:43):
I'm excited for this year because twenty.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
Two, Oh Justin is gonna get married this year?
Speaker 2 (01:47):
No, is that happening this year?
Speaker 5 (01:48):
No, I think it's happening next year. But it can
only go up from here, you guys, twenty twenty five
was rough.
Speaker 1 (01:54):
You think we bought them out in twenty twenty five.
There's been worse years there.
Speaker 2 (01:59):
I'm just hoping it's worse than last year.
Speaker 1 (02:01):
What was so bad? I I already forgot.
Speaker 5 (02:04):
I don't know, I just fell off.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
Yeah I did.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
Also, are we done with the I'm never're going to
talk about weather in a second, but are we done
with the rain?
Speaker 5 (02:11):
But we're done with the rain for the hit for
the week, the week.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
For the week. It's going to be back.
Speaker 5 (02:16):
It's probably going to be back eventually.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
But yeah, anything else.
Speaker 1 (02:21):
Graham, Yeah, I wanted to throw this out really quick
because I saw this article about how the vanity Every
year at the end of the year, the different DMVs
across the country released like their list of rejected license
plate vanity names, you know, requests that people put in
and applied for and that they had to deny. And
this one was put up by Illinois, and I wanted
(02:42):
to ask you guys, because here's their list. The sweet
people of Illinois. You know, they're a little wholesome out
there in the Midwest. Here's the list of the rejected
ones up there, and you got to tell me what's
wrong with these I can't figure out what's wrong with
any of these names. One of the rejected. They said
they had fifty six thousand applications for vanity plates during
the year. Last year, one hundred and fifty of them
got rejected. Here's just a sampling of some of the
(03:03):
ones that were rejected. Again, I'm confused as to why
BBL was rejected.
Speaker 5 (03:08):
What's wrong with that?
Speaker 1 (03:10):
If you want to put BBL on the on your
license plate? Who cares you?
Speaker 3 (03:13):
Right?
Speaker 1 (03:14):
Here, here's another one, blue Ballin'.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
That's funny with that?
Speaker 1 (03:20):
You can't put that on the license s Another one here,
I be pooping. Who cares if that person wants to
announce to the world. Okay, that's what they're currently doing.
Big deal.
Speaker 7 (03:34):
Right?
Speaker 1 (03:35):
The next one bricked? Oh, what's wrong with that?
Speaker 2 (03:39):
Nothing?
Speaker 1 (03:40):
Okay? I see up? Or I cup? It depends how
you want to read it, but I think it's ic up.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
Okay, So what I cup? It's a new cup by Apple.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
Exactly who cares send nudes and they're all thinking it.
We all want you to.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Send a good one.
Speaker 5 (03:57):
I feel like that one is the thing.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
I feel like I'm seen that one before.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
You've seen send nudes on a license plate before, not
in Illinois, you haven't now and got rejected badass mom again.
I'm you know, the spelling hares are obviously slightly abbreviated,
but that's what it says. Oh, why can't put badass
mom on a.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
License Over the weekend, I saw someone's license plate who
was just it just said D's and then he had
the truck nuts.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
Right under nice job, nice job. See, yeah, you have
to get creative because apparently they just you can't put
anything on a license plate before one more here pre us.
It's like Chrius. But I thought that's funny. Why can't
you put that on license plate?
Speaker 2 (04:42):
I don't know. People don't want us to live our
best lives.
Speaker 1 (04:45):
People hate fun Baby Hayten.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Maybe Hayton should be a license plate.
Speaker 1 (04:49):
Baby Hayden, I'd be pooping.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
That's a good one.
Speaker 3 (04:53):
That was good.
Speaker 2 (04:53):
Coming up next, Graham wants to share a story from
Christmas time.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
The JV show on Wild ninety f Time four four
the four things you need a heads up on to
start your day.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
So, the Venezuela leader that was captured over the weekend
was in court yesterday. Like Raham told us yesterday morning,
he is facing four federal charges. Yesterday he pled and
that's guilty to all of them. There's also a lot
of protesting. Oh, they're in New York City where the
court hearing happened.
Speaker 1 (05:21):
Interesting, right, It was an interesting night for the Warriors,
who were in La taking on the Clippers last night.
Coach Steve Kerr got ejected from the game for arguing
with officials, marking just the fifth time ever in his
coaching career that he's gotten bounced from a game. Meanwhile,
Steph Curry fouled out in the game, something he hasn't
done since twenty twenty one. And with all that, the
Warriors lost one of three to one oh two. They're
now nineteen and eighteen on the season and in eighth
(05:44):
place in the Western Conference.
Speaker 5 (05:46):
Mostly Cotti's guys for this Tuesday. There may be some
leftover drizzle, but it will be very spotty throughout the day.
Other than that, though, we're basically done with the heavy
rain for the week and bee in the mid to
high fifties.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
Nice, Hey, Ari's bestie, your day today is gonna be
a six. Unfortunately, the new year has brought with it
a bunch of new responsibilities and you've got more than
you can handle right now, which is weird for you.
If you can delegate, now is the time to pass
along some of the detail works to someone you can trust.
If not better, get busy. Oh not like the fun
(06:18):
getting busy either, like the you know, do more work?
Speaker 2 (06:20):
Why do you do?
Speaker 1 (06:22):
I guess why not?
Speaker 2 (06:24):
Exactly all right? Next to the JV Show, Graham wants
to share a story from Christmas time. Something I'm gonna
do with your son?
Speaker 3 (06:29):
Right?
Speaker 1 (06:29):
Uh huh, this is a good one. The JV Show
on Wild ninety four nine jam.
Speaker 8 (06:35):
Show, This is edwin from brentwood Man. As a Raider fan,
this week could not have gone better with the Peete
Carroll firing. Time for fresh air and yes, even as
a Raider fan wishing the that is go. Look fans,
be proud of your team. You through all the injuries
just to get to the playoffs. Thank I would wish
(06:56):
the Raiders be in that position. Anyways, I have a
great rest.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
That someone was look at that Raider fan extended in
all the branch to the Niners, saying good luck in
the playoffs. We could use some more of that. I
remember when I tried to do that one time and
support an Oakland team and everyone's like, yeah, get out
of here and get out of here. So then I
was like hashtag never again.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
I like that. That was nice. Sorry, we are the
JV Show. I'm Selena and I'm Jess. All Right, you
said a good story, Graham better be good.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
Yeah. So, my son forty's eight years old. He wanted
to get a drone for Christmas, and Santa delivered, you guys,
brought him like a pretty cool it's very small, small drone,
that one that looked fairly easy to fly, and he did.
He took it out on the first day and was
(07:48):
kind of flying it around and figuring out how to
fly it. And I took my crack at it. I
crashed it a couple of times. I'll be honest. The
thing seems pretty durable, though, so whatever, I've never really
flowed a drone before. I don't know what I was doing,
and you know, it was fine, but buy our house
there's a bunch of trees and stuff, and he crashed
into a few trees, and we kind of needed to
get to some more open space. So one day we
(08:10):
there's like a bike trail near our house, and we
took the kids for a bike ride with some friends
and my son Ford also brought the drone along. He's like,
I'm gonna fly it out there because it's a lot
more open perfect great idea. Mostly it's a lot of
vineyard out there. We live in Napa and there's just
like a vineyard on either side of this bike trail.
So he's flying it up and flying it around, and
(08:30):
we have some friends there and then the other little
kids are ooing and on and he's having a great time.
I was like, why'd you go a little higher? You know,
let's see what this thing can do. And so he
took it up higher, but they started going farther farther
away from us, and since it's a small drone, you
can't tell what direction it's facing to fly it back
to you, and there's no like return to home. But
I know a lot of them have like a button
(08:52):
you can hit and they'll just fly back to you.
This one didn't have that.
Speaker 2 (08:54):
Oh my god, that's not good.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
So it keeps going as it's going higher and hiring
farther away. And again, this thing's only maybe ten inches
or something. It's small. You're just it's way out there,
and as you're trying to bring it back, inevitably, he's
just flying it farther away. So this thing's flying out
over vineyard. Now I'm just watching it. I'm like, dude,
turn around, come back, okay, try to make it a
(09:17):
small turn, fly this way. And it just keeps going
higher and farther away, and so I was like, well,
there's no chance it's coming back. And of course at
one point it just drops out of the sky and
falls straight down. Now it's deep, it's out there, and
I was like, I can't take my eyes off the
spot that it fell, otherwise we're never going to find it.
So I just stood there and like pointed on the
(09:38):
exact line that it was on. I'm like, I'm not
gonna move. This is the line that's on. But sorry, kid,
you got to walk out there and try to find it. Now,
if you can picture vineyard rows, is a lot of
wire and stuff on the thing. So each row of
vineyard you have to duck under it, almost crawl to
get under into the and then under the next row,
in the next row, and it might be one hundred
(09:58):
rows out there.
Speaker 2 (09:59):
Oh my.
Speaker 1 (10:01):
So he starts walking out there, and it's you get
out there. It's very disorienting. Each time you duck under
a thing, you probably deviate slightly from the direction that
you think you're walking or whatever. And I'm watching him
and he's I'm like, I'm pointing over here. It's over here.
You're on the wrong line. Go farther that way. But
he's getting farther away. He can't really hear me, you know,
and I'm shouting at him, no, it's that way. But honestly,
(10:23):
like you have no far it's it's too hard to
tell how far out it went, you know. We just
know it's way out there, and I can just see it.
He's like, way off course and not finding it. And
at this point it's like four forty five, you know,
it gets dark in five thirty. I was like, we
got one shot to find this thing. Otherwise it is
gone and it's gonna be dark. Dad's gonna have to go.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
Look.
Speaker 1 (10:44):
So so I start walking out there.
Speaker 2 (10:48):
Now, look, you're ducking under all these wires.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
You're like, you're sing, I'm six two and three quarters
and each time I have to like do this weird
like sideways lunge full bend over to get to duck
under each and you're using a bunch of muscles you've
never used before with this like weird side bed and
lunch thing. And I get out there and you know,
sixty seventy rows out whatever it is. It's whoa, and
(11:12):
it's exhausting, you guys. And I get out there and
thank god, I look and because the grass has grown up,
you know, if it had fallen in the grass and
never would have found this thing. It's sitting right on
the top of one of the vineyard wires, like up
on top of a row of Oh, it's sitting just
like perched. And I was like, there it is. I
(11:32):
found it.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
You got so lucky.
