Speaker 1 (00:00):
Because you're waking up with five in the morning, kiss
one seven one.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
I woke up this morning. I opened my eyes and
I could see the moon streaming in through my blinds
into my window. I'm just laying in bed kind of
getting organized with my thoughts this morning, especially for the
show life, And one of the first things I thought
of was was Ditty, Where's Diddy waking up this morning

(00:34):
in a holding cell somewhere. You know, I had talked
a good amount about it in all of our three
Things reports yesterday, and I knew this would happen as
soon as the show wrapped up, as when we got
the indictment.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
And this is just one of.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
The probably biggest stories that we've had in a really,
really long time. I'm trying to think. I know Harvey
Weinstein had a hard fall from Grace, as did Bill
Cosby and R. Kelly, but I think this is worse
than all three of those.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Comebyed.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
We'll obviously spend more time, and I have some audio
and such for you and the three Things you need
to Know a little while from now, coming up at
six fifty. We do that every day, by the way.
The three things you need to Know on my show.
But a year ago, wait until you hear this audio.
A year ago, Diddy was accepting the key to New

(01:36):
York and the middle of Times Square after his album release,
after being celebrated I Think at the Billboard Music Awards,
and one year later, the man is facing life in prison. Yeah,
we have a lot to get to. There's so many
things to get to today. How are you? I didn't
do a little wellness update on you. You good. I hope

(01:58):
we're off to a decent start. We have lots of
things to cover in the three Things you need to
Know at six fifty. I hope you. I hope you're
better than Diddy. That's like, that's the bar this morning.
That's the bar this morning. Best way to keep listening
to Tiff is on iHeartRadio by searching Kiss one oh
seven to one.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
Glynn. You need to know she's got you. It's three
Things with Tiff On.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
Today, I'm announcing the unsealing of a three count indictment
charging Sean Combs with racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking, interstate transportation
for prostitution. The indictment alleges that between at least two
thousand and eight and the present Comb's abused, threatened, and
coerce victims to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation,

(02:45):
and conceal his conduct.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
All right, good morning, So we're about twenty four hours away,
a little shy of that from getting the unsealed indictment
which broke at the end of yesterday's show. It feels
like every corner that we take around this unsealed indictment,
we learned something new about Diddy. So in every three
things this morning, I'll break down a different corner of
the indictment for you. First of all, starting off with

(03:06):
the charges there, the man's facing life in prison, life
in prison, from a life of luxury to a life
in prison. Just imagine what that's what the fall is
from that. Outside of the life in prison. He was
denied bail. And even though he put up fifty million

(03:28):
dollars worth of collateral, forty eight million coming from Miami
Star Island, which he lives on, and then two million
coming from his mother's home.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
The judge said, absolutely not.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Did He's attorney is saying that the reason why that
they they went in and they seized him that night
is so that they could deny him this. So did
he was there to turn himself in and say, hey,
I'm here, you know, take take me, and they said
absolutely not, absolutely not. They seize him. So therefore his

(03:58):
bail no longer. They're going to have appeal hearing on
that later on this morning. When there's more on that one,
I will of course keep you update on it.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
So where is did he staying?

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Left Downtown New York on his way to m D Brooklyn,
which have some of the worst conditions in the New
York prison system.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
The meal plan came out.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
If you're curious as to what Diddy is going to
be eating this week, turkey roast tofu rice, boiled potatoes, beets,
and wheat bread with a beverage. Curious to know where
Diddy is going to be kept inside m D Brooklyn.
I doubt he'll be out in gen Pop And I'm
wondering if he'll even really get any of that on

(04:38):
the meal or if that's just made for the internet.
Other famous celebrities that have stayed there Michael Cohen, Fetti,
Wop Are Kelly and their term during their time there
before they were you know, sentenced to other facilities. His
twins right now are staying with kim Porter is kim
Porter's friend in California. Kim Porter passed away, but the

(05:00):
she's just trying to do their best to keep.

Speaker 3 (05:02):
The twins out of it, I'm assuming.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
But so many things were found in this indictment, including
three AR fifteens with the serial numbers wipe, just stuff
that you're.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
Like, what do you get involved in?

Speaker 2 (05:14):
They're treating them like a mob boss and I bet
guns like that are the reason why. So you heard
a lot about these freak offs, a lot about sex workers.
You even heard the DA talking about it.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
There.

