Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're waking up.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Hi, good morning.

Speaker 3 (00:04):
If someone's gonna have a good morning, or at least
a better one than me, a reminder at eight thirty,
I have your chance to win justin Timberlake tickets. He'll
be in Louisville, and then nine oh five of your
shot to pick up that thousand dollars. So I got
locked out of my apartment this morning and had no
way of obviously getting into my car and no way

(00:25):
of getting to work. And this is the second time
in a calendar year that I've locked myself out.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
I'm just like no.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
Thankfully we did not have dead air this morning because
I didn't get to work until probably around six twenty five.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
My show starts at six.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
My first talk break of the morning is if you're curious, right.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Around like six summer, around six twelve.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
So I was like a good, healthy ten minutes late
to like talking on the radio. I maybe I'll spend
more time on this in like this, you know, on
our seven o'clock hour on seven thirty.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Maybe something similar has happened to you.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
I got up really early this morning, prepared ready for
the monday. I mean, girls, I'd curled my hair. I'm
fully dressed. I have meetings today that I'm prepared for.
I even journaled, guys, I wrote down in a journal
what I was grateful for a practice that I usually
only get to kind of like maybe once a week
or on the weekends if I'm lucky. That's how much

(01:28):
spared time I had this morning. I totally forgot to
transition my keys and my wallet back to my workbag.
And everyone's got their own way of doing things. I
don't typically carry a purse on the weekdays. I carry
around my work backpack, and this past weekend, when I
was out and about, I had put my keys in
my wallet in the bag that I use on my weekends.

(01:49):
I know this probably sounds ridiculous, but I forgot to
transition it back and I knew. I knew right away
that when I closed that door and it was locked
and I had no way of geting in. Thankfully Uber
exists at this time. My God shout out to my
driver coming up at six point fifty. We'll dive into
the three things major celebrity artist in Cincy this weekend.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
When you need to know she's got you.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
It's three things with tip On. Just when I was
seven one.

Speaker 5 (02:18):
I've seen him come out of dugout, but I didn't
realize what I was watching coming out of a dugout.
And as time went on, you realized that you're seeing
something very special here. You didn't know what was going
to happen, Nick, but you knew it was going to
be something great.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
That was a video courtesy of WLWT yesterday's Pete Rose.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Viewing com Blank and on what to call it?

Speaker 3 (02:41):
Fourteen hours long with lines and people just celebrating the
life of Charlie Hustle and being able to say goodbye.
And I had mentioned quite a bit on Thursday and
Friday of last week, but the family I'm paraphrasing the quote.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Here was just like this was.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
You know, Dad loved baseball, and this is where he
loved and this is where he should be.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
If you weren't.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
There, you'll have to send me pictures and videos send
them my way via Instagram or something. This morning, I'd
love to take a look at what your viewpoint was,
although you were not allowed to take pictures beyond a
certain point, but I'd like to just see what was
kind of around there from your point of view. By
the way, Pete Rose passed away, at the age of
eighty three years old on September thirtieth, twenty twenty four.

(03:22):
Forever a red and forever remembered here in Cincinnati, all right,
Second and three things. This also broke later in the
day on Friday, the Grammy nominations are officially out, and
yet again, I think this is the second year in
a row that women artists have dominated. Beyonce picked up
the most nominations at eleven, but these categories are stacked.

(03:46):
Record Song Album of the Year include these are those
are the big ones. Sabrina Chaperone, Billy Beyonce, Song of
the Year has Birds of a Feather in there, Bruno
Mars and Lady Gaga, Fortnite Espresso Chapel Roone, good luck
Big Beyonce, Texas Hold. I mean those are big, those
are really It's gonna be hard to decide, I think.

(04:09):
Also Shaboozi thrown into that category as well. Best New
Artist also always a very big category. Benson Boone nominated,
Teddy Swims Chapel Roone, Sabrina Carpenter and who I'm Blanket
on someone there? And by the way, did you see
trending over the weekend that Chapel Rone dropped her management.

(04:29):
Barry Kyogan, Sabrina Carpenter's boyfriend, commented on all of her nominations,
I mean Best New Artist. It feels like she's been
around on the scene for forever. But this is kind
of how this goes sometimes.

Speaker 6 (04:39):
Well, No, I'm.

Speaker 7 (04:40):
Really really, you know, I don't know anyone who works
as hard. You know, I'm in all watching all work
and committed and the standards that she said, you know,
especially being on the music video. Just you know, she
knows the vision, she knows what she wants.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
And love that for her.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
Congratulations, It's gonna be a big Grammy show. It always
happens in February. And then lastly, in three things very quickly,
Billie Eilish speaking of with her Grammy nomination, she realized
that she picked up the noms the day she performed
in Cincinnati at Heritage on Friday night.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
Was the one thing.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
I got.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
Her voice was incredible.

