Speaker 1 (00:01):
When you need to know she's got you.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
It's three Things with Tip on good Morning.

Speaker 3 (00:07):
We're just before seven o'clock. At seven thirty, I have
your chance to pick up those Megan Trainer tickets at
River Bend for this September. There's so much to unpack
in this morning's three Things, so we're just we're just
gonna start.

Speaker 4 (00:20):
That's the best way to do it, right.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
So Unfortunately, the Bengals took the l against the Colts
last night in their final preseason game, although people don't
seem to be too worried about that, But more importantly,
how long will Joe Burrow be keeping this haircut?

Speaker 5 (00:33):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (00:34):
I mean well, I'm just gonna let it grow out.

Speaker 6 (00:35):
At this point, it'll be a little frosted tips here
in a couple of weeks, back to what my normal
hair looks like.

Speaker 5 (00:41):
But then just a little blonde.

Speaker 4 (00:42):
I think they're good. Huh, you know'd be honest.

Speaker 7 (00:44):
Now that's growing out a little bit with a little
darker root.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
I think it looks great.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
When he said the word frosted tips, it immediately made
me think of justin Timberlake and bye bye bye second
and oh, one more thing I wanted to say on
that yes, we took the l but it was the
preseason finale. Guys, We're like two weeks out from the
first regular season game of the season. It's wild to
imagine that we're approaching that time of life, but here

(01:10):
we go. And after the last couple of days of weather,
I know, I really dig my heels in on summer.

Speaker 4 (01:16):
It is exciting to think about what's to come.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
I knew and the Patriots are on their way and
I'm hoping I can get my friends to come in
and watch the games with us as well, because there
really is nothing like experiencing a football game down at
the Banks. Also big last night, Green Day at Great
American Ballpark.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
It was a busy one down there, all right.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
Second and three things you need to know this morning.
It is New Music Friday, and Sabrina Carpenter has chosen
Kiss one oh seven one and iHeart Radio and SIF
in the Morning to discuss the new album I'll have
songs off of a shortened Sweet every hour in the show.
And she was on Jimmy Fallon last night and talked
about what we can expect with the tour.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
I don't know.

Speaker 7 (01:51):
It's my first ever Arena tour and I've only ever
like seen shows there and I'm so small on those
stage so big, so I don't really know what I
will do other than I want it to be the
best show for everybody that's attending.

Speaker 5 (02:04):
Man.

Speaker 3 (02:06):
Unfortunately there are no dates in Cincinnati.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
Such a bummer, because I have to.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
Say, Sabrina is probably the biggest artist or one of
in twenty twenty three, twenty twenty four. Rather sorry, the
stats on her are crazy right now. So one thing
that I learned last night is Espresso's gone like certified platinum.
She is the one of the only artists since the
Beatles to hold down the top one in number three

(02:33):
song in the Billboard Hot one hundred, and that's of course.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
Espresso in Please, Please Please.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
So we'll have new music coming from her in just
a few minutes. Here's a clip of this song called Taste.

Speaker 5 (02:46):
Got Together and.

Speaker 8 (02:49):
You'll just have to when kiss No.

Speaker 4 (03:04):
It's a Sabrina Carpenter Summer.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
I've been saying that she's in the running for the
Tiff in the Morning Song of Summer, which will vote
on social media over the next couple of days. I
will have more music from her in full in the
beginning of our seven o'clock hour. Jenna Ortega is in
the music video for that song called Taste and it
comes out at ten.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
All right. Finally, three things my group chat.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
It was like crazy last night thinking that both Taylor
Swift and Beyonce We're gonna show up to the final
night of the DNC.

Speaker 4 (03:31):
That did not happen. However, Pink was there here. She
is so broken happy ever after us. She was performing
with her daughter.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
All Right, that is three things you need to know
for the twenty third of August. I had mentioned it earlier,
but your chance to win the Megan Trainer tickets coming
up at seven thirty, don't go far. The best way
to keep listening to TIF in the Morning is on
the iHeartRadio app by searching Kiss one O seven one
Good Morning, So what did you think? There's a very
good chance that that is the first time you've ever

(04:06):
heard that song unless you're a really big Sabrina Carpenter fan,
And in that case, you definitely found the right place,
because Sabrina's chosen Tiff in the Morning and kissuano seven
one to chit chav through some of the songs off
of her new album Short and Sweet, which came out
at midnight, so that one was called bed kem and
here she is on it.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
Anti climactic. Here she is on it.