Speaker 1 (11:34):
Now I got to find my kid, right, I can't
find him.
Speaker 2 (11:37):
He's sting out there.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
Yeah, he had gone even farther. So I'm out there
shouting for him, and you know, I was like, I
found it. Let's go back. Now I have to turn
and go back and do that same side lunch thing.
Selene I remember when you talked about the time that
you had to walk from your car at Great America
all the way into the park and back part, and
you were the most sore you've ever been. You can
hardly walk for several days. Yeah, I got. I mean
(12:00):
I wasn't even all the way back to where we were.
I had ducked under maybe forty rows coming back. I
couldn't do it anymore. I was so I was like,
I think I'm gonna have to get down on my
hands and knees and crawl because I can't do any
more of these side bend duck under lunch things. It
was like Army boot camp. I couldn't. I could barely
do it. I was so winded. I could just I
(12:24):
had to fight to get back to the beginning. And
I feel like I'm in pretty good shape. But again,
you use all these weird muscles I've never used before.
Speaker 5 (12:30):
That's because the skip leg day.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
I don't. I actually don't skip leg day, but I
don't do a side split lunch bendover thing. I don't know.
The next four days, you guys, I could barely move.
I've never been so sore. My back hurts so bad,
my quads and I mean, I don't even know what muscles.
They were hurt so bad. But we found the drone.
(12:54):
It was a miracle, Thank God. Never allowed to fly
anywhere near. It's got to be full open field from
now on, we've got to be out in the middle
of a soccer field if you want to fly that
thing again. That or Santa I should have brought one
that has like the return you know, fly back button.
But if you're looking for a new workout to do,
for the best workout of your life, do the vineyard
(13:16):
duck under vineyard c I thought I was going to
die out there. I'm like, my god, you guys go
ahead without well, at least you guys go.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
On the Remember I told you how my husband tried
to fly his at Alcatraz and the wind took it away.
It never no, because it died. He was trying to
bring it back, but it was dying, and then just
it just went dark, and then the wind it just
kept on going against the way at some point I'm
sure it did because it died. Oh yeah, and then
it just yeah, using up all the battery power trying
(13:44):
to fly against the wind to come back.
Speaker 1 (13:46):
And then that was it. Those things really should be
I don't know what they should do. I'm sure there's
very a lot better ones that are a little more easy, but.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
All right, well, thank you for sharing, Grammy. Next, we
are going to turn it over to Jess to talk TV.
What are you watching?
Speaker 5 (14:02):
I just watched Rebecca the Becky g documentary. Have you
guys seen it on that flock?
Speaker 3 (14:06):
No?
Speaker 2 (14:06):
I haven't watched it yet. Let's talk about it.
Speaker 1 (14:08):
The JV show on Wild ninety four to nine.
Speaker 9 (14:11):
Welcome back, Javid. You were truly missed, but you guys
deserve vacation just like the rest of us. I hope
you got a lot of rest and had lots of fun. Grammy,
I'm ready for my shoey Jess. I'm sure Reuben was
excited when the Giants beat my Raiders.
Speaker 5 (14:27):
Much love.
Speaker 9 (14:28):
I'm glad you guys are back. I got cut up
with the Wild Thoughts and what I got out of it. Selena,
you a freak which a people sack town.
Speaker 1 (14:38):
Up. That's the takeaway. I guess if you listen, if
you go back and listen to all the Wild Thoughts
podcasts as a whole, I don't I can't really zoom
out and listen to him like he did all at once.
So maybe that is the takeaway.
Speaker 2 (14:49):
Too much filth? Uh yeah, I don't, I don't know.
I don't remember. I try to block out, blackout, sorry,
everything that we talk about because it's just so you're sick. Yeah,
I know, I know, I know all. So don't just
skip over the shoey thing. Okay, you're ready for it,
So when are you gonna come in and do it?
Let's lock it in.
Speaker 1 (15:05):
Yeah, we need to get that on the schedule. Rubens
lost a NFL bet as a Raider fan to me
a Niner fan, and he has to take a shoeye,
So we'll set.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
That up all right. Tuesdays though, around this time we
turn it over to Jest to talk TV.
Speaker 5 (15:19):
And I started watching, well completed watching the Becky ge documentary.
You guys, it's on Netflix. It's called Rebecca ten out
of ten recommend It made me cry a few times.
Speaker 2 (15:28):
Not gonna lie just because she shows it is very
because you say everyone thinks you look like her.
Speaker 5 (15:33):
Oh no, I also don't agree with that. I think
it's literally just the forehead. It's the forehead and that's it.
But no, so it just so It shows her struggles
growing up, her family dynamics, and just her trying to
make her dreams come true to provide for her family. Basically,
(15:54):
so great documentary.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
Loved it.
Speaker 5 (15:56):
Check it out now. Something that a lot of people
were curious about, well whether or not she was going
to include or mention it in the documentary was the
cheating scandal that she went through with her man. I
don't know if you guys remember this seeing any headlines
when this was happening, but she got engaged back in
twenty twenty two, and then months later women were coming
out saying that her man was talking.
Speaker 2 (16:18):
To them and he even had a putter see I
like it.
Speaker 5 (16:22):
He had put out a public statement saying, you know
that he made some mistakes and so you know, it
doesn't really they don't really share one hundred percent of
the extent to which he cheated. But she was put
in a tough spot where all of this is happening.
She's in the spotlight at this point, like, you know,
a lot more people know of her, and now her
fans are expecting her to basically make a decision because
(16:45):
they're like, girl, you do not deserve this. If you
are singing about women empowerment and all of these things
in your songs Why are You Staying? And so it
was a really tough time for her, and she actually
does kind of bring it up in the documentary. I
want to ask you how you would handle this as
a parent. I'm going to play a little clip of
something that the mom shares in the documentary, and I
(17:07):
want you, guys to tell me what you think.
Speaker 7 (17:08):
I don't expect perfection from my kids, and I don't
expect perfection from people who love them. We all make mistakes,
and I know they're working through a lot and it's
not easy in the public eye, but they're both deserving
of their own beautiful love story.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
Beautiful love story.
Speaker 5 (17:31):
Sorry, so is that Becky's that's Becky's mom. That's her mom, Okay,
And she mentions in the documentary that she loves him
as a son too. He's been in their lives for
a very very long time. So as a parent, how
do you go about this happening to your child, them
getting cheated on, but you also having this close of
(17:52):
a relationship to their partner.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
You're you're just by yea, yeah, because I've been through
that firsthand, and so I know if that's like, I
can't imagine my daughter going through that type of pain
and for somebody to put her through that kind of pain,
and I know what it feels like. No, sorry, Yeah,
I did love you like a son maybe, and I
can love you from afar and you know, I hope
for the best for you. Maybe somebody else you do
(18:17):
better at that person, but it's not gonna be my daughter.
Speaker 1 (18:19):
Yeah, it'd be impossible not to be deeply offended, right,
And I'm sure there's parents listening that have been through
this with their kids who are a little older, Like,
we've welcomed you into our family, and now you've disrespected,
betrayed our entire family. I have no problem cutting you off.
I'm sure you're great when you're around. I'm sure you'll
be right just as great when you're not around.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
But what if your daughter doesn't cut him off?
Speaker 5 (18:42):
That's the thing, and then he's still coming to the
Christmas and the family parties.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
I mean my advice, particularly because look, you said this
was her cheating scandal from a few years ago. And yeah,
as I'm furiously googling who is Becky g it says
she's twenty eight years old. And if this was from
forty five years ago, she's very early twenties and she's
already getting They were engaged, you said, yep, engaged, and
this person's already cheating on you. Pull the rip chord.
(19:09):
That is my gonna be my advice, and I'm sticking
to it.
Speaker 2 (19:12):
I mean, I'd be my advice too. But you can't
make those decisions for somebody, of course, you know what
I mean. They have to learn themselves.
Speaker 5 (19:18):
And obviously, as the child, you don't want your parents
to be involved though. You don't want them to be
telling you, like what to do in your relationship, so
it gets tough in that sense too.
Speaker 1 (19:27):
I love him, you don't understand trash. I love him.
Speaker 5 (19:32):
Wait, but you guys, Okay, you guys would take the
being like a little bit more petty route then, because
I think I would too, I'd be like that. I don't.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
Yeah, I don't think that's petty. That's just parents. I mean,
that's literally your job is to protect your kids. Yeah.
Who wouldn't do that?
Speaker 1 (19:46):
Yeah? Is it? Going back to the fact that she's
only twenty eight, a little too early to have a
documentary about her.
Speaker 5 (19:52):
Life, She's gone through a lot I'm sure she's gonna
accomplish more. So there might be another documentary, maybe like
ten years now. But I really really loved it because
she had to almost take on like the role of
providing for her family at a very really.
Speaker 2 (20:08):
Young I remember her coming out here and doing events
and she was like thirteen, yes, so it's super young.
Speaker 5 (20:14):
I recommend especially for people like Graham who was googling
her right now, and put some respect on Becky Gram.
Speaker 1 (20:20):
We have a Becky drop.
Speaker 5 (20:23):
We're on the radio. Yes, yes, fourteen, they're working. You're
making her work at fourteen, Graham giving you drops.
Speaker 1 (20:32):
There you go, all right, the hottest thing.
Speaker 10 (20:36):
It's all the stuff you need to know, what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today.
Speaker 2 (20:44):
In the Megan Markle's new venture, What is your excitement level?
You guys?
Speaker 1 (20:49):
Is it honey? Is it jam?
Speaker 2 (20:51):
No, it's not.
Speaker 1 (20:52):
Is it butter no?
Speaker 5 (20:53):
Is it house products?
Speaker 2 (20:55):
No? Well it's a cookbook. Oh, it's said to be
releasing a cookbook out early this year. I think springtime maybe,
but it's gonna feature recipes from her show, like single
skillet spaghetti, rainbow themed fruit salad, basically all the things
(21:16):
on the show and gets made fun of. That's gonna
be what's in the cookbook. A lot of people are like.
Speaker 1 (21:22):
Single skillet, single skillets, spaghetti.
Speaker 2 (21:25):
A lot of people are like, you don't, right, why.
Speaker 1 (21:33):
Such a should make a cookbook. Do you think she's
actually coming up? Are these original recipes? I wonder that
a cookbooks in general.