Speaker 3 (05:22):
If you're a visual person at Kiss one o seven
to check out some of those footage, some of those videos.
All Right, have you ever been late to something? Has
it ever ruined your day? And has ever ruined anything
for you? Talk back with tiff On iHeartRadio on kissue
oh seven one. We're gonna get to that at seven
point thirty.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
You're waking up fifth in the morning.

Speaker 4 (05:39):
Kiss one, good morning, Good morning Sarah.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
Elise from seven hundred WLW slash w EBN comes into
our studio every morning and we kind of we do.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
We call this chit chat roulette. You never know what
you're gonna get.

Speaker 5 (05:51):
Yes, glad that you're back and glad that you made
it into work this morning.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
I was glad to be Uber. You know, I don't
know if I'm going to have a job at some
point this year.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
Praying for you T minus five minutes, Uri.

Speaker 2 (06:07):
Let's add it to the wheel. Go ahead, you can
lead us off.

Speaker 5 (06:13):
I think somebody at Mottel no longer has a job.

Speaker 3 (06:16):
Speaking of not having a job, by the way, I
locked myself out of my apartment this morning and had
no way of getting to work. So it was like
a nine to one to one emergency Uber situation. We
made it and we're here. But someone at Mattel is
also going to be losing their job.

Speaker 5 (06:31):
I think so too. So we know that the marketing
and advertising for this wicked movie, by the way, comes
out next week has been absolutely insane. I heard a
number of about a billion dollars, so that includes partnering
up with Mattel. And they dropped this line of Barbie dolls,
one for Alpha Ba and one for Glinda. So I
guess on the outside of the packaging, there's this barcode. Now,

(06:54):
if you scan it, what's supposed to happen. Is it
supposed to take you to wickedmovie dot com, which is
the official site to everything Wicked movie. The problem is
it does not direct you there. It directs you to
a spot called Wicked Pictures, which is anti film company.

(07:15):
I did the research myself. It is absolutely you've gone,
oh yeah, so I might be in with HR. You
and I both might not have jobs by the end
of the it's for show purposes, okay, but yeah, it
definitely takes you to the adult film company. And on Sunday,
Target and Walmart said we're taking all the dolls off
the shelves for now until they get it all figured out.

(07:36):
Mattel has issued a statement they say, we deeply regret
this unfortunate error and we are taking immediate action.

Speaker 2 (07:46):
One thing, a really long statement.

Speaker 5 (07:48):
Okay, I had to like, you know, yeah, you spark
noted here, but that's what's going on.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
You know.

Speaker 3 (07:53):
Something interesting about our jobs is my internet, like our
internet rather is not blocked on anything. We can go
to literally anything that we want because.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
It's show prep.

Speaker 5 (08:04):
Yeah, Wicked pictures, Doug up three minutes.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
All right, let's talk about Billie eilishit heritage.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
I was so bummed that you didn't have a chance
to go to this show with me on Friday night
because her voice is so strong that I couldn't eat.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
I just it was hard to like.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
I also had an adult candy before I went, so
imagine me vibing so hard.

Speaker 5 (08:31):
That's amazing now legal here in Ohio.

Speaker 3 (08:33):
Of course, I was vibing by and I went by myself,
by the way, just vibing so hard at this concert.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
But her voice was really good.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
Later on, when I get into three Things, she found
out that she won nominated for Grammys, and she talked
about that on stage in Cincy because it was on
the same day, so I'll have that for you later
on the show.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
But her voice overall was just so good.

Speaker 5 (08:55):
What was your favorite song She's saying that night Tozierro
Orcheierro rather is the one that she pretty much started
the show off with again, I had the adult candy,
so I was just vibing so hard.

Speaker 3 (09:07):
But if you're a visual person at Kiss one oh
seven to check him out, go ahead.

Speaker 8 (09:11):
Uh yeah.

Speaker 5 (09:12):
That night I had Bearcats basketball, which, by the way,
the team is undefeated, uh two and oher now very exciting,
but also a team that was defeated. Of course f
C Cincinnati couldn't get it done first round, third game
of the playoffs, So there, I know they're no longer playing.
You hate to see that happen, bummer. And then in

(09:33):
the world of sports, our Bengals are back in action
this Sunday or eight twenty.

Speaker 3 (09:37):
Speaking of the Bengals, have you seen this video about
what Joe Burrow's mom makes him as like his special
at home meal.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
I have not seen this. Listen to this. What is
a snicker salad.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
They're playing?

Speaker 7 (09:51):
I guess you can't eat snicker salad as much as
you can if you're rehabing, and.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
You know that's what my mom makes. What goes into
sna or salad, cool whip, vanilla pudding, apples and snickers?