Speaker 2 (05:26):
Just the baby oil is a big trending story. We're
gonna save all of that for the next three things
you need to know. But that's just the first phase
of the downfall of Didias of this morning, all right,
Second and probably lastly and the three things you need
to know this morning. A trending story here in Cincinnati
is the fact that Pey Course Stadium is looking to
upgrade in the billions when their lease ends with Hamilton

(05:48):
County and twenty twenty six. Here's the clip of what
the video trailer sounded like.

Speaker 5 (05:52):
The south end zone raised and expanded to meet your
expectations for this team three sixty five spaces the championship
experience for the five one three.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
We're looking at one point four million square feet to
one point nine million square feet. All of this would
cost one point two five billion. All right, that is
three things you need to know, really more like two
and a half. On September eighteenth, best way to keep
listening to TIF in the Morning is on iHeartRadio. When
you search Kiss one oh seven one the play button
right there you can lock in for the rest of

(06:25):
the show because we're commercial free.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
At seven oh five.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
You're waking up with fifth in the Morning Kiss one
O seven to one.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Hi, good morning. I hope you're off to a good start.
And if you have a family dog, then I'm gonna
need to lean into a little bit.

Speaker 3 (06:41):
This morning.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
When I was home visiting my family over Labor Day weekend.
And by the way, sorry, I brought in my friend
Sarah from seven hundred WLWN WEBN good Morning because I
felt like I just needed someone else in the room
while I was telling the story. Okay, I'm kind of yeah,
And I feel like you're a good person to lean
on emotionally if I need some help.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
Oh I love that. Okay, let's hear it.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
So when I was home over Labor Day weekend, I
noticed that our family dog.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
Didn't look well, how old is this dog?

Speaker 2 (07:17):
I'm not kidding. I think it's fourteen or fifteen years old, Okay,
my dog is fourteen. Okay, And if you're a visual person,
you can check my stories at the tiff Potter if
you want to weigh in on it. So it just
looks old and like it's so cute and tubby. It's
this like tiny, little white like Chihuahua dog and it's
like definitely overweight, and it's like it's so.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
Cute and tubby. So it's well loved.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
Yeah, and it just kind of like drags its like
little belly on to the ground.

Speaker 6 (07:44):
I get that I have a wiener dog and she
does the exact same.

Speaker 3 (07:47):
Book, so this is kind of gross.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
But oh no, she has this skin sore underneath her
belly or on her belly, rather underneath her on her
dog belly, and it's it's bad.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
It's really bad.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
And I I don't know, my dad said for a
little while, and I didn't notice it, and he's trying
to conceal it. So I picked up the dog and
I handed the dog to my dad and I said, oh,
she's sticky underneath. I thought she might have laid in
some of the junk that we were cleaning out when
we were doing the Horner clean. Now, yeah, come to
find out, I put my hand in what is like

(08:28):
a sore, the wound a wound, and I was like, Dad, like,
what is that? And he you could tell, he was
a little on the like embarrassed side about it, and
he was like, it's nothing, it's not a big deal.
It's not a big deal.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
And I said, no, what, Like what is that?

Speaker 2 (08:44):
And he described it as something called that The vet
said it was a puffy. I don't know what that is.
I'm not looking it up. I wouldn't recommend looking it up.
But if you're a vet and you know what it is,
please call and save me.

Speaker 3 (08:54):
I don't know essentially either. No, I don't know what
that is.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
It's a puffy, it's it's a just a gin skin sore.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
But it looks as if it's rotting.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
And I think she's starting to smell like she's kind
of legitimately rotting.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
Okay, so he's taken her to the vet.

Speaker 6 (09:10):
What are they going to do about it, like they said,
the healing process.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
They said, there's really nothing they can do. They said,
it's either.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
You have to put her down or you kind of
just give her the best life that you can for
the rest of her life.

Speaker 6 (09:25):
Does she seem like she's in pain, like when you
grabbed her? Did she you tell me when you when
you go, no, she didn't wins.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
When you guys, go back through and look at the photo,
you guys tell me if she looks like she's in
pain or not. She looks like just a tubby, little
white chinawa.

