Speaker 1 (00:01):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one O seven one.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Good morning, Happy Friday.
Speaker 3 (00:05):
And you know what today is National Donut Day. Oh,
I would give anything to have a donut delivered to
Kenwood this morning. If I were to choose my favorite
donut place in Cincia, just recently discovered this one, it's
Starlight Donuts. Ooh, Starlight Donuts in Norwood.
Speaker 2 (00:22):
If you happen to be listening my favorite.
Speaker 3 (00:24):
If I were to choose my favorite donut of all
time out of like the classics, Boston Cream Donuts my
number one.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
It's obviously a part of my bloodline.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
And then from there, if I'm at like a duncan,
I do appreciate a double chocolate donut or munchkins, of course,
and then I love like a like a glazed donut
with some sort of frosting on top and sprinkles.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
Those are my top three.
Speaker 3 (00:48):
And then of course, if you have like a gourmet
donut shop, it really just depends on what their offerings are.
I went to one in Anderson last weekend and I'm
blanket on the name of it.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
But mmm, I could talk donuts all day.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
Go ahead and shout out your rankings. Talk back with
TIF on iHeartRadio. We're not far off from the three
Things you need to Know two songs from now.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
What's going on with the Bengals stadium?
Speaker 4 (01:09):
Yes, Glynn, you need to know. She's got you.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
It's three Things. Good Morning, New Music Friday.
Speaker 3 (01:17):
Baby, Yeah, I can't wait to play this new one
from Sabrina Carpenter. Okay, before we get there, let's let's
chit chat about the Bengals in the stadium and the renovations,
et cetera. Allow me to try to debrief this for you.
So essentially, the budget meetings that happened this week, the
state was like, listen, Bengals, we're not giving you any
(01:40):
money unless you show us a little bit more of
a detailed plan and effort as to what you're looking
for from us, How the money is gonna get used,
what you're gonna do with it. Okay, you're gonna see
some headlines this morning. If the Brown's got their money,
they got that six hundred million to bell down new studium.
Well that's because the Browns got their act together and
essentially presented a full blown plan as to where they
(02:02):
wanted the money to go. The Bengals were like, hey,
can we get like a couple million and like will
like tbd on what we're going to do with it.
In the State's like, well, we're not going to give
you any money without you showing us your work. It's
like when you pass in your math test and you
just put the answers down there, you don't show how
you arrived there. The teacher's like, huh, what's going on
with chat GPT these days?
Speaker 2 (02:21):
Kind of blows my mind.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
You know when you think that people have their act
together and they do their jobs and you're like wow,
Like if you're you know, you're presenting something to the bank,
you must be really good. It just goes to show
it no one knows what they're doing in this life. Uh,
here's Bill Blessing on The Bengals.
Speaker 5 (02:37):
Going to have to come up with in the county
for that matter too, a solid plan that they present
to the General Assembly and you know, get everybody on
board and that if that can't be done, there's just
not going to be stayed money.
Speaker 3 (02:52):
Are you getting what I'm getting out of this? It
just sounds I'm like, hello, of course you have to
show your work and your effort Anyways, I'll keep you
posted so they if they are signing a new lease,
it has to be done by this month. If it's
not done, then you know it'll extend maybe the current lease.
We'll keep you posted, all right. Second, in three things
you need to know, not very far from here, I
(03:13):
would say the closest NBA team that we have, the Pacers,
And you know what, they took Game one last night
and whooo it was a nail bier one eleven to
one ten against Oklahoma in Game one of NBA Finals.
Speaker 6 (03:27):
You'll do sallexanderspins, pulls up jumper off Lamark one go rebound,
knees specer, pace's little chance to win it, final seconds,
No foals to do, Haliburton looking, Haliburton driving, pulls up
jump shot, Let's go quick break, TUN's on the second.
Speaker 4 (03:44):
Roverting Oh time out?
Speaker 3 (03:46):
Okay, see Tyrese haliburt and just hitting that shot.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
Speaking in the sports world where I'm here, the Reds
play at home tonight and it is Pride night. Kissino
seven one will be there. I'll be there if you
happen to be going. Let's meet up.
Speaker 2 (04:00):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (04:00):
Then lastly, and three things you need to know. It
is new music Friday. I have a brand new one
from Sabrina Carpenter. This is called Manchild. Here's a clip.
(04:22):
I'll have that for you in full throughout the show.
One more clip. This is called Type Dangerous, off of
Mariah Carey's new album. Here's a quick clip for you.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
I will have that for you in full.
Speaker 3 (04:42):
Coming up at seven o five this morning when we
go commercial free search gise one one on the iHeartRadio
app to be a part of the show and Happy Friday.
Speaker 4 (04:50):
You're waking up in the morning.
Speaker 2 (04:53):
We're gonna talk about condiments.
Speaker 3 (04:56):
And please, please please talk back with Tiff or call me,
because sometimes I get really excited about a topic and
I don't get any feedback on it, and I feel
like a loser, like maybe my brain is too weird
and people don't think like.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
Me, and I'm out on this island by myself.
Speaker 3 (05:15):
So there is a deep passion I feel like for
one specific condiment, and it's a condiment that I like
and that I would happily add to a meal. But
I don't need it to eat pizza. I don't eat
need it to dip my chicken tenders in, and I
don't need it for a salad, but I have friends.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
That will fiend for it.
Speaker 3 (05:37):
In fact, they have this condiment ranked depending on where
you are in which what you're eating in which location
has the best, And that is ranch.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
You want to know what it's like to be in
my inner circle, Listen.