Speaker 2 (10:05):
What did the apples dock salad like? It's not some sweetness,
some freshness. Get mom to make you ever freeze the snickers?

Speaker 7 (10:17):
No, I've never done.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
I've never eating a frozen sneakers warre.

Speaker 5 (10:20):
He's so Midwest. We love him.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
When I By the way, we're doing chit chat roulette.
That's why you hear that backdrop there. We try to
get as many topics as we can into five minutes.
When I heard that, it was the apples that threw me.

Speaker 5 (10:38):
Yeah, I guess it gives you the crunch like what
a Snickers bar does with the nuts.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
Right, But he said it gives freshness.

Speaker 3 (10:45):
Is there a meal that you have that your mom
makes you that you love?

Speaker 5 (10:48):
Oh yeah, and she'll still do it for me. Meat loaf.
My mom's meat loaf is the absolute best I know.
I'm so mid West got and she makes the mashed
potatoes with it, and like this corn cream thing. Oh
my god, it's so good. A Brenda Special one zero.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
We did it.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
We put them all in the wheel with for a
five minutes and we got them all in. But I'm
still hung up on what your mom had made you
with your famous meal because I didn't really grow I
didn't grow up with my mom. In the second half
of my life. So I would move back with my
dad in Massachusetts. And the one meal that I remember
him making that I always really loved was so basic.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
What was a peanut butter and jelly. Oh yeah, that's
as basic as it can.

Speaker 6 (11:33):
I know.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
It's so special about it though.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (11:35):
But when I would go to summer camp growing up,
he would make my lunch ahead of time. It would
be the peanut butter and jelly, the cosmic brownie, you
know what I'm talking about, a little dead what's up girl?
And then he would be making it and I would
eat the one that he made at that moment, and
he'd have to remake me another one for summer.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
Camp the next day.

Speaker 5 (11:51):
That's a special memory, though.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
Yeah, But I.

Speaker 3 (11:53):
Think that that's that weird meal that your parents make
you that forever is like ingrained in your brain. But
if you were to invite your friend over for your
mom's meat loaf, they'd probably be like, this is fine.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
I mean, it's okay.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
Five one three seven, four nine, one oh seven one.
I'm curious if you have a meal of your own
at home that you will forever remember in love. A
second one my mom made and my stepmom made really
good spaghetti sauce.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
I loved that.

Speaker 5 (12:18):
Ooh a homemade spaghetti sauce.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
Hell yeah.

Speaker 5 (12:21):
See, my family's Italian and they don't even do that,
so that's really special.

Speaker 4 (12:26):
I'm jealous.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
If you go to Sarah's house, you eat meat loaves.

Speaker 6 (12:28):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (12:31):
Billie Eilish nominated for several Grammys, and she found out
in Cincy while she was performing on Friday. I'm going
to table that for three things. I've got the audio
for you. You're waking up with timp in the morning
on Kiss one oh seven one, Come on in, sit Down,
hang out. We're in the midst of talking about foods
that are a part of your core. Maybe it's a
core childhood memory, or maybe it's even more so an

(12:52):
adulthood The reason why I found this video and this
might be something you've already heard, but Joe Burrow's mom
may some something called a snicker salad.

Speaker 2 (13:02):
What goes into the snicker salad clip?

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Vanilla pudding, apples and snickers.

Speaker 2 (13:08):
What an interesting combo.

Speaker 3 (13:10):
You can hear the full thing when I podcast the
show later on, But what's sticking out to me is
snicker Well, snick Oh, my God, a dirt pudding with
a snicker and a clip.

Speaker 2 (13:20):
What up?

Speaker 3 (13:21):
As long as the snicker is not too cold. I
don't typically do cold candy, but nonetheless, if you have
a meal that you love, talkback with tiff On iHeart Radio.
I'd also love to hear your voice this morning. Five
win three seven, four, nine, one oh seven one. We'll
get to our talkbacks.

Speaker 4 (13:37):
First.

Speaker 9 (13:37):
Shopping, Yeah, I low key do you eat it for
like two more months?

Speaker 5 (13:41):
That's how much we make stopping.

Speaker 6 (13:45):
Bit.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
She really loves her stuffing. I agree with you.

Speaker 3 (13:48):
Stuffing is probably one of the best sides out of Thanksgiving,
and it is always kind of a bummer that you
can't buy it outside.

Speaker 2 (13:55):
Actually, can you?

Speaker 3 (13:57):
There is there stuffing on the shelves post Thanksgiving because
that one is delicious.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
We have time for at least one or two more.

Speaker 3 (14:04):
I had mentioned earlier that I have a core memory
of my dad making peanut butter and jelly for me
for summer camp. And although that is basic as it comes,
it's still delicious.

