Speaker 1 (00:00):
Because you're waking up fifth in the morning, kiss on
good morning, Good morning, good morning. How are you?

Speaker 2 (00:11):
So?

Speaker 3 (00:11):
I was supposed to go out with someone last night,
and if you need a reminder, today is Tuesday morning,
so this would have been going out on a Monday night.
And I subscribe to the fact that everything is practice,
practice is practice, and when it comes to dating, sometimes
there's a balance of Hey, I almost need to force

(00:34):
myself to do this, to step outside of my comfort zone,
versus I just this isn't it for me today, this
I just can't do it. And anyone that's in the
dating world knows that you tread that line and that balance.
And I'm really proud of myself last night. So I
get sort of a text later in the day from
somebody that I had met earlier in this summer that

(00:56):
just happened to be in Sincy, and you know, he
hit me up kind of last minute, which.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
I was like, well, this is last minute.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
But I gave him the benefit of the doubt, which
I'm also used to doing, and just give people the
benefit of the doubt.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
It doesn't bother me, it doesn't tax me a lot.
I just do it.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
And I was talking to my sister about it, and
she's like, she brought it up to me. She said,
you know, you know you're you say it all the time.
All practice is practice. And I said, okay, yeah. She's like,
it's okay. If you're tired for the show, like you're young,
you'll rebound.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
It's fine. So I said, okay, cause.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
I just try to be on my game for my
work week because you and I get up very early together.
You're up at this time, you and I are most
likely up at the same time. So I had said
to him, hey, listen, like he wanted to get together
for like eight forty five nine o'clock. I said, nine
o'clock's too late for me to eat a meal by
that point, I've already eating dinner. But I'm willing to
meet you out for you know, a cocktail or drink

(01:45):
or something. But or you could stop by my house
before you head back to wherever you're from and we
can have a glass of wine. But I gave him
the just so you know, I do have to get
up early tomorrow. So I had laid out a boundary
for myself, which I was really proud of, and.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
He said, yeah, okay, no problem. I'll text you.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
He didn't end up getting out of whatever he was
doing until much later than he anticipated, so I didn't
wait up for him. I went to sleep, and I
woke up this morning to a text.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
And I'm just.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
Proud of myself for one like continuing to put myself
out there in two setting boundaries that work for me
as well, instead of just like, sure, sure you know, we're.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
Growing and we're learning. We're growing and we're learning. How
are you hopefully off to a good start?

Speaker 3 (02:32):
If you need to pick me up later on this morning,
I do have your chance to win tickets to see
Nellie at Great American Ballpark at eight thirty for this
Friday set of reminders.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
You don't miss it. Good morning.

Speaker 4 (02:45):
When you need to know She's got you.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
It's three things with tip on when I was seven. One,
if we have.

Speaker 5 (02:56):
Received at least thirty three separate bomb threats, each one
of which has been responded to, and each one of
whom has been found as a hoax. So I want

(03:17):
to say to the parents in Springfield, these hoaxes have
these threats have all been hoaxes. None of them have
panned out.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
All right, you know who that voice is Governor Mike
DeWine speaking about Springfield and the various threats have gone
that have been sent there after the former President Trump
and a Vice President Kamala Harris debate last week. He
also went on to defend the Haitians that are living
in Springfield, Ohio and debunking any claims that animals have

(03:48):
been eaten by any immigrants in the Springfield area.

Speaker 5 (03:51):
Acuatians who are working. You know, they wouldn't be working
unless they were legal. You know, the companies hire them
because they needed the help and they needed the support.
So it's you know, these are people who care about
their families. These are people who value education. They are
hard workers, and I think we should we should respect that.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
I hear there's also a chance that former President Donald
Trump will be making a campaign stop in Springfield, Ohio.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
When there's more on that one, I'll have it for
you all right.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
Second in three things you need to know this morning.
Breaking news coming in around ten thirty last night that
Sean Diddy Coombs was arrested on unspecified charges with a
sealed indictment. You know, we knew what was coming, just
a matter of time. This as back in if you
need the timeline, let's run through it. Back in March,

(04:47):
the Feds rated both his Miami and LA home.

Speaker 1 (04:50):
This came well, I'm sorry. Let's start even earlier that.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Back in November, Cassie released the lawsuit and it was
settled within twenty four hours. I believe the statue of
limitations in New York City made it so that none
of that could have been upheld in court, and I'm
assuming that's why everything came out, was settled, moved on
from it, but from there, tons of domino effects have

(05:14):
happened since then. So then March comes around, the Feds
raid both his LA and Miami home, and then pretty
much consistently, almost every month or every several weeks at least,
someone has come forward with new claims on Sean Diddy Combs. Again,
I don't know much on the indictment yet as it
was sealed, but according to the US attorney, Damian Williams,

(05:35):
they'll be moving to unseal the indictment early this morning,
so I should have that for you.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
When there's more, you know, I'll keep you posted on it.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
The man's going to jail, you know, he had I'd
seen him in Florida. Kind of stroll on the streets,
and then he was in New York, and you know,
wondering why when typically artists bop around anyways, But I'm
assuming he went to New York to turn himself in
knowing that this was coming. I I'm under the assumption
that he was supposed to turn himself in this morning,
but the Feds came in and grabbed him last night.

