Speaker 1 (00:02):
Lay yeah, yeah, good morning. Well tonight tonight is the
night we're gonna see that live at Great American Ballpark,
Nelly postgame concert.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
I have your tickets for that and.
Speaker 1 (00:16):
Like like a little bit more than an hour at
eight thirty this morning, it's your last chance to go.
Speaker 2 (00:22):
Good morning.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
You're waking up with TIF in the morning on Kissuano
seven one commercial free Sarah Elise from down the Halls.
Speaker 2 (00:27):
It popped in here. I'm doing Split the Pot tonight.
This is big tiff.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
The proceeds go to the Reds Community Fund. Love that,
but I've never done Split the Pot. You're like the
Queen of GABP. Do you have any advice for me?
Speaker 3 (00:41):
Just get on the megaphone, have fun with it, be
yourself and get people to spend their money for a
great cause. So fifty percent will go to them, fifty
percent goes to the Reds Community Fund, and the winner
is announced at the end of the weekend. So you're
getting the weekend series started. It all starts with you
tonight to.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
Okay, But I just do you just walk around? How
heavy do you commit to this?
Speaker 2 (01:03):
You just stand around?
Speaker 3 (01:04):
Do you just stand there at the booth like I
kind of go up and down the concourse a little bit.
Speaker 2 (01:08):
Okay, so you're not trolling up and down, you're not
going up and down steps. Nope.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
So the Reds Community Fund booth is right there at
the main entrance to the left when you walk in
and you're kind of just hanging out in that area.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
Yeah, if you're going, please give me your money tonight.
Speaker 3 (01:23):
Yeah, please please make me look good. I'm recommending the
Ellie Special. It's twenty bucks and you get forty four
entries in it.
Speaker 2 (01:32):
It's the best for your buck. Oh yeah, okay, we
can do this, and then do you drink a little
snack a little while you're selling? Split the pot?
Speaker 3 (01:40):
When I did it, I was told I was not
allowed to have beverages until I was done.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
Well, this is dumb. How long do you commit to this?
Usually when you do it, I did it the entire game.
Speaker 3 (01:50):
A lot of the celebrities do it up until first
pitch our pem.
Speaker 1 (01:53):
Doos teacher's pet here. Okay, Well, if you are going
to the game tonight, look for me. Give me your
money to make me look good, and then I don't
know what I'll do in return and hopefully get you
the Nelly tickets to see him at eight thirty this morning.
He's coming tonight, Sarah. Two songs from now. We're gonna
chit chat about this a little bit more.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
What the hell is going on in China with the
little baby?
Speaker 4 (02:16):
What?
Speaker 2 (02:17):
No well mood?
Speaker 1 (02:18):
Dang is a vibe. But I'm what is going on
in this in the zoos of China? Oh?
Speaker 2 (02:24):
The fake panda? What is going on in China?
Speaker 3 (02:28):
I'm like, there are two different things going on here
with animals.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
If you have a dog at home and you wish
you had at panda, all you gotta do is go
to your local home depot and I'll explain why.
Speaker 2 (02:40):
Next you're waking up with the morning kiss one.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
What the hell is going on in China? First of all,
if you've seen the pictures in the videos, you know
that our very own Princess Fiona has some stiff competition.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
Do you think she's taken a back seat to this
new baby.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
I haven't seen the Cincinnati Zoo post about Fiona in
response or any baby photos or videos of Fiona from
years past in response to this, if we don't know
what you're talking about. By the way, that's the voice
of Sarah at last. She works at the WEBN kid
Chris Morning Show, and she's.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
Also my work a bestage.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
Mood Dang has taken over the Internet in a way
that I can't even function.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
When I see these pictures in video, I stop every time.
She's my whole for you page. But never forget that
we are the og spot for the baby hippos. But
this girl has a special place in my heart already.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
Well, Fiona was the body positive role model we all
needed back in the twenty twenty in twenty nineteen. But
mood Dang is just like always wet, always wet, always wet,
always so squishy, And she has about fifty million.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
Rolls I know.
Speaker 3 (04:08):
And now they have a camera on her twenty four
to seven, so you can tune into their YouTube page
just to see what she's doing. And get this, her
name means bouncy pork. Moodang is bouncy pork. And I
guess the people in this city where she's at they
had voted on a perfect name for her, and that
(04:28):
was what they came up with. Moodang.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Moodang I bouncy pork. I got myself saying like I
just want to squeeze Moodang.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
I just want to be sir.
