Speaker 1 (00:01):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with tip, good morning.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
We're just before eight o'clock at eight thirty of your
chance to win a family four packet ticket to COSI.
That Titanic exhibit wraps up over Labor Day weekend, which
is kind of where I am in this stage of
my life. Always at this point, right where were you
teetered between summer and fall. I'm still hanging on for
dear life to my bathing shoe, but I understand that football.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
Is starting to take over some households. Even Mother Nature
played with us just a little bit this weekend.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
It's a little crispy for our Saturday and Sunday mornings,
but nonetheless, over sixty thousand people were at pay Course
Stadium to see Joe Burrow make just like a few
snaps at the very beginning of the game.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
If you were late, you didn't even see him. Yeah,
it was nice to get back out there, to be
out there with the guys. Nice to get the first
couple reps in a game that didn't doesn't really count
towards our record, so still some more to do, but
it's nice to be back out there. We took the
l against the Bucks.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
But you know, I guess preseason right, and they play
again this Saturday at one o'clock against the Bears.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Away. All right, second and three things you need to
know this morning.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
This will come back to this will come full circle
back to football in a second. Over the weekend, Miley
Cyrus was inducted into the Disney Legends. I guess their
version of a Hall of Fame. Here's a little clip
of her speech. Everybody on a little Disney Legends secret.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
I'm the one that tells you what you're not supposed
to know who.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
And what I want to say is that Legends gets
here too.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
I'm scared right now.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
But the difference is we do it anyway, and all
of you can do.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
That every single day. It's legendary to be afraid and
do it anyway. There is no such thing as failure
when you tried. So what is a Disney Legend? Bob Iger,
who's the CEO?

Speaker 2 (01:55):
And yeah, the CEO said, it's reserved for those who
have whose talent and achieve have earned them an enduring
place in her history. Of course, this was for Hannah Montana, right,
her long standing show on Disney. Other people that were
inducted into this Kelly Rippa, Angela Bassett. They join Jamie Lee, Curtis,

(02:17):
James L. Brooks, Harrison Ford, etcetera, etcetera. She's the youngest
person to be inducted into the Disney Legends quote Hall
of Fame, right whatever, you know, it's Hall of Fame.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Of some sort.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Circling back to football, I saw a rumor on the
internet this morning that Miley Cyrus is potentially in the
running as the super Bowl halftime performer.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Say, if we.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
Go pop, she definitely has the catalog. She also didn't
tour this year. She's the only artist that didn't go
out on a tour, which makes me think that she
could potentially release some new music release a to or
follow suit with mostly everyone that does the super Bowl

(03:02):
halftime right Ushers in the midst of his summer tour.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Right now, we can't you know, we'll start really.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
Diving into those predictions in like a month or so.
But I did see that rumor. Again, not confirmed, but
I just wanted to give you a little taste of
what's on the internet, all right, finally in the very
things you need to know this morning, Adele, you know,
just kind of like dropped, just dropped a little bit
of a bomb over the weekend at one of her shows,

(03:46):
saying that she finally admitting in Munich that she is
in fact engaged to her longtime boyfriend Rich Paul. Fans
went crazy, I can't give you what I have right now,
all right? That is three things you need to know
for the twelfth of August. Coming up at eighty five ish,

(04:09):
we'll roll commercial free and then you have a chance
to win those coast tickets at eight thirty. Best way
to keep listening is on the iHeartRadio app once you
have it on your phone or on your Apple CarPlay
Android Auto.
