Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning time kiss
let us seven one good morning?
Speaker 2 (00:04):
A text conversations with a random stranger.
Speaker 1 (00:09):
When's the last time you had one of those? Has
this ever happened to you.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
Where someone else must have had your number at some
point maybe, and you've gotten a flood of text messages
from random people thinking that you're someone else that you're not.
I've had my same phone number for years and years
and years, so I don't know how this is happening.
But I just got another text message for a girl
(00:36):
named Annie two days ago. So I said, all right,
if something happens more than three times, you know the
rule on the show we talk about it, my alter
ego must be Annie. The first one came in and
sat in Saturday from a random This is an eight
six to oh number.
Speaker 1 (00:49):
Someone tell me where eight six O is.
Speaker 2 (00:54):
I just got an email saying Annie has breast cancer.
It seems that it's progressive. Things make you change. Though
that was in June. Then on July the same number
says happy fourth of July. I didn't respond to either
of those because I'm just not gonna put the energy
and the effort into it. And then Finally this past Wednesday,
(01:14):
says Annie, I hope you remembered that the brunch is
still on for September nineteenth at eleven thirty.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
Let me know, love Mom.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
And I'm like, Mom, Mom, Mom, do you not have
Annie's real number? Have you not talked to Annie since
the middle of June? What's going Is this a strained relationship?
You know what's going on with you?
Speaker 1 (01:42):
Guys? Really?
Speaker 2 (01:43):
I want to know more about what's going on between
mom and Annie that she thought it was okay, that
she hasn't got a response from her daughter since the
middle of June. Hope you had an easy drive home,
Love Mom? Are you an Annie never texting?
Speaker 1 (02:02):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (02:03):
I'm so curious about this relationship. Did you see Annie
and then you see her in person and then you
never see her again? What's going on here? And I
must have been in the middle of something on Wednesday
because I never responded to her to make sure, like, Hey,
I just want to let you know this.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
That's probably my bad, you guys.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
Should I hit her up this morning and say, hey,
good morning, this isn't Annie.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
Hope your daughter's alive and well? Hope better.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
More importantly, I hope you guys can foster a better
relationship between the two of you. I mean, I know
my mom's unhinged, but my god, I would tell she'd
be a little concerned if she hadn't heard back from
me since the middle of June.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
Okay, I wish I could say that's that was the
end of it.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
Then I get another text message the night of the fireworks,
so over Labor Day weekend from a two to one
three number, and he says, or I'm assuming it's a guy,
Let's have an outdoor barbecue tomorrow and I'll pick you up.
And I said, oh, okay, like someone's inviting me to
a barbecue and I don't have to drive.
Speaker 3 (03:04):
Hell.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
Yes, he said, I'll pick you up at eleven And
I said where is this cookout happening?
Speaker 1 (03:10):
And they responded with the Bay Area.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
And in my head, I'm like, oh, wait a minute,
I actually don't know this person because I meet a
lot of people out and about and I typically try
to exchange Instagrams, but you know, Then I said, I
don't know where where are you? And then he said,
I'm in the Bay Area of California. I said, oh,
I'm I'm in Cincinnati, and he said, oh, you're not Annie.
(03:33):
I said, no, I'm Tiffany said sorry, I may have
entered the wrong number.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
I hope I'm not disturbing you.
Speaker 2 (03:39):
We went on to text for several more hours after that, like,
I have a better understanding, but I need to get
to the bottom of who Annie is. Five one, three, seven,
four nine one oh seven one. If this is sounding
familiar to you, or maybe you know an Annie, I
would love to know more about her. Maybe we can
create an alter ego for Annie together on the show
(04:00):
Good Morning, You're waking up with Tiff in the morning
on kiss one of several one high here on the air.
Speaker 4 (04:05):
Hi, good morning, how are you.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
I'm well, Thanks for joining my silly little conversation this morning.
Speaker 1 (04:10):
Do you have any ideas for me?