Speaker 6 (09:37):
I mean my sister that when you picked her up,
and she didn't make any sort of like noiseer. Okay,
that's good. But my sister went to the house. This
is labor day, guys, so we're fast forward a couple
of weeks later. My sister went to the house and
she's like, tiff, it smells like roadkill in there. Oh,
And she's like, I think it might be coming from
the dog, which is.

Speaker 3 (09:58):
Where she's literally rotting, which is he's so sad. But
she looks like in good spirits and fine.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
So I think I need to have a conversation with
my dad, Like I think it's time that you have
to put your dog down, and I don't have a
close emotional connection to this dog, so I'm not kind
of tearing up about this because I was moved out
almost kind of on my own, living in college at
that point, and then living in Boston after that full time,

(10:25):
so I don't really have that like deep, deep emotional connection,
which is why I needed you to come in this morning,
because I don't really know how to approach the situation
with my dad.

Speaker 6 (10:33):
And no one is more obsessed with their dog than me.
I love my little Mini. I got her when she
was six weeks old, and yeah, she's over fourteen now,
and that is really hard once they get older and
you notice that things are not how they were a
few years ago. I mean, my dog has fatty tumors
all over her body, which are apparently fine.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
But how would what's your advice on how I should
approach my dad?

Speaker 6 (10:59):
But that is really really hard when you're on the
outside of things and you can see that this dog
is not okay, but you know that your dad is
really close with the dog and probably needs this whole
baby in his life for the company and the companionship.
But that's a really fine line, you know, to tell
your dad, like, Hey, I don't think this is a
good situation, but I think I definitely have to talk

(11:20):
to him about it.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
Okay, But I'm asking you, how would you approach I
would you want to be approached?

Speaker 3 (11:27):
Because that's so hard for me. It's a mini close
to my dog.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
If Minnie's at the end of her life and your
husband JD says, hey, I think it's time that we
have to put her down.

Speaker 3 (11:35):
How what would how would you want to be consoled
in that moment?

Speaker 7 (11:38):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (11:38):
I would start I would just start bawling. But I
mean I would like to hear options. Everybody always wants options.
But if there's nothing to do for this dog and
you don't want to see her living and misery, I
think that's a good that's a good way to go
about it. Like, Hey, this dog is clearly not okay.
Do you want this to be how her life is?
Is her rotting like this? This is not how anyone

(12:00):
would want to live. I mean, it's so sad because
I can't even imagine my dog going through this, and
I'm like getting all soaked up over here. But nobody
wants to face this right when they've got this pop
at this age, they know that the dog's life is
coming to a close. No nobody wants to live without
their dog. It's awful. But the reality is is that

(12:22):
this dog is on its final leg.

Speaker 2 (12:25):
Literally, and the truth is so hard we laugh to
keep from crying.

Speaker 3 (12:30):
But I'm glad that the dog is not in pain.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
Here's what we're gonna do. Five one three seven four
nine one oh seven one oh. If your vet, first
of all, I would love to talk to you in
this situation, if it just if you've had to go
through something like this, if you've had to share in
this family experience and kind of be the one to
guide your family towards this, please send help, please, And
if you need a visual of a fat, tubby white dog,

(12:54):
please go to my stories.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
I don't even want to see it.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
So Hi, good morning. You're waking up with TIF in
the morning on Kisuano seven one.

Speaker 3 (13:05):
If you're here for the.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
Commercial, free music, amazing, If you're here for the conversation.
I feel like my show does a good job of
trying to balance what's happening in the celebrity world and
what's happening in our own worlds, and just bringing it
to the same kitchen table to chat about it every
single morning on my show, and today, unfortunately, is about
my family dog. If you're a visual person, this tubby

(13:30):
little white chihuahuas on my story, you have to tap
through a bunch of other things, but eventually you'll know
it when you see it at the tiff to F's
potter like the Wizard. I think it might be time
for me to have a really tough heart to heart
with my dad about this dog because it's really not
doing well and I just I needed to lean on
someone on how to have this conversation this morning. So

(13:52):
if you've gone through it, thank you for sharing. We're
gonna start with you. You're on the air this morning.
Thanks for stopping by.

Speaker 7 (13:57):
The same thing with my own dog.

Speaker 8 (13:59):
You at at the end of his life, and it
was a real sad situation, but I just I saw
he was a little miserable, but since he wasn't in pain,
I did keep him around just because he was a
part to our family.