Speaker 9 (14:17):
Oh my god, tacos, tacos, tacos, tacos. I make breakfast
tacos and I'll still have tacos for lunch. Chacos for dinner,
I'll be so full. But if there's tacos, I always
make room. I have a serious addiction to tacos.

Speaker 3 (14:35):
It all starts with childhood, or maybe in adulthood, whatever
the case may be for you. All right, we are
commercial free for a little bit longer. Coming up a
song or so from now. I hope your Monday is
off to maybe a little bit better of a start.

Speaker 2 (14:48):
Than mine is.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
If you're a visual person at the tiff to F's
Potter like the Wizard, tap through the stories to.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
Find out what happened to me before the show started.

Speaker 3 (14:59):
All I have I have to say a shout out
to uber Man came in the clutch this morning.

Speaker 1 (15:07):
You're waking up fifth in the morning.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
Has running late ever ruined anything for you? Have you
ever gotten in trouble for running late?

Speaker 2 (15:14):
Have you ever missed a flight?

Speaker 8 (15:16):
Like?

Speaker 3 (15:16):
You get what I'm saying right, because if you haven't
had a chance to look at my instant stories from
early this morning at the TIF two F's Potter like
the Wizard, I locked myself out of my apartment again.
This is the second time in a calendar year.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
That this has happened to me. On my way into work. Now.

Speaker 3 (15:36):
I feel a little off my game today, and it
could just be because I'm a little disheveled from having
to call an uber the crack of dawn to get here.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
So forgive me if I sound a little this morning.

Speaker 3 (15:48):
Ah, I forget that you and I have conversations every
single day that other people like my boss or my
market president could very well hear.

Speaker 2 (15:59):
So let's hope he's not listening.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
I missed the first break of my show this morning,
which not good. Definitely, definitely not a good thing. But
it was an accident, and I was like, I was
trying so hard in the backseat of my Uber. By
the way, shout out to the uber drivers. I didn't
get this guy's name because I was frantic. Shout out
to the guys that are like the guys in the
gals that are up really early getting the work done,

(16:22):
you know, getting us to the airport, get getting me
to my office. So to give you some insight on
how radio works, and I talked about this a little
bit in our six o'clock hour. If you're just joining us,
thank you for making me a part of the morning routine.

Speaker 2 (16:34):
When I am here. It is good to have you.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
When no one's here in the overnight, our radio station
just plays, kind of like how an airplane flies itself.
Sometimes I'm assuming right the pilot's not just putting his
foot on the gas the entire flight. It's kind of
the same with radio, where the music just can play,
and if no one shows up, the music will just play.

(16:59):
But there are certain elements in a morning show that
someone needs to be here for, and I had missed
one of those. So my first break of the day
is usually around six twelve in the morning because I
start the show off with some music, et cetera, et cetera.
I missed that one made it in on two wheels
for my six thirty break, but.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
Who Thankfully I still have a chop this morning. Typically
in I could be alone in this adventure.

Speaker 3 (17:24):
But when I am operating on the weekends, I put
my keys in my wallet in a different bag than
I use from Monday through Friday, and my Monday through
Friday bag is my work bag, and I transfer the
keys and the wallet back and forth and back and forth.

Speaker 2 (17:40):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (17:41):
I made a mistake this morning, and as soon as
I shut that door, I knew that I had n't
put my keys in my wallet back into my work bag,
and I was just sitting in my hallway. The first
couple of minutes of doing that, You're like, what are
my options? Do I scale my building at five o'clock
in the morning. Do I call an uber? Do I
call a friend? Do I knock on a door? Do

(18:02):
I walk down seventy one North?

Speaker 8 (18:03):
Like?

Speaker 2 (18:03):
What do I do here? Well, we're here.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
I would love Maybe we'll carry this into the eight
o'clock hour because we do have to table it for
the next few minutes. We got to dive in three
things you need to know to get your day started
here in Cincy. We're going to talk about fc Sinc.
And the major artist that was in Sincy on Friday night,
and it was really really cool to hear her talk
about being nominated for Grammys on stage at Heritage. So

(18:29):
I'll have that more coming up next. If you do
have a running late story, please make me feel better.
Talk back with tiff On iHeart or shoot me a
message or something, and maybe.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
We'll get to that in our eight o'clock hour.

Speaker 4 (18:38):
Good morning, when you need to know she's got you.

Speaker 1 (18:44):
It's three things with tiff.

Speaker 3 (18:47):
They were up for the moment, and sometimes even when
you perform well, the result doesn't go your way.

Speaker 2 (18:53):
And that was.

Speaker 3 (18:54):
Coach Pat noonan real disappointing loss for FC Cincy, now
officially not out of the playoffs on Saturday night after
taking the l in penalty kicks. Perhaps the most shocking
thing to come from Saturday is Lucho Acosta's potential announcement

(19:14):
of departing Cincy.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
Yeah, I think you know it. Maybe it is then
for me at this club.