Speaker 2 (21:43):
She doesn't know you know how to use half the
things in her kitchen. I mean not that I would
know how to use those fancy things either, but people
on line are constantly like pointing out what she's doing
wrong and how she's spreading salmonella here and there. How
are you going to give out safety tips in your
cookbook when you don't even you don't know what you're doing.
Speaker 1 (22:01):
I am kind of hungry though some single skillets it's
fretty good right now.
Speaker 5 (22:06):
I'm just so confused as to why they keep putting
out all these different projects when they're losing more money
than they're making. Because these things aren't making any money,
are they.
Speaker 1 (22:17):
It has to be part of some sort of contract,
like you've got to do a book, you have to
do this. Many episodes of the show, it's all it's
all part of a thing, and they're just fulfilling all
these obligations. I don't even think it wants to keep
pushing for it.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
I think it's something that she wants to do because
she keeps pulling this trick where, oh my god, look
it's sold out in this many hours people. You know,
it's just all about the presentation. That's all she cares about.
There was a glitch recently on her website where it
showed how many products are still left in stock and
for the signature of fruit Spread gift boxes, there was
(22:49):
one hundred and thirty seven thousand, four hundred and thirty
five left in stock.
Speaker 1 (22:53):
Oh Mike, what's the What was the starting number? It
could have been much higher than that. I mean, you
can you only create a product based on I don't
receive demand. You're like, whoa man, we better make one
hundred and fifty thousand these We're gonna set sell a
lot of them. And there's still now one hundred and
thirty thousand left.
Speaker 2 (23:09):
So when she drops the cookbook, it's gonna be with
a bunch of other things like candles and probably more
joms and things like that. Gipsy Rose is going to
be starting a podcast.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
A post oh PA podcast.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
She teases this a little towards the end of last year.
I just checked her YouTube. She hasn't launched or posted
an official episode yet, but she did post this little
clip where she's in her podcast room. You tell me
if you can listen to this for I don't know
an hour or however long heard. Things are going to.
Speaker 11 (23:41):
Be So with the new year comes of course new
Year's resolutions. So this year, my resolution is to honestly
prioritize my family and really kind of hone in on
the things that are important to me.
Speaker 2 (23:59):
I can't do this.
Speaker 1 (24:01):
That's the worst thing you've ever you've ever pumped into
my headphones? Why okay, why does everybody think they need
a podcast? And everybody assumes that a podcast is like
some easy thing. Oh, I just talk and people will
love to consume that. Some you can't. Just know it
doesn't work for everyone. We just heard that.
Speaker 2 (24:22):
Just tell everyone about the Gypstyn file.
Speaker 5 (24:24):
You guys. So during the break there were so many
videos that were released to the public, videos that Gypsy
herself recorded and was sending to Nick during the time
that they were dating. And it's videos of her showing him.
Speaker 2 (24:38):
This is before she went to prison.
Speaker 5 (24:40):
Yeah, this is her revealing to him that she can walk.
This is her telling him all sorts of freaky things
because they were in their alter egos. I guess mind you,
she's like in her mid twenties during these videos. So
a lot of people are questioning, like, we thought your
mom wouldn't allow you to have a phone, we thought
you didn't really have any free and we thought you
(25:00):
couldn't walk.
Speaker 2 (25:02):
A lot of it is very contradictory to like what
she said previously, the entire.
Speaker 5 (25:06):
Narratives, which I think is why, like she is trying
to stay away from like TikTok now and move on
to doing the podcast and doing those type of videos instead.
Speaker 2 (25:18):
And I just checked her YouTube where she's going to
be posting her podcast. It says gipsy Rose Blanchard Healing,
Acceptance and Peace.
Speaker 1 (25:26):
Interesting.
Speaker 5 (25:26):
So I think after those videos come out, you just
go ghost.
Speaker 1 (25:30):
But does that does that change legally any way that
they looked at the case, because right, I mean, I.
Speaker 2 (25:38):
Mean, I can't now she's already been in charge of
that did at.
Speaker 5 (25:40):
The time, and I think they had access to these videos.
So it's really strange because in these videos it almost
seems like she was the one lying to her mom
about a lot of things and not the other way around. Again,
who knows.
Speaker 2 (25:53):
I feel like that really wouldn't have mattered in court anyways.
She's been charged with, you know, the killing of her mom.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
You know, not the line, right, but I guess like
the level of the abuse that she was receiving would
impact like a judge and the sentence scene and how
much time you're going to be give? Yeah, exactly, got it?
Got it? The gypsy. That's a good name. I like that.
What do you have? My holy flu season? You guys.
The flu season the United States is now in full swing.
Forty five states reporting high or very high levels of
(26:22):
flu activity, their reports showing the levels are the highest
we've seen in the past five years, and the Bay
Area unfortunately no different. We seem to be the epicenter
of it in California and all of California. The Bay
Area currently has the second highest level of flu cases,
only behind Fresno and some of the surrounding Central Valley areas.
And we know they don't wash their hands in Fresno,
(26:43):
So what do we doing in the Bay Area? A
local medical officials saying the best way to protect yourself
still getting a flu shot, even this far into the
flu season. It's not too late. Flu vaccine, they say,
very good at protecting against severe symptoms, even if it
doesn't prevent you from getting infected. The one caveat to
that that I had read was that this year's flu
(27:05):
vaccine because they developed it way in advance, and then
the flu virus influenza A like mutated or whatever since
the time they developed it, and they're calling that one
the super flu, and the super flu is the one
spreading around the globe right now. So I don't know
how much protects you against that, but they're saying you
should still do it. Also, the thing that medical officials
cautioning everyone about is they're saying the holidays, when everybody
(27:27):
is off and going to family gatherings and stuff, the
worst time, not to mention everybody's spreading stuff around their
family is they're just all these gatherings. But now everybody's
going back into schools and into work and then spreading
even more. So the highest levels of activity are probably
going to be over the next few weeks. So wash
your hands, you know.
Speaker 2 (27:47):
Yeah, all the right things.
Speaker 5 (27:48):
I was expecting to come in here in for Selena
to be sick.
Speaker 2 (27:51):
No, I was in my own little bubble at home, good,
safe and sound. I mean that's about to change. The
kids are back at school.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
Yeah, jess what's the overrun on days till Yeah? For sure?
The JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine.
Speaker 2 (28:07):
Before we get to what the.
Speaker 12 (28:09):
Bleep hey, good morning JV show, it was Johnny Satada,
especially form A Graham.
Speaker 3 (28:14):
So what happened with the survival pool with a Justice Fyonce?
Speaker 1 (28:17):
Did you win that or how did it go? That's
a great question. I was in a survivor pool that
Justice Man organizes. I did pretty well and I did
not win it. I made it to the final twenty
something people I can't remember. I did alright, and I
got bounced on some game. But I'm still alive in
another Survivor pool and then you guys, and it is
a huge jackpot. I made it through the entire season.
(28:39):
If you've ever done a Survivor pool, you're just picking
a winner each week, and now it's moving into the
playoffs and oh man, I am freaking down. Oh also,
you guys, I totally forgot my team fart party, my
regular fantasy football team won the champions.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
What does that mean?
Speaker 1 (28:55):
Like, what do you get twelve hundred bucks? Oh? Oh yeah, brokay.
I had no business winning that thing. I hardly paid
any attention to that team, but we did it.
Speaker 3 (29:05):
Good morning, Happy Tuesday, Graham. Update. Is the r V
still there? Yes?
Speaker 7 (29:13):
Or no?
Speaker 1 (29:13):
So all right, if you're new to the JV show,
I let a friend store this old, rusted out r
V on my property and it was supposed to be
for a day or two and then it's been there
forever and you already know the answer. It is still
right there, Okay. I made it very hard push to
get it hauled off before Christmas because we were hosting
Christmas Day dinner and stuff, and I was like, can
(29:34):
we get that thing out of there before then? And
I got a lot of assurances, Oh yeah, yeah, yea, yeah,
I'm gonna come get it tomorrow. Yeah yeah, I'll be there.
I'm sorry I didn't get there, but i'll get it tomorrow.
Speaker 5 (29:41):
I'll get it.
Speaker 8 (29:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:42):
And it's still wow because of the rain obviously.
Speaker 1 (29:47):
Yeah, it's all stuck there.
Speaker 2 (29:48):

Just good question. I feel like you havelf do infection?
Speaker 1 (30:14):
Yeah, think about what that bleeped out work self cleaning.
Speaker 3 (30:18):
Like it is.
Speaker 1 (30:20):

Speaker 3 (31:19):
Good morning JV Show.
Speaker 4 (31:20):
This is Cecilia from Morgan Hill.
Speaker 3 (31:22):
Is the bleeped out word?
Speaker 5 (31:23):
Air fryer?
Speaker 1 (31:26):
I was a popular guest this morning. Air First, Selena,
did you have an air frare?
Speaker 2 (31:29):
I do, and I think you're supposed to, but I don't.
Speaker 1 (31:32):
So there's just like the pieces of buffalo wing just
all stuck and and then they're just getting fried again
in there. Sometimes Oh adds a little flavor, a little
seasoning to the next thing that you're gonna air fry
I've been cleaning.
Speaker 2 (31:45):
It's such a hassle, Like they really should make these easier.
Speaker 5 (31:47):
I think they have the they have little kind of
like pockets that you put in.
Speaker 2 (31:52):
Yeah, they have like little sleeves you could put in there.
Maybe I just got like because I've got some before,
But maybe I just got like a not a good
kind because even those are getting like a little crispy.
And I was like, are these allowed in air fires?
I don't know, I don't know, but yeah, you should
be cleaning air fires.
Speaker 3 (32:04):
People got it Morning JB Show.
Speaker 1 (32:06):
This is misty for me in city.
Speaker 4 (32:07):
And I believe the bleeped out word is lint trap.
Speaker 1 (32:14):
Flint trap and dryer. A lot of people guessing dryer
or lint trap. Yeah, you gotta clean you after that
thing every time or it doesn't dry.
Speaker 5 (32:21):
Yeah, or it could catch It could catch on fire,
right if like there's a.
Speaker 1 (32:26):
Ton of lint in there, the old lint fire?
Speaker 2 (32:28):
Can it is?
Speaker 3 (32:29):
That?
Speaker 5 (32:29):
Is that a myth?
Speaker 2 (32:30):
No?
Speaker 1 (32:30):
That's wealthy. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (32:31):
Wait, that happened to my parents when I was little.
Speaker 1 (32:34):
So why did you just ask if this happened?
