Speaker 1 (00:00):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
The JV Show. Here, I'm Selena Room, I'm Jack Chety, Hi, Cheety, Hello,
good morning. More to you all right, before we get
to Chety's tweets, the first talk back of the day.

Speaker 3 (00:11):
Hopefully first talkback of the day, I am in New York,
so I'm over midnight. What do we think of Justin
Timberlake and his lyme disease diagnosis? That's sad explained some
of his craziness. Question Mark press in peace, JV.

Speaker 4 (00:30):
I love you guys. That was hard for me to
see yesterday. Yeah, I mean it was. It was definitely shocking.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
But it does explain what we called lazy at first
with him not singing at his shows, Like, who knows
what he's going through. I mean, I know what JV
was going through at the time, and I can't imagine
Justin going through the same thing and then being on stage.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
In front of thousand, right.

Speaker 5 (00:51):
I know it did make me feel bad because we
were like basically we are now, we.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
Were all talking about his performance.

Speaker 4 (01:01):
Yeah, I feel like he felt like it was necessary
to let people in on that, given that you know,
it was going viral. People critiquing and making jokes about
and everybody was doing it, you know, about his lackluster performances.
And then, like you said, Selena, to know and see
firsthand are very own JV and what how debilitating lime

(01:23):
disease was for him, And again, it affects everybody differently,
whether it's mentally, physically or both, right, and to know
what that was like. And then if Justin Timberlake has
experienced even one tenth of what JV was going through,
you can't be on stage giving doing a full on
out performance.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
Just like, if anything, I respect him for even going
out on stage at all.

Speaker 4 (01:47):
Oh yeah, no, doing what he could.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
So my perspective on that is completely just flip flopped.

Speaker 4 (01:53):
Yes, that was Yeah, it was a pretty shocking turn events. Now,
one question about that first talkback, because in it he
asked the question, but then says question Mark was that
because like, look, I understand what a question is. I
knew that that was a question. Did we need the
question work or do you think it was just like
when you're doing voice into your phone, you're used to
voice to text and you have to say a question. Yeah,
maybe it was that because like I clearly knew it

(02:16):
was a question.

Speaker 5 (02:17):
But I emphasized more exclamation point.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
Was your question cool or not? No? I was just
walking out, men, I was just just.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Wondering about Cheaty's tweets. And by the way, we'll talk
more about justin sev fifty five this morning. But Cheaty,
good morning. All right? So Cheaty, you tweet a lot.
You have kind of a problem here, but that's okay.
Friday Mornings, Graham does a dramatic reading.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
I had this giant pimple on my neck? Tell me
why my cousin could see it from like ten feet away.
Literally wanted to cry.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Did it hurt?

Speaker 6 (02:55):
You get?

Speaker 7 (02:55):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (02:55):
It's so little, it's there still? Oh my god, idea,
don't How can you know what one of the stars
on it?

Speaker 4 (03:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (03:05):
I did put a pimple patch thing on it. Was
it a star?

Speaker 4 (03:08):
Though?

Speaker 2 (03:08):
No?

Speaker 3 (03:10):
Ye?

Speaker 4 (03:10):
Did it help? Did it help? That things me.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
A little bit? But it's still juicy in there? Yeah,
that's so gross.

Speaker 4 (03:20):
That made me throw it from my mouth a little bit.
Why who who's getting neck pimples these days? Are you
getting into some bodybuilding and steroids?

Speaker 1 (03:27):
No?

Speaker 4 (03:29):
Okay, any other possible reasons this this thing came about?

Speaker 8 (03:32):
I really don't know, Like I didn't even know it
was on their tire. I looked in the mirror and
I was like, wait, what is that? And then as
soon as I saw it, then I started to hurt.

Speaker 4 (03:43):
Juicy And did you because it is so juicy? Did
you attempt to squeeze it out?

Speaker 9 (03:48):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Many times you're supposed to do that. I thought you
have to. Sometimes Now you just throw a star on
it and it's all good. It goes away.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
No, you can't let that giant white head just fester there, like,
just let it wants to express itself. Just let it express.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
I don't know that causes more to come out.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
That's an old wives tale.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
Ever done that? Have you ever squeezed one and it
just splatters all over the mirror?

Speaker 4 (04:14):
Yeah, there's no There's nothing more satisfying. I don't know
if you ladies experience this because you don't really have
facial hair like men. But you'll get an ingrown hair
and it'll present itself a lot, like a big painful lump,
like it's a big ZiT, you know, But you just
know that right in the middle there is one big
thick hair and there's I'm telling you, guys, it's gross,

(04:35):
but there's nothing more satisfying than squeezing that sucker and
then you just see the just the little stump of
that hair in there, little tweezers, and you just pull
it out. Oh, I'm telling you. The sweet relief that
that brings is just there's something about that, Oh, very relieving.
But yeah, there's always a big thick stump of my hair.

(04:56):
Thank you. Sometimes I have my wife grab them because
she could see in there better. Yeah, that's good. Dropped
my dog off at his other mother's house. Guess who
gets to sleep throughout the night?

Speaker 2 (05:13):
You?

Speaker 4 (05:14):
Yeah, I'm confused throughout are were you in a past
this is your dog? Were you in a past female
relationship that we don't know about.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
It's like all of like, yeah, you the baby daddy.

Speaker 8 (05:30):
I feel like the baby daddy. No, but it's all
me and my cousin. We all have the dog together. Okay,
So I.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
Don't get it. So like you're a mommy another mommy.

Speaker 8 (05:41):
Yes, but she has a different house, so I just
dropped her, dropped him off at her house.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
You guys have shared customers, share customer, But is this
like the first time ever? The dog is always with you?

Speaker 4 (05:50):
Exactly did a judge have to decide this? No custody.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
I just dropped him off, because.

Speaker 4 (05:57):
Yeah, you can't just dump your kids off when they're
a problem.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
If they're watch if they're being watched, it's okay.

Speaker 4 (06:03):
So how long is your dog gone?

Speaker 2 (06:05):
Oh it was just a night.

Speaker 4 (06:07):
So you have the more custody in this in this
custody dispute.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
Yeah, does the other mom pay any type of like
monetary support, dog support, puppy support?

Speaker 8 (06:19):
You know, she pays the insurance for the dog? Okay,
something something?

Speaker 4 (06:24):
Yeah, any food or grooming or anything like that.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
I make them pay for that too, Okay.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
Really, yeah, so they spend more money on the dog,
but you get it more days. I'm confused.

Speaker 2 (06:36):
No, we we share the money like we split. It's
pretty awesome. Yeah, but you're the primary but I'm the
primary caregiver right now.

Speaker 4 (06:45):
Yeah, this is the first time I've heard of one
of these situationship you have? Yeah. Interesting?

Speaker 1 (06:51):
Yeah, the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
Time for.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
The four things you need a head up on to
start your day.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
So Diddy's bail request d nine yesterday. Prosecutors later to
all the reasons. Why did he should stay in jail
while he waits sentencing. That does not happen until October three.
Now the question is will he be parted? Hopefully hopefully not?

Speaker 4 (07:18):
God mat I know all right. With the San Francisco
Giants season imploding over the past couple of weeks, they
were sellers that yesterday's trade deadline rather than buyers. The
team traded away all star closer at Camillo Duvall to
the Yankees for some prospects. They also dealt outfielder and
fan favorite Mike Yustremsky to the Royals, So take a
moment say goodbyes to those guys. Giants will look to
finally win a game as they start a series with

(07:40):
the Mets in New York today. First pitch is at
four to ten.

Speaker 10 (07:43):
Oh metting that you are, and they're playing the Mets
shouting go met so a.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
Little bit of bogazlo this morning.

Speaker 5 (07:55):
It'll be a sunny and slightly warmer day to day.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
Temperatures will increase a.

Speaker 5 (07:58):
Little bit from the previous days, with temperatures in the
mid seventies to low eighties, and it will stay pretty
consistent throughout the weekend as well.

Speaker 4 (08:04):
It's August first, you, guys, why am I running my
wife on the way to work? August will go away.
It's August first.

Speaker 8 (08:12):
Come on a Sagittarius, bestie.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
Your days a seven out of ten.

Speaker 8 (08:17):
You're feeling restless, but today's energy is pushing you to
be bold in conversations and say what's really on your mind.
Someone might surprise you with good news or an unexpected compliment.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
But before I get to how this wife found out
her husband was seeing somebody else? Great, can we talk
about what you guys or what you had just posted
on Jamie Morning Show?

Speaker 4 (08:44):
Yeah? This I need one of these. This is pretty cool.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
Now.

Speaker 4 (08:46):
Look this guy Stanford, he posted this this week and
it's starting to go viral because he says he's invented
a robotic lamp that can fold your laundry. Again, if
you want to see a rendering of this. This is
not the real actual thing. This is AI or CGI
or whatever that made this video. It's been determined that

(09:07):
that's not the actual one. But he says he has
actually built this thing. He has a prototype. He's just
not showing it yet. But it does do this. So
it looks like two lamps on the side of one
on each side of a bed and this woman drops
some laundry on there, and then suddenly these lamps like
spring to life and they have little hand, a little hand,
a little clothing at each end, and they start picking

(09:28):
up and folding the laundry.

Speaker 5 (09:30):
Yes, no, this robot listen. I feel like something could
go wrong in those little pinchy things that could come out.
What if you're laying there and it thinks you're just
a pile of laundry and then it pinches something then
move to be pinched.

Speaker 4 (09:44):
Yeah, starts folding your you know what back in the
pen like as a guy, it'd be like, and then
starts folding that thing up. No thanks, that'd be painful.
The robot, this robotic lamp again, it's folding. It can
fold your laundry. It's called loom, which like can we
work other name because the loom is that type of
deod and that you can put on.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
Your my eyelash robot and then all the lash. There's
some trademark issues happening here. It's spelled different though it
actually is U M E. Yeah, spell differently, spell differently.

Speaker 4 (10:15):
Okay, well, loom theodor that's deeodor and for your bud
is spelled that same way, so they might want to
look into that. But they say they are taking pre
orders right now for this laundry folding robot. Forty nine
dollars refundable deposit you can put down, so it's going
to cost under two thousand dollars and it's ready to
be released. I guess Selena never folding laundry again, That's.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
What I'm saying. The laundry never ends in my house.
I still have three like my walk into my bedroom,
I have three huge baskets filled up with clean laundry
that I just cannot bring.

Speaker 4 (10:47):
Myself to fold. I see too much loom would have
done that day one, I know, and.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
All I gotta do is throw it onto my bed
and walk away. My thing is come back and it's folded.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
I don't want to Just this's point. I don't need
the robot tinker around in my bedroom. Yeah, thing in
my laundry room, you know, like put it next to
the washer and the dryer. I'll take it out of
the dryer and I'll throw it on the ground there,
throw it on a table next to it, and let
it go to work. I don't need that thing watching
me while I sleep. Well, I guess you can put
it anywhere. Does it have to be the bedroom? Yeah,
But their whole thing is like the design aesthetic of

(11:16):
it is that like it looks like a lamp and
then it's like lamp or whatever. I don't know, all.

Speaker 2 (11:22):
Right, so listen to this. A woman found that her
husband was sleeping or at least hanging out with another
woman through their digital scale. She wrote this on Reddit,
and she said that she decided to one day just
randomly check her scale's memory, just out of curiosity.

Speaker 4 (11:40):
And there are times, you know, when she goes to
work and her husband is.

Speaker 2 (11:42):
There at home, and she goes through the scale's memory,
and it showed two unassigned Wayans because like the scale
knows her, the scale knows the husband, right, But it
showed two unassigned Wayans at exactly one hundred and twenty
pounds at twelve twenty five am and at twelve twenty
six am, back to back. Like the whoever this girl

(12:03):
was like, stepped on the scale, got off, and then
stepped right back on. She's like, I don't weigh one.

Speaker 4 (12:07):
Hundred twenty pounds.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
There was nobody there at the house except my husband.
He doesn't weigh a hundred twenty pounds.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
Wow, does it necessarily mean it's a female?