Speaker 3 (19:23):
We'll have to think what to talk with everyone about
about what the future might hold.

Speaker 2 (19:27):
But you know, I obviously I've given everything to this club. Okay,
so that would be a tough loss for us.

Speaker 3 (19:32):
So Acosta is signed through FC Cinc he through twenty
twenty six. I don't know what that means as far
as him announcing potential departure and whatnot, what will actually
come of that could have been heat of the moment, but.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
Just some of his stats.

Speaker 3 (19:45):
I mean, he led Cincinnati in contributions for goals this
year with thirty fourteen goals sixteen assists and one of
the only three players this year to score double digit goals.

Speaker 2 (19:58):
He's tied for the.

Speaker 3 (20:00):
Second most in the MLS this year one shy of
Lionel Messi's league record with thirty one, while his sixteen
assists give him the most.

Speaker 2 (20:11):
Out of anyone in the MLS.

Speaker 3 (20:13):
It's tough, I mean f C since he won the
Supporters Shield last year, which is the awarded to the
team that wins the most games in the regular season,
but just couldn't get it done.

Speaker 2 (20:24):
It's such a bummer.

Speaker 3 (20:25):
One of my favorite things to do in the city
is go to f C Cincy. I'm curious to see
if we end up getting a women's team. I know
we put in a bid for that. All right, Second,
and three things you need to know this morning. Grammy
nominations came out late on Friday. Beyonce has the most
with eleven, and the Big Four, the Core four dominated
by women. I mean, you're going to see Chapel Roan
and Sabrina Carpenter and who else I'm blinking on here.

(20:48):
Charlie XCX come up quite a bit. Best New Artist category,
Benson Boone, Sabrina Carpenter, Chapel Roon, Shaboozi, Teddy Swims and more.
The Grammys happen first weekend in five You were and
then lastly in three Things, Speaking of miss Billie, Eilish
picked up several Grammy nominations and found out that she
picked them up while performing in Sincy on Friday.

Speaker 5 (21:09):
Also, I just remember.

Speaker 2 (21:12):
I got a nominated for seven grand. She was so good.

Speaker 3 (21:16):
If you're a visual person at Kiss one oh seven
to see some of those scenes from the show on Friday,
coming up at eight thirty, your chance to end justin
Timberlake Tickets.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning.

Speaker 4 (21:26):
Hi, Kiss one O seven one.

Speaker 8 (21:30):
Hey Tim, I just wanted to Simon and say Hi,
I have been.

Speaker 4 (21:35):
Staycationing for my honeymoon.

Speaker 8 (21:37):
I got married last Saturday and I haven't heard your
voice or heard your show for a whole week. Today's
my first day back in my car and listening to
the radio for something, and it's just nice to hear you.
Can't wait to listen to you more on Monday when
I go.

Speaker 1 (21:53):
Back to work.

Speaker 8 (21:54):
Oh.

Speaker 3 (21:54):
First of all, if so many things say to you,
First of all, thank you for the talkback with Tiff
when you search Kiss on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
That's an alternative way to contribute to the show.

Speaker 3 (22:03):
I feel like a broken record because I say it
quite a bit, you'll see the microphone next to the
play button.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
Second, oh my god, congrats on the wedding. You will
have to update me.

Speaker 3 (22:12):
I want to know more about one the staycation in
Cincy in to how the vows went. Either shoot me
a message or callings and chit chat with me. Third,
you use one of my favorite phrases, and then I
really hope that I embody on my show every morning
is the phrase stop by. I could spend my whole

(22:33):
life stopping by places. In fact, that's all I did
this weekend. I just stop by various things. Stop by here,
stop by this friend's house, stop by that friend's house,
have a coffee here, have you know, visit this person
at their job. I'm such a stop er, buyer, And
so that's the energy I hope to give off in
my show every day. So thank you for saying that,

(22:53):
because just brought Joey to my heart. I hope this
is a place that you can stop by. And I
hope one day when I do own a home that
I don't lock myself out of, that I can have
a home that is inviting enough for people just like
to stop in and have a coffee, stop in and
have something to eat, stop in and chit chat and
catch up.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
So ah, happy Monday to you. Thank you for that. Okay.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
So the keyword for the justin Timberlake tickets coming up
in a few minutes is money. And it has to
do with me getting locked out of my apartment this morning,
a story that I shared at length in our last hour.
But just to catch you up to speed, I have
one of those doors that you can lock from the inside,

(23:36):
so I do that every day, and today, for the
second time this year, I did not put my keys
in my work backpack and shut the door with no
keys and at no way to get to my car to.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
Get to work this morning. Now at the crack of.

