Celebrate Your Teacher w/ Gilkey Windows

Because you're waking up with fifth in the morning. Good morning.
Do you have a teacher in your life.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
I'm sure you do, And if you don't have one currently,
there's someone in your life that you remember as being
one of the greatest teachers. Teachers, it's not even funny
how under served they are and how much they deserve
in comparison to the level of work they do. So
today we are kicking off something called Not Your Ordinary Teacher,

(00:26):
where when you nominate the teacher in your classroom, they
will get celebrations. We will celebrate them, we will give
them a party, and then you get to bring nine
of your classmates to the Alex Warren Show coming to
Cincinnati in just a couple of weeks.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
So it's like a win win situation.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
And the only reason we were able to be able
to put on something so big is because of my
friends at Guilty Windows. Hi, good morning. We've got Vince
and Matt in studio.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
I'll start with you. Matt, Is there a teacher that
comes to mind for you?

Speaker 4 (01:00):
I was always a big fan of history, like world history,
learning about different cultures.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
Uh huh, Vince, it's been a hot second since you
were in school as well, But is there a teacher
that comes to mind.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
It's been a while. I had one teacher, definitely. I
think he helped me get into college. I wasn't the
best student, didn't get the best grades.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
My math teacher in college is the one that I
lean on today for financial literacy. So it's the teachers
of our life that really help us grow. And what
made you want to get involved in are not your
ordinary teacher campaign when you heard about it, I mean,
you're a Sharonville guy.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
That's where Guilky Windows is.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
I mean, I think it's a great opportunity to give
back to the community and yeah, to support kind of
some unsung heroes.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Yeah, and I'm sure and I'm sure that every you
know Cincinnati neighborhood that you've installed a window in there
is a classroom that's not very far off from where
you maybe installed those windows. So it's been great to
have you guys jump in. We really appreciate that here
at kis T one O seven one. We can't really,
you know, get jobs done without sponsors like Gilky Windows.
