It's time for Tuesday tips on Tip in the morning.
Good morning. Abby does all the research so that you
don't have to put any effort in. And this week
you will go from being a piggy to a horse
girl in just a matter of a couple of hours
with the Flying Pig Saturday and then the Kentucky Derby
just a couple of hours later. Abby, are we celebrating
the Derby in Cincinnati this weekend?

Speaker 2 (00:22):
All the barn animals. Yeah, we're raised in northern Kentucky
or in Kentucky. But I've actually never been to the derby,
which is a bucket list item. But lots of fun
things happening for the derby. They do a big event
done at Braxton Brewing in Covington, and so this Saturday

(00:42):
they're going to be starting at two pm. But they've
got that scarlet Vinconia. How do you say that word
the flower truck?

Speaker 1 (00:52):
I don't know, I don't know if I know, I
don't know.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Scarlet Scarletonia.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
So there's is it the burgonia? Is that what you're saying?

Speaker 2 (01:03):
B E d o nias? Look at that, but there's
a flower truck down there with this truck is so cute,
very social media worthy. Molly Wellman is going to be
doing her favorite and signature mint, Julip Swich. If you've
never had, you're truly missing out, And of course they're
doing a best dress, best hat contest, all the different things.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Okay, well that's Saturday, the Derby down at Braxton. I
almost forgot that we were at Derby weekend, so thank
you for that reminder. And then let's backtrack a couple
of days. Thursday, what kicks off in Fountain Square.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Salt on the Square one of my favorite events of
the summer. The series of Salt on the Square is
so fun. Yeah, let's say, diverse crowd and one thing
I love that I feel like I don't think they've
always done this, but I know in the recent years
they do like salta lessons, So even if you don't
know how to salta, you can still go down and
people would to start dancing with you.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
And you can go solo to this at all, which
I love that for you, And it's also free. If
it is free, it is for us this summer free
for us.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Yeah, this is a great event and it's an easy
event to go to solo and make a lot of friends.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
Quick love that Abby does all the research so that
we don't have to do everything, since what else do
we have this morning?

Speaker 2 (02:25):
We have a lot of like a big events happening
this weekend, but also Syncer to Mayo is just coming Monday,
and so on Sunday, the Banks is doing their big
Sinker to Mayo party and that's four to nine, but
they're going to have a live maraachi band that actually
is from from twelve thirty to three pm, and then

(02:45):
food and drink specials run at nine participating bars and
restaurants from four to nine. So we love a good
special too, But it's not free, it better be on special.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Bet. If it's not free, it better beyond happy hour,
all right, Abby? From everything? Sincey that's my go to
place when I want to figure out what's going on,
if I have friends in town, family in town, if
I just want to get out of my house, free, single, solo,
dog lovers, whatever, everything is there everythingsincy dot com, or
if you're a social media person, obviously it's the same handle.
