the things that happened to them acouple of weeks ago, but it's now
official that they're indicted, and itlooks as if they had participated in some
sort of scheme like at one pointor another they lied saying that they transferred
money through wire to get to payfor some of these luxury items, when

in fact that wire transfer never happened. I mean jewelry, more than five
hundred thousand dollars worth of that twohundred thousand from Bank of America, almost
two hundred grand from the Cadillac Escaladedealer, one hundred grand from another bank,
and almost another one hundred for customizedbeds. What the hell is going
on between Sean and his mom?Guys? When there's more on that one,

Then waking up without an alarm,regardless of the stage, your light of

note, I picked probably the worstweek to take some time away because I

felt like so many breaking news andpop culture things happened during that week and
there's nothing I could do. Wecouldn't debrief it on the air, So
what I decided to do instead wasdistance myself from my cell phone, which
is my second tip. If youcan sleep to when your body wants to,
and then distance yourself from your cellphone, ooh, you're like a
new person. I'd be curious tosee what my screen time was and my

iPhone reported that yesterday and get achance to check it, but I bet
it would be super low. Thethird tip I have, which kind of
goes against everything I had just mentionedwas waking up and not having a plan.
Think about the last time you didthat consistently for a few days in
a row, which sounds like sucha normal human concept, but for us

in twenty twenty four, it feelsalmost impossible. We're constantly run by our
calendars and our clocks, et cetera. So my tip on that one is
it's weather based. For me.You wake up, if the sun is

and then it kind of dictates towhatever you're going to do that day.
I had a list of things thatI kind of wanted to do and
one of them was explore neighborhoods thatI would never have a chance to do.

So, so Sunday, my friendTara, who runs sincey Girls who
if you're not following that Instagram account, I highly recommend it. She hosted
a walk in Wyoming and I hada chance to discover Wyoming for the first
time, and I loved it.What a great neighborhood. If you're an
iced coffee and hot girl walk typeof person, you would love going there.
There was tons of little shops,including b which was smoothies. There

was a coffee shop there. I'mblinking on some of the names, but
overall, such a great town tocheck out. And then I also spent
time in my own neighborhood of MountAdams, which sounds crazy because you go
in and out of the neighborhood everysingle day of your life. But to
be able to sit there and justkind of soak it in and explore bow
Tie and some of the restaurants andjust walk around and kind of wander.
I loved that. So that issomething I would add to the list.

And then I went kayaking. Guys, if you haven't done the Scenic River
yet this year, you have toadd that to your list. That's great.
So those are the big tips Ihave for doing a Sincy staycation.
Outside of that, you know,I went to Showcase Cinema. I did
the movies, I read books,I watched TV. I visited with friends.
