I am always curious about health remedy, so I was like, oh,

Yet because I typically have vivid dreams without any substances.
So last night, and maybe this all stem from a
conversation that we had earlier this week about house hunting.
I had a dream that the apartment complex that I
live in had this secret top floor hot tub.

And when I tell you, I was mad in my dream.

I woke up mad. How did I not know that
this whole experience was here? I mean, I'm not even
talking just a hot tub. There was like a lap
pool as well. Now that it's coming back, you know what.
The other thing in the apartment that really blew my
mind is that they had in unit laundry.

And I was like, are you kidding me?

I've been house hunting for a year with those items
and it's been in my apartment complex this entire time. Now,
granted it was a dream, but I woke up feeling
that this was very real. I have had a dreams
expert on my show before, but I'd be curious to
find another. And I mean it's very early on a
Friday morning, so I doubt that anyone listening right now

very toxic relationship with anyways, but it says fifty degrees
by next Saturday. Who knows what will happen, But maybe
we're rounding out the end of January with a little

bit better of weather. All Right, speaking of better weather,
let's start off with the major announcement that did come
out at eleven o'clock yesterday. I don't want to say
I'm not disappointed, but I definitely didn't think it was
gonna be Billy Joel. If you happen to miss it, Yes,
Billy Joel and Rod Stewart are coming to pay Core
Stadium on Saturday, September twenty if.

Now, our city loves to just pack it all in
in one weekend.

It's the same as Octoberfest and the Reds are home.

But It's award season is always so funny to me
because it shows you all the movies that you've literally
never heard of, like Amelia Perez. That's the one with
Selena Gomez has the most nominations with thirteen.

And I didn't even see it. In theater. I didn't
even see it.

I haven't seen it and I go to the movie
theaters almost weekly, so that was surprising to me. The
other big ones are The Brutalist and Wicked, both scoring ten.

I don't have a list of snubs yet. I'm working
on that. But the big one for our world is
the fact that Cynthia Arrivo was nominated for Best Actress
and Ariana Grande was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in Wicked.

happening in like two weeks. Typically we get at least

Sizza and they go out on tour together as soon
as this thing wraps up, So that kind of makes sense.
I'm wondering if something else will happen. It'd be kind
of wild if he brought Lil Wayne out, because Lil
Wayne was super emotional that he didn't get the halftime show.

each for the four Chilean men who are allegedly part
of a criminal gang that burglarizes multimillion dollar homes. They're
accused of targeting homes in Southwest Ohio, one of which

December ninth, when the team was in Dallas facing the Cowboys.
Earlier this month, the four arrested during a traffic stop
in Clark County where law enforcement saw one of them

one of the best parts of our wedding.

is my love language.

Everybody our wedding was really somebody that we loved and
cared about. So if that was really cool, and for
the unity piece of the ceremony, instead of like pouring
stand into a jar, we actually made a cocktail together
and it was really fun and then that became our
signature cocktail for the night.

Smart I like, okay, these are things that I had
never thought of. What are your thoughts on having social
media people at your wedding. I've seen that a little
bit more where a lot there's someone there that's designated
to make the content.

in your hands. Get everything down, take your shoes off,

sit down on your couch, open your phone. I do
it too, and I'm wondering, is there a way to
make this a little bit better and be more productive?
I kind of chop it up typically as just it's
the winter and when it is six degrees outside, what
else are we doing? But I always find myself in
this weird flux during the day. Mine might hit at
a different time than yours because of my work schedule,

but there's usually like two or three hours during the
day that I'm like, should I be doing something different
than what I'm doing.

And I always say it the biggest gift you can

together right now. Sometimes there's just not much to do,

What are some of the things that you can do?

So, according to this, the first thing you should do
when you get home is take off your work clothes,
and I am a strong believer in that I usually
don't sit on any of my inside furniture with my
outside clothes on. Now, I do have weird friends that
will just go right into their bed with their jeans
or their sweats on, and that's a no for me.

No no, no, no, no, no no no. Ditch your work clothes.