Speaker 2 (14:12):
Right, So, how do you approach this situation with your
own family or how did like I just don't know
where to go from your like our conversation right now
to having this one with my dad on how to
put the dog down if needed right.

Speaker 7 (14:25):
Because a lot of people from the outside told me
the same thing.

Speaker 8 (14:29):
He does look miserable at his last stages.

Speaker 7 (14:32):
But in my mind it's like I couldn't come to
terms with putting him down and myself, and I was like,
if he's on his last few months, why not let
him go out naturally, make him as comfortable as possible, and.

Speaker 9 (14:44):
Just allowed the course to run itself and did it. Yes,
Actually it worked out perfectly. We are as a Sunday evening,
we are all home when it happened.

Speaker 7 (14:55):
We could all console him. It was like what I wanted,
but it was a very hard process to like other
people to see if we go through.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Sure, I'm sure and I can hear it in your
voice now that it's still pretty painful.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
I'm sorry about that losing dog.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
It's I'm sure, it's an unimaginable feeling, and I'm thinking
of you.

Speaker 3 (15:15):
What's your name, by the way, with neighborhood.

Speaker 7 (15:17):
You in as we read a seimer from Covedale.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
Thanks for your input. I appreciate you, gal.

Speaker 3 (15:22):
You have a great day and good luck.

Speaker 2 (15:24):
The thing is, though I'd mentioned this earlier with Sarah
when we were chit chatting that it smells a little
like it's rotting.

Speaker 3 (15:34):
That's that's why.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
That's why I'm like, I don't know if we can
wait for it to go over the Rainbow Bridge because
it's like rotting. Nonetheless, thank you for your input. If
we've moved on from this and you still want to contribute,
you can talk back with Tiff on iHeartRadio or just
suit me a DM.

Speaker 3 (15:49):
Okay, hey, we're still commercial for you.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
In the meantime, pay Core Stadium is trending big time
today and I'll explain why at.

Speaker 3 (15:57):
Six point fifty.

Speaker 2 (15:58):
But I figured other NFL stadiums are trending this morning
for how good their food is. Do you think Paycorn
could keep up with some of these NFL stadiums if
they end up going through with the renovations and stuff.
We'll chitchat about that. In two songs, You're waking up.

Speaker 1 (16:15):
With fifth in the morning High Kiss one O seven
to one.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
Quickly, Shabouzi is at our iHeartRadio Music Festival. You'll hear
that on Kiss one O seven one this Friday and
Saturday night. Huge hu hooge Huge, And then he's performing
at the Forbes thirty Under thirty in the Queen City
at the beginning of next week.

Speaker 3 (16:35):
So he's a busy man, all right.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
You've by now maybe seen some of the news about
Paycorp Stadium and the renovations that were proposed very expensive.
I'll dive into that a little bit more in three
things not far from now, coming up around seven to
fifty ish. But I figured, since that's trendon, let's revisit
some of the other stadiums in the NFL and how

(16:58):
they rank based off of their concessions. So with the
new upgrades that are coming to us, I've seen this
whole list with different like function and flow, new fan
experiences like a nightclub Hello, and then also new concessions
like a market food hall experience that's on the east

(17:22):
sideline level. Quickly, are you a person that goes to
a stadium for just a classic hot dog and pretzel
like myself, or do you really like to dive into
the football or you know fan culinary experience when you
go even Great American Ballpark FC Sincy, they all do
a great job with their food and their function, But
I'm just more of like a hot dog Gally all right,

(17:42):
So top stadiums in the NFL for concessions here we go.
Coming in at number five is Arrowhead. Did you make
your way out there a couple of days ago. You
have to let me know if you agree or not.
With one hundred and forty total concessions. Sofi Stadium home
of the Chargers and the Rams have one hundred and
forty seven. That stadium, I hear is very very high

(18:03):
end in high tech. Coming in at number three Mercedes
Benz Stadium of the Falcons one hundred and fifty one concessions,
Empower Field at Mile High and Denver at one hundred
and seventy three total concessions. And then the number one
stadium in the NFL based on food because we just
love our food experiences, is State Farm Stadium, home of

(18:26):
the Cardinals in Glendale, Arizona, with one hundred and seventy six.
I feel like Arizona would be a great city to
go see a football game in. I mean, obviously all
the other ones I mentioned as well, with the exception,
I feel like Arrowhead is literally in the middle of nowhere,
but you know, people like myself go out to spring

(18:48):
training see the Reds play. I could see Arizona being
a good football city as well. You'll have to let
me know if you're traveling around and keep me posted
on the concessions that you see. All Right, we're about
two songs out from the three things you need to
know to get your day started in Sincy. I mean,
the Ditty indictment is the number one thing we'll talk about.