Speaker 2 (12:15):
Oh well either don't know.

Speaker 4 (12:17):
Okay, somebody that was one hundred and twenty pounds stepped
on that thing.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
Okay, well he was cheating with whoever he wants to
cheat with, female or not. Like, there was still somebody
else there, and so she took it red and everyone's like, yeah,
there's there's clearly somebody else in the house that that's
the proof. So now people we have to check our
grocery store reports out. Yeah, we have to check our
digital scales. What other ways that people have been caught cheating?

Speaker 5 (12:40):
Oh, the toothbrush electric check your electric toothbrush.

Speaker 4 (12:43):
Yeah, some of those like fitbit things have checked in
you know, remember their heart rate was going up? Oh yeah,
more random times. You're like, oh, you must be having
a heart attack. You know. It's like, you cannot get
away with cheating. In twenty twenty five.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
The biggest thing that make good you shouldn't be doing that,
but go ahead.

Speaker 4 (12:58):
Ground I just think everybody has a doorbell, camera or
some sort of camera in their house. That's the biggest
obstacle to cheating, isn't it. Right, you're gonna get caught
on the camera bringing someone in your house, not that
your wife's one gonna one day getna download the history
from your digital scale. Like who knew that was even
a thing with psychopaths, like just catch them on the
camera like a normal person. It's got to be hard

(13:20):
to cheat in twenty twenty five, right, just because of
all the cameras, the technology, and your phone's constantly checking
in and tracking and stuff. It's like, that's those are
the things that's gonna catch you.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
Yeah, But I feel like a lot of people who live,
like let's say you live like in a condo building,
Like I feel like I rarely see doorbell cameras on
like those Yeah there.

Speaker 5 (13:40):
I don't think there's any at least not that I
have seen on my neighbors.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
So maybe it's easier to seet Like if you live
in an apartment or a condo, maybe it's easier for you.

Speaker 4 (13:49):
But still people still have indoor cameras. I'm telling you,
everything is a camera nowadays, Like it's I don't know that's.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
True, or even pet cameras, That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (13:59):
Yeah, As.

Speaker 1 (14:02):
He was watching the JV Show on Wild ninety nine.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
Whoa wait, good morning, guys, it's your boy Angelina.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
Something smells a little fishy.

Speaker 11 (14:13):
Not me, let me she hey, as in like an
explain an exports friend who blessed you with the dog.

Speaker 12 (14:26):
And he hasn't paid puppy support.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
No chitty, you guys taking her a puppy port.

Speaker 3 (14:30):
That's not right.

Speaker 4 (14:32):
I'm kidding. Have a good morning. I love you. Cheating Okay,
so that's obviously not the case, right.

Speaker 5 (14:38):
No.

Speaker 4 (14:38):
We had one of Cheety's tweets earlier and it was
about how she when we learned that she has shared
custody of her dog. We thought it was just her dog,
but she said she dropped it off at her other
mother's house so she could get some sleep, and we
were like, what wait, what.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
Dog has another mom?

Speaker 4 (14:54):
And so to Andy Luna's talk back, there, cheaty, no
chance that this is an ex boyfriend that you to
share this dog with.

Speaker 8 (15:01):
No, okay, not at all, just asking.

Speaker 2 (15:05):
We're also talking about a woman who found out that
her husband was secretly having somebody else over when she was,
you know, away at work, and she did that by
checking the digital skills memory. I didn't even know that
Scales had memory, but you know, I'm found person checking
their way in the middle of the night.

Speaker 6 (15:22):
Good Morning Jav's show. I went to weigh in on
the how you know that your partner's cheating? Did you
guys hear how Shakira found out that her husband was
cheating on her. So apparently she was out like on
tour or whatever, and then when she came back, this
jam that she knows that her husband doesn't like and
this is her favorite, was almost completely gone from the jar,

(15:44):
and she was like, what the heck you hate this jam?

Speaker 2 (15:47):
I remember that?

Speaker 4 (15:48):
Remember that one of the best stories I heard. Yeah,
what a way to get caught. You never would have
thought it'd be the jam.

Speaker 2 (15:54):
I think she might have said that that wasn't even
like true, but that's just the rumor. But it's still
a good story, and we will con you to run
my life. But that's how it happens, all right. So
there is a couple who are now happily and well
not even engaged in are happily married. But it took
this man named Luke forty three proposals to finally get

(16:18):
Sarah Wintrip on board to marry him. Forty three proposals.

Speaker 4 (16:23):
She must be really hot.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
I haven't seen a picture of her, so I mean,
I'm just going off what i've what I've read. But
I saw a lot of this on social media this
week because the story went viral. So Sarah first turned
down Luke's proposal in twenty eighteen after they were only
dating for six months. Both had just gotten out of
serious relationships and they were in love, but she felt
like she just wasn't ready, especially because she had three daughters.

(16:46):
She was like, it's too soon, just like not right now.
So she said no. And then with every no, he
just kept on like upping the proposal, like he was
proposing in abandoned castles, he was hiring musicians, candlelit dinner.
She says. One of the most elaborate proposals happened in Prague,
where he transformed a deserted castle into like this fairy

(17:07):
tale setting and there was chocolate and champagne and there's
fairy lights, so it was like completely decorated. And even
then she said no at the time was right, Oh
my god.

Speaker 5 (17:17):
At this point she just wanted more and more proposals.

Speaker 4 (17:20):
This is that's just a game at that point, because
you wouldn't even agree to meet up with this person
to go on some romantic thing if you knew that
they were just gonna propose every time that you ever
hung out and you know you're going to a castle
for the weekend, that he's gonna do it again. At
this point forty three.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
Yeah, well, I mean it got to the point where
she was like enough with the proposals, like let's just
be together for now, just like enough with the proposals,
And even her friends was like, what do you like, Luke,
what are you doing? But he, in his mind was like,
I'm just trying to prove to her how much I
want this. Even if she says no, that we shall
know that this is still what I want. That's so cute.
So in twenty twenty three, In twenty twenty three, he

(18:03):
proposed again, I guess there's a spot in London where
the Eastern and Western hemispheres and meet, and so it's
like the center of the world. Wow, I guess. And
so they go there and he hires a musician to
play all of her favorite songs. And when he proposed,
he said, quote, this is the center of the world,
and you are the center of my world. World, and

(18:23):
I want you to marry me. She finally said yes
on proposal number forty three.

Speaker 13 (18:30):
Oh my gosh, Okay, I have questions.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
One for Graham.

Speaker 5 (18:34):
Graham, you spent seven years stalking your wife basically until
she finally that's right. Yes, But if you had, I guess,
proposed to her for a few times, how many would
you have done before you just gave up one?

Speaker 2 (18:49):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (18:50):
I really wowee. But I think their situation, See, I
think their situation is different. Like clearly they were smashing
the whole time, and even when he got rejected on proposal,
they were still smashing. She was leading him along like
that was a game to her, Like she knew that
he was going to propose again and he was being
strung along that like eventually she's gonna say yes. Like
that that to me at forty three, that's a fun

(19:11):
game if you legitimately were, you know, going to propose
to somebody and they just flat out said no, they
don't see a future with you. You're done at that point, right.

Speaker 2 (19:21):
So but what if she said So what this woman
said wasn't like no, I'm not going to marry you.

Speaker 4 (19:26):
She just said not right now. But that's what I'm saying.
So she's was leading him away round but I'm just
giving you like a real if it was real world
and like I thought that I saw a future with
my you know, with somebody or my now wife whatever,
And she said no, like a flat out no, not
not like a no, Let's wait a little longer. You
know where I'm being strung along. If it was a no,

(19:49):
like I don't see a future with you, that's it
for me.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
So what if it was what if it was not right? Now?

Speaker 4 (19:54):
Do you keep on proposing every year? Yep? Okay now
because we're still together, we're still dating, we're still like,
it's still a relationship. She still wants a future with me,
just not ready to get married right now. Sure. But
if it's a no, I don't see a future with you,
that's a one and done.

Speaker 2 (20:09):
What forty three?

Speaker 4 (20:10):
Do you want someone that's persistent justin chedty?

Speaker 2 (20:13):
No, No, not forty three.

Speaker 4 (20:14):
Not if everything's kind of psycho.

Speaker 5 (20:16):
Not if every date that I'm showing up on he's
getting there's.

Speaker 4 (20:20):
Like violinists and stuff music, we're just at RBS.

Speaker 2 (20:25):
I think this is over five years. Forty three proposals
in five years that's more than Jaylo. That's like way
more than Jaylo.

Speaker 4 (20:32):
As far as we know, we don't know. Jelo probably
proposed to left and right.

Speaker 2 (20:35):
That's true.

Speaker 4 (20:36):
I wonder I proposed this to some good some guys
too that we don't know about.

Speaker 2 (20:40):
Oh my gosh, I.

Speaker 5 (20:41):
Wonder what the families think of this, because that is
a little crazy, Like forty three times you've gotten reject
or forty two times you've gotten rejected, and you're still proposing,
like at that point, like Graham said, it's kind of
just a game for both of them.

Speaker 4 (20:54):
That was it was, that's like, that's their stick.

Speaker 2 (20:57):
She's encouraging other women to trust their own timing. She said,
if they're the one, they'll put in the effort. You
don't have to say yes if you're not ready, But you.

Speaker 5 (21:06):
Also don't need forty Like I feel so sad for
the guy.

Speaker 2 (21:09):
He's over here putting in the most.

Speaker 5 (21:11):
Effor ever forty three times.

Speaker 8 (21:14):
And she can have a long engagement like you guys
gonna have to get married right now.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
That was my initial thought.

Speaker 4 (21:19):
Yes, yeah, that's the thing, if like if you clearly
part of her thought, Yeah, I am going to marry
this guy. Eventually, so I'm like, what's the big deal?
Get engaged and then yeah, and then she's out, don't
get married for five years until you're ready to get
married or whatever. I don't know. When I was very
I had to be very persistent with my wife. You
guys called stalking. I call it persistent. The first time

(21:41):
that I asked her out, she said no, and like
that set us back like years because I and people
were like, you should ask her how to get I
was like no, I did. I like I asked her out.
I'm kind of stubborn like that, Like I wasn't gonna
be like the next day, like please please go out
with me.

Speaker 10 (21:54):
No.

Speaker 4 (21:55):
I was like I gotta know she say no?

Speaker 2 (21:57):
Though, was it like no, I would never go out
with you? Were like, no, I can't make it. Like
I'm just a little busy right now, have a lot
going on.

Speaker 4 (22:03):
It was like at the time I was bartending, She's like, no,
I can't date a bartender. Because she was like everybody's like,
you got other ladies there throwing themselves at you. I can't.
I don't want to compete with them.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
Mart I knew I liked Kate. She got a good
head on that hurt me like that, Just why didn't
you quit your job for her and be something else?

Speaker 4 (22:22):
I wasn't ready to if that's all I didn't have.
I didn't have a resume or any other job prospects.
I don't I don't know that like hurt my. I
mean that.

Speaker 2 (22:33):
Do you think she would have got differently?

Speaker 4 (22:34):
That cut me deep?

Speaker 2 (22:35):
Do you think she would have felt differently if you
were like a bartender at Applebee's.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
She probably would have said, I won't date somebody that
works at Apple. I'm kidding, You're sorry Applebee's employees. The
JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 14 (22:50):
Guys, this is Ali from Richmond. Just a little talk
back about the guy that proposed a lot of times
That actually happened with me and my husband. He proposed
two months into the relationship and I said I'll think
about it, And he proposed a lot of times over

(23:10):
ten years until finally last year we got married. So yeah,
happy Friday, bye.

Speaker 9 (23:18):
Does it?

