Speaker 1 (00:01):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with tip on good.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Morning or just before nine o'clock, around nine oh five,
I have your first chance of the day to win
one thousand dollars, So don't go far all right. I
don't necessarily have any new updates as far as four
seventy one goes, but I like to continue to provide
you with context and audio, and you know how I
feel about audio.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
Never do those in the winter months. We only do
those during, you know, typically the warm weather months. So
our contractor's great lex construction. They've got a great plan
in place that we hope that will work, that they
can actually pour the concrete in these colder temperatures.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
That was Kathleen Fuller.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
You might recognize her voice because I play her quite
a bit on my show with this from Oda. The
cold temperatures when it comes to pouring contrete concrete don't
necessarily match up very well. So we're just praying that
Miss Mother Nature is on our side. Okay when it
comes to that, We're still on track for that mid
March opening as of right now.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
I'll let you know if that changes.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
In Three things you need to know this morning Travis
Kelsey was on the Pat mcavie Show, and this is
the most information we have about Taylor Swift's new music
that we've gotten in a while.

Speaker 4 (01:11):
So many boys out there.

Speaker 5 (01:12):
I've heard about them all because my wife and now
I've listened to all the albums.

Speaker 4 (01:15):
I've heard about them all. I appreciate you, dude, you.

Speaker 5 (01:18):
And also I think there's one coming where it's like
gonna be great, Like, hey, guy, good thing, you know,
like that'll be great in my house.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
There might be a few. I don't know, there might
be a few. Have you heard any? Have you heard any?
Do you get? Are you a test? Hear?

Speaker 3 (01:32):
No?

Speaker 4 (01:32):
You know, I can't. I can't say any of that.
You know, I don't know. I hear I hear music everywhere.

Speaker 5 (01:40):
Okay, let's just say you're hanging out. Say you're hanging out,
have a little dinner. No, have a little dinner. All
of a sudden, the creative juice sparks and the absolute
beast that you're sitting with who is gonna go down
as maybe the most famous icon in the history of music.

Speaker 4 (01:53):
And she starts thinking something to you, go ooh, I
like that. Are you are you are? Are you a
motivator at every single time. Are you come on now?
You know it?

Speaker 3 (02:01):
You know it?

Speaker 4 (02:01):
I don't, I'll never I'll never chime in, but you
already know it's it's full. I'm I'm here to support it.
I'm here to see where it can go.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
You know nothing more sexy than that. That is the
voice of Travis Kelsey and Pat McFee. If you're just
walking into this asking about new music, et cetera from Taylor,
I'm curious on who's going to be Who's going to
put out music this year?

Speaker 1 (02:21):
I felt like everyone did it last year, so who's
it going to be?

Speaker 2 (02:23):
All right? Lastly, the three things you need to know
speaking of music and such and the first person of
twenty twenty five.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Who's supposed to be The Weekend.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
The Weekend had announced on social that he was going
to delay the launch of his new album until the
end of January and the concert announcement. Now he is
amongst many others that are in talks of just delaying
and giving respect in space for La.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Let's talk about LA for a hot second.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
Over one hundred and fifty thousand people are still under
evacuation notice. Beyonce and her foundation announced that they're going
to give two point five million dollars to relief efforts.
She also posted a note on social saying that the
announcement that she was gonna make today will be postponed
to a later date due to the devastation.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Curious was that going to be a tour? Was that
going to be an album?

Speaker 2 (03:14):
Dojakat teamed up with the Red Cross doing a merch
line where one hundred percent of the proceeds go. Skims
is donating. Netflix is donating ten million. UMG canceled its
events for the Grammys to put the money towards relief efforts,
but the Grammys are still happening. On February second, Oscar
nominations are delayed. Sony announced that they're donating five million dollars.

(03:37):
So people are trying their best to come together. I
say this all the time, it doesn't matter. Every corner
you take on the Internet, you'll either find something that's
tragic or shortly after something good. Neighbors helping neighbors, and
that's something we can do right here in our own community.
That is three things you need to know for the
fourteenth of January coming up at nine oh five, Your
first chance of the day to win one thousand bucks,

(03:58):
so don't go far
