Speaker 1 (00:03):
This might be the first time that you're listening to
Tiff in the morning and Kiss one oh seven one. Today,
I'm only playing my favorites. It's my thirty fifth birthday,
so a lot of these you're familiar with, but some
of them might be a few sneaky ones that I've
snuck in for today playing the Deep Cuts and that's
probably my favorite, justin Timberlake song of all Time.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
We're commercial free for the rest of the hour, so
I call you a good time.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
If you type Kiss one O seven one into the
search bar of the iHeartRadio app, you can be a
part of the music, the content, the conversation that we're
about to get into, the tickets. I'm a get away
at eight thirty of a chance to win Nelly tickets.
He'll be here with Jah Rule and Eve later on
this summer during warmer weather. You can also talk back
with Tiff while you're there. In our last hour, if

(00:47):
you're just walking into this, we were continuing a conversation
that we started yesterday, the things that you are obsessed with.
After I posted this on social media, I started getting
dms about on ex storm, et cetera. And then I
had this conversation about baskets.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
There's this basket company that someone told me about and.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Their mom was so obsessed with the baskets that it
costs so much family drama.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
Now the baskets are just loaded up in the attic
collecting dust. Oh my god, tip, those are long and
burger baskets. Yes, there, corporate headquarters was a ginormous basket
that had to have heated handles because obviously it's cold
in Ohio. It's in Newark, Ohio, which is a little
bit east of Columbus. Okay, And yes, I have a

(01:33):
lot of dusty baskets around my house too, in the
basement just lying around has stuff in them.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Oh my god, you're making me giggle on that one.
Thank you for the talkback with Tiff. The baskets. You know,
everyone had that one thing they were really waiting in
line for. And you might be an adult waiting in
line and target for a Stanley cup.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
I mean, good for you. I have no judgment on you.
It always makes me giggle. Okay. Commercial free coming up
in two songs.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
If you're a visual person at the Tiff two f's
Potter like the Wizard, tap through the first, second, third,
story there and you'll get a jump on what we're
gonna talk about.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
How do you know when to trust your gut? How
do you know.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
When something feels right. I'm gonna lean into you on
this one. We'll get to that next Good Morning.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
You're waking up. I knew every word of that song.

Speaker 1 (02:24):
I sang it in my high school talent show senior
year and it's stuck with me ever since. I'll play
my favorites today on my thirty fifth birthday, all the
deep cuts.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
So if you love it, then I'm so glad you're here.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
You can also participate in this next conversation. A reminder
about ten or so minutes from now, I have your
chance to win nelly Ja Rule and Eve tickets with
the key word birthday or gut, whatever one you want.
Not that I have a birthday gut, maybe I do.
I'm gonna have a lot of cake today.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Let's go. Cake is my favorite food. Grood.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
No, I need to lean in on you about how
do you know when to trust your gut? Actually, this
is the second time I've kind of leaned on you
for this stuff in.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
The last week or so.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
As an update, when I went to go see if
that dog needed to be homed, if you were a
part of the old lady dog situation last week, she
had already found a family to foster her. So as
of right now, little my Sheila, My Sheila, She's all right.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
If you're a visual person at the TIF two, f's
Potter like the Wizard, it's the third story up right now,
so you have a visual as to what I'm talking about.
I've been in the house hunting process for oh last
year now. It took me a long time to figure
out what my budget was, what neighborhoods I wanted to
live in, what style home I wanted, how to even
create a budget, all these things. It's been a learning process.

(03:43):
And shout out to Sloane sells Homes. She works for
Remax and shows I guess her own branch of it.
And she has taken me all over the world, all
over the Cincinnati's earth. I've gone to Norwood in Oakley
and Hyde Park and you know, Madisonville and Mount Adams
and Walnut and East Walnut. I've seen everything right, and

(04:05):
I just haven't had that feeling yet. And this is
where I'm trying to lean into you guys, a little bit.
I had told you I'd flexed. I've worked on trusting
my gut in my intuition. But there is a home
on my stories right now that I want pretty badly,
but I cannot pull the trigger. There's something about it
that I can't pull the trigger. And I'm wondering, is

(04:25):
it when it comes to home buying or big purchase buying.
Is there something that happens in your gut that you
have to trust and you're like, oh, this is the
feeling I've been waiting for.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Or does that not.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
Happen in the home buying process and you just got
to like, do it? If it checks the majority of
the boxes, does that make sense?

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Again? The view is great.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
I don't even want to tell you where it is
because I'm still deciding on whether or not I want it.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
I don't want to be selfish, but I am a
little bit.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
I'm a little bit. Okay, I'm a little bit. I'm
gonna get keep a little bit. But the view is great.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Two bedrooms.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
I think the only qualm I have about it is
that the living room in the kitchen are very tight
and it's kind of bringing me back to my East
Boston apartment where every time I cooked in the kitchen
you could smell it in the living room.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
And so I just don't know. Five win three seven
nine one, seven to one. How do you know? Is there?
Am I supposed to be getting a feeling? So good? Right?
I love that song?