Speaker 3 (04:35):
I just want to squeeze her so bad she'd slip
right out of her arms though, Oh yeah slippery, and
we'd probably need two people to hold her in general,
because she's a thick galley.
Speaker 1 (04:45):
Again, the world needs more body positive role models. So
we've got Fiona and Moodang. I wonder if they've texted
or not. Okay, we got sidetracked with Moodang. The reason
why I want to know what the hell's going on
in China At a different uh huh, the zoo keepers
tried to pass off two dogs as pandas by painting
(05:07):
them black and white.
Speaker 3 (05:09):
Yeah, we did this story a while back, and they
tried to cover it up. They're like, no, these are
actual pandas, and now they're being exposed.
Speaker 2 (05:18):
The zoo people were like, no, we heard.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
Those pandas barking, What the hell are you trying to do?
Speaker 2 (05:27):
From Afar? From Afar like you hear me far away?
Speaker 1 (05:31):
Yes, you would see it and be like, okay, that
could be like a sprightly panda brightly you know it's
long haired. They did a decent dye job. Whenever they
had a dresser was did a decent job with it.
You get up close and you're like, that's not a panda.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
What is a dog? What are you doing? I'm doing that.
Speaker 3 (05:52):
I love it though they're like, we couldn't find baby
pandas we know, they're a thing you get dogs.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
If you haven't seen these videos yet, I'll do my
best to put them up at Kiss one O seven
to bring you joy this morning.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
In a competition, who do you think would win? Moodang?
Speaker 3 (06:09):
I'm putting all my money on Moodang. That is my girly.
I'm so grateful for Twitter and showing me exactly what
I need to see every day with all the Moodang updates,
the memes, it's awesome.
Speaker 1 (06:20):
Let me tell you this, what you're getting out of
Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Zoo is authenticity always one hundred
percent of the time.
Speaker 2 (06:31):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
Huh ki.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
So I think it's very very clear that I don't
do well with change because I've been nothing but a hater.
On this new Zincinnati location down at the Riverfront, I'm
going to introduce you guys to a new voice, not
new to me, but you might have not heard him
on my show before this is Brian Combs from seven
hundred WLW.
Speaker 2 (06:53):
You live on the Kentucky side of the water.
Speaker 1 (06:55):
Shit, you've seen them put this whole thing together and
you've walked through it.
Speaker 2 (07:00):
I think it's awesome. You do, I really do.
Speaker 5 (07:03):
For a long time, I think they've needed to move
TASA Cincinnati october Fest to the riverfront, get them out
of the the footprint of downtown. We had people really
complaining tasa's incantati close streets for like a week mess
those couple of mornings when they were setting up. And
now you know they had a couple of weeks to
(07:25):
set up. They've expanded from you know, Yateman's Cove all
the way down to through Sawyer Point. I know the
pickleball people that I play with are excited about being able.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
To play weekend.
Speaker 5 (07:36):
And then have a beer in october Fest afterwards. But
I mean, it looks great. It looks like last night
things worked out really well. I didn't go over last night,
but like for me, it's gonna be a really short
walk across the people Bridge right into the heart of it.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
Look at you, no uber needed walk, right, Ye, It's
gonna be awesome.
Speaker 1 (07:54):
So the there's two giant tents. Thank god it's not
going to rain. But then are their bands set up
in the test.
Speaker 5 (08:02):
Five or six stages, so there'll be bands in those
tents they've got. They're going to use the stage down
in front of the wall. Yesterday it did like the
stein races and the barrel races and stuff right there,
and uh yeah, I mean you'll be able to spread out.
They're telling people to bring their lawn chairs and you know,
blank blankets and stuff, and you know, I mean, I
(08:22):
don't know you've been there. I've been there on Saturday
night when it is wall to wall people right, and
you get you're crammed in between the buildings and you
can't move and you can't get to the beer booth.
And I mean, I think it ends up being more
frustrating than anything else.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
So this will eliminate that, though it should. I mean,
I'm sure they're still going to be crowds. They're saying
eight hundred thousand people.
Speaker 1 (08:40):
So Brian Combs is walking through october Fest and what's
the first thing that he's going to eat? When when
you're there brought with sour crowd, you knew you could
no doubt.