Speaker 3 (19:06):
If you're like, what is this.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
Baby oil thing I'm seeing with the Freakoffs, I'll have
that more next.

Speaker 3 (19:14):
When you need to know She's got you. It's three
things with tip.

Speaker 2 (19:20):
All right, good morning, we're just before eight o'clock. At
eight thirty, I have your chance to secure those Nelly
tickets at Great American Ballpark, last postgame concert of the season. Okay,
every hour and three things. We have a new update
on Ditty as we just keep turning the corners in
the pages of this indictment, which was released almost twenty
four hours ago.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
The big one is the Freakoffs.

Speaker 2 (19:45):
Uhed, Wow, let's play the audio and then we'll talk
about it.

Speaker 4 (19:51):
They also see evidence of the Freakoffs electronic devices that
contain images and videos of the Freakoffs with multiple victims,
and they seize cases and cases of the kinds of
personal lubricant and baby oil that combs. The staff allegedly
used the stock hotel rooms for the Freakoffs more than
one thousand bottles all together. As you can see here,

(20:14):
this is a drum magazine.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
So in that video they were showing outside of the Freakoff,
they didn't show the baby oil that. While they were
seizing his home back in March, they found AR fifteen's
with the serial numbers wiped and the magazine that he
had just mentioned there. By the way, that's the voice
of the US attorney, Damian Williams. You're gonna hear his
voice quite a bit on my show this morning.

Speaker 10 (20:38):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
Wow, you know when the Feds raided the house, or
even back when the Cassie lawsuit came out in November.

Speaker 3 (20:50):
This is the beginning of the end.

Speaker 2 (20:52):
And boy is this fall from Grace one of the biggest,
if not that we've ever seen. So here's a a
little bit more from the US attorney talking about, Okay,
when the freak Offs happened, how did you stay quiet
from essentially two thousand and eight until now.

Speaker 4 (21:09):
In addition to the violence, the indictment alleges that Combs
threatened and coerced victims to get them to participate in
the freak Offs. He used the embarrassing and sensitive recordings
he made of the freak Offs as collateral against the victims,
and the indictment allege is that he maintained control over
the victims in several ways, including by giving them drugs,

(21:32):
by giving and threatening to take away financial support or housing,
by promising them career opportunities, by monitoring their whereabouts, and
even by dictating their physical appearance.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
And I'm assuming that this Cassie who he's talking about there,
if you're curious as to what he's charged with, if
you forgot in this the entire enterprise, not just him,
Sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purpose of prostitution,
coercion and engaging in prostitution, narcotic offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery,

(22:07):
and obstruction of justice. The minimum is fifteen years minimum
maximum could potentially be life in prison. I had mentioned
this in the last three things. You need to know
that he's staying at MD Brooklyn and that he was
denied bail. He's supposed to have a hearing on that
because his lawyers appealed that later on this morning, when
the morrel'll have it for him, all right. Second, and

(22:29):
probably lastly, and three things you need to know. Other
trending news in Cincinnati this morning is the fact that
Paid Course Stadium's lease with Hamilton County is up in
twenty twenty six, and the new proposal sounds like it
would really continue to elevate the Bengals fan experience along
with the elevation of the team in general, but it

(22:51):
is going to cost a pretty penny. Here's a quick
clip of the video proposal.

Speaker 5 (22:56):
The south end zone raised and expanded to meet your
ex expectations for this team, three sixty five events spaces
a championship experience for the five one three.

Speaker 3 (23:08):
Sounds great right to me.

Speaker 2 (23:10):
The increase would go from one point four million square
feed to one point nine million square feed. The price
tag on all that though as one point twenty five billion.
Now we're still in the conversation stage of this. Luckily
Hamilton County is like, listen, this needs to be a
fifty to fifty split between taxpayers in the Bengals because
that was not the case during the original renovations. And

(23:33):
I'm thinking Bengals if you want this done, you need
to pay for it. Your paycheck in income is much
larger than ours.