(06:05):
That part felt unexpected. Like I said, I'll keep you
posted when there's more on that one.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
All right.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
Then finally, and three things you need to know. You're
gonna hear the headline. It's a buzz story this morning
that Bruno Mars is suing Miley Cyrus. I don't like
the way in which the headline is presented because it's
not I don't think it's a direct from Bruno to Miley.
A company named Tempo Music Investments owns a share of

(06:34):
Bruno Mars's song When I Was Your Man. They are
the one coming after Miley Cyrus's camp. You've heard this
before that Bruno sounds a lot like Miley. We've talked
about this when the song originally came out. Was this
over a year and a half ago, that this sounds
similar to Miley and I'll play a clip and I'll

(06:54):
let you be the judge.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
Obviously you've come to expect that from my show. So
here it is.

Speaker 6 (07:01):
Let my name and say, talking to myself for hours
said things you don't understand. Should a batch.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
Of flowers.

Speaker 7 (07:19):
Shout a keg alma hours with a head sh say
get everybody because you don't wanted to do us day
now my baby's dancers dis is a numb.

Speaker 3 (07:37):
News clip was a little long, but I wanted to
give you the full scope of what they sounded like.
I am with you. I can hear some similarities. Will
it hold up in the court of law, I don't know.
Several other artists have gone to court over their songs.
Ed Cheron twice twice for Shape of You, once for
Thinking Out Loud against Marvin Gaye's team he ended up winning.

(07:59):
Katie Perry has won her lawsuits against Dark Horse in court.
Dualipa was brought to court. So we'll see what happens
from this. But when there's more, you know, I'll keep
you posted on all of these stories. This morning, why
don't you listen to Kiss one oh seven one on
I Heart Radio, So you don't miss it.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
That's the best way. Coming up at seven twenty. We
do this on.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
Tuesdays, Make a Date or break It's where relationships and
therapy come together on my show. And so far, not
one question from any age group or relationship, whether you're
newly dating, all the way up to being married for
forever and ever, has been out of pocket for Lewie Sharpage.
This woman is a genius when it comes to relationships.

(08:41):
So if you have a question, get it, get advanced
on it right now, sir. Just on that same iHeart
radio app. The microphone is actually right next to the
play button. You can hold that down and you have
thirty seconds to ask your question if you want to
remain anonymous, or you can always call five when three seven,
four nine, one oh seven one Good morning.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
So so.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
It's just it's time to make a date or break
on Tip in the morning.

Speaker 3 (09:06):
The name explains what it is you decide if you're
going to make your date or your next date, or
you're going to break it off, and if you have
you're somewhere in between.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
There. Lori Sharpage is the one that you go to.
Good morning Lorie.

Speaker 3 (09:17):
She's our licensed clinical counselor, So you're more than welcome
to ask her a question anytime on Tuesdays, this is
when we start. So, actually, are you a secret keeper?
And how does that play in your relationship? And when
I say relationship, I mean friendship. So today we're actually
going to help out the friends of those who are
in relationships.

Speaker 8 (09:36):
Yeah, and in this case, they're in a tough spot. Right,
So I got a message.

Speaker 3 (09:43):
And again, relationships can be so vulnerable and sticky that
it's not always comfortable to call the radio. So there
are just like multiple ways to get in touch with
this crew right here, DM works, talkback works, phone works,
all of the above. All right, I recently learned and
that my closest friend is cheating on her husband, who

(10:03):
is also a good friend of mine. She confided in
me about the affair, and now, of course I'm torn.
I feel guilty knowing this and not telling her husband,
but I don't want to betray her trust.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
How should I handle this situation? Man, that's a yuck
That is a yucky situation to be put into.

Speaker 8 (10:24):
Yeah, and I think that this is this is part
of what's challenging, is like she probably didn't really understand
or consent to being put in this situation. Sometimes we
don't you know, people will tell us things, and if
we had the opportunity to say like no, I actually
don't want to know, or I don't want to hold
a secret, our answer would be no. But a lot
of times we just find ourselves unexpectedly holding this trauma

(10:44):
dum Yes, they trauma dumped on and now we're like,
what do we do with this information? I would say,
since she is uncomfortable, and since she is friends with
both parties, she has to go back to her friend
who told her and tell her like the weight of this,
say that this is really hard for me because my
guess is impacting her relationship with her and probably him,

(11:05):
although he may not realize, you know what that tension is.
And I think that the truth of the matter is
it's not just the relationship between the two parties and
the affair, it's now the friendships that are involved. We've
got multiple relationships that can have collateral from this. So
I would really encourage her to go back and tell
her friends the weight of this and try and get
a read on like how long is this? Is this

(11:27):
a forever secret or is there some moment when she's
going to tell that you know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (11:33):
How long am I trapped in this dungeon of hells?