Speaker 7 (04:29):
Bedkem is I don't know if this is like a
term that already exists, but if not, check me out
on Urban Dictionary. My best friend Poloma and I would
always say to each other that we had really good
bed keem just because we would never like kick each
other at sleepovers, and we'd always like fall asleep around
the same time, and we just had really good bed chemistry.
So I figured one day, when I had a glass

(04:51):
of champagne that this should be a song. And the
song is not about my best friend Poloma. The song
is about something else. But I hope you like it well.
Wondering who that someone else is, maybe Barry Kyogan. It
had me giggling because if you can reflect back on
a funny time during a best friends sleepover, we might
have to get into that later on in the show.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
In fact, if I get one talkback on it, we
will make that a topic today. So speaking of iHeartRadio
app is the best way to keep hearing our music.
We're commercial free for the rest of the hour. It's
also a great way to participate in our next conversation
by searching kiss one oh seva one. Just hold down
that microphone and you can join in. Has anything silly

(05:31):
ever happened at a BFF sleepover? I'm curious while I
do have you coming up in two songs. At least
four times a day, Americans are thinking of this one
thing right now.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
You have any guesses, We'll get into that next. Who
Welcome to the jungle.

Speaker 5 (05:55):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning. Kiss.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
More from Joe Burrow later on in three Things, How
are You? The keyword for.

Speaker 3 (06:02):
The Mega Trainer tickets coming up at seven thirty is solo.
If you don't have any energy or effort to give
this morning on a Friday, that is all you need
to know. Okay, solo is the keyword at seven thirty.
It will make more sense later on when I explain
it a little bit here. Americans think I had asked
this earlier on my show. If you had any guesses,
Americans think about this one thing four times a day.

(06:28):
Americans think about this one thing four times a day.
Ha ha ha an he guesses going on in adventure. Wow,
that is just that's not where I thought I thought
that was going. But that is how like desperately burnt
out people are that they just their brain is going
somewhere else four times a day. Some of the top

(06:49):
destinations for an adventure Hawaii, California, Florida, Alaska, and Colorado,
which I think tracks it gives city go or something.
It gives people who are more mountains in nature something
those like me are more beach go or something. A
little bit of everything for someone. Here's something that I
read with this that I didn't agree with. The best

(07:10):
age to go on an adventure is forty two years old.
I said, wait a minute, I'm thirty four and I'm
ready to go right now. I'm assuming it's because you've
got maybe more time, money, and energy. Definitely not more energy,
maybe a little bit more money. But I don't know
about the time thing either. And that the average time
to go on an adventure was six days.

Speaker 4 (07:31):
I feel like that's also a little bit too long, right.
Three nights seems.

Speaker 3 (07:36):
Perfect for an adventure if you want to go on
a vacation. I feel like vacation is different terminology than adventures.
But that's just my millennial brain. This coming from the
millennial generation that you know will take a vacation anytime, anywhere.
If you had to think of what your ideal vacation
would be, well, think about it in your own your

(07:57):
own head.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
You're more than.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
Welcome to hit me up to I think three nights
at a beach town in Cape Cod, Massachusetts called Harwitchport
would be one of my favorites, probably because I'm familiar
with it and I've been, but it's got everything that
I need. Little shopping, little beach, little mud slide action,
some seafood, all of my favorite things when I want
to be in adventure mode.

Speaker 4 (08:19):
The keyword I mentioned is solo.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
And the reason why is because at nine to twenty
this morning, Michelle, who's our travel expert, and I were
chitchatting and she's like, how would you feel about chit
chatting solo adventures over Labor Day weekend close enough to Cincinnati,
And I said, yeah, I think that's perfect. So if
you're one of the people that is averaging four times
a day thinking about an adventure, and you're down to

(08:42):
go somewhere solow next weekend's Labor Day and we've got
some last minute ideas, deals, tips, tricks, all of that
that you can actually pull off in less than a week.
So if your ears are perking up, that's coming at
nine to twenty this morning, all right.

Speaker 4 (08:57):
The keyword is solow. You'll need that.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
So when the Megan Trainer tickets coming up at seven thirty,
because you're waking.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
Up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss one oh
seven one, good morning.

Speaker 3 (09:07):
If you have the keyword that I mentioned earlier in
the show for the Megan Trainer tickets, you can go
ahead and start dialing five one three seven four nine
one oh seven one. If you're not super familiar with
my morning show, Hi, welcome back to your regular routine
and such.