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Trick Daddy as promised, only playing my favorites today on
my thirty fifth birthday. I'm leaning into you a little
bit here before we get to Van Nelly and Jah
rule tickets in a few minutes, with the keyword birthday
or home buying or trusting your gut, I'll take either.
I was leaning into a little bit about whether or
not I should buy the home that's in my stories.

(05:48):
I like it, I love it even but there's I'm
just not getting that gut feeling, and I don't know
if that's good or bad.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
Good morning. What are your thoughts?

Speaker 3 (05:57):
I think it's more of you know, at the budgets
there and then and it tech clothes of the boxes,
but you know, pull, you know, pull the trigger in it.
Lett out.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
What's your name? What neighborhood are you in?

Speaker 3 (06:11):
Randy?

Speaker 2 (06:11):
I'm in Elmwood, Okay, Randy? Do you own a home?

Speaker 3 (06:15):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (06:16):
Okay, did you get some sort of feeling like this
is the right home for me?

Speaker 2 (06:20):
Or did they just check the boxes?

Speaker 3 (06:23):
Well, I kind of. We We bought uh during a
time when the market didn't have a lot of availability.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
You know a lot of outs on the market.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
That we we that we got the best, best tack
with the options we had.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
Okay, okay, Randy, thank you so much for the call.
So am I just being too woo woo about this?
Or you, like tip, just pull a trigger and move on?

Speaker 2 (06:45):
Why are you?

Speaker 1 (06:45):
Why are you overthinking it? Why are you being too
wu I'm a woo woo, I'm wooing. I meditated in
journal this morning. That's what I do every morning. Then,
all right, commercial free. You still have time to contribute
your chance to win the Nelly tickets in three minutes
with the keyword birthday.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
You're waking up with Tiff in the.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
Playing my favorites and giving you tickets to my favorite concert.
Come in to riverbends. So far this summer, I don't
know it's tied between this one and the Avril Lavine one.
But I have your chance to win Nellie Jah, Rule
and Eve tickets right now.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
Caller ten.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
If you have the keyword that I mentioned earlier in
the show five win, three, seven, four nine, one, seven
to one. Go ahead and start dialing. I'm in the
midst of checking some of your talkbacks as well. If
you're just walking into this conversation, I needed your insight
on whether or not I should buy this home because
I've never bought one, so I don't know if I
should be getting some sort of like gut feeling as

(07:45):
if this should be the right home for me. And
I'm so close, but I feel like something's holding me back.
You know, Hey, chick, happy birthday.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
Thank you. So yeah.

Speaker 3 (07:55):
I saw your video on Instagram, and that house looks beautiful. Personally,
when we bought a house, I didn't have like a
feeling like, oh, just the one, but I knew I
really liked it. To me, the homeline process wasn't like
getting the wedding dress and saying like, oh my.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
God, I love this and crying I won it.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
But that house is beautiful and the view is to die.

Speaker 2 (08:18):
For and you should get it.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
Okay, so far I've had I've talked to three or
so people that are like, you're being too woo woo, Tiff,
just commit Thank you.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
For the talkback. I appreciate you. Gal.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
When you search kiss on iHeartRadio, that's how you can
leave me voice notes. It's super easy. Microphone's in the
top right hand corner. I am still awaiting your calls.
We have one more open phone line for the Nelly
tickets and hopefully you have a hint. What we just
talked about is the keyword five win three seven four
nine one seven one.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Good luck. In the meantime, we're still commercial for.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
You're waking up with Tiff and Kiss one o seven
one another party favorite for my birthday. I'm only playing
my favorites today. You are on the air, and I'm
hoping you have a keyword for me.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
It's birthday.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
Congratulations, Gal, you got the keyword and the tickets.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
Birthday kids.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Thank you very much. You're going to see Nellie and
joh Rule and Eve during warmer times this summer something
I'll look forward to.

Speaker 3 (09:19):

Speaker 2 (09:20):

and Cassie and I'm from Hamilton.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
Cassie, Cassie, Cassie. Well, thank you for listening to Tiff
in the morning today and always. I appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
Yes, thank you.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
Any insight on the home stuff. Did you see the
video on my story?

Speaker 2 (09:38):
What do you think? Do what you got feeling? I mean,
if you feel like that's it, and I mean you
keep you know thinking about it. You posted it to
your story and it knocked off all the you know checklists.
Buy it?

Speaker 1 (09:51):
Okay, Well, I appreciate your insight. I'm going to put
you on hold.

Speaker 2 (09:55):
We'll be right back, all right, Thank you.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
You are welcome. Can l on these tickets. I'll have
some for you tomorrow at the same time at eight thirty. Okay,
in the meantime, commercial free lock in because we are
not far off from the three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