Speaker 9 (11:36):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (11:36):
May you put me? I'm a rider, die for my friends.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
Though, so I would rather lose her as a friend
than throw her under the bus.

Speaker 8 (11:45):
Well, I think that's totally a fair way to come
out of that balance. I think each relationship is going
to have a different balance. That's why I suggest going
back and telling the friend what the weight is. Like,
this could actually end a relationship if you want me
to hold this secret. Okay, But like, I can't hang
out and be with you guys and be my normal
self while doing so.

Speaker 3 (12:04):
I never once heard you say go and tell him
the secret?

Speaker 8 (12:09):
Right, Yes, I would not would not be my first stop. Okay,
in this there may be a point when that is
the appropriate thing. Today, that would not be the first stop.
I would go to the person who told the secret
first and have that conversation.

Speaker 1 (12:23):
Okay. So this is one incident.

Speaker 3 (12:25):
I feel like when it happens, there's a spider web, Ma,
there's no one way. There's no one correct way because
they can go spider web in all these different places.
So here's what we're gonna do five one, three, seven, four, nine,
one oh seven one? Has this happened to you? Because
I like to get multiple angles on things. Lari short
Pages are professh You my friend, are in our inner

(12:47):
radio circle here. So has this happened to you? And
how how did you navigate it? Or do you have
like a similar situation that you're like, ooh, but mine
looks this way and I could use like very specific
advice as to what I'm going on. We'll get you
on the air next. In the meantime, we're still commercial
free hang out. Good morning, Hi, good morning. You're waking
up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
One O seven. What's still commercial free?

Speaker 3 (13:10):
And we're in the midst of make a Date or
Break where relationships and therapy come together on my show
here on Tuesdays, and we have free reign and free
access to therapy with Lori sharp Page. She's our licensed
clinical counsel. You've been on the show for like two
plus years now. Yeah, I love it. We've helped thousands
of Cincinnati ands. No, that sounds like a commercial We

(13:30):
really I don't even know if we're helping anyone.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
I feel like we are you never know.

Speaker 3 (13:35):
Absolutely this time, we're talking about relationships, but actually when
it comes to friends, So if you're just walking into
this conversation, come in and sit down.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
Let's hang out.

Speaker 3 (13:43):
So I got a message that said, I found out
that my best friend is cheating on her husband, who
I'm also friends with, and I am like stuck in
this spider web and I'm spiraling and just quickly, what
was your advice on that one?

Speaker 8 (13:57):
My advice was like, that's a yucky place to be,
and I would go back to the friend who told
you and explained that that's a really hard place to be.

Speaker 3 (14:04):
Okay, So right now we've gotten some more messages and
such from people because this feels very specific. It feels
like you have to know the friend and the relationship
to be able to get really specific advice rather than
in general advice. So I welcome you to message me
or call me or talk back with Tiff if you
have something that you want specific answers on. Okay, so

(14:24):
something similar happened to me. I'm trying to keep this anonymous.
I know that makes the most sense. For Yeah, I
think we'll be the holders of the keepers. Okay, I
can hold you I'm okay with that. Okay, So something
similar happened to me and I said something to my
friends about this, and she never ended up coming clean
with her husband. So I kind of stepped away from

(14:47):
our friendship and it just hasn't sat right with me since.

Speaker 8 (14:51):
Well I understand why it hasn't sat right with you.
But you were practicing putting down a boundary. You did
the right thing for you, boundary. Yeah, I mean, I know,
like it can be like a little bit of like, eh,
you know when we have to put a boundary down
like that, But if you could not maintain that relationship
and the secret, it's just the reality of the situation.

Speaker 1 (15:10):
You had to do it, take care of yourself.

Speaker 3 (15:12):
But that's such a heart losing friends to me, Oh
my gosh, it's heartbreaking.

Speaker 1 (15:16):
Yeah, you grieve.

Speaker 3 (15:17):
That harder than actual human loss sometimes, right, Right, You've
grieve your friends harder sometimes than you do your own family, right.

Speaker 8 (15:24):
And I'd just like to remind you, though, that the
boundary is a response from the thing that lost the relationship,
which was being put into a position where you had
to hold a secret.

Speaker 5 (15:33):
You know.

Speaker 8 (15:33):
The boundary is how you care for yourself post and
so I really is hard. It is heartbreaking. I don't
want anyone to lose their relationships. But if you can't
manage both, you can't manage both. Oh my god, yeah,
I don't want to wait.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
I don't know why this is getting like Dawson's gree No,
I get it.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
Yeah yea yeah, yeah yeah.