Speaker 4 (09:22):
Every hour that I do.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
A giveaway, I typically give a keyword out in the
beginning of that hour that relates back to whatever it
is that we are talking about. So even if you
pick it up somewhere in the middle, you should still
have a pretty good hint of what the keyword is.
Five one three seven four nine one oh seven one.
If you want to go see Megan Trainer September fourth,
good luck. In the meantime, we're still commercial free.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
Cause you're waking up with Tiff in the morning. On
Kiss one oh seven one, Good morning.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
I'm hoping you have a keyword for me?

Speaker 5 (09:54):
Is it?

Speaker 9 (09:54):
So?

Speaker 3 (09:55):
Congratulations? You got the keyword and the tickets to Megan Trainer?

Speaker 10 (10:00):
Awesome?

Speaker 4 (10:01):
Happy Friday, Yes, thankfully it's Friday.

Speaker 1 (10:04):
I'm ready for the weekend.

Speaker 4 (10:05):
Yeah, girl, you and me both. What's your name? What neighborhood?
You waking up with me in this morning?

Speaker 5 (10:09):
Amanda?

Speaker 4 (10:12):
Thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning every day.
No problems every day on the way to drop my
daughter off the school. I love that. Thank you.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
Coming up next, we're going to talk about the cost
of each one of Jennifer Lopez's engagement rings.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
Oh my goodness.

Speaker 7 (10:29):
Oh yeah, we've got six rings at how much money?

Speaker 4 (10:34):
Give me a couple of minutes. We'll get to that next.
Good Morning.

Speaker 3 (10:37):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on kisuano
seven one, Happy Friday. We're just a few minutes away
from the three things you need to know to get
your day started in Sincy. It's a big one for
Sabrina Carpenter fans, so hang tight on that. There's an
article circulating about the cost of the six different rings
that Jennifer Lopez has worn throughout her lifetime.

Speaker 4 (10:58):
We'll get to just a few of them now.

Speaker 3 (10:59):
Her first marriage to Ohani Noah back in ninety seven,
that ring was worth a hundred thousand dollars. Her next husband,
Chris Judd, which she met on the set of Love
Don't Cost the Thing the music video in two thousand,
was an Emerald cut ring worth six figures. And the
first ring that she got from Ben Affleck again in
the two thousands was a custom made Harry Winston pink

(11:21):
diamond solitaire ring. It was six point ten carrots. Can't
imagine what the cost is on that one. We're gonna
table the recides because I think coming up in our
in our eight o'clock hour around eight ten ish, would
you give the ring back?

Speaker 4 (11:37):
Do you give the ring back? Have you given the
ring back?

Speaker 3 (11:40):
We'll do that later on, but as promised, right after outcasts,
I do have the three things you need to know.

Speaker 4 (11:45):
I don't go far yeah too.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
When you need to know she's got you.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
It's three things with tip on kiss when I was
seven one, Hi.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
Good morning, Sorry about that. We're just before eight o'clock
at eight thirty. It's our front row Fridays with Western
and Southern WEBN fireworks, front row wristbands, and Taglio's pizza.

Speaker 4 (12:17):
So don't go far.

Speaker 3 (12:18):
This is the hottest ticket for Labor Day. Let's start
off with a little roundup of what happened last night.
First of all, we ended up taking the l against
the Colts in our final preseason game. However, no one
seems to be concerned about it. But more importantly, will
Joe Burrow keep the blonde?

Speaker 5 (12:38):
Yeah? I mean, I'm just gonna let it grow out.

Speaker 6 (12:39):
At this point, it'll be a little frosted tips here
in a couple of weeks, back to what my normal
hair looks like.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
But then just a little blonde.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
I think the word, you know what, I support it.
I think it looks great now that it's growing out
a little bit more. Joey Vato is still trending from
the baseball announcement. In fact, National News has picked this
one up here. He is just one more time. Okay,
anti climactic seems faster.

Speaker 11 (13:05):
I'm not fast. This game is about more dynamic defense.
The game has changed over the course of the back
maybe quarter of my career. I'm slower, I don't you know.
And the one thing that I could attempt to do
is you know, perform offensively, and I've been awful for
especially for my position. So at some point the writings on.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
The wall, well, it always warms my heart when something
from Cincinnati gets national news, so I wanted to pay
tribute to that. He'll retire as a red all right. Second,
and three things you need to know this morning. It's
New Music Friday. For Sabrina Carpenter fans. We've been waiting
for Short and Sweet. Here she is on what the
album is about.