Speaker 3 (23:40):
That is three things you.

Speaker 2 (23:41):
Need to know for the eighteenth of September, coming up
next to your chance to win Nelly tickets a day
thirty and we're gonna talk about what you're watching on TV.

Speaker 3 (23:49):
I'll explain why.

Speaker 2 (23:50):
Hi, good morning, you're waking up with Tiff in the
morning on Kiss one oh seven one commercial free and
happy to be with you on this gorgeous Wednesday morning.

Speaker 11 (23:58):
Hey, I absolutely think that j Loo knew a lot
of things that were going on with p Diddy. I
think she saw her a lot. I think maybe they
might be video. I also think that this is part
of the reason her and Ben did not work out,
because of what she knew and things that were coming

(24:23):
to light. I feel like when.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
Jay, oh, you got cut off there, but thank you
for the talk back with TIF. You have thirty seconds
to contribute to whatever it is that we're talking about
this morning, and this just so happens to be about Diddy,
which we dove into in the three Things you need
to Know.

Speaker 3 (24:39):
Great point there.

Speaker 2 (24:40):
I hadn't even started bringing up celebrities yet that knew
about this Jlo and Ben initially, I'm sorry, Jlo and
Didty initially started dating in like the late nineties and
early two thousands, and this case was built from two
thousand and eight on. Does that mean that she didn't

(25:01):
know anything? I don't know, but that makes us a
really good fan theory. We'll spend more time on that later.
And three things. We do it every hour, by the way,
at fifty pass, so we'll get a little while. In
the meantime, we're still commercial free and we need to
I need to pump the brakes. We need to pump
the d D breaks this morning. I need a little
break from We need a little break. Just need to
take a little second here, So two songs from now,

(25:22):
let's clear the juju. Let's sage the room and talk
about what you're watching on TV. It's one of my
favorite things that we do. But I just started a
new series on Apple TV that I want to share
with you. So if you have something that you're obsessed
with right now, new or old, talk back with Tip,
just like she did on iHeartRadio. You'll see the microphone

(25:42):
next to the play button. If you want to contribute,
can always shoot me a DM or call. We'll get
into that around eight twenty and.

Speaker 3 (25:48):
Ooh ooh, ooh ooh. We have to pick our keyword.
Let's pick our keyword.

Speaker 2 (25:53):
Movies and TV will be our keyword for the Nelly
tickets coming up later on around eight thirty.

Speaker 3 (25:59):
Eight this morning, because you're waking up.

Speaker 2 (26:05):
All right, forgive me running a hair behind my office.
Hallways right now at Ihart Cincy are a buzz with
ditty chitter chatter. HEBN and WLW is just chatting with
Mike McConnell from over there, and everyone's just like, this
is a radio station. Is a good place to be
in the morning. Okay, we have to have I cannot
talk about that. We have to pump the brakes on, ditty,

(26:26):
We need a breath, We sage the room. We're moving
on for the moment.

Speaker 3 (26:30):
We're talking about what you're watching on TV.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
So the Emmys the other night gave us a little
taste of what's really big out there to watch.

Speaker 3 (26:40):
I'll tell you right now.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
The platforms that I have are Hulu and Apple TV.
Sometimes I have access to Netflix if it if it
lets me without booting out the password. I started a
new show I want to share with you guys called
Oh my god, I'm it's called monkey something. How am
I blanket on the name. It's an Apple TV exclusive.
I say all the time. Apple TV puts out the

(27:02):
best quality content because they don't do a lot, but
what they do put out has good quality actors, storytelling,
all of the above. It's got Vince Vaughn in it.
Vince Vaughn is one of my favorite comedic actors outside
of like Will Ferrell. I'm such an SNL galley, but
it's good. Vince Vaughn does his typical shtick, you know

(27:24):
what I'm talking about. But it's a like a true
crime comedy and it's got some famous names and faces
that you'll recognize, but the big one is Vince Vaughn.
And so I'm on episode maybe three or four, and
they're pretty long. It's not like an Emily in Paris,
which you talked about a day or so ago, where
it's you know, twenty minute episodes. You're done with a

(27:45):
half a season in a day. This is one that
you can sit down and settle into. I'm also the
type of person that watches multiple TV shows at once
depending on what my mood is. So I'm also in
the midst of watching Lost for the first time in full.
I remember seeing season one in IRL back in their
early thousands.