Speaker 4 (23:18):
Yeah? Ten years of proposing off and on, it all
works out. Wow? Can I go back to just one
thing I said earlier? Because I said, you know, it
took a lot of persistence to get my wife to
come around to the idea of dating and then eventually
marrying me. I didn't do more than one proposal, though,
but I said she rejected me the first time I
ever asked her out because she's like, I'll never I
don't think I can date a bartender, and I do

(23:39):
just want to say that when we got married, I
was still a bartender. So eventually she came around. She
came around, I think to the idea, and this hunk
of a man's about to get stolen away. If you
don't wow, that does.

Speaker 2 (23:54):
Say a lot.

Speaker 4 (23:54):
We'll good for you.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
Guys, got.

Speaker 15 (24:00):
All the stuff you need to know what's hot in music, movies, shows,
and the most talked about stories happening today in the Bay.

Speaker 2 (24:08):
So Justin Bieber is begging Haley for another baby. So
their first one, Jack, I think he's he's won right
now and Justin is ready for baby number two. And
Haley has made it clear, Look, I'm on board, we
can have another baby, but on one condition.

Speaker 4 (24:26):
You have to actually take care of this one.

Speaker 2 (24:28):
That and if they step away from the spotlight, which
I feel like Justin would have no problem doing.

Speaker 4 (24:34):
He hates the attention. I feel like I know, but
I feel like that's one of those things. He's so
mad at the pop Rozzi, He's so mad at everything,
and all this stuff go away. I hate your choice.

Speaker 2 (24:46):
And he did that for a while, so I mean,
maybe he'll do it again for Haley.

Speaker 4 (24:50):
But yeah, you're right, it's not like he does it
on purpose.

Speaker 2 (24:53):
It's him yelling at everybody and then he goes viral.

Speaker 4 (24:55):
If you want to have a private life, move to Billiings,
you know, Montana or whatever. I think that's in Montana,
just you know, like you can you can go away,
and there's no possible.

Speaker 2 (25:05):
I mean, Hailey doesn't want to complete, like not move
away because she still has her modeling gig and she's
running businesses and stuff, and so she wants to you know,
be able to still do that. But just like we
don't need to be on every blog every day.

Speaker 5 (25:16):
But we have heard about Justin's like financial struggles. Do
you think that he feels that pressure of having to
have some sort of job, some sort of way that's
not that you know.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
Not now that Haley's a billionaire, he's living.

Speaker 5 (25:28):
Off her, But maybe he doesn't want that image like dang.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
I don't think he cares he's using her money to
pay off his debts.

Speaker 5 (25:34):
Yeah, why is he still there?

Speaker 4 (25:37):
Seemed like he was just taking bong rips and riding
dirt bikes around and stuff like just being weird, you.

Speaker 2 (25:41):
Know, like possible scenario. I just think, why becoming a billionaire?

Speaker 4 (25:45):
I just think when when celebrities that have clearly no
financial like questions, they've got again because of her deal
as a couple, they've got plenty of money. They'll last
for the next several several generations, all the generations if
they want it to all future generations. Didn't care, and
you don't want to be in the spotlight, it's pretty easy,
don't be in this.

Speaker 2 (26:05):
Let's talk really quickly about Jason Momoa shaving off his
beard because he went from Zaddy to like, I don't
even know what this is. Go to JB Morning Show
where you can check him out shaving the beard off.

Speaker 14 (26:16):
I think it's been about six years, maybe a little
bit more since I did Dune.

Speaker 4 (26:21):
This did the kickoff Dune three.

Speaker 2 (26:24):
Oh, he's shaving everything off and it's just slowly. The
mustache is coming off, the beard is gone.

Speaker 4 (26:32):
God damn it. I hate it.

Speaker 2 (26:36):
For Dune because they're getting ready to start doing three.

Speaker 13 (26:39):
I'm telling you a beard makes the biggest difference.

Speaker 2 (26:42):
Yeah, and I'll make or break your beer.

Speaker 4 (26:44):
But he looks good in Dune with no beard. I
just watched that recently on a plane. I mean, I
don't think he looks strange in there. Well, he didn't
have his beard.

Speaker 2 (26:52):
Why did he look so strange?

Speaker 4 (26:53):
Now? I have to admit he looks a little off.
He looks like Joe Dirt or something like. I can't
figure out what he looks like in there here, I
don't get it.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
Go ahead and check that out, jav Morning Show on Instagram, Gramm.
I know you wanted to talk about this event.

Speaker 4 (27:05):
Yeah, one more thing in Jason, I don't think when
you first shave a beer that's been a long time,
your face hasn't really tanned in under it yet. Maybe
that's what there's some It just doesn't look the skin
doesn't doesn't look like the rest of your face or something. Yet.
I don't know. Something looks off about that picture, looks
very off everything, all right? Surfs Up Pops. Tomorrow is
the annual World Dog Surfing Championships. If you want to
see these dogs in action, grab your Puppecinos and head

(27:27):
to Pacifica. The dogs are going to start hitting the
water for what promises to be a positively awesome day.
They're gonna hit the water at Logs at nine am.
In addition to the main dog surfing competition, there's also
apparently going to be a dog beach fashion contest.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
Oh my god, I don't know what that means.

Speaker 4 (27:46):
There's gonna be rescue dog adoptions and some other food
vendors and stuff outfits. I guess shorts hitting the runway
and like little dog samples. We talked about this event
a while back because it was in danger of being
canceled over funding issues. Remember they said they needed to
have raised at least ten thousand dollars by May first,
or it was off. They said the city was hitting

(28:08):
them with all sorts of raised fees and permit costs
and they really needed more like fifteen thousand dollars, but
a minimum of ten thousand. Why check their GoFundMe to
see what they ended up raising, and they raised fourteen
and a half one thousand dollars. So you can thank
the people that donated to that. These seventy nine generous
donors on that go Fundme and the World Dog Surfing Championships.

(28:28):
They are on It's tomorrow Linda mar Beach in PACIFICA.
If you want to go see these pups hit the waves.
They're pretty good cute stuff.

Speaker 2 (28:36):
I like it.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four to nine, we.

Speaker 4 (28:40):
Were just talking about Jason Momoa.

Speaker 2 (28:42):
He's shaved off the beard because they're getting ready to
start shooting June three. If you want to see what
he looks like Jab Morning Show, it's on our Instagram story.

Speaker 16 (28:48):
Morning JV Show. I'm just here to defend my man
talking about his beard and his mustache. But no, seriously,
he does need spacial air. Think he looks rough right
now because he has to grow his hair out for June.
And then also, yeah, his face hasn't seen bear, you know,

(29:09):
in a long time. So hopefully he just gets his
little spice back since he's with his little Latina lady.

Speaker 4 (29:16):
Oh he's got a little spicy Latina.

Speaker 2 (29:19):
I didn't know that, but good for him. But yeah,
the beard, some guys they just they just need beards.

Speaker 4 (29:25):
I think he looks good. I think he looks good
without the beard and Dune again, I just finally watched
done one the other day. I'm study to watch Doune
two before this doing three. But it does when you
first shave a beard that hasn't been shaved off in years,
you gotta let the sun hit your face for a
little while before he's like, yeah, it gets back to
like looking like normal.

Speaker 2 (29:43):
How long does that take?

Speaker 4 (29:44):
It's not too long.

Speaker 2 (29:45):
I'm telling.

Speaker 5 (29:48):
V show.

Speaker 4 (29:48):
Happy Friday.

Speaker 12 (29:49):
Juli from Valley Springs. I just want to remind everybody
that the Santa Clara County Fairs happening this weekend. Yeah,
giving out tickets I think last week.

Speaker 4 (30:00):
But yeah, everybody go.

Speaker 12 (30:02):
They're gonna have pick Grace's camel rides. That's new, the
Rough Chile. It is a bit rise, all the good stuff.
So everybody go have a great Friday, everybody, Hi.

Speaker 2 (30:13):
G hi Fine? All right, So yeah, that's something going
to hit up over the weekend. Also Morgan Wallin performing.

Speaker 4 (30:20):
Yeah, Levi's Friday and Saturday to day and tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (30:22):
Yeap, that's gonna be a lot of fun. All right,
you guys, it's time for what the bleep? Where you
can win this JV show Chug mug. You just have
to be the first person a guest. Today's weeped out
word correctly when you think you know what it is.
Leave your guests on the talkback Mike on the new
and improved iHeartRadio app. You guys ready for today's clip?

Speaker 1 (30:36):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (30:36):
Do you guys also hide things in your Like I've
been known to stash some things away in there?

Speaker 4 (30:44):
Is it like the person that smuggled that one thing
into the Valkyrize game and we're like, we how'd they
get that in there? And then they threw it on
the court something like that. You ever hiding there?

Speaker 2 (30:53):
No?

Speaker 4 (30:54):
Oh my god, Yeah, that one was pretty big.

Speaker 2 (30:56):
That I've done this all, I feel like definitely have yet.

Speaker 4 (31:01):
Yeah, yeah, sure for sure. All right, think about what
that bleeped out word could be. Leave that guess on
the talkback Mike, Like Selena said, leave us your name
in your city along with that PG guess again, Family Show,
Family Show Reminder, leave us your name in your city,
like I said, so we can shout yeat when you win.
But the first correct answer is the only one that
gets the JV Show Chug.

Speaker 1 (31:22):
Munk the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (31:25):
All right, so we're playing what the bleep? Where all
you have to do? Is be the first person in
guests today's leeped out word correctly. If you can do that,
we are going to send you a JV Show chug
mug now here today's clip in case you missed it.
Do you guys also hide things in your like I've
been known to stash some things away in there.

Speaker 4 (31:41):
Interesting, Yeah, a lot of things too.

Speaker 2 (31:43):
Most of of my kids.

Speaker 4 (31:44):
Because I know my kids will never look in there.
I shall remember.

Speaker 2 (31:50):
When you think you know what the word is, leave
it on the talk back and the iHeartRadio app. Let's
go to the talkbacks. Now.

Speaker 4 (31:55):
This is Ryan and San Jose and my guest today
is hair love you guys, Happy Friday.

Speaker 2 (32:04):
No no, no, no, no.

Speaker 9 (32:08):
The money and from Santos. I'm guessing that the bleeped
out word is bra. I know I've slashed money in there.
A great day, guys, fight.

Speaker 4 (32:20):
That's one of the most popular guests this morning. That's
a great guest.

Speaker 2 (32:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (32:24):
Knowing Selena, you do that also put things.

Speaker 2 (32:27):
In there sometimes, yeah, yeah, but that's not the word
for today.

Speaker 4 (32:30):
Good Morning JV Show.

Speaker 3 (32:31):
This is Danny from Alameda, and I think today's bleeped
out word is your dishwasher.

Speaker 4 (32:37):
You hide things in your dishwasher. I have a great
week here, Guys, that's.

Speaker 2 (32:41):
A good idea.

Speaker 4 (32:45):
There's a few people that guess that this morning already,
and I'm a little bit taken aback by that. Guys,
your dishwasher, you hide some stuff in there? What happens
when somebody turns it off?

Speaker 2 (32:53):
Well, we don't use our dish washer. I don't either,
so that's a good idea. I can hid a lot
of things in there. I never thought about that.

Speaker 4 (33:00):
One of life's simple joys is having a dishwasher not
having to wash your own dishes. Don't get me wrong,
I don't mind washing dishes, But why wouldn't Why don't
you use your dishwasher?

Speaker 2 (33:10):
I don't because our older kids are responsible for doing
the dishes. They take turns, and when we were doing
the dishwasher, they were starting it when there was barely
any dishes in there, or they were not you know,
I had a little magnet where it's like dirty or clean,
and they weren't switching that, so we didn't know if
it was dirty and it was too much.

Speaker 4 (33:26):
So I'm like, you know what, you guys wash them
by hand.

Speaker 2 (33:28):
So that's why we don't use the dishwasher and now
I can hide stuff in there.

Speaker 4 (33:32):
Sure seems like it's not that complicated of a system
for kids. It is, Graham, Yeah, but like I mean,
is not something that you could then teach them rather
than teaching them to hand wash everything. Don't get me wrong.
I love the fact that kids are doing anything, like
doing chores. That's great. I just don't get why it's
not a coachable moment.