Speaker 7 (13:44):
Short and Sweet is sort of like Sabrina in another
language to me, and it really just feels like all
of these these stories and memories and very much like blunt,
very forward, very fun, and just some of the best
memories I've had over the last two years of writing it.

Speaker 3 (14:00):
So I'll have another song from her album in full
coming up in the beginning of our eight o'clock hour.
And then finally, New Music Friday with cold Play. Here's
the clip of their newest song. It's called We Pray So.

Speaker 5 (14:17):
And some Ricks to play You'll singing.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
You know what I thought was really cool. This is
starting to trend. From a day or so ago, Coldplate
performed in Vienna and sang Taylor Swift songs for the crowd.

Speaker 5 (14:32):
We will go with you, so.

Speaker 4 (14:37):
The best backstone since then.

Speaker 3 (14:40):
All right, that is three things you need to know
for the twenty third of August coming up at eight ten.

Speaker 4 (14:45):
Would you give back the engagement rings?

Speaker 3 (14:47):
The cost of Jennifer Lopez engagement rings, all six of
them is trending this morning.

Speaker 4 (14:53):
I'll have that.

Speaker 3 (14:54):
Next Good Morning, Happy New Music Friday. There's a really
good chance that's the first time you've ever ever heard
that song unless you're a big Sabrina Carpenter fan, And
in that case, you're in the right place because she's
chosen Tiff in the Morning and iHeartRadio to talk through
her new album Sweet and Sour, which came out last night,
and we've been playing songs at the beginning of every

(15:15):
single hour and she's breaking them down for us.

Speaker 4 (15:17):
So that one was called Sharpest Tool, and here she is.

Speaker 7 (15:21):
Sharpest Tool was a really interesting corner of the album
that I didn't find until later, and I think what's
so special about it is it doesn't really sound like
any of the other songs on the record, but it
just fits in so perfectly, and it's probably for me
Weirdly enough, the song that makes me the most emotional
on the album, I think because there's a nostalgia to it.

(15:43):
There's just kind of that feeling of memories, tainted memories
kind of permeating throughout the record as well. And yeah,
I'm really proud of this song, tainted memories that stuck
with me from what she was saying there.

Speaker 4 (15:56):
So we'll do that throughout the rest of the show.

Speaker 3 (15:59):
A Sabrina Carpenter album, Sweet and Sour officially out commercial
free for the rest of the hour, Happy Friday. Let
me take care of the vibes for you. Search Kiss
one oh seven one on iHeart Radio. Coming up in
two songs, Would you give your engagement ring back? Jennifer
Lopez's six different engagement rings are trending this morning because

(16:22):
we know what the costs are on some of them.

Speaker 4 (16:24):
So we're gonna break that down and talk about next.

Speaker 5 (16:28):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning. Kiss one
O seven.

Speaker 7 (16:30):
One, Hi, Would you give your engagement ring back? That's
engagement ring is the keyword you're gonna need. Coming up
at eight thirty, it's our front row Fridays.

Speaker 4 (16:41):
We're a week out.

Speaker 3 (16:42):
From our Western and Southern Web and fireworks, and we're
gonna get your front row to the best show on
Labor Day and because of Taglio's Pizza, they're gonna feed
you all night long.

Speaker 4 (16:53):
So totally worth it to stick around.

Speaker 3 (16:57):
Engagement rings the keyword, because I want to know would
you give it back? Do you give it back? I've
never owned one. I don't have one of those. I
don't have one on my hand, I don't have one
in my drawer. Before we get into j Lo's engagement rings,
because this is the whole reason why we're talking about it.
Her six different rings and what they cost have.

Speaker 4 (17:14):
Come up in an article.

Speaker 12 (17:16):
Woo.

Speaker 3 (17:18):
I don't want to make it sound like making fun
of Jennifer Lopez. I say it all the time, and
hopefully you can feel the genuiness in my voice. Divorce
in breakups, regardless of that person, as a celebrity or
just a regular Cincinnati and like you and I, they
hurt her. I'm sure Jennifer Lopez is sitting in her
house right now and just wondering, you know what, what's

(17:40):
happening in her life. We've all felt that, So I
just want to make that very clear now as you
read through some of this. You can make your own
judgments and assumptions on what's going on in her world.

Speaker 4 (17:50):
But here we go. Here's some of the facts.

Speaker 7 (17:53):
First marriage was to Ohani Noah in ninety seven.