Speaker 5 (08:50):
In fact, I had Newport had their mini version of
Octoberfest last weekend. Yeah, and I had. That was the
first place I went. More Line Logger houses, pretzel bun
with a Broughton sour kraup.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
Okay, I'm going to go with a pretzel for sure
when I'm down there this weekend.
Speaker 2 (09:05):
But overall one to ten for those.
Speaker 1 (09:08):
That are like cautious with change, like myself, You're what
are you giving this location?
Speaker 2 (09:13):
Perfect location? I mean, I think it's where it should
have been all along.
Speaker 5 (09:17):
You've got all the parking at the banks, you know,
for people to put the car there and then and
walk down the banks. I think probably a little disappointed
that it was moved that far away because they had
it on Third Street for a while and that helped
the bars there. But they're doing all kinds of Octoberfest
activities as well. So if you get a little cramped
(09:37):
down on the riverfront or you're looking for somewhere to
go at eleven o'clock when Octoberfest closes, all the banks
bars will be doings.
Speaker 1 (09:43):
You know, no where to find me with the Dora Cup.
Thank you, You're welcome.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
G When you need to know, She's got you. It's
three things with tiff On Moo dang.
Speaker 1 (10:14):
I cannot stop saying her name now that we talked
about her in the last hour. Okay, you want to
hear something fascinating about the Bengals and where they rank
as far as expenses go for us to watch them
live out of all the sports in the United States
of America.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
Listen to this new.
Speaker 5 (10:32):
Repour shows the Bengals are one of the most expensive
teams to watch in person in all of Major League Sports.
Gaming today puts the Bengals in the top ten of
all of the one hundred and fifty two professional teams.
Rankings are based on the price being paid on secondary
markets for tickets. Bengals ninth with an average price of
three hundred and ten dollars. Nine of the top ten
teams and sports are all in the NFL, with Dallas
(10:53):
the top the list, averaging four hundred per game. Long
team outside of the NFL the LA Lakers. This week,
the Bengals are one of two Monday night games, so
the game is sold out. Verified resale tickets going for
between one hundred and the upper deck and a thousand
in the West Club area.
Speaker 1 (11:06):
Wooh okay, after going on and to are you spending
a grand to go see them on Monday night? No judgment,
I'm just curious as to who I'm talking to and
who I'm working with today. Speaking of Joe, Burrows asked
this question. Okay, I'm gonna let I'm gonna let the
question write out. But this is the rich is in show,
which I'm If I say the name and that sounds
familiar to you, good If not, it wasn't to me either,
(11:27):
But again, not a sports connoisseur of all the interviewers
out there, but he had asked, Joe, do you beat
yourself up when you lose in things of that nature?
Speaker 4 (11:41):
Of course, I'm always looking for where I can get
an edge, where i can improve myself. No, I expect
to play close to perfect football, and when I don't,
I'm pretty hard on myself and always looking for little
(12:01):
areas to improve my game. And you know, I would
say Sunday was not perfect by any means. So that's
always what I'm striving for. I'm striving for perfecsion and
you know if you make little increments towards that goal,
then you know that's a recipe for success.
Speaker 2 (12:19):
Well, who do you speak to when you beat yourself up?
Just yourself? Who's in yourself? That's it?
Speaker 4 (12:24):
Yeah, I talk to myself and uh no, I'm definitely
harder on myself than than anybody else's around me.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
And I think did I? I was sad when I
heard that. Who do you talk to? Myself? Like Joe Mine?
Speaker 1 (12:43):
You can reach out anytime, guy, I got you.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
You know I might.
Speaker 1 (12:47):
I might not even watch the game I got. I'll
be at Sabrina Carpenter on Monday night when we play
The Commander.
Speaker 2 (12:52):
So you know what you can. You gotta go.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
You guys know this too. You have a shoulder to
cry and you got a friend in me? Is usually
what I say when I meet someone. All right, lastly,
in three things you need to know this morning, Our
iHeartRadio Music Festival kicks off in Las Vegas tonight and
you'll hear it here on Kiss one oh seven one
later on tonight when you're out and about because it's
a busy weekend here in Cincy. You can also watch
(13:15):
it live on streaming as well, and we have performances
from Shaboozi, Pairmore, Big Sean, Camila Cabeo, Gwen Stefani, the weekend,
dua lipa coldplate, and more. It's happening throughout the weekend,
and of course we'll have all the behind the scenes
for you on social as well if you're following at
Kiss one oh seven. Every year I ask them if
(13:35):
they will allow me to be the voice of God
of that show and that arena, and they have yet
to say yes. But you know what, I'm just gonna
keep striving for my dreams, babe.