Speaker 2 (33:52):
It's a coachable moment, but when they forget to mark,
like haities are dirty, and then they forget who did
them and why if it's cleaner dirty, it's just the thing.

Speaker 4 (34:00):
Can't tell if it's cleaner dirty by opening it.

Speaker 2 (34:02):
It might be a mix.

Speaker 4 (34:04):
There's that out.

Speaker 2 (34:07):
It was just a lot more complicated.

Speaker 4 (34:09):
Just use your dishwasher.

Speaker 5 (34:11):
I just feel like it's cleaner when I wash them
with my.

Speaker 4 (34:14):
Hand, with with that sponge that's been growing bacteria.

Speaker 5 (34:17):
I use the dishwasher just so to have them dry,
dry up, and then I put them on drying wreck.

Speaker 2 (34:22):
The drying wreck.

Speaker 4 (34:23):
Yeah, this is fascinating.

Speaker 8 (34:24):
I tint that you're so like everything you're doing so.

Speaker 4 (34:27):
Strange to you, Like, I don't know why you're getting
so defensive about this.

Speaker 2 (34:30):
I just like, it's like everything we say that we do,
you're like so flustered, what do you mean you do
this like that?

Speaker 4 (34:36):
Like people you told me that you like hand wash
your clothes if you have a washer dryer, I'd be like,
what are you doing? It's like a convenience, Like do
you do you like ride your bike to work like
you've got a car.

Speaker 13 (34:47):
It's faster, you eat off of your plates.

Speaker 2 (34:49):
They need to be clean well.

Speaker 5 (34:51):
And I mean, don't get me wrong, the dishwasher probably
does a great job, but I just didn't grow up
using it, so now I'm just used to washing them
my hand and it's not.

Speaker 2 (34:59):
And I feel like if I was one person, I
probably wouldn't use it as much either, because it's a
couple of dishes.

Speaker 4 (35:02):
I used to wash that real quick and then they're
clean in an hour. I get that.

Speaker 5 (35:07):
I get that logic, and then I save on electricity cleanliness.

Speaker 4 (35:11):
The cleanliness argument that just opened with that one had
me scratching my head because that sponge that you're using.

Speaker 2 (35:17):
You guys, the things, the bacteria, you're getting sidetracked. You're
playing with the bleep completely for continue to get those
guesses in if you think you know what today's bleeped
out word is.

Speaker 4 (35:30):
We are going to play more talkbacks coming up.

Speaker 1 (35:33):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (35:36):
Thank you for having the JV Show on. We are
playing with the bleep where you have to be the
first person a guest today's bleeped out word correctly and
you are going to be getting a JV Show check mug.
So here's today's clip in case you missed it. Do
you guys also hide things in your like I've been
known to stash some things away in there. I think
Chitty has as well. But let's go to your talk backs.

Speaker 7 (35:58):
Hi, ja V Show. This is Abby from discoverty Day
and I think the bleep dot word is sock because
sometimes I put stuff, like when I don't have pockets,
I just put stuff in my sock.

Speaker 4 (36:16):
It's a great guess. I guess that this morning. That's
why I just put my tip money when I walk home.

Speaker 1 (36:21):
From the bar.

Speaker 4 (36:22):
Stuff it down.

Speaker 2 (36:23):
You don't get mud.

Speaker 4 (36:24):
Yeah, you never know.

Speaker 3 (36:26):
Good Morning j V Showed.

Speaker 9 (36:27):
This is Elijra from Oakland and my guess for the
bleeped out word is car.

Speaker 2 (36:34):
Pop.

Speaker 4 (36:34):
Guests this morning, a lot of people guessing car or trunk.

Speaker 2 (36:38):
You can see that everybody does that.

Speaker 4 (36:41):
This is Richard from San Jose, and I think the
bleep dot word is oven. I'd be afraid to stash
something in the oven again, so it just turns it
onto preheated or whatever because you don't check ahead of time.
You just I'm gonna preheat the oven. You just turn
the dial or whatever. And then if I had something
stashed in there, it's gonna melt or catch on. I
do that sometimes. What do you put in there?

Speaker 2 (37:02):
I mean it's stuff that we've like baked. But if
I don't want everyone, like let's say, like me and
my daughter make cookies or whatever, I don't want everyone
to just devour them. Like if I leave them out,
there's not going to be any put them in the oven.

Speaker 4 (37:13):
No one's going to open that the oven's off. But
that way they're still there.

Speaker 5 (37:16):
You don't forget to go No, no, I always go
back to them.

Speaker 4 (37:20):
Good morning from Balo is to bleep that word refrigerator.
Hope I get it.

Speaker 2 (37:26):
Thanks, Oh that's so coluse guys. Here's today's clip of bleeps.
Do you guys also hide things in your fridge? Like
I've been known to stash some things away in there. Ah, fridge, refrigerator.

Speaker 4 (37:42):
I'm staying out of this one.

Speaker 2 (37:43):
Me too.

Speaker 4 (37:43):
We'll let just decide. I'm staying out.

Speaker 5 (37:46):
Refrigerator is very different than fridge. Like the word right, Okay,
what you're saying.

Speaker 4 (37:55):
We're gonna let you decide, yelled out when they said
part of the word.

Speaker 2 (38:00):
Yeah, you're right, a larger word. I'm gonna say. I
don't know, Jess, you're the producer. You make decisions here.

Speaker 5 (38:08):
Come on, Okay, I'm gonna say no because I think
people will be upset if we if we give it to.

Speaker 13 (38:12):
Somehow and it's not the wrong okay, because.

Speaker 5 (38:14):
We had something similar happened earlier this weekend. We didn't
give that person a chug mug, So I think we
have to keep it fair.

Speaker 2 (38:20):
All right, there's there's an answer.

Speaker 4 (38:23):
Friday Friday, everybody, Hey, leave the correct word.

Speaker 2 (38:29):
Guys, come on, you're making it tough on me over here.
All right, no chug mug because we Jess has rules
that it's just yeah, see find me Instagram.

Speaker 5 (38:43):
But you do have another We do have another chance
for you to win a chug mug though, during our
Chug Will game.

Speaker 2 (38:49):
So that's gonna be eight twenty. Thanks for reminding us, Jess.
Now my anxiety is kicking innest.

Speaker 4 (38:58):
You won't even give out a chuck mug.

Speaker 1 (39:00):
Everybody know the JV show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (39:04):
Let's go to the phone Weildy for nine.

Speaker 4 (39:06):
Hi.

Speaker 2 (39:06):
Who is this Casey? What is going on? How are you.

Speaker 11 (39:12):
Happy?

Speaker 4 (39:13):
By?

Speaker 2 (39:14):
All right? So here's the deal, Casey. We're trying to
get you hooked up at these tickets forgive you on,
but you have to win the JV shows.

Speaker 4 (39:20):
Yep, nope.

Speaker 12 (39:20):
Game.

Speaker 2 (39:20):
So we're gonna ask you four tribute questions. Got to
get three correct. You are allowed to miss one if
you can do that. The tickets are yours. Okay, okay,
all right, let's get to it. Question number one, Casey,
on what continents would you find the nation of Algeria? Casey?

(39:44):
Are you there?

Speaker 16 (39:46):
Sorry?

Speaker 2 (39:48):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (39:51):
I take again. You know it's not Antarctica, so you're
gonna that one.

Speaker 16 (39:57):
Out South America.

Speaker 2 (40:01):
You know Algeria is in Africa?

Speaker 4 (40:04):
Yes, it is all right? Question. Apologies to all our
Algerian listeners this morning, who are offended? I'm kidding, all right?
Question number two, a cardinal is a bird that is
generally associated with being what color red?

Speaker 2 (40:21):
Yeah, there you go. I guess the.

Speaker 4 (40:23):
Males are red, but the females are like some boring
brown color.

Speaker 2 (40:26):
Thought they were all red?

Speaker 4 (40:27):
I guess not.

Speaker 2 (40:28):
Oh, all right, says question number three. Velma, Shaggy, Fred,
and Daphne were all characters from what classic cartoon.

Speaker 1 (40:37):
Scooby Doo Jump.

Speaker 4 (40:40):
Little Scooby Doo. Where are you all right? Question number four?
You need this one to win the game. What was
Mike Tyson's boxing nickname? Oh, just think about it, you
know it.

Speaker 2 (41:05):
We should give it to her.

Speaker 4 (41:06):
That was good. That was good. Good. Guess any other guesses?

Speaker 11 (41:14):
No, Iron, Mike.

Speaker 4 (41:22):
Iron. It was also called kid Dynamite.

Speaker 2 (41:27):
I never heard that.

Speaker 4 (41:28):
Sometimes a career, but everyone knows him as Iron Mike Tyson.

Speaker 2 (41:31):
Oh no, you should not win the JB shows. Nope.
Game All right, Well, I'll tell you what we really
enjoyed having you on. So don't hang up, all right,
just hang on. There just is gonna pick up in
the next room. Graham, do we have some shout out?

Speaker 4 (41:48):
Just one mom and my dms, just one mom and
my dams ago and says, hey, Graham, it's another mom
and your DMS, could you please wish our son Kyrie
a happy eleventh birthday. He's a kind hearted, bright and
athletic kid and an all around great son and brother.
Were proud of him every single day and feel so
lucky to watch him grow into a young man. Wishing
him another blessed year ahead. We love you so much,
Cocoa and we can't wait to celebrate you. That's from Mom, Dad, Dylan,

(42:08):
and Charlotte. Yes, Happy, a love happy birthday day.

Speaker 2 (42:13):
That's a great point, all right, before we move on
and get to today's hot it's trending. We were having
a dishwasher debate at a little bit earlier inside out
what the Weleeve Game, someone had guessed the word dishwasher
and it got brought up somehow that just and I
do not use our dishwasher. Dishwashers we still have, you know,
in my case the kids and in Jess's case herself,

(42:33):
we just wash them by hand.

Speaker 4 (42:35):
Uh huh Hi.

Speaker 17 (42:36):
This is Lucy Sita calling from Austin, Texas. Just wanted
to let the ladies on the show know please do
use your dishwasher. There is no other way to get
your dishes as sanitized and bacteria free than the heat
generated there, and it helps your plumbing to stay clear.

(42:58):
So that's my end put for fabulous Friday, Joe.

Speaker 2 (43:02):
Thank you. You know I did hear that that if
you don't use it long enough, like it's not gonna work.
Is that true?

Speaker 4 (43:10):
It probably works better if it's run regularly. Like I said,
it doesn't get clogged up and the parts don't jam up.
I don't know, I have not I've not heard that.
One main thing takeaway from that talk back Luce Sita
listening from Austin, Texas JV Show. I just checked number
one in Austin, Texas.

Speaker 2 (43:25):
So thank you, yes, thank you so much, and I
do agree there's no way to get your dishes cleaner
than in the dishwasher because they're heating it up and
all that.

Speaker 18 (43:32):
Hi, I just want to touch on the dishwasher controversy
that's happening right now. Some people were raised in houses
where dishwashers were used, and some people were raised in
houses where dishwashers were storage like tupware. I've even seen
like family that have used the dishwasher for hiding snacks

(43:54):
like the good chips and things like that. So you
guys are not weird Graham in to different families.

Speaker 2 (44:03):
I'm not.

Speaker 4 (44:03):
It's not that I'm not open to different families. I
was surprised when Selena said she didn't use it, because, look,
you have a full household and like to in my
mind house dishwasher. That's a game changer. And I was
surprised when Jess said she also doesn't use a dishwasher,
because it's one of those modern conveniences. I lived in
so many apartments in San Francisco they did not have
a dishwasher, And when I finally moved into one that did,
I was like, oh my god, how how was I

(44:25):
living before? It's so much better because it's so much
more convenient, and same thing right now with kids, I'm like,
I we run that dishwasher once a day. It's just
there's so many, so many dishes, smaller things like you know,
last night, like my wife and I had we use
like one plate and one cutting board to make like
a quick dinner. I hand wash those. Of course, there's
things like you hand wash, but when you're day to

(44:46):
day life and there's lunch dishes and dinner dishes and
all this stuff, Oh love that dishwasher.