Speaker 2 (32:38):
I didn't know that's what caused it. Okay, I wonder,
but there was a dryer incident. I remember that. My
mom was like fighting flames. There's a lot of.
Speaker 5 (32:48):
Fires in your hole, right, okay, yeah, very thanksgiving.
Speaker 2 (32:54):
My mom's loving to cut on fire when I caught
my kitchen on fire. Hey, let's move on.
Speaker 8 (32:59):
Good morning j E Show and welcome back.
Speaker 2 (33:01):
This is Marie from the East Bay.
Speaker 6 (33:03):
And I think the bleeped out word is vacuum.
Speaker 1 (33:07):
Have a great lady, Guys, that's a good guess.
Speaker 2 (33:11):
I hate emptying vacuums. Yeah, I don't even use the vacuum.
If I have to empty, I just don't.
Speaker 1 (33:17):
You Just take a look and you're like, nohing, move on.
We have to in our house. We have a golden retriever.
If you don't empty it's the same thing like the
lint trap. If you don't empty it, the thing doesn't work.
It's so full of dog hair.
Speaker 2 (33:30):
Annoying. All right, great guess is so far nobody's got
the correct word to continue to leave your guesses on
the talkback mic on the iHeart app gonna play more
talkbacks coming up.
Speaker 1 (33:39):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine.
Speaker 5 (33:42):
This is what the bleep where all you have to do?
Speaker 2 (33:43):
Is be the first person to get to guess today's
bleeped out word correctly, and we are going to send
you a JV Show chug mug. All right, so here
is today's clip in case you missed it. So are
you supposed to clean out the inside of your every
time you use it? And let's go to the talkback
see if anybody got it right. Hi, Good morning, JV Show,
Happy New Year.
Speaker 3 (34:02):
This is normal from Oakland.
Speaker 2 (34:03):
Wanted to guess out the bleeped out word? Is it
water bottle?
Speaker 1 (34:06):
Have a great day, Bye, popular guests this morning. A
lot of people carry around that big reusable water bottles,
particularly at the start of the new year, because you
want to drink more water. That's a lot of people's goal.
I remember that was selling his goal last year or
the year before. Yeah. How often did you watch that
thing out? Uh?
Speaker 3 (34:23):
Not?
Speaker 2 (34:24):
Not very often?
Speaker 5 (34:25):
Didn't finish the water?
Speaker 3 (34:26):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (34:27):
So did you just add more water to it each day?
Speaker 3 (34:29):
No?
Speaker 2 (34:29):
I would always change the water. But I wouldn't. I
don't like scrub it out every single time.
Speaker 1 (34:34):
Right, I'm with you on that. I wouldn't.
Speaker 2 (34:36):
I feel like it's just water.
Speaker 1 (34:39):
He did.
Speaker 3 (34:40):
From Seattle. Is the bleeputard oven, clean out your oven
every time you use it?
Speaker 2 (34:47):
Oven?
Speaker 1 (34:49):
Cleaning out an oven I can think of.
Speaker 2 (34:51):
No, ain't nobody got time for that.
Speaker 1 (34:53):
Just no worse thing.
Speaker 2 (34:54):
I just won't use it ever again.
Speaker 1 (34:57):
Don't you just put it in a hotter setting. Whatever's
in there, burn off right, a little smoke comes out,
Turn the fan on.
Speaker 2 (35:03):
It's game, I think so.
Speaker 3 (35:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (35:05):
A lot of people guessing that.
Speaker 5 (35:07):
Ireen and Appy from Discovery Bay and we want to
guess that the bleeped out word is toaster.
Speaker 1 (35:13):
Have a good day bye. There was another very popular guest, toaster.
Speaker 2 (35:18):
Are we supposed to be cleaning out our toasters?
Speaker 1 (35:20):
You're seeing how much how many crumbs are down at
the bottom of that thing. No, mine even has a
little drawer, a little crumb drawer that pulls out. I
don't even clean that out. They even make it easy
for you to clean out, and I'm still not gonna
do it.
Speaker 5 (35:32):
I didn't even know it had that.
Speaker 2 (35:33):
Oh my god, I should check mine.
Speaker 5 (35:34):
Oh it's gonna be.
Speaker 1 (35:38):
A lot of crumbs. Chris from Poludoville. One more guess,
how about thermis? Your thermist? Are you supposed to clean
out every time?
Speaker 5 (35:45):
There?
Speaker 2 (35:46):
It is all right, So here's today's clip. Unbleeps. So
are you supposed to clean out the inside of your
thermos every time you use it? Now? I don't even
have a thermos. I'm really asking because Graham, I know
you don't. I mean, I have one, but I don't
clean it out right out. How long has it been
I don't know a year? Oh my god, we use
(36:07):
it every day.
Speaker 1 (36:08):
Here's the thing that's going to gross you out.
Speaker 2 (36:10):
Oh no, No, you didn't touch it over break and
you opened it up yesterday morning, old coffee and spit.
Speaker 1 (36:15):
There was still. So we had our vacation and when
I I didn't use I don't use my thermos when
we're not here because I use it to bring you know,
coffee to work, keep it warm all show long. But
at home I just drink out of my you know,
my normal mug. But when I when we were that
morning yesterday morning, I went to find it. It was
(36:37):
in the cabinet and there was still coffee in it
from from the beginning of December, whenever our last day was,
and I just emptied it out. It mold, I don't know.
I just rinsed it out with the little water and
just moved on. I just dumped it out and then
I'm drinking out of it now. But I was like, dude,
(36:59):
there's still coffee in it from three weeks ago. Yeah,
all right, my coffee today taste great. All right, let's
give uh shout outs. I should probably wash it, all right.
Chris from Lugerville came with the very first and am
I reading this correctly? Just the only correct answer this morning. Yep,
(37:19):
A lot of people guessed Stanley or mug things like that,
very very close, but Thermos was the word we were
looking for. And since we have no shout outs to
give other than Chris, he will be getting a brand
new JV show chug mug. It's not Thermas, it's a
chug mug. A couple of the other most popular guesses
this morning. You just quickly, ladies, let me know how
often you clean yours microwave a couple months. It's only
(37:43):
if there's like some red sauce from something stuck to
the side, do you clean it. A toothbrush was the
popular guess.
Speaker 2 (37:49):
Crush give it a quick rint rinse every time you
use it.
Speaker 1 (37:53):
Yeah, quick rint oven was on there. Blender that every
time you use it yeah, you have to otherwise everything
in there is gross. Dishwasher very popular.
Speaker 2 (38:04):
Guess clean the dishwasher?
Speaker 1 (38:06):
Doesn't it self cleaning?
Speaker 2 (38:07):
That's what I thought.
Speaker 1 (38:08):
Isn't it cleaning and everything?
Speaker 2 (38:09):
Maybe that's what thing mean? How long do you put
it on self cleaning?
Speaker 1 (38:12):
I don't know, trumpet, somebody guessed, I hope you clean
that out the spit valve or whatever. Run there and
a lot of people guess shower this morning. How often
you clean your shower?
Speaker 2 (38:22):
I do, maybe like two weeks.
Speaker 5 (38:24):
Yeah, every two weeks or so, depending on how thirty
eight looks.
Speaker 1 (38:28):
I feel like it's self cleaning, right, isn't all the
water and the soap washing everything away? Whatever? I don't
know anyways, gross after a wild because you're sticking hairs
to the wall, you tell us about it.
Speaker 2 (38:39):
I clean the shower, but leave the hair. I'm just kidding.
All right, everyone, thank you for playing. We are gonna
do it again tomorrow, same time, seven oh five, right
here on the JV Show.
Speaker 1 (38:49):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four.
Speaker 2 (38:51):
Nine, let's go to the phones. Good morning, Thomas.
Speaker 1 (38:55):
Good morning, how's it going going?
Speaker 5 (38:57):
Good?
Speaker 1 (38:58):
Good?
Speaker 2 (38:58):
Glad to hear that. Okay, so oh oh continue, tell
us about your morning.
Speaker 1 (39:02):
Oh yeah, I'm just here with with Sasha. We're s
getting ready for it, go to school.
Speaker 5 (39:06):
Oh, I love it.
Speaker 2 (39:07):
Okay, So we got Thomas and Sasha ready to play
the JV shows. Yep, nope, game. I think you guys
know how this works. For anyone that doesn't, we are
gonna ask for random trivia questions. Just got to get
three correct and if you guys can do that, you.
Speaker 5 (39:19):
Win tickets for Angela Johnson Rays.
Speaker 2 (39:21):
My only bit of advice is try to come quick
with the answers so you don't run out of time. Okay,
don't spend too long deliberating. Yeah, all right, here we go.
Question number one, Copenhagen is the capital city of what
European country?
Speaker 12 (39:36):
Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Copenhagen.
Speaker 1 (39:40):
Copenhagen slid. Okay't wait to break out our impression.
Speaker 11 (39:46):
Two?
Speaker 13 (39:46):
Okay, Well with that said, uh, Scotland open.
Speaker 2 (39:52):
Yeah, it's one of those places out there, nobody, it's.
Speaker 1 (39:54):
Denmark, Denmark, Denmark. Put some resispe Denmark. That's where my
families from. Okay. Question question number two. Animals that carry
their young in pouches are called what.
Speaker 11 (40:09):
Marstupio.
Speaker 1 (40:10):
Ye, there it is.
Speaker 2 (40:11):
There's question number three. In the business world. What does
c m O stand for? I'm sorry to say b
m O c m O oh chief marketing officer?
Speaker 3 (40:28):
Yep, yeah, what.
Speaker 1 (40:31):
Does BMO stand for? Yeah, it's that bad see the commercials?
All right? Question number four, You guys need this one
to win the game. The pommel horse and uneven bars
are just two of the events in what sport? Would
that be?
Speaker 9 (40:49):
Gymnastics?
Speaker 1 (40:50):
Yep?
Speaker 2 (40:53):
Yay's help. Well, except for that first one. I think
you could have used more help, right.
Speaker 1 (40:59):
But it doesn't.
Speaker 5 (41:00):
You're gonna be checking out Angela Johnson Ray's congratulations.
