Speaker 1 (00:01):
When you need to know she's got you. It's three
things with tip On. Okay, good morning, good morning. We
are just before eight o'clock.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
At eight thirty, I have your first chance of the
day to win nelly Jah rule in Eve tickets for
warmer days at Riverbend this summer.
Speaker 1 (00:23):
So do not go farm.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Let's start off with the pay Corp Stadium lease slash
potential upgrades. Now, this has kind of been circulating our
news for I don't know a little while now, and
here's where we stand after the meeting yesterday. Not much
has changed from what I initially reported over the last
couple of weeks. The Bengals are up to resign their lease,
(00:45):
but they want the city to make upgrades and changes
to the stadium. Now, the city is like, well sure,
but you need to sign a beefed up lease and
the Bengals are kind of like, my god, we just like,
you know, extend the one we have, and they're like,
that's not how this works. You need to sign a better,
(01:05):
upgraded lease and then we'll start the construction to make
renovations on pay Corp Stadium.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
What does that mean for you? And I? I think
if I had to take a guess.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
Maybe the pay Corps current lease will re up for
like a year or two, and then a beefier one
will be you know, signed later on, and then we'll
start to see maybe some upgrades to pay Corps. Not
that I don't think that, of course we need you know, Yes,
there are there other stadiums NFL stadiums in the United
States that are better than ours. Sure in some ways, yes, right,
(01:36):
So how does this affect us as taxpayers? It would
mean that the city would have to reallocate the money
we're already spending in Hamilton County to make the upgrades,
not necessarily affecting our tax dollars.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
When there's more on that, I will have it for you,
all right.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
Second, in three things you need to know this morning,
let's talk about Justin Bieber. You know, third or fourth
time in the last week that I've brought him up.
The latest is he's unfought followed his wife Hayley on
social media. Now, was it an accident or not necessarily
an accident?
Speaker 1 (02:07):
But was it a hack?
Speaker 2 (02:08):
Rather he's claiming and his stories he posted my account
was hacked. They unfollowed my wife. Things are getting sus
I feel like justin you might be getting a little
sus It feels very petty. Can I get it as
somebody that you know, where's their emotions? What's the first
thing you can do? Go unfollow your wife on social media?
(02:30):
Is that a part of like a petty fight? They've been,
you know, an aspen with the baby and making music,
et cetera.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
Could there be problems in paradise? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (02:39):
I mean who which relationship doesn't have those? Or is
this a part of an album rollout?
Speaker 1 (02:43):
Again?
Speaker 2 (02:43):
I had played a single for you last week, a
little tidbit that he posted on social will see what
comes of this one. It would be funny to hear, though.
What are the pettiest things that you've done in a relationship?
If you want to talk back with Tiff, go for it.
And then, lastly, three things you need to know. It
was announced that Trevor Noah will host the Grammys for
like the third or fourth time in a row this year,
happening on February second, two weeks from now, and it'll
(03:06):
pay tribute to, of course, the California wildfires and all
of the workers.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
Oh I'm choking.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
That is three things you need to know for the
twenty second of January your chance to win Nellie tickets.
Speaker 1 (03:19):