Speaker 3 (23:50):
Dawn, you know, fight or flight really kicks in. Shout
out to Uber, Shout out to them for getting me
to my job. Not on time, but I definitely made
it here. So by now everyone in the office, or
at least Mike McConnell from WLW has come in. Rick Uccino,
I've talked to Sarah from WEBN. They're all like, ah,
you locked yourself out again.

Speaker 2 (24:09):
I'm gonna be known it. I hurt. Cincy is the
girl that can't get her act together. In the mornings.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
Nonetheless, the reason why the keyword is money this morning
is because instead of paying for an uber to get
back to my apartment, to get back into my house,
by the way, I'm in connection.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
With my landlord.

Speaker 3 (24:26):
Now, I am begging my friends to come and pick
me up for my job, which feels so high school.
It feels as if like I don't have my license.
And I know that I have the funds to pay
for an uber to get back home, but there's just
something about paying for it right now that I don't
want to do. So I'm scrolling through my rolodex of

(24:48):
besties and it's a Monday in the middle of the day.
Everyone's gonna have work, everyone is gonna everyone's busy, and
the one friend, if they do have a chance to
come and get me, it's gonna be out of their
way coming up to Kenwood. I'm trying to convince them.
I'll buy you a coffee. I'll buy you something at
Trader Joe's right. Oh, Trader Joe's right down the street.
You want to go get a fun snack because I

(25:08):
don't want to spend the fifteen twenty dollars to buy
an uber to go home. But I think that you
and I both have certain things in our mind that
we have no problem spending money on versus things that
we do not. What's a good example for you? Five one, three, seven,
four nine one oh seven one. You could also use
that talkback feature that I had mentioned earlier, because we

(25:30):
have a few minutes until we get to the justin
Timberlake tickets. So I'd love to hear your voice this morning,
and I'd love.

Speaker 2 (25:36):
For you to contribute.

Speaker 3 (25:37):
What is the one thing that you either have no
problem spending money on or you refuse to spend money
on this one thing?

Speaker 1 (25:45):
Oh, you're waking up with fifth in the morning on
kiss one oh seven to.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
One, Well, good morning to you.

Speaker 3 (25:50):
We have your shot to win justin Timberlake tickets. Come
to Louisville here in just like a minute or two.
Don't go far. You're gonna need the keyword money. And
the reason why is we're talking about reason or I'm sorry, Hello,
I'm disheveled today because I was locked out of my
apartment this morning and I had to take an uber
at the crack of dawn. The reason why, what are

(26:11):
some things that you refuse to spend money on?

Speaker 2 (26:13):
Versus things that you don't mind spending money on. High
You're on the.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
Air, good morning, How are you well?

Speaker 3 (26:20):
Have you had heard that I locked myself out of
my apartment for the second time this year?

Speaker 8 (26:24):
Not?

Speaker 2 (26:24):
Well you did?

Speaker 6 (26:26):
That is so not funny but funny at the same time.

Speaker 2 (26:29):
Yeah, we'll have to keep from crying. All good. Thank
god I had my phone. I was able to get
an uber out of here right right.

Speaker 6 (26:36):
So the whole spending money thing food, my dad has
told me ever since I graduated high school. He was like, shell,
we quit eating all your money, Like get yourself like
some clothes or like let your money like show for
itself and instead of just eating it. I am thirty
years old now, and I would much rather sand you know,
like a good amount of money or whatever on food

(26:59):
for me and my to eat rather than you know,
whether that be an uber or sending forty bucks on
a new para jeans that I didn't need but they
were cute.

Speaker 9 (27:07):
Yeah, I'd rather just go get some food. And that's
so crazy because I could still be doing more.

Speaker 3 (27:12):
I feel for you so hard because number one, speaking
of uber uber eats, is you got to have a
second salary. Sometimes to afford whatever it is that you
want to get on Uber Eats and a par of
jeans maybe cost you forty or fifty bucks. You could
have that par of jeans for several years, but that
one whatever meal it is that you go to.

Speaker 2 (27:31):
That goes down quick. It comes to food, money goes.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
True, comes and goes really quick. What's your name, by
the way, what neighborhood are you calling me from?

Speaker 2 (27:39):
This morning?

Speaker 6 (27:40):
Shall be an erlanger God, the perspective change.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
Uh, I love it, Shelby.

Speaker 3 (27:44):
Thank you for making me a part of your routine
every day. I really appreciate that.

Speaker 2 (27:47):
Girl.

Speaker 4 (27:48):
Absolutely, have a good day you too.

Speaker 3 (27:51):
That is one thing that I actually don't like to
spend money on is Uber Eats. I always feel so
guilty ordering Uber Eats to my house whenever I do.

Speaker 2 (28:02):
Because it's so much money.