Speaker 2 (41:05):
Oh thanks, guys, you are very welcome. We hope you
have a great rest of your day. Sasha, I have
a great day at school. Hang on there for your

Speaker 1 (41:36):
Your mom and I are so proud of you for
locking in and getting all of your high school applications,
and we know you'll excel at any high school lucky

happy birthday and good luck on high school acceptance. Po
use the fart you got to apply to go to

College applications were enough for me, all right, Hi Graham,

and that's for mom Crystal. Yes, happy happy birthday there,
(43:21):
but most importantly gives the fun.
Speaker 2 (43:23):
That's a great point, honest thing.
Speaker 10 (43:27):
It's all the stuff you need to know what's hot
in music, movies, shows, and the most talked about stories
happening today in the Bay.
Speaker 2 (43:36):
So Cardi b is furiously defending Stefan Diggs as he's
facing assault charges. I don't know if you guys heard
about this, but over the break, Sevon's former personal chef
is claiming that he choked and slapped her early last
month over a salary dispute. And yesterday Carti touched on
that a little bit as she was, you know, just
(43:57):
going on and on on X she said, not once
has that one said anything to me about being touched.
Not once, mind you. We were talking every single day
until she left the house. But I'm gonna let the
court handle it. And when it gets handled, I want
all y'all talking ish to get on your knees with apologies,
just as loud as the way y'all been harassing over
a lie. And I put that on my two month
(44:17):
old son. That's how confident I am.
Speaker 5 (44:19):
Dang so she but she wasn't present, She wasn't fair,
not for the alleged incident.
Speaker 2 (44:29):
No, yeah, but I mean it sounds serious. I mean,
he's that's a.
Speaker 1 (44:33):
Very serious allegation.
Speaker 2 (44:34):
But even there is even an arraignment date set, so
on the twenty third, he will be in court for
an arraignment. He's facing felony strangulation charge, is one felony
strangulation charge and a misdemeanor assault, So they must have
some type of proof, right for it to get that far.
Otherwise it would just be, you know, an accusation. Also, why,
of course, why would.
Speaker 5 (44:55):
The chef go to Cardi and tell her first?
Speaker 2 (44:57):
Right, I would be the last person I would tell
is his girlfriend. Who is she going to believe? That's interesting.
Speaker 1 (45:04):
I'm more wondering. Well, I'm also wondering how the NFL
is going to handle this, because usually the NFL gets
involved and applies some sort of disciplinary action. Well play,
he just played, I know, and the playoffs are just
about to start, and his team, the Patriots, are in
the playoffs, and his.
Speaker 2 (45:22):
Arraignment is two days before the AFC Championship.
Speaker 1 (45:26):
That's interesting. That is an interesting twist. I mean, what's
your gut telling you about this? Because like, look, we've
all been in a I remember negotiating my salary here
and the boss just kept slapping me and hitting me.
I thought that was just normal. Is that not part
of it?
Speaker 2 (45:40):
Was not normal?
Speaker 1 (45:41):
No, they're not supposed to do that.
Speaker 2 (45:43):
They're not.
Speaker 1 (45:44):
Dang, I should have said something about that. Anyway, what
do you think about these allegations.
Speaker 2 (45:50):
I'm leaning more towards believing her.
Speaker 3 (45:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (45:53):
Are we supposed to believe the victims?
Speaker 5 (45:54):
That's that's why.
Speaker 2 (45:55):
Yeah, But I don't want you don't want Cardi to
have this wonderful man finally. You know, he's kind of
putting a damper on that. Not looking good for her relationship.
I don't think it's affecting her relationship. She's still defending
him to jail. You know, Well, we'll see. Can we
talk about the captured Venezuelan leader really quick? Not because
he was in court yesterday and pled not guilty, but
(46:16):
apparently his capture photo like broke the internet because of
his outfit. Now you probably saw the photo where he's
being transported to New York. You can see it on
our Instagram story. If you need a little refresher, just
go to JB Morning Show dot com. I'm sorry JB
Morning Show on Instagram. So, I like, I saw the
photo when it first came out, but I didn't realize
the man is wearing a Nike Tech jacket and the
(46:38):
matching joggers that go with it. Graham, your kids are
are a bit younger, but every teen boy has a
Nike Tech, Yeah, every single one of them. So to
see to see him.
Speaker 5 (46:54):
Wearing this, and I think.
Speaker 2 (46:55):
It caught people a little off guard. But people are
saying because they went online to go see like how
much this ran for, you know, where they can buy it.
People are saying that because of this photo, it's sold out,
like within hours.
Speaker 1 (47:07):
People went to go buy this.
Speaker 2 (47:08):
Based on all those reports, are saying that this outfit
flew off the shelves within hours of this photo being posted.
Speaker 1 (47:15):
It does look pretty comfortable, Yeah, it does. Do you
think he got to pick what he wanted to wear
that day? I mean, we're talking about the middle of
the night raid. Guys bust into the bedroom that you're
sleeping in with long guns pointed at your face. And
do you think you just they're like, well, go into
your closet there and grab some I think they picked
it out for him, you think so? I think they did.
(47:37):
I think do you think they let you go? What
would you like to wear today?
Speaker 2 (47:39):
I don't think that. I think they were just like,
hurry and put some clothes on it. He just grabbed
it was there, and it's probably that.
Speaker 1 (47:44):
I don't think they let you move. Yeah, maybe they've
got you pinned down with it. Here put this on
an he sleeps in this. I don't know. Yeah, these
seems like it'd be pretty hot done by the equator,
but yeah, I don't know enough of that.
Speaker 12 (48:00):
What do you have?
Speaker 3 (48:00):
Ll?
Speaker 4 (48:00):
Right?
Speaker 1 (48:00):
Last night, the Golden State Warriors in LA taken on
the Clippers during the fourth quart of the game, much
to the displeasure of coach Steve Kerr, there was an
obvious goaltending that went uncalled Clippers player John Collins. He
blocked a layup attempt from GP two Gary Payton second,
but the ball had clearly already hit the backboard and
the refs didn't call it, and had they, the Warriors
would have been awarded two points. Steve Kerr lost it
(48:23):
he ran onto the court to argue it and he
got ejected. Now, those two points very key and important
in this game, because the Warriors went on to lose
one oh three to one oh two, a one point loss.
Had they had those other two points. Look, we don't
know it's conjecture, but they likely would have won the game. Well,
the NBA and the refs have admitted that they missed
(48:46):
that call. They got it wrong. Now unfortunately they don't
go retroactively awarding the Warriors no win. Yeah, but you
don't know what would have happened after that, but it
would be nice to have those two points and had
your coach not get ejected. I guess that was another
element of it. But the NBA would like you to know,
oopsie's my bad. We got we got we got it wrong.
(49:09):
If that makes Warrior fans feel any better today. I mean,
it's a regular season game, but yeah, you'd like that win.
Speaker 2 (49:15):
I guess at least they're admitting it or people not
have really noticed if they didn't admit it.
Speaker 1 (49:20):
I think people had to see it because you saw
it on the replay that the ball hits about.
Speaker 5 (49:24):
Ye, but it adds salt to the wound.
Speaker 2 (49:27):
That they were like last morning, we.
Speaker 1 (49:28):
Mess up, but at least you're getting your feelings acknowledged,
you know a bit. Yes, the JV Show on Wild
ninety four nine, Hey.
Speaker 14 (49:37):
Good morning JV Show, Good morning Bay Area. Welcome back
JV Show from your hiatus. I'm not sure if that
time made you forget our bet. Me and a couple
of other JV fans made I believe it was Edgar
with the haircut and Sadie.
Speaker 7 (49:52):
Side from Mona Creek.
Speaker 14 (49:55):
We did make a bet about the Raiders being the Giants,
and honestly, I'm I'm okay with us losing. We got
the number one overall pick, but I am a man
of my words, so please let me know how to okay?
Speaker 2 (50:07):
So, what did we ever decide what they are going
to be doing? Exactly?
Speaker 1 (50:13):
That's the point. Look, we had to bet New York
Giants verse Raiders. They were going to play each other
and basically the toilet Bowl to see because they were
coming into that game I think with equal records, or
maybe the Giants said was an equal records dismal records.
And uh, we up here supported Jess's hometown team, the
Salinas New York Giants, and then said he said Edgar
(50:35):
without the haircut, and I think did he say his name?
Speaker 2 (50:39):
Uh no, he didn't.
Speaker 1 (50:41):
Anyways, they had sided with the Raiders.
Speaker 5 (50:43):
And that sad tone.
Speaker 2 (50:45):
No, okay here here because we haven't really decided what
the consequence is going to be. Can you just like
dm JB Morning show, just so we can have everybody's
contact information, then we can figure it out and like
line up a day.
Speaker 1 (50:58):
Look, I'm on the winning side, but even as their
appointed legal representatives, like I would argue that I would
argue that a bet was not fully made because there
was NOEA, but there was no agreed upon consequence for
losing said bet.
Speaker 2 (51:14):
I mean I would someone throughout having to having to
chug chug wheel.
Speaker 1 (51:18):
Yeah, but it was never Again, I'm on the side,
but i'm their court appointed lawyer, and I'm going to
argue that they're exonerated, that they should face no consequences
other than the fact that they.
Speaker 2 (51:31):
You know, he's leaving a stock box. He clearly wants
a consequence.
Speaker 1 (51:34):
Okay, I think you should.
Speaker 2 (51:36):
He didn't. They would just forget like it ever happened, right,
I think, just chugging and.
Speaker 5 (51:41):
Then said he said we'll have to send grama video
of him obviously running around the block in his thong.
Speaker 1 (51:46):
Yeah, he's gonna chug ann Street. I think it's what
he offered up. But again we never really I mean,
that's that's that's our own bad. We dropped the ball
on that one. We should have set those consequences in
stone and then they would have had to do it.
But I mean they could definitely do some legal maneuvering
to get their way out of this.
Speaker 2 (52:04):
If they want, Yeah, or you really want to chug you,
let us know. We can make that happen too.
Speaker 1 (52:09):
Okay, Yeah, we'll figure it out.
Speaker 2 (52:11):
Before you get to your super important question having to
do with San Jose. We've gone all morning without saying
Happy Three Kings Days everybody who is celebrating. I know
my kids woke up to some gifts in their shoes,
which Graham, you don't. You don't do this. And every
year I'm like explaining to you that children wake up
this morning and the Three Kings have brought them gifts
(52:33):
in their shoes that they left out cool.
Speaker 1 (52:36):
Hopefully they didn't get all it was raining last night them.
Speaker 2 (52:39):
Outside they're inside, Oh got it by the door, yeah,
oh near the front door, the front door. My kids
sometimes they'll put them by the Christmas tree.