Speaker 2 (13:44):
All right?
Speaker 1 (13:44):
Coming up at eight thirty, your chance to win Nelly
tickets will be at Great American Ballpark tonight.
Speaker 2 (13:50):
Don't go anywhere.
Speaker 1 (13:51):
Best way to keep listening is on the iHeartRadio app
by searching Kiss one oh seven one, Good Morning, Good morning.
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven one.
Speaker 2 (14:00):
Happy Friday.
Speaker 1 (14:01):
By the way, you can always access my show through
iHeartRadio by searching Kiswano step and one. One of my
favorite things to do in this world is party and
that doesn't necessarily mean with alcohol, right. I just love
a good time. I love energy, I love having fun.
I don't care who was around. I love being around
(14:21):
good people. I'm such a vibes person and I feel
like there is no one better at delivering vibes in Cincinnati,
especially tonight of Friday of October Fest weekend than Nelly.
He's gonna be a great American ballpark tonight. I have
your final chance to play for the tickets coming up
in two songs around eight thirty. We're gonna do finish
(14:42):
the lyric. And I've already said this. You know we're
going deep cuts.
Speaker 2 (14:46):
On some of these.
Speaker 1 (14:47):
I'm just I'm not gonna say like it's getting hot
and you say, and here, you know we're going We're
going deep. So I'm gonna do a little of a
bonus round for us right now, just to give you
a taste of what's coming in a few minutes. See,
let's see if we can finish this one together, because
I would hate to play the song and then you
not know the lyric.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
That would be the worst. What do you have?
Speaker 4 (15:13):
Do?
Speaker 6 (15:13):
You got it?
Speaker 2 (15:27):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (15:28):
By the way, when you're not doing anything at some
point today, maybe it's your lunch break, you have to
go to YouTube and watch the music video for this.
It makes absolutely no sense an early two thousands music video,
yet at the same time it makes perfect sense. It's
like too much but not enough at the same time.
All Right, your chance, let's do it. I'll give you
(15:49):
a little taste of Nelly right now. What it's gonna
be like, Just scream at the top of your lungs
at Great American Ballpark tonight with myself and kiss one
oh seven one, and you have a chance to play
for them two songs from now.
Speaker 3 (16:01):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning on just
one O seven to one.
Speaker 1 (16:04):
Alrighty, you are calling number ten? Are you ready to play?
Nelly finished the lyrics.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
I'm ready to hint it.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
Okay, I feel like you got this girl. I mean,
you've got to have good energy. Here we go.
Speaker 2 (16:17):
Give me your name. What neighborhood you're waking up with
me in this morning?
Speaker 3 (16:20):
Mia?
Speaker 2 (16:21):
And I'm okay, Mia, here we go.
Speaker 6 (16:30):
My butt's getting big, it's getting.
Speaker 2 (16:35):
You did it girl? Okay? Number one done? Here we go.
Song number two? You got it so far to U
two and oh, here we go? Last one? At least
one or two more? How are you feeling better.
Speaker 1 (16:55):
Than I was when I got on the call?
Speaker 2 (16:56):
Okay, we got me up?
Speaker 6 (16:58):
Did you want to go listen to love lovey? Hey
's see the money.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
You got it, girl, you got all three of them right.
Speaker 1 (17:15):
You're going to see Nelly with Kiss one O seven
one and myself tonight at Great American Ballpark.
Speaker 2 (17:20):
Girl, Oh my god, I'm so excited.
Speaker 1 (17:23):
Congratulations Miya. Thank you for listening to TIF in the
morning every day.
Speaker 5 (17:27):
No travel.
Speaker 4 (17:28):
I love you guys.
Speaker 2 (17:29):
Oh, thank you.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
I hope you have fun. We're gonna have ourselves a time.
If not, we'll always make it a time. If you
took an L on these tickets, I'm doing Celebrities split
the pot tonight.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
I'm gonna put the.