Speaker 10 (15:56):
All right.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
At the Coping Queen on Instagram, you are obviously know
how to connect with my show if you're interested in it,
but you can go to her direct coming up two
songs from now. How much does each person spend per
minute at Costco?

Speaker 6 (16:12):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (16:12):
God, do you have a guest?

Speaker 8 (16:14):
LORI got ten dollars ten dollars a minute?

Speaker 1 (16:19):
Girl? What's your credit card bill? We'll get to that next.

Speaker 4 (16:24):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one O seven one, Good morning.

Speaker 3 (16:28):
How much money does a Costco spender spend per minute?

Speaker 1 (16:36):
I don't have a Costco.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
Membership, but I feel like, as a solo individual and
a small apartment, there's no value or reason for me
to shop bulk. But I do try to hop in
whenever my best friend Allison or Ashley go to Costco.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
I love to go in there and see some of
the stuff. Oh, there's good merch, there's good food. I
mean we didn't I talked.

Speaker 3 (16:55):
About this, I don't know months ago how that guy
lived off a Costco hot dog for like for like
a month or something, I believe, And he was a
guy and he actually lost weight of course, right, that's
Lori Sharpage. By the way, she's our licensed clinical counselor.
She's kind of hanging out in the studio after make
a date or break, which is what we do on Tuesdays.
The average Costco spender spends a dollar seventy five per minute,

(17:20):
which means, who can do math? If you're spending sixty
four dollars and seventy five cents for your Costco trip,
how long are you in the store?

Speaker 1 (17:30):
Thirty minutes? Almost close.

Speaker 3 (17:33):
An average Costco shopper spends about thirty seven minutes in
the store, spending about a dollar seventy five per minute.

Speaker 8 (17:40):
Yeah, yeah, because you can't do that fast. If you
were saying I'm going to go do a fast trip
to Costco, forget it.

Speaker 1 (17:44):
You've lost Well, you can do. You can't run in
and run out.

Speaker 3 (17:48):
But I feel like those that do go to Costco
know where everything is and can whip the grocery store
in thirty five minutes.

Speaker 1 (17:53):
Agreed, So I actually believe this. If you have a
go to Costco item, what is it?

Speaker 3 (17:58):
The rotessery, checkout the tissy Chicken.

Speaker 1 (18:05):
I like the merch.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
I've got a hoodie in a sweat set from the
Kirkland sig. The vodka is also good too. I know
my friend Allison's like, yeah, absolutely there for that vodka.
All right, coming up two songs from now, we'll dive
into the three things you need to know to get
your day started.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
In Cincy.

Speaker 3 (18:19):
There is a lawsuit currently out against Miley Cyrus from
Bruno Mars.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
I'll explain that in more.

Speaker 4 (18:26):
Next Glenn, you need to know she's got you.

Speaker 1 (18:33):
It's three things with tip. Good morning.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
We're just before eight o'clock. At eight thirty, I have
your chance to win Nelly tickets. He's coming to Great
American Ballpark for like the kind of final go around
for our Reds this coming Friday. I'm doing split the
pot that night. We're gonna have ourselves a time. So
I have your chance to secure a ticket at eight thirty.
Let's start off with Bruno Mars and Miley Cyrus the
headline is gonna read Bruno Mars is suing Miley Cyrus.

(19:00):
But I feel like I need to add a little
asterisk to that because the lawsuits coming by Tempo Music Investments,
who claims to own a fraction of the song.

Speaker 1 (19:11):
When I was your man.

Speaker 3 (19:13):
Now you remember when Flowers came out, we almost picked
up on it right away that there were some similarities
to Bruno Mars's song. I'm gonna play the clip and
I'm gonna allow you to put your own judgment together
on it.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
It's about thirty seconds, So lock in Flowers.

Speaker 6 (19:31):
My name and sit talking to myself ours, sit things
you don't understand it.

Speaker 11 (19:42):
Should a bat of Flowers.

Speaker 7 (19:48):
Shot a gig of Almah hours with a head say
get everybody wanted?

Speaker 1 (19:59):
Do babies?

Speaker 11 (20:03):
Dincer, just dissume is num.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
I have a feeling we're in the same boat where
you can taste, smell and hear the similarities between the
two songs. Does that mean that it will hold up
in court? Sam smith ed Cheron's gotten to court twice
and has won both times, once against Marvin Gay's camp.
Katie Perry's gone to court. Don't quote me, Maybe Nicki

(20:28):
Minaj du a lipa, and I'm trying to think if
there's one more, but it comes up. It comes up
quite a bit. Ed Cheron even said it you can
There's only so many chord progressions that you can make
with music once they get repeated.

Speaker 1 (20:44):
So we'll see what comes of this one.