Speaker 3 (17:56):
That ring was one hundred grand. Next husband was Chris Judd.
He met her on the set of Love Don't Cost
the Thing, the music video, which came out in two thousand.
They married in oh one, filed for divorce in two
thousand and two. That emerald cut ring was worth six figures.
I don't have an exact amount on that one. Then

(18:16):
fast forward, what maybe a year or two two thousand
and three, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck met for the
first time around, and he proposed to her with a
Harry Winston pink diamond solitaire ring, which is a whopping
six point ten carrots radiant cut. If you're into diamonds,

(18:40):
I don't have a cost on that, but a Harry
Winston pink diamond at six carrots, you can imagine how
many figures that thing is worth. Then he proposed to
her again with an emerald cut ring as well.

Speaker 4 (18:54):
Obviously, that was two years ago.

Speaker 3 (18:57):
Her husband, Anthony proposed to her in four after the
split from ben Affleck with a ring that was valued.

Speaker 4 (19:05):
At four million dollars.

Speaker 3 (19:08):
Now they were together for a while, they have two
children together, and so on and so forth. Her final
ring before ben Affleck was from Alex Rodriguez. He proposed
to her with a ring between ten and fifteen carrots,
which is estimated between.

Speaker 4 (19:24):
One million and five million dollars.

Speaker 3 (19:28):
Woo wow man, yikes, I'm wearing tarnish free gold jewelry
that I found on Instagram. Okay, here's what I want
to know. I have never had one of those things
on my fingers. So when would you give it back?

(19:49):
Do you give the engagement ring back? If you were
married and you had children, if something went wrong, if
something it just didn't work out, do you keep that?

Speaker 4 (19:59):
Do you want that in your jewelry box?

Speaker 3 (20:01):
Additionally, if you were ever engaged to someone and it
didn't work out, did you get to keep the ring?
Did you want to keep the ring or did you
give it back? Five win, three seven, four nine one
oh seven. One is a great way to get involved
in hearing our voices back and forth. But I also
recommend the talk back with Tip feature on the Iheard app.

Speaker 4 (20:20):
The microphones right next to the play button.

Speaker 7 (20:21):
You hold that down, You've got thirty seconds to really
just let it out on the radio.

Speaker 13 (20:29):
Honestly, why would would any woman want to keep the
ring of somebody they have no desire of staying with,
especially if they break off the engagement, and even if
the man breaks off the engagement, why why would you
want to keep it?

Speaker 5 (20:43):
You're waking up with Here's in the morning time seven one.

Speaker 3 (20:45):
I had a feeling we'd get some good answers. First
of all, thank you for the talkback with Tiff. Alternative
way to contribute to our show's content and conversation is
on iHeartRadio. When you search us, you'll see the microphone
next to the play button. I had just kind of
give you the rundown of j Low's rings in what
they cost.

Speaker 4 (21:03):
Curious on whether or not you give your engagement ring back.

Speaker 3 (21:06):
I've never had one on my left hand, So this
is you know, you're going to have to take a
lead on this, Okay, I think, I don't know, I
don't know, I don't know. I agree with that woman,
I agree, I agree. Thank you for your talkback, Like
is it a reminder of something that I no longer
want to be? Reminded of do you use it for
the money? Are you more of a memories person and

(21:28):
you want to hang on to something If you were
married to someone for twenty years, I can see is
it a gift?

Speaker 4 (21:34):
So many angles?

Speaker 9 (21:35):
When I was in college, I got engaged to my
now ex.

Speaker 7 (21:42):
And then we broke up and he asked for their ring.

Speaker 1 (21:45):
Back and I said no, And then I pawned it and.

Speaker 14 (21:50):
Bought myself a right because I wasn't going to keep
them that he gave me, but I wasn't giving it back.

Speaker 12 (21:54):
So you're not going to tell till your head of
promise because you're going to be a jerk.

Speaker 4 (21:59):
I'm keeping them again. Another great point. You guys are
killing me this morning. I love it.

Speaker 5 (22:06):
Hi.

Speaker 9 (22:07):
So my ex wanted me to keep the ring, like,
really keep it. I don't know if you wanted me
to stare at it or whatever. But what I did
was I took the diamond out, I popped in a
cubic sirconia, and.

Speaker 4 (22:23):
I paid for my divorce with it. So there you go.

Speaker 3 (22:28):
Oh my god, if you're just joining us, I was
chit chatting about j Lo's ring costs, you know, because
there's an article and that you know, I don't want
to harp on j Loo and make, you know, not
making fun of her and gossiping about her.

Speaker 4 (22:38):
I'm just curious on what it is.