Speaker 2 (44:51):
I agree, But when you're leaving it up to two teenagers,
I'm telling you they cannot be trusted because one of them,
like it looks like they washed him, but they're still dirty.
The next one comes, they're putting away the dirty dishes,
you know, in the cabinets.

Speaker 4 (45:02):
And like you get out the nightmare.

Speaker 2 (45:04):
That's what I'm saying. So it's like to eliminate all
that because I've tried teaching them how to do that
and when you can't get it together, now you're doing.

Speaker 4 (45:10):
It by hand. Yeah, So that's the situation in my house.
And trust me, it's the much better option.

Speaker 1 (45:19):
Honest.

Speaker 15 (45:21):
It's all the stuff you need to know. What's hot
in music, movies, shows and the most talked about stories
happening today and trending is sponsored by the New Thought
Provoking Exhibition at the Exploratorium Adventures in Ai now through
September fourteen.

Speaker 2 (45:35):
So Justin Timberlake diagnosed with lime disease. As you know,
in the past week, a lot of people were pointing
out like lack of singing or lack of energy on
stage at his shows, and people, a lot of them, uh,
weren't being so nice about it, or they were expressing
their disappointment. So I think that's what prompted Justin to
want to share this very personal information with the world.

Speaker 4 (45:55):
But here's some of what he posted yesterday.

Speaker 2 (45:57):
He said, quote, I'm a pretty private person, but as
I I'm reflecting on the tour, I want to tell
you a little bit about what's been going on with me.
Among other things, I've been battling some health issues and
was diagnosed with lime disease, which I don't say so
you feel bad for me, but to shed light on
what I've been up against behind the scenes. If you've
experienced this disease or no someone who has, then you're
aware living with this can be relentlessly debilitating, both mentally

(46:21):
and physically. I was reluctant to talk about this because
I always wanted sorry, because I was always raised to
keep something like this to yourself. But I'm trying to
be more transparent about my struggle so that they aren't misinterpreted.
I feel bad. I feel really bad that people were
being so hard on him when they saw those videos
of him barely singing. But thankfully those same people, I

(46:43):
hope at least are like real fans and understands what
he is now going through because if you go through
the comments, it's everyone just showing so much love to
him and Graham, You and I we saw firsthand what
lime disease is like for somebody.

Speaker 4 (46:56):
Terrible struggling with it. It's terrible. I can't imagine absolutely off.
And it's just it's one of those things where the
numbers of cases of lime disease and people that were
never diagnosed properly that have it, that never knew that
they had it because it can prevent present itself in
so many different ways. There are so many different symptoms,
whether it be mental or physical. And just I mean,

(47:18):
his this revelation yesterday is just the ultimate big reminder
that you need to apply to absolutely everything in life.
You don't know what another person is going through. You
just don't. Now, Look, should it be shame on us
that we were critical and everybody was critical and laughing
at his lackluster performances. I don't really think that. I

(47:38):
mean again, it is the main takeaway is you never
know what somebody is going through. Yeah, But also like
I don't like I feel bad that we were making
those jokes and people were overly critical about it. But
also that's kind of. I don't know, I'm not doing
a good way of articulaly as it sounds mean.

Speaker 2 (47:54):
But just I mean, I don't think anyone's upset with
us for being judgment that we honestly we didn't know,
and it's a reminder for us to take everything into consideration.
We don't know what someone is dealing with. Justin and
his post said that, you know, he'd be on stage
and just in massive amounts of nerve.

Speaker 4 (48:11):
Pain, or he's like so fatigued, or he's just feeling
so sick.

Speaker 2 (48:15):
And the fact that he still went out there despite that,
I have a whole new respect for him.

Speaker 4 (48:19):
Agreed totally, because it could.

Speaker 2 (48:20):
Never be me. I'm calling off the door. Yep.

Speaker 4 (48:23):
Yeah, that his entire tour from start to finish, was
just I wonder, at what point did you know doctors
make that realization and come up with that diagnosis, you know,
and how long he's been dealing with that privately? Yeah
he didn't. Yeah, he didn't reveal that part. I'd be
like really curious to know that and just and know

(48:44):
how long and also just know how long he was
dealing with symptoms before they even because again, it's one
of those things that can be really hard to determine
that you've got it. I mean, jav was dealing with
a wealth of symptoms and just going through hell before
he even knew that it was lime disease, you know,
and we saw him going through all this stuff and
doctors were scrambling trying to figure it out, you know.

(49:05):
So at what point, I wondered, did they eventually figured
out what was the thing that led to him, you know,
seeking that diagnosis or you know, seeking out.

Speaker 2 (49:14):
So it could have very well happened before the tour,
but maybe he was worried about canceling it and then
everyone's like, oh my god, poor ticket sales, and we're
gonna come up with all these other theories. So the
next stuck when you're in the public eye, right, it's
not it's it's always a lose lose.

Speaker 4 (49:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (49:27):
I also want to talk really quick about Happy Gilmore too,
because swifties think that Taylor Swift was secretly in the movie.
So first of all, I hope everybody has watched it
by now, because it is super good. It's streaming on Netflix.
So Netflix shared a behind the scenes video from the
scene where Travis Kelce is shirtless and he's covered in honey,
and then a big bear comes along, comes along. Have

(49:49):
you got to that point yet, Graham?

Speaker 4 (49:50):
I finished it last night, nice, so I can give
my second I can give my second half review right
after you're done with this party.

Speaker 2 (49:58):
So they shared him behind the scenes video from that scene,
and then someone in the comments wrote they should have
dressed Taylor as the bear for an epic surprise, and
then Netflix responded with the eyes emoji. So now everybody
thinks that was Taylor Swift in the bear costume. How funny.

Speaker 4 (50:14):
It's a firm but I think it is. Would she
have had to have gotten a credit in the credits
because I feel like the Swifties would have gotten immediately
to study that because I think every one thing you
know about the movie credits, every single person that has
anything to do with it is mentioned there, right.

Speaker 2 (50:29):
Yeah, but Taylor's also been known to like go under
different names. She does that with songwriting, yo, So who knows.

Speaker 4 (50:35):
I wouldn't be surprised if she was, because it's a
fun way to be involved.

Speaker 2 (50:39):
And yeah, maybe she didn't want to steal the spotlight.
You know, this is Travis Kelcey about.

Speaker 4 (50:43):
Unless some other person have their hands all over her
man's chest, like that's mirroring some honey around on there.

Speaker 2 (50:49):
So what did you think of the rest of the film.

Speaker 4 (50:52):
This is gonna make just mad, But the second half
lost me a little bit.

Speaker 2 (50:56):
Are you serious?

Speaker 4 (50:57):
When they got to the tournament part, it just got
two outlandish and too ridiculous. It was just like, make
it more realistic and it would have been just as funny.
It's like they're running through fire hitting golf. But like
it just like that part just got a little.

Speaker 2 (51:13):
Like too crazy, like all over the place.

Speaker 4 (51:15):
Yeah, it just kind of too like you're doing too
much there. You didn't need that for the You can
still have all the big laughs in the storyline and
make that moment like, you know, here's the big showdown
between the PGA golfers in this new upstart league, which
is something that's essentially happening been happening in golf over
the last couple of years with the live golf tournament. Yeah,
it's like, make it, give me just a little bit more.

(51:40):
I know, it's like slapstick comedy. It's ridiculous. You can
have slapstick huge laughs, but like also still have like
the scenario be slightly more believable, you know. And this
is like, like I liked the movie as a whole,
don't get me wrong, And I had plenty of moments
where I laughed and I loved all the cameos and stuff,
and I thought they did a great job with all that.
Like just just that part could have been done.

Speaker 2 (52:02):
A little bit. Wow, you're being too harsh, Like it's
just a fun movie. Just sit down and just have fun,
just laugh. Don't agreed, but I think I could have
laughed more if I wasn't like what that?

Speaker 14 (52:11):
Like?

Speaker 4 (52:12):
What you know, Cheaty?

Speaker 2 (52:14):
Did you watch? I watched half of it?

Speaker 5 (52:16):
I don't you out after the first half, Like, no, no,
I still want to watch it.

Speaker 2 (52:20):
It's just like stuff happened, so I didn't get to
finish watching it. But I thought it was pretty good.
And what happened, Oh no, just like I don't know
after emergency, Yeah.

Speaker 8 (52:28):
Maybe you know my bad movie.

Speaker 1 (52:33):
Al Right, the JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (52:36):
We are the JV Show. I'm Selina. I'm just n cheaty. Wait,
so Jess where is your man? You guys?

Speaker 5 (52:41):
I dropped him off at the airport yesterday and right
now he is on his way to croat Shot.

Speaker 4 (52:47):
Whoa what? Why? What? Four?

Speaker 5 (52:50):
So he's traveled with his college buddies before.

Speaker 2 (52:54):
Oh, it's a few of his college.

Speaker 5 (52:56):
Buddies, and so they invited him. It's like, uh, I
guess they wanted to do this boat tour type of thing,
like a little not like a cruise, but sort of
like a little boat tour.

Speaker 2 (53:08):
So, yeah, he is out there right now.

Speaker 5 (53:10):
Well, he's almost there, and he's gonna be there for
a for a whole week, because I mean it's international,
you kind of can't go for like three days.

Speaker 2 (53:19):
Yeah, so does he Because we all know what Graham
and his college buddies do when they go to Herbert
Camp together, right, does your fiance do the same?

Speaker 5 (53:32):
Yeah, well in terms of what because Graham has like
bugalo Joe.

Speaker 2 (53:37):
In the outhouse, I don't. I don't think.

Speaker 5 (53:39):
They're dealing with a bugalow Joe over there.

Speaker 4 (53:41):
But live at Herbert Camp. I unpack that story.

Speaker 2 (53:46):
I mean the cuddling at night to be edible.

Speaker 5 (53:52):
Yeah, there will be a lot of drinking involved, I'm
sure of that.

Speaker 4 (53:57):
Can I side bar with Jess? Can you just step
out for just for I got a sidebar with Selena here.
Do you know anything about Croatia Yacht Week, like the
yacht and the boat festivities and stuff like that. I've
had a lot of friends that have gone to Now
let's just say I've heard it's one of the most
fun things ever. And everybody's out on these yachts and

(54:18):
the boats in the water. And the main takeaway that
I've gotten from all my buddies. Yeah, did just just say, yeah, no,
you're not part of this? Okay? I thought I heard too. Yeah.
Is the women my god? And well internationally everybody's traveling

(54:39):
because everybody is partying on boats, a lot of bikinis obviously,
and the women, my god, the women. This is all
I have been told from everybody, every one of my
buddies that's ever gone to this, gone to Croatia. You
will never see more beautiful in one place at one

(54:59):
time ever. Then right now, and I just looked up
the dates of like all the Yacht Week festival May
thirty one to August fifteenth. August. First, we're going right
in the middle of it with all the bot stuff. All right,
let's bring Jess.

Speaker 2 (55:13):
Back cagey.

Speaker 4 (55:16):
Man, so like they were going to go like bird
watching and stuff on this.

Speaker 13 (55:20):
Do you know anything about Croatia during this time?

Speaker 2 (55:23):
No?

Speaker 4 (55:24):
I heard the local. I heard the local flora and
fond of there's gorgeous, a lot of sightseeing tours. You
can go out, like I said, bird watching, and then
there's a scrabble tournament.

Speaker 2 (55:36):
Yeah. I mean I might not be here next week.
I might have to be out of this. Out of
all times that I mean, you guys just got engaged,
I feel like this would have been a perfect time to
be like, here you go, here's an engagement ring for
you to wear.

Speaker 5 (55:50):
So you love taked Oh good, it's a good boy.

Speaker 2 (55:55):
Honestly, think men should wear engagement rings.