Speaker 3 (20:46):
But I want you to note that it was a
music group that owns a fraction of the song. I
don't think it was Bruno come and direct for Miley
in this situation. Also, I believe the lawsuit says that
they want to ban her from ever performing that again.
And that is one of Miley Cyrus's biggest songs on
the planet. It was the song that got her her

(21:07):
first Grammy. So when there's more on that one, I'll
keep you updated. Another situation that I'm trying to keep
you abreast on here is the Diddy stuff. So as
of yesterday or I'm sorry late last night, around ten
thirty p Diddy Combs was taken into federal custody. Now
I'm assuming he knew this was going to happen because
he wasn't in Miami. He was in New York and

(21:27):
I'm assuming they said listen, we're going to take it in.
You've got a couple of options. I thought that maybe
he would have gone in on his own this morning,
but it looks like they rated the hotel he was
at and took him in last night. Now, the indictment
is sealed at this point in the morning, but according
to the District Attorney of New York, they're looking to

(21:48):
unseal the records this morning. So as of right now,
from the time of this report, they haven't come out,
but as soon as they do, I will have them
for you. I'm assuming we're saying sexual assault, sex trafficking,
et cetera, et cetera. This, by the way, all stems
from the lawsuit between him and Cassie that was almost

(22:08):
a solid year ago, and ever since then, just about
every month or a couple of weeks, someone new has.

Speaker 1 (22:15):
Come forward for Diddy.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
All right, lastly, in three things you need to know
this morning, if you're an Emily in Paris fan, you
might have noticed on Instagram yesterday that they're confirmed for
a season five and Lily Collins is hoping to see
more of this when they start filming.

Speaker 4 (22:31):
We got to explore Rome and I'm really hoping that
for season five.

Speaker 1 (22:36):
Now that we get to explain more of Italy. We
had just the best time. The whole cast felt.

Speaker 4 (22:41):
A little bit like Emily did season one, running around
the city wide eyed and just everything was just so exciting.

Speaker 3 (22:47):
So we still haven't gotten the second part of season four.
Correct me if I'm wrong on that. On Netflix. I
loved the show. It's a show that I'm going to
say for when I have some time off and I
want to watch them all over again. So I haven't
even gone in to season four.

Speaker 5 (23:01):
Ya.

Speaker 3 (23:01):
The thing about these shows, though, and I've said it
a million times, you cannot go that long imp in
between production because people lose interest. And mind you, the
show's only like twenty minutes a piece. Those FIBE episodes
you probably went through in one Saturday afternoon, and then
you've got to wait and go back and forth and wait.
You lose people, right, A stranger thing. Season five is

(23:24):
one of those. Euphoria's next season. I'm pretty sure your
kids are gonna be graduated from college by the time
Euphoria comes out. They're gonna look like collegiate athletes at
that point. All right, that is three things you need
to know for the seventeenth of September.

Speaker 1 (23:39):
I had mentioned it earlier.

Speaker 3 (23:40):
Eight thirty is your chance to win tickets to see
Nelly at Great American Ballpark on Friday. And we have
an Annie update. I've got a new text message about Annie.
If you've listened to my show before, you know who
Annie is. We're trying to solve the mystery of Annie
on the show, and I have brain knew any updates

(24:01):
for you at eight thirty.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Don't go far.

Speaker 3 (24:04):
I lied eight twenty eight twenty Tiffany, get your act
together because.

Speaker 1 (24:07):
You're waking up in the morning. Kiss one.

Speaker 3 (24:09):
I was seven one the unsolved mysteries of Annie and
the strained relationship she has with her mom.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
It's hard. It's a hard work, all right.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
So I have Anie updates.

Speaker 3 (24:33):
If you're just walking into this conversation, let me usher
you into it. Last a week or so, I started
reading text messages that I was getting that from a
number that I didn't have saved in my phone, and
I just assumed, I don't know it was a scam,
wrong number, et cetera, et cetera. But you know my
rule on the show, if I talk, if something comes
up three or more times, we talk about it. What's

(24:59):
going on between Annie and her mom is what I
want to know.

Speaker 1 (25:03):
I got a text message.

Speaker 3 (25:04):
We have kind of come up together, like on the
show Together. I've read them in the past, and we
have this whole scenario that we've kind of put together
for Annie and her mom. And I got a text message,
a new one last night. Let me reread some of
the old ones. These started coming in in June. By
the way, I ignored them a little bit. But the
one that I got a couple of weeks ago, I say,
wait a minute, this is something. First text message said Annie,

(25:27):
I hope you remembered that brunch is still on for
September nineteenth at eleven thirty. Let me know, Love Mom,
thank you so much for the new bag. I really
appreciate it. I also love them for lunch. I hope
it was an easy drive home, Love Mom. I said,
wait a minute, Mom, so this is where we left
it last week?

Speaker 1 (25:48):
Mom?