Speaker 7 (22:40):
You know, what what would you do in your if
you were put in this situation.

Speaker 4 (22:45):
I've never had a ring on my hand.

Speaker 3 (22:47):
I am a very sentimental person though, so I could
see myself like maybe keeping it.

Speaker 5 (22:52):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (22:52):
I don't know.

Speaker 15 (22:54):
My ex boyfriend, ex fiance proposed on Chris Man in
front of my entire family, and I felt the need
to say yeah because I didn't want to ruin Christmas.
But then I ended up having to say no, Oh.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
My god, you two girl, we could spend some time
on that too, places that you've been proposed to, and
you're like.

Speaker 4 (23:20):
I had to say yes, but I didn't want to. Okay,
one more, one more, we have to move on, but
one more. Good morning.

Speaker 12 (23:25):
When I got divorced, I had only been married a
couple of years. I sold my wedding band, but I
kept the ring. We both decided that I would keep
the ring. It wasn't a crappy divorce and I'm saving
it from my son so when he someday if he
decides to get married, he can trade it in for
a better diamond.

Speaker 4 (23:46):
Okay, bye, guys, But then he's wearing your divorce ring.
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (23:50):
We've covered a lot of angles on this topic. I
haven't heard from a guy yet, so I'd love to
hear from you. Okay, let's put a pin in it.
Coming up next. You already know the engagement. Engagement ring
is the keyword you're gonna need for the front row
wristbands to our Western Southern w eb and fireworks and
Taglio's pizza will feed you for the night.

Speaker 7 (24:07):
Next.

Speaker 5 (24:08):
Good I like you.

Speaker 2 (24:10):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on kiss
one O seven one.

Speaker 4 (24:13):
Good morning.

Speaker 7 (24:13):
I'm really hoping you have a keyword for me.

Speaker 1 (24:15):
Yes, engagement.

Speaker 3 (24:17):
Congratulations, you got the keyword in the passes. You are
going to sit front road our Western Southern w eb
and fireworks, and on top of that, it's front Row
Fridays with Taglio.

Speaker 4 (24:28):
They're going to hook you up with all the pizza.

Speaker 1 (24:30):
Okay, what's your name?

Speaker 4 (24:31):
What neighborhood you waking up with me in this morning?

Speaker 9 (24:33):
I'm waking up with you in Greendale, Indiana, and my
name is Taylor Wesington.

Speaker 4 (24:38):
Well, thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning
and Indiana.

Speaker 5 (24:41):
Of course every day.

Speaker 4 (24:42):
Oh thank you.

Speaker 3 (24:43):
If you took an l on the East, John, John,
it's going to hook you up later on this afternoon
at four thirty. It's a once in a lifetime experience. Okay,
coming up and our nine o'clock hour. Speaking of once
in a lifetime experience, is I have a chance for
you to win a trip to Vegas our iHeartRadio Music
Fest the third weekend in September, all expenses paid.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
I'll throw in a thousand bucks.

Speaker 7 (25:04):
And we have a major, major announcement with the festival
coming up in just a few minutes, So don't go.

Speaker 1 (25:10):
Far when you need to know She's got you.

Speaker 5 (25:16):
It's three things with Tip.

Speaker 4 (25:19):
Good morning, and we're just before nine o'clock and.

Speaker 7 (25:22):
I have a major announcement about our iHeartRadio Music Festival.
I'm just telling you right now, this is a trip
that you do not want to miss.

Speaker 4 (25:32):
I mean Vegas.

Speaker 3 (25:32):
All expenses paid is great, and I'll throw in an
extra one thousand bucks. But with this announcement, who all right,
let's start off with a Serbena Carpenter. It's a new
Music Friday, and for those that have been waiting for
Sweet and Sour her album to come out and be
very excited. I have a little clip of her talking

(25:53):
about what Sweet and Sour is.

Speaker 4 (25:54):
Here we go.

Speaker 1 (25:56):
Blunt, very forward, very fun.

Speaker 7 (25:59):
And just some of the best memories I've had over
the last two years of writing it.

Speaker 3 (26:02):
Some facts with it that I was reading. She was
on Jimmy Fallon last night. But which is where that
clip came from? By the way, first artist.

Speaker 7 (26:10):
To debut number one in number three in the Billboard
Hot one hundred really since.

Speaker 3 (26:15):
The Beatles with Please Please Please and Espress. So I
thought that was really cool there. Remember the viral moment
I played of Adele singing her song well on Fallon.
They talked about that last night as well.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
I go into bed last night because it was that's
a very late night.