Speaker 10 (55:56):
I think I do.

Speaker 4 (55:58):
I think so too, because we don't want to.

Speaker 2 (56:02):
Why you could still be out there looking on a
single and we have engagement rings on.

Speaker 4 (56:05):
You love the flaunting the ring because you have to
show it off to all your friends.

Speaker 2 (56:09):
We want our men to floss off engagement too.

Speaker 4 (56:13):
Then buy us a two carrot diamond to put in
ours and we will.

Speaker 2 (56:16):
You guys don't want that.

Speaker 4 (56:17):
You just want the simple band, which is fine by me.

Speaker 2 (56:19):
But really they don't want anything.

Speaker 4 (56:21):
Well, we'd rather have nothing, But if not, we want something.
I want the rolex of rings so I can show
it off to all, to everybody, an engagement ring if
it was just hell of diamonds and everybody knew like
that ring costs like you know, forty or so. Oh
my god, you're just being ridiculous, am I? Though? Yes,
isn't that what engagement rings are all about? Diamond I'm

(56:41):
just kidding.

Speaker 5 (56:42):
You think Amazon can deliver a ring to the boat
He's gonna.

Speaker 2 (56:46):
Be Yeah, they have delivery in some places. Look into it.

Speaker 4 (56:50):
Just how did he sell this a trip to you, like,
here's my one chance to go to Europe or something,
because I'm look, I'm not trying to make you nervous,
but I'm what I sidebar was Selena about and welcome
back into the studio is one hundred. I'm not like,
I'm not like building this up. This is what I
have heard from everybody that's told me I need to

(57:10):
I need I need to go on this trip.

Speaker 2 (57:13):
Did he leave this part out? It's like some yacht
party he had.

Speaker 13 (57:17):
He had told me about how it's like a huge
deal like for.

Speaker 2 (57:20):
People to go on some video boats. And he wasn't
the one to like come up with the idea.

Speaker 16 (57:25):
Sure.

Speaker 5 (57:26):
Obviously, when he comes to me and he's like, hey,
like they're inviting me on this boys trip, I'm like, okay,
are you going to go?

Speaker 2 (57:31):
Do you even love me? The question are the other boys,
like what's their status? Are they single? I think one
of them might be in.

Speaker 4 (57:41):
A relationship and the rest are single.

Speaker 5 (57:49):
Thing is like, I know, I know his friends, Like
I've already like met them and interacted with them a lot,
and I.

Speaker 2 (57:56):
Trust him.

Speaker 4 (58:00):
A bunch of bikini babes.

Speaker 2 (58:01):
Question for Graham, you can meet your man's friends, but
true or false? They act differently when it's just the boys.

Speaker 5 (58:08):
But I mean, I'm not going to be like, oh sorry,
like you can't go on this trip.

Speaker 4 (58:12):
So you trust him.

Speaker 2 (58:13):
I trust him.

Speaker 5 (58:14):
Because all that matter if it was on the because
if it was the other way around, like I would
I would want to be like, hey, like I'm going
to Puerto Rico with like my bestie going on a.

Speaker 4 (58:23):
Thunder down under retreat. That would be the equivalent of
what he's about to go.

Speaker 2 (58:27):
Yeah, I know.

Speaker 13 (58:28):
I'm like, I I have nothing to worry about.

Speaker 2 (58:31):
So I'm like, well, as long as that trust is
there and I can tell it is that you have.
You really have nothing to worry about, like we're just
messing with you. But still, that is what's going to
be going on there. I know I'm going to FaceTime
him twenty.

Speaker 4 (58:43):
Four hours a day.

Speaker 2 (58:46):
I have in Live Street. Are you on his close friends?
He doesn't have close friends? You sure? I'm going to
go delete his Instagram.

Speaker 4 (58:57):
We've all met Reuben. We love him like we're just giving.
We're giving. That's a hard time here. He's a very
trustworthy guy, and obviously she wouldn't be married trust if
she didn't trust him with her whole heart. But I'm
also telling you, like this is like single dude bucket
list trip, like and I've had several friends that have
gone on this trip. No, I think it's amazing and
so much fun.

Speaker 5 (59:17):
Honestly, what I'm most worried about with him is him
actually making it back like safe, mainly because we're thirty now.

Speaker 2 (59:25):
And this guy his body.

Speaker 5 (59:27):
Is like if he was like well in terms of
his medical.

Speaker 2 (59:30):
Issues, he's over here, Oh God, tell us about the rash? No, no, no, rash.

Speaker 4 (59:34):
What medical issue me.

Speaker 2 (59:36):
You're worried about?

Speaker 5 (59:37):
Like, oh my gosh, I'm gonna be walking so much
and drinking and doing all this and like, my what
if my blood pressure?

Speaker 2 (59:43):
Like, oh my god.

Speaker 5 (59:45):
The amount of like medical issues that he has had
since he's turned at thirty is insane.

Speaker 2 (59:50):
So I'm like, d make it. His blood pressure will
be high, but not walk.

Speaker 4 (59:55):
Yeah, the blood will be flowing a certain parts, no problem.

Speaker 2 (59:59):
You know what, you know what we're just not having.

Speaker 4 (01:00:05):
But also I'm not so funny, so I'm not I'm
so jealous of this trip.

Speaker 5 (01:00:10):
How do I call up whoever puts this boat tour
together so I could like.

Speaker 4 (01:00:13):
Counselor You've never seen so many boats in one spot
and people and young people party and it is a
It's like, oh no, I mean it's like the coach boats.
You know, everybody's ouse. You have to just be on
FaceTime the entire time to watch him.

Speaker 5 (01:00:27):
You're right, I'll have him go on Instagram live just
like whole time basically so we can.

Speaker 2 (01:00:35):
All watch together.

Speaker 4 (01:00:36):
I'm booking my flight. I got you're.

Speaker 2 (01:00:39):
Leaving right now?

Speaker 4 (01:00:40):
Out there?

Speaker 2 (01:00:41):
Sounds good? All right, guys, to break and see what
Chuck will is now No.

Speaker 1 (01:00:46):
The JV show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 4 (01:00:49):
Someone fixed the talkback mic? Please is it broken. We
can someone fix this. Talkbacks are down right now and
it has me not living life right now because you know,
people want wagh in on what we're just talking about.
I don't know what they're saying that I can't do.

Speaker 2 (01:01:03):
It because holidays people sometimes that happens.

Speaker 1 (01:01:07):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine, Happy for Read.

Speaker 2 (01:01:12):
I'm Selina, I'm Jess, and I'm cheating. Who do we
have on the phones?

Speaker 3 (01:01:18):
Hi?

Speaker 2 (01:01:18):
Michael, you're our winner.

Speaker 5 (01:01:22):
You're gonna be checking out He's heavy at the SAP Center.

Speaker 2 (01:01:26):
All go, yeah, exactly. Along with that, you are gonna
be getting a JV show Chug Mug because you're gonna
stay on the line and play our Chug Wilt game
with us.

Speaker 1 (01:01:37):
Is that okay?

Speaker 2 (01:01:38):
You got a few minutes?

Speaker 4 (01:01:39):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, all right, Michael.

Speaker 2 (01:01:41):
So here's how it works. We sent Jess out to
the streets. She asked a random stranger eight questions. So
we're gonna go through each question one by one. We
are gonna stop down and Michael, if you were able
to guess what you think that person on the street
said correctly, you're gonna get a point. If you get
four points, you win the game. And then we are
gonna draw names here in studio, one of us spinning
the chug wheel and doing some chug in Graham, what
is on the wheel this week? All right?

Speaker 4 (01:02:02):
On this morning's a chug wheel. We've got gravy. We
have the infamous toilet tank water. That's water from the
taking my toilet at home. We have oh you dipping
sauce on there. We got bean sprout water. We have
the soup du jour, which is the soup of the day.
It's a vegetable lentil today according to the JV show Chef.
We also have a new featured item this week, which

(01:02:24):
is the Mountain Dew Baja blast hard Seltzer. This is
what Jess says they drink at the Salinas met Gala,
which is the rodeo. And so that's on the wheel.
And then we also have a dealer's choice space. You
land on that and you get to pick any of
those things to chuck.

Speaker 2 (01:02:38):
All right, Michael, you ready?

Speaker 3 (01:02:40):
Yeah, all right?

Speaker 2 (01:02:41):
So let's find out who just talked to. My name
is Jadon and I'm from Santa Clara. Jadeen from Santa Clara.
All right, so let's get to it. Here's question number one,
have you watched Happy Goimore too? Michael? What do you think?
She said?

Speaker 4 (01:02:54):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:02:55):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (01:02:55):
No, All right, she said, no, largest release, largest movie,
your release ever on Netflix?

Speaker 5 (01:03:01):
Right?

Speaker 4 (01:03:01):
I think over fifty million people or something have already streamed. Michael.

Speaker 2 (01:03:04):
Have you watched it?

Speaker 4 (01:03:06):
I watched, like, watch a little bit of it, because
you don't.

Speaker 2 (01:03:12):
We got kids around here.

Speaker 4 (01:03:14):
When you're fair, when you're streaming at home, you hit
pause and come back to it the next day. Nobody does.
All right, let's go to the next question.

Speaker 5 (01:03:21):
At what age do you think it's acceptable for young
girls to start wearing fake eyelashes?

Speaker 4 (01:03:25):
Michael? What do you think? Jaden said? What age for
girls to start wearing fake eyelashes?

Speaker 2 (01:03:30):
Oh?

Speaker 7 (01:03:32):
Seventeen sixteen?

Speaker 2 (01:03:34):
Ooh, I'm over here like having a heart attack every
time you're about to answer, Michael, my anxiety room and
the roof. Let's go to the next question. Cool or
not going to the movies on a first date? What
do you think? She said?

Speaker 4 (01:03:48):
Cool or not not cool?

Speaker 2 (01:03:51):
Cool?

Speaker 1 (01:03:52):
Cool?

Speaker 2 (01:03:53):
Oh my god?

Speaker 4 (01:03:54):
What's that's surprising to me? Around the room really quick?
What do you think cool or not going to the
movies on a first date? I'm going not cool.

Speaker 5 (01:04:03):
Younger me would have said, yes, same my age.

Speaker 4 (01:04:05):
Now, No, you don't get to know each other exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:04:08):
Yeah, I don't.

Speaker 4 (01:04:09):
Yeah, you want when you're young, you go to the movie.

Speaker 5 (01:04:13):
Sure, I went on a date to the movies when
I was younger hair, my hands.

Speaker 4 (01:04:17):
Were just so sweaty, and I was just hoping that
she would like put her hand over on my leg
or something.

Speaker 3 (01:04:21):
That was like ten years ago.

Speaker 2 (01:04:24):
Sorry, does Michael have any points?

Speaker 4 (01:04:26):
He's got three incorrect. So far we're just trending in
the right direction for us. But I'm not going to
jinx it like the other week like Selena did when
she was taking a victory lap. All right, next question, Have.

Speaker 13 (01:04:36):
You gotten into a bathing suit yet this summer?

Speaker 4 (01:04:39):
Michael? What do you think? Jayden said? Has she gotten
into a bathing suit yet this summer? Yes?

Speaker 2 (01:04:44):
No, I have not. Nobody said anything. Nobody's saying it's
been really cold.

Speaker 4 (01:04:52):
Yeah, I mean, Geiti, You're right, we have not yet
had a.

Speaker 5 (01:04:54):
Summer, so I mean I still have gotten in a
bathing suit. Selena, you've forgotten in a bathing Yeah, I have.

Speaker 4 (01:05:01):
I have. I have as well. All right, Michael, you've
got four. I'm not gonna sugarcoat. You got four incorrect
so far. You got to clean sweep the remaining four
questions to get somebody here to check.

Speaker 5 (01:05:09):
Next question in rock paper scissors, what's your first go
to move?

Speaker 2 (01:05:14):
What do you think you said? She said?

Speaker 3 (01:05:15):
Sorry, Oh my gosh, so.