Speaker 3 (28:04):
But I had to start over. That's just a wild ride.

Speaker 2 (28:06):
Sometimes my brain's like I can't, I can't deal with this,
but you're hooked in at the same time. I have
to be in the right mood. I'm in the midst
of season two on that one. Some of the other
bigger trending shows that won Emmy's Showgun, which is a
Hulu experience, I started watching the first episode and it
wasn't the right time for me. I'm such a vibes

(28:28):
person and I was like, I'm just not catching a
vibe from this. Hacks one. Never seen that one. The
Bear I've always spoken highly of that picked up some awards,
and what else. The Baby Reindeer Show from Netflix also won.
Not one I have access to. But those are the
three ish big ones that I've seen with awards.

Speaker 3 (28:50):
Never heard of Hack.

Speaker 2 (28:51):
Actually I've heard of Hacks, but I've never seen it.
Don't gatekeep if there's something that you're watching. It's kind
of one of those things where it's when you love something,
the only thing you can do is share it with somebody.
So I think it's as we head into cooler weather
at one point or another. Not this week, it's going
to be in the eighties. The biggest gift you can
give someone is what you're watching on TV. Tend to
get caught up in a lot of the trailers.

Speaker 10 (29:13):
I recently deleted all of my social media okay, because
I felt like I was on my phone too much
and I felt like it was affecting my life. But
now the limited phone time that I do have, I
spent scrolling the Zillo app, which is so unbelievably embarrassing
to admit. I feel like a pseudo real estate agent.
And it's just like, I don't know if this is
a good or a bad thing, better or worse than
being on Instagram.

Speaker 3 (29:34):
Well, thank you for the talkback with TIF.

Speaker 2 (29:35):
I love that you can contribute to the show when
you search us on iHeartRadio. The microphone's next to the Playbond, Yeah,
watch TV, scroll Zillow, whatever works for you. By the way,
movie and TV is the keyword you're going to need
for the Nelly tickets here coming up in a few minutes.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
You're waking up with Skiff in the morning. Kiss one
O seven to one.

Speaker 2 (29:53):
All right, good morning.

Speaker 3 (29:54):
I'm hoping that you have a keyword for me.

Speaker 12 (29:56):
Ruby and TV.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
Congratulations you are calling number ten. You are. Yeah, you're
going to see Nellie a Great American Ballpark for the
final postgame concert of the year.

Speaker 7 (30:11):
All right, thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (30:13):
You're welcome.

Speaker 3 (30:13):
What's your favorite Nelly song?

Speaker 12 (30:15):
The one that's just played?

Speaker 2 (30:22):
What's your name of what neighborhood you waking up with
me in this morning? Amy?

Speaker 7 (30:26):
And I'm calling from Goshen.

Speaker 2 (30:27):
Amy, Thanks for listening to Tiff in the morning.

Speaker 9 (30:29):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
Is is there.

Speaker 2 (30:31):
A TV show or a movie that you're obsessed with
right now? Since we're in the midst of talking about.

Speaker 12 (30:36):
That, Oh goodness, goodness, I can't think right off on
the spot.

Speaker 7 (30:42):
I know I've watched a couple of good ones lately,
but uh, to give it right away.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
All right, Well, thank you for the call. People tend
to panic when they get on the radio.

Speaker 3 (30:50):
You shouldn't. It's just me.

Speaker 2 (30:52):
If you took an l on these tickets, set a
reminder on Eat thirty every day that I have them
for you for the next couple of days.

Speaker 3 (30:57):
And then also John John's going to hook you up
this afternoon too.

Speaker 2 (30:59):
At fourth okay, coming up next to the three things
you need to know to get your day started. And
since you obviously know where this train is going, but
if you need a reminder, we're gonna hear from Ditty's lawyer.

Speaker 3 (31:13):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with tip.