Speaker 5 (26:30):
Remember this, I.

Speaker 4 (26:32):
Found myself singing, I am working name singing supera Cop.

Speaker 7 (26:40):
That song is my jack a Cop and like, I
just love how I'm like, does she have social media?

Speaker 4 (26:47):
Like how does she know about the song or anything?
And that was the most mind blowing since it's Adele's name,
that's it, that's it.

Speaker 3 (26:56):
Yeah, I love that so I've got a clip of
her song called Taste right here if you want a
little taste of what it is.

Speaker 8 (27:07):
And it'll just have to.

Speaker 5 (27:10):
Taste me once, kiss me.

Speaker 4 (27:14):
For that's a good one, right.

Speaker 3 (27:24):
So the music video for that comes out at ten
am and it's got Jenna Ortega and I believe that's
going to be the next single off the album. If
I had to make my guests all right, second and
three things you need to know. Also on Jimmy Fallon
last night was Zoe Kravitz and Zoe Kravitz and Channing Tatum,
from what I see on social media, have a really
cute relationship, and she was talking about the new movie.

Speaker 4 (27:49):
Blink twice here she is.

Speaker 10 (27:52):
So sorry I've ruined Channing Tatum for the people I've weaponized,
I've weaponized her charisma. I was really excited to watch
him spread his wings.

Speaker 7 (28:04):
Also on how they actually went public with one another,
here's how that came out.

Speaker 10 (28:10):
We hadn't been seen together, but he was just like,
let me walk you over. We're only going a few blocks.
And it was the beginning of summer. You know what
it's like, the scenson's changed and you don't know how
to dress it's confusing. So I'd worn jeans and I
was so hot, and I kept complaining and he was like,
just get on the back of the bike.

Speaker 4 (28:24):
It's four blocks. No one's gonna see. And the second
I get on the back, I see some guy like, Eh,
there we go. There all right. I think that's it.
I think we got it.

Speaker 3 (28:37):
That is three things you need to know for the
twenty third of August.

Speaker 4 (28:42):
I have that.

Speaker 3 (28:43):
Major announcement coming up at nine am for our iHeartRadio.

Speaker 4 (28:47):
Music Festival, plus the free trip for you at nine
oh five. Don't go far.

Speaker 5 (28:51):
You're waking up fifth in the morning.

Speaker 4 (28:54):
Hi, good morning.

Speaker 3 (28:55):
Let's see if you were paying attention, my friend Michelle
is joining the show. She might be yours as well
if you follow her on Instagram. She came on to
talk a couple of weeks ago about solo travel and
her solo journey through Europe, etc. And I said, why
don't you come back because Americans are thinking about this
one thing four times a day, adventure.

Speaker 4 (29:19):
You were paying attention.

Speaker 3 (29:20):
Okay, if you are one of those people that said, yeah,
that's how desperate we are to take a break from
our everyday life, is that you're thinking about going on
a little trip or an adventure four times a day.

Speaker 7 (29:32):
I said, there's no one better to come in and
prepare us for this than Michelle.

Speaker 4 (29:36):
I said, we were talking. He said, well, Labor Day
is a week away, which I believe it on one week.
Where'd the time go?

Speaker 7 (29:43):
Where did it go? You don't need a week to
plan a solo adventure.

Speaker 4 (29:46):
Do absolutely not one thing.

Speaker 14 (29:48):
I think people hear they hear the word adventure and
they think African Safari. You're a talktic expedition. Nope, I'm
going to plan a great adventure nearby. Give me three
days notice and I got you. Okay, So we're going to.

Speaker 3 (29:59):
Cover the three things if your ears are perking up
and you want to do a solo trip for Labor
Day next week, and we're going to cover where to stay,
what to do, and where to eat?

Speaker 13 (30:08):
Go?

Speaker 4 (30:09):
Where are we going on this trip?

Speaker 14 (30:10):
First, we're going to go to the state capital of Columbus, Okay,
nearby a quick hour and a half drive. Where to
stay Hotel of Ek one of my favorites, Moxie from
the Marriott collection. Or there's an amazing property Hillton right
in the eastern area.

Speaker 4 (30:25):
If retail therapy is your thing.

Speaker 7 (30:28):
Hotel or Airbnb for short stays. Thoughts on that quickly.

Speaker 14 (30:32):
For short stays, I'm going to say go with a
hotel because sometimes the airbnbs they want you to do
all your own cleaning and laundry and taken out the trash.
You don't have time for that. You're there to relax.
Let somebody else do all that for you.