Speaker 3 (28:04):
But you know, three or four vodka sodas later, I'm
okay with that the house, sure, okay, let's do it now.
Five one, three, seven, four nine one o seven to one.
If you have the keyword that I mentioned earlier and
you want to go see justin Timberlake.

Speaker 2 (28:19):
This is your chance. Good luck. In the meantime, we're
still commercial free.

Speaker 5 (28:30):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning on chis
one O seven one, Good morning every day.

Speaker 3 (28:34):
At this time, I have this week, I have your
chance to win justin Timberlay tickets. I'm really hoping that
you have a keyword for me money. Yeah, you got
the keyword and your collared said you're going to see
justin Timberlake.

Speaker 6 (28:48):
Oh goy, thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
You're welcome.

Speaker 3 (28:51):
Now, I have to say, this show is November twenty
if it's a Wednesday, and it's in Louisville, so it's
definitely a drive away.

Speaker 2 (28:58):
And I was wondering.

Speaker 3 (28:59):
I was like, I think some of the like are
like our listeners would really want to drive to Louisville.
I drove to Rapperina for this show, and I'm really
glad that I did so.

Speaker 2 (29:08):
I think it definitely is worth the ride.

Speaker 5 (29:10):
Oh yeah, oh yeah, I think so.

Speaker 6 (29:12):
Are you a great time?

Speaker 2 (29:13):
Are you a millennial?

Speaker 1 (29:14):
No? No, I'm a little older.

Speaker 3 (29:16):
Okay, well still, nonetheless, you will love the jug. He
plays the old stuff, the good stuff, the new stuff.

Speaker 2 (29:22):
You're gonna love it all right, Thank you so much.
You're welcome. What's your name? What neighborhood you waking up
with me in this morning.

Speaker 6 (29:29):
Amy, I'm going from Ghosha.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
Amy.

Speaker 3 (29:31):
Thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning every day.
I appreciate that.

Speaker 2 (29:34):
Yeah, always question for you? Have you well?

Speaker 3 (29:38):
We're in the midst of talking about things that you
don't mind spending money on versus the things that you
refuse to spend money on. Is there something while I
have you that you know?

Speaker 4 (29:47):
Not?

Speaker 6 (29:47):
Really, I'm just really glad about spending money.

Speaker 2 (29:50):
It is the season of Emazon, that is.

Speaker 3 (29:53):
I also don't like buying things online. Wow, I'm learning
so much about one another this morning. Okay, I will
remind you again if you took a loss on the
justin Timperle Justin Timberlake tickets, you do have a chance
to win them again tomorrow at eight thirty. In fact,
every day this week's set a reminder to get up
with tif in the morning. This show is one hundred
percent worth going. Coming up next, we are sure we

(30:18):
are going to dive in to the three things you
need to know to get your day started. Here in Sinseium,
I learned something interesting about the Big Mac Bridge and
what they're using here in Sinsey to try to get
that thing back on track.

Speaker 4 (30:31):
When you need to know she's got you.

Speaker 3 (30:35):
It's three things with TIF Good morning, We're just before
at nine am, and at nine oh five ish, I
have your chance to pick up that thousand dollars and
a free trip to our iHeartRadio jingle Ball in New York,
starring Katy Perry and Moore. So don't go far. Let's
start off with four seventy one. When I say the
name Brutus, I feel like Brutus gives off dog energy.

Speaker 2 (30:55):
You see, is leading.

Speaker 3 (30:56):
This project that involves Bruce Jice, the robotic dog that
is supposed to inspect for seventy one for damages, et cetera.
It's gathering critical data without putting humans at risk. I
thought that was great that they employed, you see to
kind of get this project underway. And truly, anything that

(31:17):
is going to move the fixing A four seventy one
along faster than what it's going I'm down for because
I've noticed and God, if you're stuck in this traffic
as well at night, for seventy one being closed is
causing seventy one.

Speaker 2 (31:31):
To feel chaotic.

Speaker 3 (31:32):
You gotta go through the back ends a new port
and go around in this way. And that way, and
so I'm feeling for you if you're stuck, So I
try to give you as many updates as I can.
When there's more, you know, I'll have it for you.
Second in three things that we are about a week
or so, a little bit more too, well, we'll just
shy it. Two weeks away from Wicked being released. Now,
when we had talked about The Joker, we thought that

(31:54):
The Joker was gonna be one of the biggest movies
of the year. Joker ended up kind of being more
of a joke than a big movie. However, this one,
I think is going to take over and dominate the theater.
The Wicked premiere was this weekend, and people on the
red carpet, such as Jennifer Lopez, Kristin Chenowith who played
the original Glinda, Dina Manzel who played the original Alpha Ba.