Speaker 2 (31:19):
Good morning. We're just about twenty four hours from at
this point of having rather the Ditty indictment. It feels
like every corner that we turn, every page that we
go through, we learn new things. So I've spent the
majority of our three things talking about this. In the
last hour we talked about the freak offs, and the
hour before that we talked about where he's staying and

(31:41):
what he's charged with. Now in this hour, let's che
chat about his lawyer and what these charges really mean
for Ditty. So this is the first time today we're
going to hear from him. The court sketches came out
and the reporter at CNN said it looked as if
Ditty was surprised on some of these charts.

Speaker 3 (32:00):
No, he definitely was not.

Speaker 13 (32:02):
I mean I told him myself in early September, you
are going to be arrested soon and you're going to
be charged with racketeering and you can be charged with
sex Draftking, so come to New York.

Speaker 3 (32:12):
It wasn't a long conversation.

Speaker 13 (32:14):
He agreed, so we knew this was coming, and in fact,
we offered that he would turn himself in.

Speaker 2 (32:19):
The thing about offering to turn yourself in is what
I think his initial plan was to do that yesterday morning,
but they seized him the night before. Is now that
they're because they were able to do that, they're able
to deem him a flight risk and that he was
constantly obstructing justice. What does that mean? That means that
he's denied bail. And I talked about this at six am,

(32:40):
that he tried to put up fifty million dollars for
bail and they said no, they're going to try to
appeal that today. But according to CNN, I don't think
that he's going to get the bail. Let's talk about
what he's actually charged with and what this means. Three
different counts. Count one is racketeering conspiracy prize of the

(33:00):
business related to sex trafficking. Count number two, which is
the biggest one, talks about sex trafficking by forced fraud
or coercion, transporting women across state lines by force, which
means minimum sentence of fifteen years. Mandatory max or I'm

(33:21):
sorry max sentence would be life in prison for that
one charge alone.

Speaker 12 (33:25):
Count two is charges sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion,
meaning that Shawcoms participated in transporting women across state lines
for illegal sexual purposes by force or by threats or
by intimidation. That is an extraordinarily serious charge if prosecution
for the prosecution can prove that. The minimum sentence there

(33:48):
if they convict Shawcom's on that is fifteen years and
the maximum is life.

Speaker 2 (33:54):
And then lastly, that third charge is more just I
guess a general trafficking charge. So well, when there's more
on that, I'll have it for you. I had mentioned
this also earlier in the show that he was transported
to M D. Brooklyn. Conditions are some of the worst.
The meal plan turkey roast tofu rice, boiled potatoes, beats,

(34:14):
wheatbread and a beverage.

Speaker 3 (34:16):
The man's coming from a life of luxury.

Speaker 2 (34:18):
To a piece of wheat bread, and I don't even
know if he'll get that. Other people isn't how the
universe works with this? Other people that have stayed at
MD Brooklyn, including Michael Cohen, Fetti, wop R Kelly, and
Ghislie Maxwell. And by the way, Gislaine just lost her
appeal of sex trafficking conviction of hers as well. She's

(34:41):
facing twenty years behind bars and she was convicted of
that back in twenty twenty one for helping to recruit
in groom underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein, who committed suicide
in twenty nineteen. This is the beginning. This is the beginning.
There'll be more to come on this, all right. Speaking
of convicts, the Delvy spent her first night on Dancing

(35:03):
with the Stars, I tell you, The Bachelor and Dancing
with the Stars not television that I usually watch on
a personal level.

Speaker 3 (35:09):
But I guess you know she had her first night,
did well. I guess I did not have time for this.

Speaker 2 (35:18):
I did not have time. But yeah, all right, and
let's just take a detour from prison. Travis Kelsey purchased
Patrick Mahomes a birthday gift, and here it is.

Speaker 3 (35:29):
Travis got me Louis Vauton golf bag.

Speaker 11 (35:33):
So that that was gonna be sweet. I don't know
how much I can use that on the golf course.
But it will be nice to have.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
You know, when you have a lot of money in
this world, what do you do You buy a Louis
golf bag.

Speaker 3 (35:43):
Funny, we should do a whole thing on that.

Speaker 2 (35:46):
Guys that buy guys other gifts for their birthday?

Speaker 3 (35:49):
What do you get each other?

Speaker 2 (35:51):
All Right, that's it for three things on the eighteenth
of September. Best of me to stay engaged in SIF
in the morning, lock in Babe, search Kiss Onono seven
one on iHeartRadio.