Speaker 7 (30:43):
And the amenities that come with hotels like pools and rooftops.

Speaker 4 (30:48):
It's a better book with a travel Advisor.

Speaker 14 (30:50):
There are a lot of perks that you get, like
daily breakfast or resort in spa credits, things like that.

Speaker 4 (30:54):
It all depends on a location, but I can hook
you up. Okay, Second, what do we do while we're
in columb Absolutely so there are so many things to do.

Speaker 14 (31:02):
I think right now with school being back in session,
whether you're in class or it's your kids that have
gone back, you could definitely use a little mental health
break and to adjust to that change. Fresh air, walking
around parks. Columbus has a bunch of them, or they
have the Botanic gardens, so just getting out and getting
some fresh air you could also do. If you're a
bookie like me, go to the book loft of German Village.

(31:23):
That's one of my favorite places, just wandering the shells
and letting them speak to me about what my next
good read is going to be. There are a handful
of things that I love, I've personally done and can recommend.
So you let me know what you're feeling and what
you need and again I'll hook you up.

Speaker 10 (31:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (31:37):
Going to Columbus and exploring some of just the different
neighborhoods that they have.

Speaker 4 (31:42):
They do they have similar.

Speaker 3 (31:44):
Decency, maybe not quite where we have all that's what
we're based off of, all these little neighborhoods. Yeah, but
Columbus does have some of that as well, with some
good parks, et cetera.

Speaker 4 (31:52):
Absolutely, they're beautiful. So far we're to say what to do?
Where do we eat again, and'll depend a little bit
on what you're wanting.

Speaker 14 (32:00):
If you want a super ritzy, you're gonna treat yourself
to some fine dining, then maybe something.

Speaker 4 (32:04):
Like Barcelona if you do.

Speaker 14 (32:06):
If you have gone back to school and you need
to get a little studying in, they have got some
great bakeries for you, like Fox in the Snow, or
if you want something a little fun kitchy, kind of wild.
There's a place called Dirty Frank's Hot Dog Palace. Oh
my gosh, sentimentality.

Speaker 4 (32:20):
I got out of that place, loved it. It was amazing.

Speaker 14 (32:23):
They've also got some great food halls. So again, it's
all about the vibe that you're looking for and what
you need to truly have fun, relax and decompress on
your solo adventure.

Speaker 3 (32:31):
Michelle is on Instagram at She's the Jane of all travel,
So you can just hit her up and I'm sure
she'll just share the recommendation. Absolutely for anyone that who
didn't hear us on air the last time you were
in our little studio home was like someone that's wanting
to go on a solo adventure, but they're nervous. I
always like to get your opinion on that.

Speaker 14 (32:51):
Yeah, I would say one of the best things is
just talking it out. Reach out to me and we'll
talk it out. We'll figure out what it is that's
making you so nervous, and then we'll tackle that one specific. Yeah,
and so just getting those anxieties out there can actually
go a really long way and helping you overcome them.

Speaker 4 (33:06):
Just putting voice, putting word to it.

Speaker 7 (33:08):
How has solo travel changed the way you kind of operate?

Speaker 4 (33:13):
I am way more flexible.

Speaker 14 (33:14):
Never would I ever book a trip with only three
days notice. Until I booked three months in Europe was
six weeks notice. I'm like, if I can do that,
I can do anything. So it'll all work out in
the end. You'll find the places to eat, the places
to say, whatever it is there is. I'm here to
do the heavy lifting for you so that you don't
have to. But if you are ready to plan it
yourself one hundred percent, then I think getting out there

(33:37):
is going to help with that. Every single trip that
you take, it's going to get easier and easier to
do that. And then you're gonna be like, sure, Columbus,
this weekend with two days of notice, I got this,
I can do it.

Speaker 4 (33:46):
Next thing you know, you'll be flying a BOLLI right,
all right. Michelle's our girl air travel girly.

Speaker 3 (33:51):
She does all, you know, some research that you don't
have to, plus providing tips on how.

Speaker 4 (33:55):
To do solo travel.

Speaker 7 (33:56):
I think solo and solo things and travel and experiences
are a big theme of my show, So I figured
if you were ears of perking up, you would love
to connect with her.

Speaker 3 (34:05):
She's the Jane of all travel on ig. Thanks Michelle,
Happy almost Labor Day.

Speaker 4 (34:10):
Thanks have a good week.