Speaker 1 (17:41):
Link on our page and all proceeds go back to
the Reds Community Fund. So if you're gonna be there, great,
I'd love to see you. If not, and you can support,
we'd love I'd love to have you. I appreciate it
more than you know, and I'm sure the Reds do
as well.
Speaker 2 (17:53):
Commercial free coming up at eight fifty.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
I got the three things you need to know to
get your day started in Cincy.
Speaker 2 (17:58):
Congratulations Mia.
Speaker 6 (18:06):
Glenn.
Speaker 2 (18:06):
You need to know she's got you. It's three things
with tip on Kiss When I was seven one.
Speaker 1 (18:17):
Hi, good morning, We're just before nine o'clock. It's gorgeous
outside a beautiful blue sky, sunshine. Leaves are trying to change,
not a lot of rain for them to do so
at the moment, but that'll change. In the beginning part
of next week. We'll see some scattered showers. Fortunately, it
is going to stay dry through Octoberfest, which is great.
With those giant tents on the grass, that would have
(18:38):
been a nightmare. So all looks well for the weekend.
Right outside of that major event, the second major event
happening in Cincy this weekend is this Independent Film Festival,
which is Cincinnati's home.
Speaker 2 (18:50):
For independent filmmakers.
Speaker 1 (18:51):
Hundreds and thousands of people will roll through this over
the next couple of days. It started last night, that
goes through tonight and tomorrow. In fact, the iHeart Media
Red carpet reception kicks off tonight at seven o'clock.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
And it just looks like a really cool experience.
Speaker 1 (19:07):
It's set up like any major festival where if you
go online you'll see the different things that they are hosting,
the different you know, workshops, et cetera.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
And this is really cool.
Speaker 1 (19:17):
You know, we're on the heels of making that announcement
on TIF in the morning. What was at the beginning
of this week or late last week that Cincinnati is
in the running for the Sundance Film Festival a few
years from now. So this will be one of those
events that if you catch it now, it'll grow and
grow and grow over time. So I highly recommend looking
into that. Also Forbes, thirty Under thirty kicks off in
(19:40):
Cincinnati on Sunday Monday, and it goes through a couple
of days there. I don't have the exact timeline, but
I learned that this week as well. All right, second,
in three things you need to know this morning, there's
probably no bigger artist on the planet right now than
Sabrina Carpenter, and she's going to be teaming up with
Netflix on December sixth for her own music slash variety show.
Sabrina Carpenter is the it girl right now in all facets, music, fashion, makeup, etc.
(20:06):
But there's something about her personality that I think just
speaks to the women of today. She's got this like
dry sense of humor and just this like Jenna se Quas.
You know, she's cute, she's sexy, a little bit of
everything for Sabrina Carpenter. So I can imagine that this show,
which will also have special guests that haven't been announced
(20:28):
will be great, like I said on December sixth. In fact,
her Short and Sweet Tour kicks off in Columbus on
Monday night. It is the first date of her show
a couple of days from now, right here in Ohio.
I'll have all the details for you when we come
back from that one. It also falls on the night
that the Bengals play Monday Night football at home. Who
(20:49):
will you choose, Sabrina or the Bengals. I'll be at
the show, so I'll at least cover you on that one.
Speaking of shows, if you went to pit boll last night,
you'll have to shoot me a DM and let me
know it just as a magical time as it was
the last time he was here. He's such a great
performer and it's like NonStop party, all right. And then
lastly and three things, It is new music Friday. We're
(21:10):
gonna hear from Katy Perry as her one four three
album released officially. She's been releasing songs pretty much weekly
or every other week since we got the announcement of
the album. I'm gonna play one for you now that's
called Wonder.
Speaker 6 (21:29):
Will we still up in wonder.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
This is Katy Perry's seventh studio album, one four three
I Believe means I Love You. And we heard Orlando
Bloom introduce her at the VMAs the other night, and
I always just feel I just send such, you know,
good energy to artists that put albums out because it's
such a big, big project and undertake. So congratulations to
(22:01):
Katie Perry on that one. You'll have to digest it
throughout the weekend and let me know that is three
things you need to know for the twentieth of September.
Speaker 2 (22:09):
We've got another hour to go on this show.
Speaker 1 (22:10):
So the best way to keep listening to TIF in
the morning is on iHeartRadio when you search kiss one
oh seven one.
Speaker 2 (22:16):
I'm with you wherever you go.
