Speaker 1 (00:00):
Glenn. You need to know she's got you. It's three
things with Ti.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Hi, good morning.

Speaker 1 (00:07):
We're just before seven o'clock.

Speaker 3 (00:08):
My friend Sarah from down the hall came in and said,
oh my god, I know that you saw The Joker
last night. I'll have a full review on that at
seven ten. Let's start off with Pete Rose.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
Of course.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
Actually, when I got out of the movie theater late
last night, I checked my email. There was breaking news
across our company that Pete Rose had passed away in
the at.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
The age of eighty three.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
The cause of death still hasn't been released yet, but
I was reading through some of his stats that the
Reds released seventeen seventeen. Time all Star is the all
time MLB leader in hits games played at bat's singles.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
He's won three World Series.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
In seventy five and seventy six, of course with the Reds.
In the eighties with the Phillies, one National League Most
Valuable Player awards, two Golden Glove Awards, and a World
Series MVP title. I mean, the man was is unstoppable.
They called him the hit machine, and here he is

(01:05):
breaking the hit record.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
To one bitch.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Drum showers, shutter, is Rose has at stop.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
That's Summer four thousand, one hundred and ninety two. Whoo.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
I'll have more audio throughout the show, different clips of
Pete Rose and such as we celebrate here in Cincy.
His statue outside of Great American Ballpark is already being
visited in droves, with flowers being placed outside there. The
Reds released a statement saying, and this comes from Bob
cast Sellini, our hearts are deeply saddened by the news
of Pete's passing. He was one of the fiercest competitors

(01:44):
the game's ever seen, and every team he played for
was better because of him.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
Pete and Pete was a read through and through.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
No one loved the game more than Pete, and no
one loved Pete more than Red's Company, We Red's country. Rather,
we must never forget what he had accomplished. Got into
a bit of trouble though, with gambling, did get into
a little bit of trouble. He was inducted into the
Reds Hall of Fame in twenty sixteen and his number
was retired. But you know, he was not ever inducted

(02:15):
to the MLB Hall of Fame, which I would assume
was a bummer, all right. Second, in three Things you
need to Know this morning, we've got a vice presidential
debate kicking off.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
How about this nine pm. I'm at second stay a
week for nine pm.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
You know, I'll get all the tea for you tomorrow
morning on the show. But couldn't we have done this
a little bit earlier?

Speaker 1 (02:35):
This will be the one and only.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
Debate between of course, Ohio US Senator j d Vance
and Minnesota government Tim Walls, and it will last ninety
minutes in New York, all right. And then, lastly, in
three Things you need to Know this morning, there's been
a lot of social drama with miss Cardi Beam. You know,
we didn't cover a lot of it on the show here,

(02:58):
but it was extensive. But I've seen the come up
a bunch where her and Offset have just been going
off on each other in the comments of different videos
and blogs.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
She's come out alive a bunch and talked about how,
you know, he's just just been playing her. This is coming.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
But anyway, she talked to her about how she found
out she was pregnant.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Took up one morning and I in my mouth tasted
like copper. It literally tasted like copper. So I was like,
oh my gosh, damn. I automatically knew that I was pregnant,
and I did two pregnancy tests. I did a blood
test in UH America, and I did a blood test
in Colombia and I wasn't pregnant.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
Then.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
I remember I had sex on Valentine's Day, so I
was like, hmm, I'm probably like seven weeks, six weeks pregnant.
So me, I'm talking to my obgu i N and
now she's doing my sonogram. She's like, oh my gosh,
cause she's like she talks like a little like Staten
Island white girl. And I'm like, she's like, oh my gosh,
you're not like seven weeks pre nit or six weeks

(04:01):
right now. I'm like what She's like, You're like, you're
next seventeen weeks pregnant.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
And I'm like, what whipsies?

Speaker 3 (04:09):
No wonder why that baby just came like real quick
when we saw that Instagram announcement.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
Okay, that is three things you need to know for
the first of October.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
Oh my god, Halloween has officially arrived here coming up
at seven o five, we're commercial free and right around then,
I'm gonna give you the full review on the Joker
movie that I got the early sneak preview on last night,
and you might be surprised by my POV on that one,
so don't go far. Also at seven twenty, Lori Sharp pages,
our licensed clinical counselor. She joins the show to talk

(04:39):
about relationships. At seven point thirty
