I told you about my friend YEP that had gone
on a trip, had a wonderful experience with a man,
and then that person reached out to my friend and
wanted to meet up in Cincinnati because he was traveling here.
And my friend was like, ooh, should I do it

or should I just keep whatever happened on our trip.

multiple social media accounts.

So last week my friend did end up meeting up
with that guy, and she know She was very excited.
She was like, listen, let's you know, let's do it.
But you only live once. I would love to meet

better conversation and et cetera.

While you're not like drunk on a beach, you know, right,
like when your friend is in that scene, things feel
a lot different. They feel more magical. So how did
they go?

So my friend is sitting across from him and he's like,
I have a story to tell. You have a funny story.
And I was like, oh yeah, Like what's your funny story?
He goes, So I was out last night with some
potential like coworkers or something, and they had said to him, Hey,
are you going back to your hometown tomorrow? And he said, no,

I actually met this girl in Florida and she lives here,
and I was actually hoping to, you know, meet up
with her and you know, just get get to know
her and meet up. Sarah, there's a rat in this city.

Oh no, what happens?

Someone in that car ratted out my friend. Oh no,
and said and said wait a minute. They had put
two and two together that wait a minute, you're the
person that Tiffany was talking about on the radio, aren't
you what.

This is insane.

My friend was ratted. We have a rat a rat
a tat tat in the city.

That's how the night started. My friend is sitting across
from this person at the light Ole Park Hotel having
a drink and he said, hey, you know, you know,
I was in the car last night with you know,
some strangers essentially that I had just met, and they
had asked me, Hey, are you leaving? And I said, no,
I'm going to meet up with this girl that I
had met in Florida. YadA, YadA, YadA. And the person

in the car had put two and two together that
I had been talking about this situation on the radio.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
So did your friend text you right away? Like you
won't believe this?
Speaker 2 (03:25):
He knows what do you mean, my friend, the friend
that was on the date with him, Yes, right away,
right away, not even a text, it was a voice.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
Now I know I have to like run away to
the bathroom because I would have done the same, and
I would have like found a window to crawl out of.

that they would never talk again. Turns out he found
her on social media said Hey, I just happen to

and turns out historia has been all over the airwaves.

Hello, and just the bat here that someone was listening
in the car during that time when you and I
had chatted about the initial story and then.

Three minute chat too, so right, patch it right at
that time.

And basically regurgitated it back to him. And of course
they had talked about the fact that there was, you know,
some intimacy involved, and so this rat is telling this
story to him and he's just sitting there and I
could tell, I mean, my friend could tell that he
was visibly uncomfortable with the situation. Sure, and it definitely

put like a different energy on the night.

Yeah, So how did the rest of the date go?
Did she leave? Did she stick around? Like what happened
that night between them?

Stuck around for a little bit of conversation, shared one drink,
about two hours worth of it, and then you know,
my friend could just tell that the energy was slightly off.
Still great beach was gone. The beach magic had disappeared.
And I don't know if that's because it just is
what it is, or if there was a rat in