Speaker 4 (04:11):
Yeah? So I didn't really have any ideas, but I
had a possible second spot. Okay, maybe Annie and her
mom doesn't have a great relationship, and maybe Annie decided
to cut her mom off, so that's why she and
her mom doesn't speak very much.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
Okay, that could be a good point.
Speaker 2 (04:32):
I also think Annie's mom lives in Connecticut, because Annie's
mom's texting me from an eight to six to Oho number. Meanwhile,
the guy that she's hooking up with has a California
number and wants to take her to a barbecue in California.
Speaker 1 (04:45):
So maybe Annie's mom.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Doesn't know that Annie's moved to California because she still
wants her to come to the lunch on the nineteenth
at one o'clock.
Speaker 4 (04:56):
I mean, that's very possible too. Or maybe I don't know,
Like I got.
Speaker 3 (05:01):
To put in all these spots of the opinions here,
like maybe Annie so don't want anything to do with
their mom.
Speaker 4 (05:07):
She's like, you know what, I'm moving out of Connecticut.
Speaker 3 (05:10):
I'm going to Cali, and I don't getting all these
Cali boys.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
Yeah, I'm going to and I'm going to the barbecues.
Speaker 1 (05:15):
I'm going to the barbecues. I'm gonna meet the guys.
They're gonna drive.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
That's great because I hear driving on.
Speaker 4 (05:19):
This they have to come pick me up.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
Yeah, because driving in California sucks. So she's getting a ride.
That's great.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
But I genuinely feel bad for for the mom who
hasn't once connected with her daughter since the middle of June,
and she's really putting in a lot of effort.
Speaker 3 (05:37):
Okay, So maybe Annie has some like personal things going
on that would cause her the I don't know, like
I just know firsthand having to cut a parent out
of our lives.
Speaker 4 (05:51):
But obviously for personal reasons, you know, not being on
the radio and sharing that. But maybe that's what's going on.
Or maybe Annie just wanted to go around and she's doing.
Speaker 1 (06:06):
Oh my god, I'm dying. What's your name? By the way,
what neighborhood you waking up with me in this morning?
Speaker 4 (06:12):
My name is Heather and I'm calling from the northern
Kentucky area.
Speaker 1 (06:15):
I love you. Thank you for the call. I appreciate you.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
If you're just walking into this unhinged conversation, I have
been getting text messages for a girl named Annie, and
we've been trying to piece together Annie's life this morning.
So if you have any opinions on what you what
the deal is here with Annie? What you think her
you know, alter egoist, what's going on? Or maybe you
(06:38):
have someone that has texted you thinking you're the wrong
you know this one person, feel free to join the show.
We've got a few minutes until we move on to
the three things you need to know to get your
day started.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
In Cincy. I need to know.
Speaker 2 (06:48):
Whether or not I should text Annie's mom back or
if I should just let it go let me know,
but I need to turn my microphone on to doom
my job. But first of all, I love that song.
I knew the words to that song and the lyrics
like far too early in my life.
Speaker 1 (07:08):
How are you happy? Friday?
Speaker 2 (07:10):
I hear that the new iPhone sixteen. We had talked
about the emojis a couple of days ago, that there
was going to be some, but now we know which
ones there are going to be, And the one that
sticks out to me the most that might relate to you,
especially at this hour in the morning, is that there's
a tired emoji with bags underneath the eyes.
Speaker 1 (07:31):
So there you go.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
Just know that that's to come, probably with your next
iPhone update, which I have absolutely zero storage for on
my phone. I'm still operating with an iPhone twelve mini. Okay,
coming up in two songs, we're gonna get to the
three things you need to know to get your day
started in Sincy. I'm obsessed with the idea of this
(07:51):
one thing coming to Cincinnati. I'm so excited for it.
I'm putting all the good juju. I'm putting all my
good juju, all my eggs.
Speaker 1 (07:57):
In this basket. If you have no idea what I'm
talking about, I'll get to that in more than three things.
Speaker 3 (08:02):