(32:17):
There's just been so much press around this movie. I
think they spent a billion dollars in advertising. I say
all that to say a story that I covered earlier
in the show. But just in case you haven't scrolled
past it, yes yet, someone at Mattel is getting fired
because the website QR code on the Mattel dolls led
back to a pornographic website. Instead of being Wicked Movie,

(32:40):
I think it was Wicked Pictures. And if you were
to google what Wicked Pictures are is right now, I
think that you know.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
I just I would say it's NSFW. Don't do it
at the office.

Speaker 3 (32:51):
And then, lastly, in three Things you need to Know
this morning, Taylor Swift of course spotted at the Chiefs
game and it was pretty much the only thing I
saw on social last night about the outfit that she
was wearing. I feel like it's been a minute since
we've seen her supporting Travis at a game. Obviously, she's
been out and about on her own tour, including the
one that she just did in Indianapolis last weekend. But

(33:15):
the red jacket, red skirt, red boots was just giving
the internet heart palpitations last night. And they ended up
taking the win by the way very much at the
last minute there and our Bengals play at home. I'm
sorry away this Sunday in La at night. That is
three things you need to know for eleven eleven. Thank
you to all of our veterans for serving. We appreciate

(33:36):
you more than you know. And it doesn't get said
enough coming up at nine oh five, your chance to
win some money.

Speaker 2 (33:40):
Don't go far.

Speaker 1 (33:42):
You're waking up.

Speaker 3 (33:45):
Oh the swid and tell me lies is so bad
And I'm going to introduce you to a new term.
Maybe you don't know what swid means. But first quickly
just played Billie Eilish. She's up for seven Grammy nominations
and she found out the day that she was Perfer
and Cincy. If you didn't get some behind the scenes
from her show at Heritage at Kiss one oh seven
and then at the tiff two F's Potter like the Wizard.

(34:06):
If you want to see some of that stuff, it's
going up in the weekend recap. All right, So every Monday,
sometimes we do it on Friday, sometimes we do it
on Monday. We talk about what it is that you're
watching on TV and what you're watching in the theaters.
I believe there's no bigger gift, especially during this season
when it's dark at three forty five PM, or at
least it feels that way then, to share what you're
watching because it's just what we do at night. It's
funny millennial parents used to be like, now you know

(34:30):
you can't watch TV and now it's become the biggest
universal topic of conversation amongst any group of friends.

Speaker 2 (34:37):
TV is culture now.

Speaker 3 (34:39):
So I say that if you're going on a first
date this week and you've run out of something to
talk about with that person, just ask them what they're
watching on TV. There'll be an answer every time. So
I finally got into tell me lies. It's a big
one on Hulu, and it's been recommended to me one
or two times. Can you shoot me a message if
you've seen it or not, because I would like to
go back and forth with someone on it. Let me

(35:00):
introduce you to the term SWID struggling with inner demons.

Speaker 2 (35:06):
Isn't that It's a best term. It's so good, It's
so true.

Speaker 3 (35:10):
Everyone in that show, specifically the main character Steven, struggles
with SWID so bad that I can't. I have to
turn it off every once in a while. Storyline is good, though.
It definitely keeps you hooked. And I know a lot
of people are watching this. When I was standing in line,
the forty people deep in this coffee line for I
think it's called Blondie Bruise or Blondie and something, they

(35:34):
had a little pop up truck in Hyde Park and
I said, all right, I'll go, you know, wait in
line for a coffee thirty five girls standing in the rain.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
I mean it was worth it. I thought the coffee
was quite delicious.

Speaker 3 (35:42):
But I just started sparking up conversation, which you guys
know me that tracks with a couple of girls in line,
and I said, hey, have you started watching Tell Me Lies?

Speaker 2 (35:49):
And they're like, oh my god, are you kidding me?

Speaker 3 (35:52):
They've already crushed season one and two. They were, in
fact jealous that I hadn't seen it for the first time.
You know that feeling of your favorite show when you
watch for the first time and you.

Speaker 2 (36:01):
Wish you could go back there. That's Outlander for me.

Speaker 3 (36:04):
I watched that first season maybe sixteen times, and I'm
not exaggerating. But nonetheless, the swid in Tell Me Lies.
It's so dramatized, but I think it's very real. And
this is a stigma, right the girlies love to think
that they can fix a bad boy. I've gone to
therapy so that I don't have to have a relationship

(36:26):
like that.

Speaker 2 (36:27):
But damn his it's bad. It's the swid is bad.

Speaker 3 (36:32):
It Oh, it's one of those shows where you hate
every single main character, but you cannot stop watch him.

Speaker 2 (36:38):
What are you watching? In fact, I love to do
this on Mondays.

Speaker 3 (36:41):
If you have something talk back with tip do not
gatekeep search, kiss on iHeartRadio or you know, send me
a DM and get your swid fixed, please