Speaker 4 (01:05:21):
Rock scissors? You don't go scissors first?

Speaker 1 (01:05:30):
Rock?

Speaker 4 (01:05:31):
Is the correct answer?

Speaker 2 (01:05:32):
Scissors first, scissors or rock paper?

Speaker 5 (01:05:35):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:05:35):
Your secret?

Speaker 4 (01:05:36):
Yeah, pay for your second pane, my goel.

Speaker 2 (01:05:38):
Thank you so much. My goal on the JV show
play again. Yeah, of course I.

Speaker 4 (01:05:48):
Want to set out my wife and Ali and my daughter.
She's a beautiful way girl. And thank you again.

Speaker 2 (01:05:53):
Oh that's so you got your tickets. Friend, Well you
got hug mine, So I thank you so much. Are
staying on the line and playing with us. Hang on
for that winning you guys know, chuck it.

Speaker 4 (01:06:06):
Just like for the for the listeners. You've never seen
these three ladies with bigger smiles on their faces. I've
never seen them happier when they don't then when they
don't have to chuck. Oh my gosh, Lena is like beam.

Speaker 2 (01:06:16):
Great day today. I had to chalk the last two times,
so I am very happy about this.

Speaker 1 (01:06:21):
The JV show on Wild ninety four.

Speaker 4 (01:06:23):
Nine, Happy Friday.

Speaker 2 (01:06:25):
All right, Graham, what are you that?

Speaker 4 (01:06:26):
All right? Coke drinkers listening?

Speaker 16 (01:06:28):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:06:28):
No, is that you?

Speaker 17 (01:06:30):
Ess?

Speaker 2 (01:06:30):
I love drinking a nice coke.

Speaker 4 (01:06:32):
Yeah, crispiness, yea to go with some tacos or something.
Or yesterday I had a burrito super Burrito, Hacienda Napa,
shout out to them.

Speaker 13 (01:06:42):
Or when you go to McDonald's and get a big
mac with.

Speaker 4 (01:06:44):
A coca I have to you have to. Oh so good. Well.
A study published in bmc Oral Health. Do you guys
get that magazine delivered to your house?

Speaker 17 (01:06:52):
I do?

Speaker 4 (01:06:52):
Oh? Great reads. They did this spread on enamel last month.
Oh it was fascinating anyway, They found that coke cola
consumption significantly impacts teeth discoloration. In the study, they found
after just one month of drinking coca cola, both high
and low consumption participants. They broke people into different groups

(01:07:13):
and had some people drink a little bit, some people
drink a lot, and they found after just one month,
all of those groups experienced some discoloration in their teeth. Obviously,
the group with higher consumption experienced more discoloration. They say
that not only does it have significant tooth staining that

(01:07:34):
happens from drinking a lot of coke. It's also a
big contributor to enamel damage. That's because of the drink's
high acidity. So coke drinkers you've been warned. I don't
know if this applies to diet coke as well, because
we've talked I would assume so, I would think so
when we've talked a lot about diet coke consumption, because
fridge cigarettes, a lot of people go get their fridge

(01:07:56):
cigarette because there's no every time you do, there's no
more accurate term. Because people that are listening right now
and you know you're fiending right now, you're waiting for
that clock to get to ten am or whenever you
have your first first fridge cigarette, and that it's just
such an accurate term. But I'm wondering, and again, it
doesn't say here, just says Coca cola. But I'm assuming

(01:08:16):
diet coke would also have the same impact on your
teeth because the much I would think.

Speaker 2 (01:08:20):
They're using the though like what about all the other dark.

Speaker 4 (01:08:25):
Soda, I'm assuming those are all lumped in there as well,
But they just used coke because it's the world's most
popular soda. I've got it for this study. Is this
going to change your consumption habits? Jes, Because you and
I we both admitted we do love a cold frosty
one every now and again.

Speaker 5 (01:08:41):
I'm gonna be honest, I don't think I can fully
change it.

Speaker 2 (01:08:44):
It's just there's something that combined with all the coffee
you do in the morning.

Speaker 17 (01:08:47):
I know.

Speaker 4 (01:08:48):
Yeah, I didn't want to say anything. Your teeth they
matched your jacket.

Speaker 5 (01:08:52):
I'm wearing a brown jacket today.

Speaker 4 (01:08:55):
Her teeth looks like they're made out of oak or
something right now, like they have a very woodsy characters.
I looked in the mirror the other day and my
daughter is Selena. Are your kids the same way? They'll
be like, what's wrong your teeth? They're yellow?

Speaker 2 (01:09:10):
Yeah. Sometimes I'll ask them just to see what they say,
and then the answers yellow.

Speaker 4 (01:09:13):
Oh. The kids are just brutally honest. They just destroy you.
Because the other day I was like, yeah, my teeth
they look all right for all the years of coffee drinking.
My daughter's like, nope, they don't. So yeah, I'm gonna
hit the white strips starting pretty sure.

Speaker 2 (01:09:25):
Yeah, Yeah, I'm gotta do something about this. I recently
got some well I didn't get it. Well, I did
get it because my husband told me to because he did.

Speaker 1 (01:09:34):
You get he lost me?

Speaker 4 (01:09:37):
What is it?

Speaker 2 (01:09:38):
What I'm trying to say. I recently got some whitening
toothpaste that my husband saw on TikTok and told me
to get. Not because he thought I needed it, you
wanted it for himself. But I'm like, you know what,
I could obviously use that too. Is it the green one?

Speaker 4 (01:09:49):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (01:09:50):
The what the green one? No, it's kind of it's
like kind of blue and pink. I didn't buy it
off TikTok. I found the same exact one on Amazon,
so that's that's where I bought it. But it's like
it's called nia cinnamid na cinamid. I don't know that
those like the ingredients in it, but it's like something
nia cinem my cid. Is that how you say it?

Speaker 5 (01:10:11):
I don't know that's rights that.

Speaker 2 (01:10:16):
Nia cinema whitening toothpaste.

Speaker 4 (01:10:18):
And wait, I think that's in my skincare too, maybe because.

Speaker 2 (01:10:21):
It brightens your skin.

Speaker 12 (01:10:22):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:10:23):
I don't know. I've only used it twice. I don't
like it. It makes my teeth feel weird, like like
tingly sensitive weird.

Speaker 4 (01:10:33):
Oh that's how you know it's working.

Speaker 2 (01:10:34):
Does that mean it's working?

Speaker 4 (01:10:36):
Does that mean it's dangerous because it's just so bleach.

Speaker 2 (01:10:39):
Because I never used it after that, And part of
me is like, you just can't trust anything you see
on TikTok's really in this stuff?

Speaker 5 (01:10:45):
Just use cress white strips. I have some waiting for
me at home. I just haven't used them yet.

Speaker 2 (01:10:49):
I haven't your ship because your teeth look like a
jack you haven't.

Speaker 4 (01:10:54):
They look like they're made out of hickory. I'm kidding.

Speaker 5 (01:10:59):
We can all agree that our teeth looked the same
here in this room.

Speaker 17 (01:11:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:11:02):
Yeah, it's fine, very but I feel like it's such
a commitment because I think when you start the white
strips you have to do like three weeks, and so
for those a lot of consistency. Yeah, you can't drink
like coffee during those three weeks. You can't drink anything
that would stain your teeth.

Speaker 2 (01:11:16):
So I always tell myself, I was like, I'm gonna
start bringing in like my reusable straws, so when I
drink my coffee, it's not like staining my teeth, but
then every day I forget. Yeah, and then also straws
cause more lip wrinkles. So I guess choose your battles.

Speaker 4 (01:11:30):
I guess that'd be some heavy straw usage. I assume
I'm the The thing I forget is I have all
those white strips are sitting in the drawer next you know,
and every nights, Oh, I should tomorrow I'm gonna use
those white strips, And then I never remember until I'm
brushing my teeth again at night. I'm like, oh, I
should use those, and I never do. I think there's

(01:11:51):
something there are something to some of those toothpastes, though,
I think they do have Like I don't think it's
like a game changing effect, but I think it. I
think they do.

Speaker 2 (01:11:57):
I mean, if you watch the talk videos, it will
make you believe it is a game changing effect.

Speaker 4 (01:12:01):
Well, TikTok has that effect a lot of things.

Speaker 2 (01:12:04):
That's true.

Speaker 4 (01:12:05):
It's also it also might be a filter.

Speaker 1 (01:12:06):
Who knows the JV show on Wild ninety four nine,
and who do we have.

Speaker 2 (01:12:11):
On the phone this morning?

Speaker 5 (01:12:13):
Audrey?

Speaker 2 (01:12:14):
Hi, Audrey, your collar to what?

Speaker 5 (01:12:19):
You are the lucky winner of a five hundred dollars
American Express gift card. This is from Los Angeles Tourism,
so of course you got to use it to enjoy
a weekend in La.

Speaker 2 (01:12:30):
My god, this sounds so fun. So if you go
to like, go to disummer la dot com. You can
find the best events and hotels right there, and then
five hundred dollars towards all your adventures so you can
go for a show.

Speaker 13 (01:12:43):
My mom's crying right now.

Speaker 4 (01:12:45):
Oh yeah, that's awesome. So glad you guys won. Yes,
La La probably has summer too. We don't have summer
here yet. They have summer, so have a little summer getaway.

Speaker 2 (01:12:55):
That would be nice.

Speaker 13 (01:12:57):
Yeah, stay for the weekend in La.

Speaker 2 (01:12:59):
All right, and mom, congratulations, you are very very welcome.
Hang on for that, and thank you to Los Angeles
Tourism for this five hundred dollars.

Speaker 5 (01:13:09):
Let's get your friended goes.

Speaker 15 (01:13:17):
Shows talked about happening today and trending sponsored by Stanford Medicine,
Children's Health, Access to Excellence.

Speaker 2 (01:13:25):
All right, Blake Lively's deposition, So it started yesterday, Graham,
Can depositions take more than a day? Oh yeah, okay,
So because I haven't seen anything that it has ended yet,
so maybe they're back at it today.

Speaker 4 (01:13:36):
I'm not really sure, but I have a lot to
talk about.

Speaker 2 (01:13:38):
Yeah, I know that yesterday was the start day. Remember
there was a battle over where this deposition would take
place and who would be allowed there. So it is
being held at Blake's lawyer's office in New York City.
I don't know if you remember this, but Justin was like,
what do you have to hide, Blake? Maybe we live
stream the entire thing at Madison Square Garden have an audience,
and they weren't going for that. But I thought this

(01:14:00):
was kind of interesting. Justin Baldoni in the room during
the deposition.

Speaker 4 (01:14:06):
Really, Yeah, I didn't know that anybody else they were
afforded that right to be able to do that, to
be present for that. I feel like he shouldn't be
allowed to be there like this is.

Speaker 2 (01:14:17):
I mean, there are claims of sexual harassment and stuff,
and for him to be there seems like, I don't know,
a form of intimidation.

Speaker 4 (01:14:23):
A little bit. Seriously, that's interesting. I had never me
either heard of that anyway, So that kicked off yesterday.
We'll keep you updated, you know, for as long as
it goes.

Speaker 2 (01:14:35):
One more thing here on a you know, I try
to limit the amount of Kardashian content we do here
on the JAP Show. But I thought this is really interesting.
Did you guys know that Chloe Kardashian is the primary
caretaker for Tristan Thompson's brother. She shared this on her podcast,
So Tristan Thompson's younger brother, Amari, Chloe said, quote, he
is severely disabled. He has LGS, which is which is

(01:14:56):
Lennox got stout CINDERM. I apologize if I'm saying they're wrong,
but it's a form of epilepsy. He's in a wheelchair,
he can't walk, he can't talk. And Amari was first
being taken care of by their mother, but she passed
away in twenty eighteen from a heart attack. So next
Amari he came back to the United States. They lived
in Canada. He comes to the US to be with Tristan,

(01:15:19):
And then Chloe explained why he can't.

Speaker 4 (01:15:22):
Be with Tristan all the time.