Speaker 5 (52:46):
Yeah. So, and you guys later we're going to be
having a rosca. Have you ever tried on rosca?
Speaker 3 (52:52):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (52:52):
Okay, well we're.
Speaker 5 (52:53):
Gonna be having one from Travis Supermarket have supermarkets?
Speaker 2 (52:56):
You just you don't want the baby Jesus.
Speaker 5 (52:59):
Though, Yeah, what is that mean again?
Speaker 1 (53:00):
You have to host the next year or something, you.
Speaker 2 (53:02):
Have to host like next month. And my family never
gets that part. We think that they'll actually do that part.
But you're supposed to. Okay, Yeah, I hope I'm sending
everyone vibes that you do not get.
Speaker 3 (53:14):
Good.
Speaker 1 (53:14):
Does anybody actually follow through? Because maybe some people.
Speaker 2 (53:17):
I never have Yeah, me either, got it anyway? So uh,
just happy three kings. Say to anyone who is celebrating today.
Speaker 5 (53:25):
All right now, everybody in the Bay area listener, because
I have a very important question. So you know how
people get mad if you say sef is it today?
I thought they did. I thought you're not supposed to
say SF or.
Speaker 1 (53:38):
Better than is better than San fran Oh okay A
hundred times better in the hierarchy of it?
Speaker 5 (53:44):
Yeah, okay, but is it the same thing? Or do
people have a problem when people say SJ for San Jose?
Speaker 2 (53:51):
But who the hell says s J? I've never heard
anyone say that. Do people say that?
Speaker 5 (53:56):
I've heard people say it.
Speaker 1 (53:57):
I don't.
Speaker 5 (53:57):
I can't remember the exact moment when I heard it
over the vacation, but I know I heard someone say it.
That's why I was like, let me write this down.
Speaker 1 (54:05):
Because are maybe they were talking about their Christmas list,
Like I want to get an s J from my wife.
Speaker 3 (54:12):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (54:12):
If you don't know what it is, you probably can't
afford it.
Speaker 13 (54:14):
SJ.
Speaker 2 (54:15):
I've never I've never heard.
Speaker 1 (54:16):
That's news to me.
Speaker 2 (54:17):
I'm gonna say people shouldn't say that. Okay, Okay, you
feel the same way, Graham, like, no one should say that.
Speaker 1 (54:22):
It seems very awkward and clunky.
Speaker 5 (54:25):
Where are you going?
Speaker 1 (54:26):
It seems just as easy to say San Jose?
Speaker 2 (54:29):
Right right?
Speaker 5 (54:30):
I feel like I have SJ. I've heard definitely more
than one person say it in my lifetime, more than
a couple people were they not local to hear uh,
some not local to hear, some just a few hours
away in Selena's.
Speaker 2 (54:45):
That explains it, probably, But even then, I've never heard
anybody say.
Speaker 1 (54:50):
S J San Jose, san Jo, san Jo.
Speaker 2 (54:57):
I've heard, yeah, I can't hear anyone call it s J,
and I don't like it. Nobody should. Yeah, I don't
like it either, sus Like I hear some people say
it doesn't bother me as much, But to me, that's
almost like nobody from here calls it that. Okay?
Speaker 1 (55:12):
Do you know do you get that same vibe gram Yes,
the city.
Speaker 2 (55:15):
Yeah, he just called the city okay.
Speaker 5 (55:17):
But if you're not from here, then you're okay with
accepting SF just not rather.
Speaker 1 (55:22):
Did that than San Franz.
Speaker 2 (55:23):
Yeah, okay.
Speaker 1 (55:24):
And yet the commentators continue to just say it over
and over and over again every one of these recent
Niner games. Oh look, Christian McCaffrey lining up for San
fran stop it. Just stop saying it. They do it
every game. I feel like they're doing it on purpose,
just to annoy us. I hate it.
Speaker 2 (55:42):
Or do they not know? Like somebody says, tell them,
we need to be the ones to tell them.
Speaker 1 (55:45):
You don't think they probably heard that feedback, But you know,
these national broadcasters, they don't care.
Speaker 5 (55:50):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (55:51):
I don't I don't think they know.
Speaker 5 (55:52):
I'm sure even artists that come to the Bay Area
and perform have said it before today.
Speaker 2 (55:56):
They do because they don't know they're not supposed to, Okay,
But it's like we go to other places. We don't
know what the people there call their city, you know.
Speaker 5 (56:05):
So then do we give them a pass?
Speaker 2 (56:06):
No, because you should know. Do your homework about.
Speaker 1 (56:09):
Yeah, please thank you. The JV Show on Wild ninety
four nine.
Speaker 2 (56:14):
Jess, I cannot believe you've heard people actually call San
Jose seeing something.
Speaker 4 (56:19):
Yeah, there's no way, Good morning, It's Belinda, Melinda.
Speaker 15 (56:24):
I'm talking about the s J topic.
Speaker 4 (56:28):
I've never heard anyone say SJ.
Speaker 2 (56:30):
But I've seen it like on socials and on people
right like shorthand.
Speaker 3 (56:35):
S J.
Speaker 2 (56:36):
But I've never heard anyone actually say that it's weird,
ok okay, saying like I'll do that if I'm texting it.
Speaker 1 (56:43):
Right obviously and you had loose headlines. We've all seen
it written that way. But yeah, publish speak on TikTok.
Speaker 5 (56:50):
You haven't seen like anyone who's not from here. I
feel like they will say.
Speaker 2 (56:53):
That sometimes Morning JV Show. You should never say s J.
Speaker 4 (56:58):
Never it's hole.
Speaker 2 (57:00):
San Jo is a lot better than San Fran uh,
love you guys. Happy Tuesday. Why is san Jo okay?
Speaker 1 (57:08):
Sana no San Francis. It's very cringe san Ho though,
I don't know that I would ever. I don't think
I would ever say it really to.
Speaker 6 (57:24):
From Santase.
Speaker 2 (57:26):
You know, I think s J is the standard for
me at least.
Speaker 6 (57:28):
I mean, if it's good enough for s J Sharky
is good enough for the rest of us, right, I mean,
I've never been a fan of san Jo. It sounds
off to me, but to each their own, right. When
I'm traveling in the Bay Area, I always tell people
I'm from SJ. Like calling San Francisco the city.
Speaker 2 (57:44):
I guess it's just talk, right.
Speaker 6 (57:46):
I mean, doesn't bother me?
Speaker 2 (57:48):
Am I the only one? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (57:51):
So there, I don't know, there's nobody can agree. Somebody said,
don't say san Jo. Someone says, say san Jo, and
then that one said, it's s J, s Jay Sharky.
Get it together, sanjoseans San Jose and San Jose. Yeah,
decide on your nickname.
Speaker 3 (58:10):
I don't know what it is.
Speaker 1 (58:11):
We get it together, all right.
Speaker 2 (58:12):
Let's talk about this incidence at Disneyland.
Speaker 1 (58:15):
Yeah, it was kind of scary, Dad, seriously, hurt in
this violent confrontation. A brawl broke out in the line
for the Indiana Jones Adventure this past Tuesday afternoon. According
to police, this is what happened. A group of people
waiting in line at Indiana Jones another group cut through
(58:35):
the line in front of them to catch up with
some family members. So you had some couple of people
in a family holding a spot in line, and then
suddenly here comes a big group of that family and
they're cutting through the line. How to get up with
their family, We don't, but we know this escalated into
a very violent fight between two men, and one of
those men had to get stitches on his head. He
(58:57):
was beaten pretty badly. It sounds like he one of
the guys didn't really fight back, he didn't want to
get him and his family kicked out at Disneyland or
Blacklist or something, and one guy just continued to throw
punches at him, and obviously everybody in line very shaken
watching this violent, you know, confrontation. I did want to
(59:18):
ask where we stand on this. How do you feel
about somebody holding a place in line for a group.
Here comes their family now to come claim their place
in line from me. Is that fair for me?
Speaker 2 (59:33):
It kind of matters how big the group is, because
I've done this not for a large group of people,
but like the last time I was at disney If
I'm like, oh my god, there's nobody in this line here. Oh,
but this kid needs to go to the bathroom, I'm like, well,
hurry up, I'm going to get in this line and
just meet up with us after. So it's like literally
two more people coming to meet us, and nobody had
an issue with it. But I would feel wrong if
(59:53):
I'm like, hey, group of ten people, we're over here,
and come jump the line and get with us. That
wouldn't even feel right.
Speaker 1 (59:59):
That's what I would say. And Jess, I want to
hear your thoughts. But I think there's a number. I
don't know what it is, but it might be more
than three. Yeah, if it's if it's, uh, you know
when I was at Disneyland, same thing. One kid's got
to go to the bathroom. I'm gonna be in line,
and then my wife and my son they're gonna come
join us. And you know, people will still give you
a little bit of a side eye when two people
(01:00:19):
are cutting through the line to catch up with you.
But if it's more than three is three. The number
three is.
Speaker 5 (01:00:27):
The number because if you are the single person in line,
that would make the group four, and then that would
just take up two seats versus if you're a group
of six, then I don't know, I feel like.
Speaker 2 (01:00:39):
Too much math for me.
Speaker 1 (01:00:40):
Yeah, stuck in the details. I mean, but I'm talking
about a line anywhere, not just not just at Disneyland.
I'm annoyed. I would be Now, look, I'm not gonna
fight somebody over it. I may say make a comment like, well, hey,
the line starts back here. If an entire family now
comes up and takes the place in line for me
(01:01:01):
in front of I don't care. If it's a subway sandwiches,
I'd be like, whoa, whoa, whoa. Wait wait, I thought
it was the third person in line here. Now suddenly, are.
Speaker 2 (01:01:08):
You a little bit more lenient when it's when it's kids,
Like if it's a parent and there are kids, like
I just I guess I'm a little bit more understanding.
But if it's a group of like seventeenagers, I'm gonna.
Speaker 1 (01:01:19):
Be like, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Speaker 2 (01:01:20):
You guys are old enough to like stand a light
on your own.
Speaker 1 (01:01:24):
Okay, so you're saying the number matters, but also who
is age matters as well, and would you, okay, Jess,
would you say something if a large group does suddenly look,
they're not cutting in front of you. Technically somebody's holding
their space in line. But here comes family, maybe some kids,
maybe some older siblings, maybe their cousins, Grandma and grandpa
(01:01:45):
wants they want to go on Indiana Jones two. Everybody
files in front of you. Are you going to say something?