Create an after work routine you look forward to that
usually involves getting in some sort of movement, playing your
favorite song, and putting your phone down. Be mindful of overstimulation,
and getting chores done out of the way is something
if you've got the energy to do it. I praise
right and doing something different, And that's usually what I

try to talk about on my show at least throughout
the you know the week here and there, that if
you get home and you don't know what to do,
you know, listen to listen to our Tip in the
Morning podcast because usually at some point during the day
I've either mentioned some sort of event that's happening, or
some sort of activity or a different connection point.

Becoming friends with your neighbors is a super underrated thing.
So if you can hang out with your neighbors. It
helps decrease loneliness. You got some help when you're in

hole in your life anyways, because TikTok, if you deleted

So last night, and maybe this all stem from a
conversation that we had earlier this week about house hunting.
I had a dream that the apartment complex that I
live in had this secret top floor hot tub.

I woke up mad. How did I not know that
this whole experience was here? I mean, I'm not even
talking just a hot tub. There was like a lap
pool as well. Now that it's coming back, you know what.

mind is that they had in unit laundry.

I've been house hunting for a year with those items

Stadium on Saturday, September twenty if.

Selena Gomez has the most nominations with thirteen.

And I didn't even see it. In theater. I didn't
even see it.

I haven't seen it and I go to the movie
theaters almost weekly, so that was surprising to me. The
other big ones are The Brutalist and Wicked, both scoring ten.

I don't have a list of snubs yet. I'm working
on that. But the big one for our world is
the fact that Cynthia Arrivo was nominated for Best Actress
and Ariana Grande was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in Wicked.

started the fire. Here we go my first audition. Strangely,
I sang for both. I don't know why.

I care so deeply about Wicked that I didn't want
this if it meant I weren't right for it, because
I wanted the reason why I landed this role to

that's okay, but I want to give it my absolute all.

She earned this, overcoming her own shadow to do this.

I feel like that quote from Ari was really impactful.
That I loved this so much that if I wasn't
right for it, I was okay with that. And I

did post on Instagram, picking up my head in between
sobs to say thank you so much to the Academy

your car, you walk into the house, you put all
your bags down. If you're a girl, you have at
least three If you're a guy, you're absolutely nothing. You're
raw dogging it. You're walking in the house with nothing
in your hands. Get everything down, take your shoes off,

sit down on your couch, open your phone. I do
it too, and I'm wondering, is there a way to
make this a little bit better and be more productive?
I kind of chop it up typically as just it's
the winter and when it is six degrees outside, what
else are we doing? But I always find myself in
this weird flux during the day. Mine might hit at
a different time than yours because of my work schedule,

but there's usually like two or three hours during the
day that I'm like, should I be doing something different
than what I'm doing.

And I always say it the biggest gift you can

What are some of the things that you can do?

So, according to this, the first thing you should do
when you get home is take off your work clothes,
and I am a strong believer in that I usually
don't sit on any of my inside furniture with my
outside clothes on. Now, I do have weird friends that
will just go right into their bed with their jeans
or their sweats on, and that's a no for me.

No no, no, no, no, no no no. Ditch your work clothes.

Create an after work routine you look forward to that
usually involves getting in some sort of movement, playing your
favorite song, and putting your phone down. Be mindful of overstimulation,
and getting chores done out of the way is something
if you've got the energy to do it. I praise
right and doing something different, And that's usually what I

try to talk about on my show at least throughout
the you know the week here and there, that if
you get home and you don't know what to do,
you know, listen to listen to our Tip in the
Morning podcast because usually at some point during the day
I've either mentioned some sort of event that's happening, or
some sort of activity or a different connection point.

Becoming friends with your neighbors is a super underrated thing.
So if you can hang out with your neighbors. It

hole in your life anyways, because TikTok, if you deleted

So as somebody that got married during COVID, I had
to do a lot of things myself and just kind
of figured it out because everything was shut down. The

Online website for you to figure out like bride'smaid stresses and.

All of that at sea, perfect resource especially for invitations
and day of scheduling and then additionally unity ceremony. We
did tequila shots. It was so much fun.