Speaker 3 (25:48):
What are you talking about? What's going on between you
and Annie? How do you not have your daughter's right number?
Are you just not talking to Annie? Are you thinking
that you're texting Annie and she's just ignoring you and
not repet I know kids do that to their moms
in general, but come on, so what would do with Annie?
And so we had some conversation. Maybe it's a strained relationship.

(26:09):
Maybe they met for lunch one time. She's like, that's
all I can give you right now, and then she
had hopefully an easy drive home.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
But then she was invited.

Speaker 3 (26:18):
Annie was invited to this brunch and apparently she's got
no RSVP out in the universe. So mom's waiting for
to RSVP said, in what world do you live in?
Do you not call her? Do you not call your daughter?
Do not talk on the phone? If I don't answer
my mom's text messages. Within a couple of days, there's
a nine to one one alert going out. What's going

(26:39):
on here? What's going on between Annie and her mom?
I got a new one for you to read?

Speaker 2 (26:46):
Are you ready? Annie?

Speaker 3 (26:52):
I just got a message and they say to be
down in the dining room by eleven fifteen on Thursday
for the brunch.

Speaker 1 (27:00):
Hope all is well with everyone? Love mom.

Speaker 3 (27:07):
Now, I'm curious to know where Annie lives. Maybe Annie
lives in some sort of home and she needs to
be down for brunch at eleven fifteen. What's going on here?
What do I do five one three, seven, four nine
one O seven one. Do I respond to this mom

(27:27):
and put her mind at ease that she's been texting
a girl on the radio and not her daughter Annie,
Or let's create let's continue to create this mystery of
what's going on? Do I not get involved? Five one
three seven, four nine one oh seven one. You absolutely
know the keyword for the Nelly tickets coming up in
a few minutes is gonna be Annie.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
It's a hard not it's a hard.

Speaker 8 (27:51):
Hi.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
Good morning.

Speaker 3 (27:52):
You're waking up with Tip in the morning on Kiss
one O seven one. You absolutely know the keyword for
the Nelly tickets coming up in a few minutes is Annie.
If you've been listening, you know I'm sharing Annie updates
with you. Annie is someone who has become a character
on the show because I keep getting text messages for
this girl named Annie, one of them coming from her

(28:13):
own mother, who hasn't gotten a text back and several months,
and so they've got this upcoming brunch that she has
scheduled for Annie this week, and she's waiting for an
RSVP and she hasn't gotten it because the texts are
coming to me. Good morning, You're on the air. What
do you think is going on between Annie and her mom?

Speaker 9 (28:33):
Well, me with my mom, I don't have a relationship
like most mothers and daughters. Bill, Okay, so maybe this
is a situation. I kind of compare it to myself
where I don't hear from my mom very often. We
live in different states, but when we do talk, just
because of the friction we've had in the past, not

(28:56):
being around much and everything.

Speaker 1 (28:57):
Yeah, I would get text like.

Speaker 9 (28:59):
This, and I'm gonna be honest with you, sometimes I
would ignore them.

Speaker 1 (29:02):
Okay, I get it. I get it.

Speaker 3 (29:11):
Well, Annie's mom lives in Connecticut because it's an eight
six oh number that's coming through to my phone.

Speaker 1 (29:18):
Okay, so I don't have that.

Speaker 9 (29:21):
That could definitely maybe this Annie girl is in a
different state. And like with my sister's wedding, we kind
of did the same thing. Like she would say, oh,
you're supposed to be here at this time or here
at this time, and I'm like, I know, Well, i'd
eventually answered, and I said, I know, but maybe she's
just not answered.

Speaker 3 (29:42):
She's well one, we know that we clearly mom from
Connecticut is okay with Annie ignoring her because she's been
sending text messages to me since the middle of June,
So you're right there. We've we've established that there must
be a strained relationship between the two of them. I'm
just wondering if maybe Annie's mom is going to visit
her somewhere and she's made a reservation for brunch and

(30:05):
she's waiting for Annie to RSVP, and Annie's not clearly
because I'm the one getting the text messages. So we're
just kind of leaving Annie out in the universe for
this brunch on Saturday. I hope that she doesn't go
on Thursday. I hope she doesn't go hungry.

Speaker 9 (30:22):
Yeah, and I hope it's not just the one on one.

Speaker 1 (30:25):
What if it's a one on oh my god, one brunch.

Speaker 3 (30:29):
I have a feeling that it's a family brunch, maybe
a family reunion, and they're bringing everyone together.

Speaker 2 (30:36):
Yeah, I would hope.

Speaker 3 (30:38):
So remind me of your name and what neighborhood you
calling me from this morning.

Speaker 9 (30:44):
April from Florn, Kentucky.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
Good morning, you're waking up with Tip in the morning
on kiss one O seven one. I'm really hoping that
you have a keyword for me. Congratulations. You're going to
Nellie who.