Speaker 5 (01:01:50):
I just know myself and I know I wouldn't, but
I would want to, And that's part of what I
want to change this year or too. Add that to
my nearest resolutions.
Speaker 1 (01:01:59):
You're cutting?
Speaker 5 (01:02:00):
No, Like I want to speak up for myself. Like
I feel like there's I get stuck in a lot
of situations where I'm like, dang, I should have said something, but.
Speaker 1 (01:02:07):
It gets you punched in the face and we have
to get stitches at the park. Dang it.
Speaker 5 (01:02:13):
Oh my god. I literally had something, well, not similar,
but something happened to me when I went to Disneyland
this past time. We were getting in the shuttle to
leave the park, like at the end of the day,
we were in line to get the shuttle. We're tired,
already ready to go home, and two kids start running
around in the area that we're in. Well, the mom
goes to try.
Speaker 2 (01:02:31):
To stop them. Yeah, that's where they went wrong. Listen.
Speaker 5 (01:02:35):
The mom tries to stop them, right to scold them.
She just she's she scolds them, she's done talking, and
she stays there in front of me. The kids weren't
in line, the mom wasn't in line, but she I
feel like she almost like planned this and used the
kids to cut.
Speaker 2 (01:02:50):
In it on purpose.
Speaker 1 (01:02:51):
Did in line and I she did a scold and
cut Yeah, And did.
Speaker 2 (01:02:54):
You say anything?
Speaker 5 (01:02:55):
I didn't say anything.
Speaker 1 (01:02:56):
I literally just she would have scolded you.
Speaker 5 (01:02:58):
I just had a look on my face. But I
was like, you know what, We're at Disney, Like this
is the happiest place on earth, Like I shouldn't get
the lightning, and.
Speaker 2 (01:03:03):
Everybody's so angry at the happiness.
Speaker 1 (01:03:04):
Everybody's punching each other.
Speaker 2 (01:03:06):
It is.
Speaker 1 (01:03:06):
Yeah, it turns out despite Disneyland being awesome, being the
happiest place on earth, everybody there is tired and cranky
and humans are the worst. Yeah, we just divated each
other over like you've been in the line now for
forty five minutes? Is an extra one minute really worth?
Speaker 9 (01:03:23):
Really not?
Speaker 1 (01:03:24):
It's still principle, I get it. I don't. I would
not feel if somebody asked me, hey, can you our
whole group? You know, seven or eight of us are
going to go grab some food, can you hold our
spot in the line. I'd be like, no, I'm not
doing that. You would say no, I'm not. Would you
want to hold? I don't. I would feel so uncomfortable
because I know it's wrong. You can't hold a spot
in line for more than I would say again two people.
Speaker 2 (01:03:47):
Yeah, I feel like I would.
Speaker 5 (01:03:48):
Just automatically say yes because I'd feel bad saying no.
Speaker 2 (01:03:51):
Wait till you you really need to start speaking up
for yourself.
Speaker 1 (01:03:54):
Yeah, you should. In twenty twenty six, I'm gonna say more.
Speaker 5 (01:03:56):
I'm gonna say no more in twenty twenty six. That's
my new year's resolution.
Speaker 2 (01:04:00):
Well, good luck with that. We know it's not going
to happen.
Speaker 1 (01:04:02):
Hey, the JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine.
Speaker 2 (01:04:06):
Before we get back to this line cutting incident at Disney,
there's a lot of talkbacks that we want to talk about,
so that we want to play back to you. I
just remembered you guys. Today Starbucks is launching their twenty
twenty six winter menu. Remember those do buy chocolate drinks
we talked about, Yeah, they're here officially today.
Speaker 1 (01:04:25):
Have people been camping out and with their little bear
shaped cup ready to get them filled up?
Speaker 2 (01:04:29):
I haven't seen that.
Speaker 1 (01:04:30):
Wait?
Speaker 5 (01:04:31):
Yeah, did they put out merch with it?
Speaker 3 (01:04:32):
That?
Speaker 2 (01:04:33):
You guys are asking too many questions? I don't know, Okay,
I just know that those du Bui chocolate drinks they're
in stores now.
Speaker 1 (01:04:38):
That bear shaped cup hype died down faster than any
the next.
Speaker 2 (01:04:42):
Day, forgot all about it. Wow, all right, Graham, can
you quickly recap what went down to Disneyland.
Speaker 1 (01:04:47):
Yeah, so this past week, violent confrontation broke out in
the line at Indiana Jones Adventure at Disneyland. According to police,
people waiting in line at for Indiana Jones, a group
of people cut through the line to catch up with
other family members ahead in the line that we're holding
their place, and then two dads end up duking it out.
One of them got punched so badly he had to
(01:05:08):
get some stitches in his face. And we were wondering
about sort of the line etiquette when it comes to
can you hold the line for a group of people
or can it only be a small number?
Speaker 4 (01:05:21):
Good Morning JV Show. This is Nancy Welcome back guys.
But on this whole line jumping thing, because that's what
it's technically known as, it drives me crazy.
Speaker 3 (01:05:30):
I see it all the time. Go to Great America.
Speaker 4 (01:05:32):
You see one person standing in the line and then
all of a sudden, ten people come join the line
with them, and it drives me crazy, and I will
say something. Obviously, I'm not going to fight someone over it,
and I don't think violence is ever the answer, but
I think they need to do more to enforce that
this doesn't happen.
Speaker 1 (01:05:48):
Because it happens all the time.
Speaker 2 (01:05:50):
It does, and you know that would bother me too
if it were the other way around. I'm just using
that same example. If it were ten people there holding
this spot and then one person joins them, that doesn't
bother me, right, But if it's one person waiting and
then ten more people come, that is gonna drive me
kind of crazy.
Speaker 1 (01:06:06):
How do you feel when you are waiting in line
for something? It doesn't need to be a ride, whatever
it is, and then you see like your best friends
show up there and their partner and their kids, and they're, oh, hey,
get in line with us. You're going on this line.
Do you invite them into the line with you or
do you So you're like, well, sorry, you got to
go all the way to the back and the line
starts way back over there.
Speaker 2 (01:06:26):
I'm letting them cut, right.
Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
I think that surpasses that. I think it's a number thing. Two,
one or two people. Sure, but you start getting three,
I'm sweating. I'm like, no, you might want to way
back there.
Speaker 5 (01:06:38):
Three as in three adults, right, I.
Speaker 1 (01:06:41):
Think three anything, Okay, it's too much?
Speaker 2 (01:06:43):
Yeah, three's a good number him.
Speaker 12 (01:06:46):
I was just calling the Disney and we were there
over the holiday, and we were on piates in the Caribbean,
and the family of like six seven eight people just
jumped right in front of us. And I didn't know
what to do because I didn't want to be that
or that person who I'd make the scene. But the
family behind us did and then so we were able
to jump in with them, and then that family was
(01:07:07):
able to look it out, but we united with the
other family. How are you the guys happened to year whoa, whoa, wait.
Speaker 2 (01:07:12):
Did you so that you got the line cutters kicked out?
Speaker 1 (01:07:15):
Yeah, they booted him out. They banded. The other families
in the line banded together and said, uh uh not
on our watch.
Speaker 5 (01:07:21):
See I like that.
Speaker 2 (01:07:22):
I like when other people speak that they can join in.
But yeah, a group of like six' seven, like, yeah, HI.
Speaker 13 (01:07:29):
Jv, show this is Tweeting. LINCOLN i love that you
guys are bringing this topic. Up my family AND i
went To Lego land about a few months, ago AND
i was holding the line for my cousin and her two,
daughters and when she finally got in, line the man
in front of us was so mad he started calling her.
(01:07:51):
Trash that wasn't called, for but, wow crazy sometimes people are.
Speaker 2 (01:07:56):
Aggressive, yeah see that kind of behavior, though like that's
just not needed. That it's just you're being a little.
Speaker 1 (01:08:00):
Extra but she went the three people is too of
her cousin and the two. Kids that's too. Many that's three,
people though you said that's.
Speaker 2 (01:08:08):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (01:08:09):
HUH i don't. KNOW i think three is too. Many
i'm now thinking about. It it's maybe three IS i.
Speaker 5 (01:08:15):
Think three is the most?
Speaker 1 (01:08:16):
Four no, way not a. Chance and it was two.
Speaker 2 (01:08:18):
Kids I'm i'm more lenient when it's.
Speaker 1 (01:08:21):
Kids, sure side with the trash mom.
Speaker 12 (01:08:22):
WHATEVER i don't care About HI dv show about the line.
Cutting two people cannot hold or a person cannot hold
a line spot for a group of. People it's different
if it's a group of people holding a spot for
like one or two. People you can't do it the
other way.
Speaker 3 (01:08:41):
Around that's.
Speaker 12 (01:08:42):
Crazy, okay let you guys bye.
Speaker 2 (01:08:44):
BYE i think we all agree on.
Speaker 1 (01:08:45):
THAT i think that's sort of the that's got to
be the golden, rule, right, yeah it can everybody just
have a little bit of compassion and human. Understanding we
don't need to resort to punching each other in the
face in a. Line everybody will get on the. Ride
an there's, kids there's, kids so many kids there watching
your adult behavior and you're fighting each, other, right just
(01:09:06):
dial it?
Speaker 5 (01:09:07):
Back right before we move on from The disney, Topic
CAN i just shout out some of our listeners THAT
i ran into At, Disney, graham.
Speaker 1 (01:09:14):
Can you just?
Speaker 6 (01:09:15):
Kid?
Speaker 1 (01:09:16):
YES i.
Speaker 5 (01:09:17):
Can, oh can you check if we're number one In?
Speaker 1 (01:09:19):
Disney if we, are we start in the new year
number one In.
Speaker 2 (01:09:23):
Disney, yeah that has never been done.
Speaker 1 (01:09:25):
Before, no it's tough.
Speaker 5 (01:09:26):
Market shout out To lupa And alex and congrats on
their recent. Engagement.
Speaker 1 (01:09:31):
Congratulations it is the part THE jv show On wild
ninety four to.
Speaker 16 (01:09:36):
Nine hey, guys, right please Bebe, Hey, JESS i heard
that little six seven in the in the middle of
that last, conversation And selena you obviously followed up with.