Speaker 19 (01:15:23):
Kristin is in the NBA, and he is in a
different state literally every other day or every few days,
and it's just not conducive for Amar to be on
that many planes. Amari has a handful of seizures a day,
so Amari stays in LA with me, and I have

(01:15:45):
chosen to take care of him and be there for
him because it's not good that he travels.

Speaker 2 (01:15:51):
Isn't that?

Speaker 1 (01:15:51):
Like?

Speaker 2 (01:15:52):
People can say whatever you want about the Kardashians, but
I really think Chloe is just a good person. Yes,
I mean there's not too many people that would do that.

Speaker 4 (01:15:59):
If you've ever been a care give her to somebody,
particularly somebody that's going through something very debilitating like that's
I mean, that's heroes work. I mean that's like the
most incredible sacrifice. You're sacrificing your own.

Speaker 2 (01:16:10):
And obviously she is very busy as well, so she
does have, you know, caretakers at hell, but to step
up and give, you know, be to step up and
want to get the best care.

Speaker 4 (01:16:18):
For him, and this honorable.

Speaker 2 (01:16:20):
You're cheating ex'es a little brother.

Speaker 4 (01:16:22):
Not many people would do that.

Speaker 2 (01:16:24):
Nope, I'm glad she is. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:16:26):
I thought that was very very cool. All right, Graham,
what do you having for me? No, much to the
dismay of our very own Jess, we got our first
taste of NFL football last night. Jess hates it because
her man's obsessed and her time with him is cut
by about I don't know, fifty percent by Sunday.

Speaker 2 (01:16:43):
Until now because he's in Croatia for Bloody.

Speaker 4 (01:16:47):
You gotta talk more about that. Last night was the
Hall of Fame game, which is the very first preseason
game Chargers taking on the lines. If you watched, I
watched a little bit of it, just because you know,
you got to scratch that inch. NFL football is bad.
It was nice to have something to watch. You know.
There's something a little different last night. I don't know
if anybody watching really noticed, but if you watched the

(01:17:08):
whole game, you probably did. No more chain gang. You know,
when there's a play that results in a spot that's
close to a first down, they'd run out the refs
with the ten yard chain to measure and see if
they got the first down or not. It was there
a dramatic moment and the chain would get pulled tight
and they'd planned it next to the ball and ooh,
just an in short or whatever it was. The NFL
announced this offseason they're getting rid of that. They're gonna

(01:17:30):
start using their new virtual measurement system this season. The
league's gonna be using Sony's Makeye technology. Gotta be careful
saying hawkeye on the air as the primary measure of
the line to gain. The technology uses six eight K
cameras to judge the ball's position on the field. The
NFL says the basis is just to speed up the game.

(01:17:51):
Takes too long to have the chain gang trot out
there and they're slow, and then they got to set
up the thing and they spot the ball and then
they move the chains and it's just as it is
a dramatic moment in the game, but it just was
taking too long. They want to speed play up. Of course,
people that are critical of this system, or even just
the chain gang system in general, is that it's all

(01:18:12):
reliant on an official's spotting of the ball. They set
down the ball where they think the running back or
whoever was moving forward. They think that's where they made
it to. And that's the most arbitrary thing in football,
given that there are billions of dollars on the line
for NFL games, and one dude's like, nah, I think
he got to about right here, and then they do
an official measurement that's just a judgment call. So until

(01:18:34):
they fix that part of it, I don't really know
how I feel about this, but I guess in the
interest of keeping the game moving, major League Baseball put
a pitch clock in to keep things moving and keep
the action happening. I can see why the NFL maybe
would want to do this, although the NFL is not
exactly hurting for viewership, wealthy sports league. But that'll be
something a little bit different, they say. During the regular

(01:18:56):
season games, the chain Gang will be there as a
backup just in case the Hawkeye technology is not spots. Yeah, yeah,
glitches or something.

Speaker 2 (01:19:05):
Yes, all right, Thank you Graham.

Speaker 1 (01:19:06):
The JV Show on Wild ninety four nine.

Speaker 2 (01:19:09):
If you submitted a talkback on the iHeart app for
your chance to win four tickets to the upcoming Giants
and Padres game, listen up Here is the winning talkback.

Speaker 4 (01:19:18):
Good Morning JV Shows. David from Hayward.

Speaker 3 (01:19:21):
I would love those Giants tickets, and my family has
never been to a baseball game.

Speaker 19 (01:19:26):
I have been not to Oracle Park, so it'll be
a great experience for them.

Speaker 4 (01:19:32):
So yeah, give me those tickets. That'd be great.

Speaker 2 (01:19:35):
God David from Hayward, Good relation.

Speaker 4 (01:19:40):
All right, question for Jess. Yeah, are we doing this
again next week?

Speaker 1 (01:19:44):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (01:19:44):
We yes, So make sure to starting Monday.

Speaker 2 (01:19:48):
Get those talkbacks ride back in here, because we're gonna
do it all over again. Earlier, Jess, you told us
that your man is on a boys trip.

Speaker 5 (01:19:54):
Yeah, in Croatia and what What's what's.

Speaker 2 (01:19:57):
Going on there this week? Right now?

Speaker 4 (01:20:00):
It's basically like the yacht party scene. I forget what
it's called yacht week or whatever, but it goes for
several weeks and it's just like an insane boat party.
I've had lots and everyone has come back and said,
there's You're never going to see more beautiful women in
one spot. I'm not making this up. I mean this
JV show, this is real radio. I'm just telling you

(01:20:21):
that's what every single guy has ever told me that's
been to this.

Speaker 20 (01:20:24):
Okay, this is the one hundredth time trying this stupid microphone.
But Yess, I'm going to say, your man is out
there having his bachelor party, whether you know it or not.
And it once it comes time to actually do the
quote unquote real bachelor party, you're gonna have to say, sorry, Bud,
you've already had yours.

Speaker 2 (01:20:42):
Oh You're like right.

Speaker 5 (01:20:45):
I can just be like no, it's my turn, sorry,
and then you just go WND tasting a napper or.

Speaker 4 (01:20:52):
Have a mud bath.

Speaker 2 (01:20:53):
My bachelor party is sound bad? No, thank you all.

Speaker 9 (01:20:57):
Pass.

Speaker 5 (01:20:57):
My bachelorette party I think is going to be in
Puerto Rico, because ooh, that sounds like you guys.

Speaker 4 (01:21:04):
Seem like a couple that would do a joint one.
Would you would he also brings his guys and you
guys go to separate parts in Puerto Rico or something
like that, stay at the same resort.

Speaker 2 (01:21:11):
Maybe really, no, we wouldn't do that.

Speaker 5 (01:21:14):
I want to spend time with my friends and he
can go spy someone.

Speaker 2 (01:21:19):
I mean, I wouldn't have been mad at a joint one,
but ideally one point by on your none, it's fine,
but like then at the end, it's then you like
meet up and you do something together. Then you have
like a joint dinner or.

Speaker 5 (01:21:29):
Something like the point of it being like you're with
your you're with your girlfriends. And and that's not to
say like, oh, because you don't want to be like
with your significant other, but I think when you guys
are both on the same trip, you get too wrapped
up on like oh.

Speaker 2 (01:21:41):
When are we meeting up?

Speaker 5 (01:21:42):
Or like what you know, what's gonna happen, like the
plans between you and your significant other that you kind
of neglect maybe the.

Speaker 4 (01:21:47):
Group a little bit. I respect that, trust me, I
think it should be. I could see, like Selena, what
you said, I could see that being fun too, But
I think the intent is, yeah, you're just doing with
your friends friends now, just anything to what the talk
What she said there on the talkback is like he's
had this trip and when it comes time for him
to do his are you going to be like, okay,
green light go to Croatia again because he want to

(01:22:09):
go back because this is so much fun.

Speaker 13 (01:22:10):
No, I think this is like a one time thing
for Croatia.

Speaker 2 (01:22:15):
Now that I'm hearing about this, I don't think with
him going back.

Speaker 4 (01:22:19):
I just want to say, Selena again, let me just
sidebar with you for a second. My wife would not
let me go on this trip, and she trusts me
to no end. But like, why are you making it work?

Speaker 1 (01:22:31):
I'm not. I'm just like.

Speaker 2 (01:22:32):
I'm not with me.

Speaker 4 (01:22:34):
I just thought maybe you know, Jess, you know, would
have taken this into account, like and look, there's the
utmost trust in our relationship. But if I was like, hey,
me and a bunch of guys want to go to
Croatia for the week and just live it up on
a bunch of yachts. You know, my wife would be
like no, because that's your wife.

Speaker 2 (01:22:51):
Now, Jess is only fiance, so she has to keep
it cool. She has to act like she's not psycho controlling.
Then once the wedding happens and she's like my status,
then you can be the controlling you person.

Speaker 4 (01:23:04):
Look, I think I'm locked in. You're stuck together. I
looked at through that lens, like, of course my wife
would say no, now, like we have kids and you're
just going to go off on some boys trip, you know,
for a whole week to a foreign country, Like, no,
I want to go too. But even I think when
we were engaged, I think this one would have been
a really little point of contention.

Speaker 2 (01:23:21):
Yes, welcome back. Yeah, did you this whole time know
I was she's new here. Did you do any researcher
like look into what I'll be honest out there.

Speaker 4 (01:23:35):
I was like, okay, you're going, okay, go, I'm going
to be lobbying when it's time for him to have
his own bachelor party, I'm going to be lobbying hard
that against what she said in the talk back. He
needs to have his own bachelor party.

Speaker 5 (01:23:48):
Don't the one saying that this is crazy and that
your wife wouldn't have even.

Speaker 2 (01:23:51):
Let you go.

Speaker 4 (01:23:52):
Well, I got to look out for my for my
guys here, and I'm going to lobby for him that
he's got to go on this trip and he'll get
a bachelor party trip to But no, but secretly this
is his bachelor.

Speaker 2 (01:24:00):
Party, No way I see it is.

Speaker 5 (01:24:02):
If you are gonna go do things you shouldn't be
doing somewhere like.

Speaker 2 (01:24:09):
You, like, how do I explain it?

Speaker 4 (01:24:10):
Like you, then they shouldn't be in that relationship to
begin right, right, I totally get what you're saying. But
what if it's just stuff that would And I'm not
trying to like put you on the spot and like
make you like totally fearful what's happening there? But what if,
like he's he's not cheating on you, but what if
he's like on a boat and the guys bring back
a bunch of bikini clad ladies to like hang out

(01:24:30):
and party, Like he's not cheating on you, but he's
just on a on a boat with.

Speaker 5 (01:24:34):
A bunch of see like that would bother me. That
would bother me too, So I'm I'm not bringing a
bunch of.

Speaker 4 (01:24:41):
Dudes back to their boat. Like those guys look like
they're fun, they want to with us. What's the time difference?

Speaker 5 (01:24:48):
I think right now over there it's like six seven ish,
it's six fifteen.

Speaker 2 (01:24:55):
Over there right now.

Speaker 13 (01:24:56):
Yeah, but he hasn't he hasn't made it there yet.

Speaker 5 (01:24:58):
And you guys, I still have time to call the
airplane this guy on your plane.

Speaker 2 (01:25:07):
How do you guys set any like like rules, like hey,
you gotta call me like every night before you go
to bed, like do I need your location? Thankfully, I
don't feel they need to do that.

Speaker 4 (01:25:16):
He's very good at like, uh, checking in.

Speaker 5 (01:25:17):
Yeah, checking in, texting, sending audios. So I mean, as
of right now, I don't really know exactly how it's
gonna go for the week, because again, the time difference
is kind of crazy. So I think when I'm sleeping,
he's gonna be partying.

Speaker 2 (01:25:32):
And now you guys got all in my mind, I'd
be having nightmares, Oh my gosh, restless nights coming.

Speaker 5 (01:25:41):
You know, it helps that we don't live together, so
I could just pretend he's in Selena's right now, it's.

Speaker 17 (01:25:46):
Not the