Speaker 2 (31:13):
Too.

Speaker 3 (31:20):
It's a little taste of what you're gonna get this Friday.

Speaker 1 (31:25):
What's your name? What neighborhood? Are you waking up with me?
And this morning? This is Ellen hash Ellen. Are you excited?
You'll be at Great.

Speaker 3 (31:34):
American Ballpark obviously one tickets to the game and then
the postgame concerts this Friday.

Speaker 12 (31:39):
Oh, I'm so excited.

Speaker 1 (31:42):
Well, thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning
every day. I appreciate you, a thank you for being entertaining.
What what do you think about our gal Annie? What
should we do? What?

Speaker 3 (31:51):
What is your insight on the tip on Tiff and
Annie and Tiff and you know, in her mom's relationship,
all of us together.

Speaker 12 (31:59):
So it's actually happened to me before, Like my brother's
fiance got a new phone number, but I never deleted
as an old son number, and so when I used
Siri to text him, it accidentally textes his old number
because it's under the.

Speaker 3 (32:15):
Same name, all right, right, and I know how the
iPhone does that. So meanwhile, you're the Annie, You're the mom,
your brother's the Annie.

Speaker 1 (32:25):
Oh all we know is this hard?

Speaker 5 (32:30):
Hard?

Speaker 1 (32:32):
All right? Well, thank you so much for listening. You
have a great day. I'm gonna put you on hold.
I'll be right back.

Speaker 3 (32:38):
Congrats, thank you, and if you took the l on
these John John has you this afternoon, but you can
just go ahead and set a remind you with Siri
that I'll have you every day at eight thirty ish.

Speaker 1 (32:48):
All right, coming up in a two minutes.

Speaker 3 (32:50):
I've got the three things you need to know to
get your day started in Simsey.

Speaker 4 (32:55):
When you need to know she's got you, it's three
things with tip.

Speaker 1 (33:01):
Good morning.

Speaker 3 (33:02):
So as of right now, I mean we're just before
nine o'clock. I don't have the indictment for Diddy yet.
Catching you up to speed this morning. Around ten thirty
last night, the Feds rated his hotel in New York
and took him in. Before that, he was just kind
of like humming it up with buddies in NYC. I'm
assuming that he was in New York because he knew

(33:22):
he needed to turn himself in. I just maybe that
was scheduled for this morning, but the FEDS took him earlier.
We're assuming sex trafficking, sexual assault.

Speaker 1 (33:33):
This is federal at this point.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
The New York Attorney generalist working this morning to get
the charges unsealed. As of right now, they are sealed,
So the mugshot will come out at some point and
we will get the charges. I'm assuming it could be
after the show. I don't know if it will necessarily
be in the next hour or so while we're still
live on the air. Just know that I'll keep you
up to date just quickly on the timing from Diddy

(33:57):
and Cassie went back and forth, very short, back and
forth back in November, with her lawsuits settled very quickly.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
Ever since then, I've been.

Speaker 3 (34:06):
Reading new allegations, new lawsuits coming against Didty. They're multiple
at this point, all of them involving drugs, sex trafficking,
sexual assault in some way. I think Diddy is going
to be spending some time behind bars, but we'll see.
This is going to be a long road for him.
I do know that that's guaranteed.

Speaker 2 (34:25):
All right.

Speaker 3 (34:25):
When there's more on that, you know, I'll have it
for you. Second and three things you need to know.
Nicki Minaj announced sort of that we're gonna get some
new music. So artists as of late have been releasing
the acoustic version of the song, and then the deluxe
version of the album, and then the platinum version of
the album, So instead of releasing Pink Friday to deluxe,
the deluxe usually has two to three.

Speaker 1 (34:46):
To four more singles on it.

Speaker 3 (34:47):
Taylor's done it, I believe with Tortured Poets Department, I
could be lying there. Ariana Grande just released a deluxe
album with more songs on it. This is standard practice.
So instead of doing that, she posted on social media quote,
I've decided to do a brand new album, Pink Friday three.
No release date on it, but when there's more I'll

(35:08):
have it for you. She's been popping up and trending
news as of late because she's been coming to the
defense of Little Wing with the Super Bowl halftime show
decision quite a bit, very vocal about it on social
media and in interviews. All right, and then lastly and
three things you need to Know, speaking of Deluxe and such,
I played the New Weekend song of part of New
Music Friday on Kiss one oh seven one a couple

(35:28):
of days ago, Dancing with the Flames.

Speaker 1 (35:31):
Here's an unplugged version of it.

Speaker 11 (35:34):
Okay, wait to see your face, coush when the sweat
Jet Flames loves be Young duping. If a misstup, bad
we're getting in the face. It's in describle.

Speaker 3 (36:00):
Release date on Hurry Up Tomorrow, his latest album in
the trilogy. But when there's moral have It and then
one final sincy thing.