IT i used to hate six. SEVEN i know this
loud there to still. Do AND i know some people would, say,
oh it's twenty twenty, five it's. Over but if you
want to laugh about six, seven watch the South park
episode on, it BECAUSE i absolutely hated, it was annoyed by.
Speaker 3 (01:09:57):
It ONCE i watched the South park, EPISODE i was.
DYING i love. It make all the jokes out of
my little cousins. Everything watch. It it's worth it.
Speaker 2 (01:10:03):
Great maybe you have to watch.
Speaker 1 (01:10:04):
It maybe because, yesterday if you missed, it you can
go back and podcast the. SHOW i went on a
bit of a rant about six to seven because that
is ALL i heard the Entire christmas vacation. Time because
my kids and my little nieces and, nephews everybody just
runs around saying it all the. Time and now do
you watch that? EPISODE i, HEARD i kind of need.
To but as of right now me, currently have you
not seen that? Episode, Yep i'm still firmly in the
(01:10:27):
camp of it's done, okay And i'm done with that
Hot it's all the.
Speaker 10 (01:10:33):
Stuff you need to know what's hot in, music, movies,
shows and the most talked about stories happening today in
The Bay.
Speaker 2 (01:10:41):
Northwest instagram mysteriously disappeared, yesterday so she joined it like
a squeaky is this spooky mystery or? Not really just
kind of like it was deactivated for a little, bit
so she did to take back My she Joined instagram
not too long, ago which was a big. Deal like
she has a solo, account like her TikTok account is
a joint account with, mom so this is her very own.
(01:11:02):
Account but she still says there that it's, like you,
know being partly managed by her, parents blah blah blah.
Blah but, yesterday hear page disappeared for a little. WHILE
a lot of people thought it was because of all
the backlash she was getting for her latest. Piercing did
you guys see? This, yes you can check it out
on Her instagram. Story just go TO Jv Morning. Show
it is most likely, fake at LEAST i hope it's.
(01:11:22):
FAKE i think it's called a bridge, piercing like a
little barbelle that goes over the bridge of her. Nose
the REASON i think it's fake is because she has
like the same studs that you see, there one right
under her, eye and that looks like it's just like
a little, sticker and there's one by her lip one
and by her eye doesn't look like a, Piercing SO
i just think they're stick on, things but we don't
(01:11:42):
know for. Sure, anyways that is not the reason Her
instagram account was deactivated, yesterday because it reappeared shortly. After
people thought Maybe kanye got. Involved but Apparently kanye is
turning in new leave and he isn't against her social media. Anymore,
wow listen to. This kim And kanye over the holidays
(01:12:04):
managed to get it together and they actually spent time
together in the same room with the. Kids no, drama no,
ranting no. Insults Apparently kanye has been working on, himself
doing a lot of, reflecting And kanye even now approves
Of north on social. Media he loves how unique and
(01:12:25):
creative she, is loves her, fashion loves the bright blue,
hair and this explains Why north has recently gotten into
making beats and producing. Music she's been posting little clips
that she's been doing on her social media.
Speaker 5 (01:12:36):
Pages that's funny because the audience now is, like, oh
now we know Why kanye didn't want her to have
social media in the first, place because they see her
posting all these.
Speaker 2 (01:12:46):
Things but it's funny that he approves of.
Speaker 1 (01:12:47):
It do you think do you think this piercne not?
Real despite the fact that she does have a she
has a real peerscene in her, hand, Right, yeah, okay
but that, one just to, me to, me does look?
Speaker 2 (01:13:00):
Real do you think it looks?
Speaker 1 (01:13:01):
Real kind of hard to tell to.
Speaker 2 (01:13:04):
Me to, me it doesn't look.
Speaker 1 (01:13:05):
Real but based on the fact that there's another one near,
it you, know like you, said it does look more
like it's a little stick on. Thing would it surprise
me if it was? Real not at?
Speaker 5 (01:13:14):
All not.
Speaker 2 (01:13:14):
Really at this, POINT i feel like nothing surprises me
with that. Family, yeah we have some mom, drama you.
Guys So Ashley, tisdale you guys know who she. Is,
yeah she just left her mom friend. Group she wrote
an essay For The cut where she talked about how
her friend group was just toxic and very high. School mind,
you this is a group with other celebrity. Moms some
(01:13:35):
of them are you, know really well known stylists or
wives of, celebrities but there are some names you would.
Know Hillary duff is in this friend, Group Mandy, Moore Megan,
trainer And ashley wrote about The, yeah and they would
just do like hangouts and there in match hill, fights, yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:13:52):
A lot of.
Speaker 1 (01:13:53):
Wine.
Speaker 4 (01:13:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:13:54):
Yeah But ashley wrote about feeling so bad about herself
because you would go online and see the friend group
hanging out to thinks she wasn't invited to and then
finding out there were separate group.
Speaker 1 (01:14:07):
Chats, oh THE a team and THE b. Team YEAH
i have.
Speaker 2 (01:14:09):
That, yeah so everyone was being, like you, know they
started to like click up because there was group chats
where like other people were excluded from certain from certain,
groups and it was just very mean girl behavior and
she felt left, out hurt and. Drained and she also
notably Actually tisdale no longer Follows Hillary duff Or Mandy.
Speaker 1 (01:14:28):
Moore oh so those are the two meanest of the
MOMS i. Guess but that sounded like a pretty large,
group isn't that natural for there to be certain side
text and stuff conversations because you know, like, oh well
these people probably can't go their kids are, little but
this group of, moms, yeah they probably can do something.
Today So i'm not going to text the entire. GROUP
i will want to ask.
Speaker 2 (01:14:46):
You, graham every every year you and your boys you
go To Herbert. Camp are their side group chats or
you just you and buy everyone regardless of whether they.
Speaker 1 (01:14:54):
Can going on and they let you, know, yeah but
then you Take but if they can't, go then you
take them off the thread so they don't just sit
there and see all the text about. It you at least, ask, well,
yeah everyone gets there. Invited everyone gets, invited, Right, okay
so to, that but do you? Invite but that's like
saying that, you, Well selena doesn't have. Friends bad, Example.
Jess that's like saying you invite all of your friends
(01:15:15):
to every time you go out to get. Coffee maybe
you just want to get coffee with a few of,
them not the entire friend.
Speaker 5 (01:15:21):
Group that's a good, point but you do notice it
if it happens all the.
Speaker 1 (01:15:25):
Time, Yeah, well because but because of social media now
people say they're all hanging out without, me without social,
media this behavior would be just totally.
Speaker 2 (01:15:35):
Normal you wouldn't know that it was even, happening, Right.
Speaker 1 (01:15:37):
Maybe you're maybe that's what happened to your entire friend, Groups.
Lana maybe they're out right now hanging out without without.
You they just haven't posted about it and you didn't
get the.
Speaker 5 (01:15:46):
Text i'd rather not.
Speaker 2 (01:15:47):
KNOW i would rather not.
Speaker 1 (01:15:49):
Know do you guys in your personal life break up
your text? Conversations LIKE i, SAID i have a all
of my college. Buddies we have AN a team and
A b. Team THE a team is the one that
we text is the, mother and we've decided that a
bunch of them we don't really need all the stuff for.
Speaker 5 (01:16:05):
Me it was different because all the groups were separate
to begin. With So i've combined some, groups but they
were mostly like different college friends versus work friends versus like.
Speaker 2 (01:16:16):
Must be nice to add just more than one group
just usually doesn't text me.
Speaker 1 (01:16:19):
Back So i'm not on the. Workfront i'm. Not don't
file me under the work friends part of. This but,
okay g was there something you want to throw in?
Speaker 3 (01:16:26):
Here?
Speaker 1 (01:16:27):
Yeah really. Quick east Palu alto wants the homicide per
capita capital of The united, states but local. Leaders they're
exciting to announce you guys that for all of last,
year zero, homicides no murders all of twenty twenty, five
which actually marks the second time in the past three
years that the city has reached that. Goal they say
that achieving this milestone has been years in the. Making
it's reflection of a very concerted effort to change from
(01:16:49):
one of the most violent areas in the. Nation they
credit strong community, partnerships youth, programs and increased police presence
for helping in that violence. Reduction so congrats To East Palo.
Alto they like everybody to hear about it so they
can continue to shed their past. Reputation that is quite the.
Milestone two out of the last three. Years that's pretty.
Good nice nice, job all.
Speaker 2 (01:17:08):
Right next on THE Jv, show CAN i talk about
something THAT i did for the very first time this
year at twenty twenty, Six something THAT I i THINK
i slammed previously in the, past AND i thought it
was so. STUPID i would never do, that and then
look at me Now i'm doing.
Speaker 1 (01:17:21):
IT i can't, wait But i'll tell you what it.

Speaker 2 (01:18:26):
RIGHT i kicked off the new year doing something THAT
i had never done, before and SOMETHING I i'm pretty
SURE i SAID i would never do because it is
just so. Stupid do TELL i did a vision? Board,
yeah my, god y boarded me as a family.
Speaker 1 (01:18:46):
Vision boarded nerd.
Speaker 2 (01:18:49):
Nerd if you guys want to see my vision. BOARD
i just sent the photo over To jess's on Our
instagram STORY Jv Morning.
Speaker 5 (01:18:56):
SHOW i WISH i could go back to the last
time that we talked about, this and, yeah Because i'm
sure you need, too sure family.
Speaker 2 (01:19:06):
Need to go to the. Archives i'm telling you right.
Now and it's just it's so, dumb like why do
you have to glue things to a board if you're
gonna just manifest things the things you want to just want,
them like just doing a vision. Board it's for.
Speaker 1 (01:19:17):
Losers all, right, now let's do a deep dive into
your vision now that you're nine years old, again all right.
Speaker 2 (01:19:24):
Here on your vision let me say we made it
a family activity and the, kids the older, ones they were,
like we do this in art class at.
Speaker 1 (01:19:31):
School who?
Speaker 2 (01:19:31):
Cares but it was really fun and.
Speaker 1 (01:19:35):
That's.
Speaker 5 (01:19:35):
It, okay you want to eat pasta in twenty thirty.
Speaker 1 (01:19:38):
Six, yeah let's look at her vision, board so very
interesting in the top, okay twenty twenty, six and right
below that it says special. Edition tell me about.
Speaker 2 (01:19:46):
That it says my vision board a special edition because
my very first. ONE i feel LIKE i had to label.
Speaker 1 (01:19:52):
It oh, god it got. It so this one is