Speaker 5 (36:05):
I know.

Speaker 3 (36:06):
This is four things, just a reminder that Octoberfest is
this weekend and the location has changed down to the riverfront.
I need, I keep needing to remind myself of that.
So there you go. For planning purposes. That is three
things for the seventeenth of September. The best way to
keep listening to Tiff in the Morning is by searching
Kiss one O seven one on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 1 (36:27):
We've got another hour to go. Kiss, It's time.

Speaker 4 (36:30):
For Tuesday tips on Tiff in the Morning.

Speaker 1 (36:33):
Good morning.

Speaker 3 (36:33):
Abby does all the research so that you don't have to.
So if you're overwhelmed with things to do this week
or this weekend, it's one less thing you have to
worry about. Octoberfest a couple of days from now. I
got to keep reminding myself of this that they've changed
the location this year.

Speaker 10 (36:50):
So it's going to be good for you because you
are right up there on the hill, so you can
walk right down. But it's got so your point this
year Natman's Cove. They're making it bigger and better, so
they had to expand and get.

Speaker 1 (37:02):
A larger space. But there's a lot of.

Speaker 10 (37:06):
Things you can do regarding parking and walking and all
of those things. So they're recommending people take the street car,
you know, park back in like Washington Park, take the
street car and then walk a few blocks down to
so your points. I know, when we do big events
in the city like this, a lot of times Metro
actually ends up doing fair free rides, so stay in

(37:26):
the lookout.

Speaker 1 (37:27):
For that from Metro.

Speaker 10 (37:29):
But even if they're not, they have such affordable rides
and that would be something great to take down. And
then there are parking lots around there that will be
open for October Fests. But I absolutely love Octoberfests. I
feel like it officially kicks off fall and I just
love to eat and drink my way through the entire festival.

Speaker 3 (37:51):
I'm going to do my best to not be over
critical before we even start the event. I'm just not
looking forward to the new location, but I'm hoping that
I'm pleasantly surprised.

Speaker 1 (38:02):
But you made a great point there.

Speaker 3 (38:04):
I just feel like we're parking in Washington Park and
taking the street count car down sounds great for like
anyone that's you know, a millennial or lives in the city.
We're used to doing that just with friends and family.
I don't know how much of a challenge that's going
to be, so I'm curious to see what the turnout.

Speaker 1 (38:19):
Is, but I guess you know.

Speaker 3 (38:20):
All we also have the option to park on the
Kentucky side too and take the Northern Kentucky Transport as well,
so look out for those options.

Speaker 1 (38:28):
What else do we have?

Speaker 10 (38:30):
Yeah, if you're hanging on to summer, I know summer
is wrapped up, but I'll park. They do a summer
concert series and this is their last one this Thursday,
So beautiful place do listen to music and to get
your last little bit of summer in. And then something
really cool that I love and that All Park event

(38:52):
is free, so that's a family friendly event that you
can take the kids to. But something that's really cool
Forbes three with Jobs Ohio. It's actually coming to Cincinnati
this year, So this is big.

Speaker 1 (39:07):
What does that entail? Give me? Like one or two highlights?

Speaker 10 (39:10):
Yeah, it's gonna be from the twenty second to the
twenty fifth. It's geared towards young professionals, and there's going
to be all kinds of breakout sessions. They have over
like thirty speakers. I mean, they have some big names
coming in to talk. I mean, I know last year
Kendall Jenner was one of the speakers. I know, I

(39:30):
have to look at the list, but there's some real,
real big speakers that are coming. But one fun thing
that they're doing to get everybody, you know, after the
event takes place, if they have a bar crawl one
night for everyone to do, they have a concert one
night for everyone. And so I think this is going
to be great. Majority of it's going to be at
the Andrew Jay Brady and so yeah, it's gonna be

(39:53):
great for our restaurants, and it's going to be great
to have all of our young professionals together networking.

Speaker 1 (39:58):
I believe Joe Burrows and class this year.

Speaker 3 (40:01):
So Forbes thirty under thirty taking place next week, are
oh my god?

Speaker 1 (40:04):
Or this? Where are we already?

Speaker 2 (40:06):
Gooday?

Speaker 1 (40:06):
Sunday? Yeah, week Sunday and Monday.

Speaker 10 (40:10):
We've got Monday Night football.

Speaker 1 (40:12):
It's just we've got a lot going on September weekends.

Speaker 3 (40:14):
Man, Well, thank you for joining the show Abby from everything,
since it's a great place to connect with her on.

Speaker 1 (40:19):
Social or her website.

Speaker 3 (40:20):
If you're looking for things to do, whether you're new
here or you want to expand your circle, or maybe
you've got friends or family coming in to visit one
of these fall weekends, definitely give her website a scroll passed.

Speaker 1 (40:31):
Thanks Abby, Thank you, Carol