Speaker 3 (05:50):
To this unhinged voice note that I got from my
dear friend Michelle yesterday.
Speaker 7 (05:55):
Condiment that has followed me from childhood to adulthood that
you'll all know is amazing is ranch. There is definitely
a difference from a model ranch and homemade branch. I
will say my two favorite ranches are the ones from
(06:17):
Jets Pizza, which is incredible, and I also recently discovered
the homemade ranch at Bridgetown Finer Meats, and oh my god,
it is incredible.
Speaker 3 (06:30):
That's my girl, Michelle. She lives on the West Side.
I mean to have a specific restaurant picked out for
a dressing.
Speaker 4 (06:40):
Not even the food.
Speaker 2 (06:41):
I'm not gonna lie though.
Speaker 3 (06:42):
Jet's Pizza is mad good and I have gone there,
but I didn't go there for the pizza. I went
to Jets because someone told me the ranch was really good. Listen,
let's let's just float it. Five one, three, seven, four nine,
one oh seven one. If your ears are ringing right
now or burning up and you feel the same way
you feel hot about ranch, the ticket the topic of
(07:05):
the day.
Speaker 2 (07:06):
Great if not, if you have a different condiment.
Speaker 3 (07:08):
If you have a place that you go to specifically
in the Tri State for ranch. I don't know if
my friend Michelle is alone on this island five one
three seven four nine, one oh seven one, or talk.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
Back with TIF.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
Hi, good morning.
Speaker 3 (07:19):
You're waking up with TIF in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven to one. Which establishment in the Tri
State has the best ranch?
Speaker 2 (07:26):
Good morning, you're on the air.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
I used to work at Roosters, and I think they probably.
Speaker 4 (07:32):
Have the best homemade ranch if you ever had it.
Speaker 1 (07:35):
So they often make their blue cheese homemade too.
Speaker 3 (07:38):
Okay, I'm glad you work at Roosters. There's one right
next to Showcase Cinnamon, and sometimes I pop in there
for for food before the movie, so I will get
the ranch.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
What's your name? What neighborhood you waking up with me?
Speaker 8 (07:50):
And Erica and New rich.
Speaker 3 (07:52):
Erica, thank you so much for the call. We're in
the midst of talking about the best ranch in the city.
If you're just walking into this conversation, I got an
unhinged voice snow from my deer from Michelle, who lives
on the West Side, who literally broke down her favorite
ranch dressings in the city.
Speaker 2 (08:08):
Here's a quick clip.
Speaker 7 (08:09):
I will say my two favorite ranches are the ones
from Jet's Pizza, which is incredible, and I also recently
discovered the homemade ranch at Bridgetown's Finer Meats.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
And she's like categorized them. Good morning, you're on the air.
What is was yours?
Speaker 1 (08:28):
Win?
Speaker 3 (08:28):
That pad some delicious branch.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
I don't know if you tried it.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
But you gotta try it.
Speaker 2 (08:33):
Okay, what's your name? What neighborhood you in pizza?
Speaker 9 (08:36):
I'm from the West Side.
Speaker 2 (08:38):
Thank you so much for Colin Galla. Hi you're on
the air.
Speaker 10 (08:41):
So I'm not like a huge ranch goer. I mean
my husband is, but I would say Max Pizza has
like really solid ranch.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
It's just it's just really good. Is that the one
in Covington?
Speaker 10 (08:52):
Well it's a change. There's volume here and like Wooster Pike.
Speaker 11 (08:57):
Stuff like that.
Speaker 2 (08:58):
But yeah, okay, awesome. What's your name when Nay, what
are you waking up with me?
Speaker 12 (09:01):
My name is.
Speaker 10 (09:02):
Sarah and I Live Ron Anderson Town Show.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
Thank you so much for the call. I'm crying.
Speaker 3 (09:06):
You know the fact that you are indulging me in
this conversation right now, and that you two probably have
a ranking for the best ranches in the city just
goes to show how much.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
I love I just love this show. I love where
we go Sometimes.
Speaker 3 (09:19):
Where's your five one three, seven, four nine, one oh
seven one or talkback?
Speaker 2 (09:23):
What TIF on?
Speaker 3 (09:23):
iHeartRadio babys one O seven one. You're on TIFF in
the morning. I appreciate you stopping by the show. What
do you have for me on the ranch topic?
Speaker 10 (09:31):
So your friend is one correct, Jeff Pizza has the
best ranch and I'm like lactose and tolerant.
Speaker 11 (09:38):
I will be able to pay just to have some.
Speaker 12 (09:40):
Of the ranch.
Speaker 2 (09:41):
I get that feeling. My gal, what's your name? When neehbar?
Are you waking up with me?
Speaker 10 (09:44):
And and my name is Jessica Ken I'm in fort Raight, Kentucky.
Speaker 3 (09:47):
Jessica, thank you so much for listening to TIF in
the Morning.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
I appreciate you.
Speaker 8 (09:51):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
Have a good Friday.
Speaker 3 (09:53):
I love the so far jets is in the lead
coming up two songs from now. We'll dive into three
Things you need to Know New Music Friday on the w.
Speaker 4 (10:01):
When you need to know, She's got you.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
It's three Things with tip on kiss When I was seven,
one good morning.
Speaker 3 (10:08):
I can't wait to play this new Sabrina Carpenter in
New Music Friday.
Speaker 2 (10:12):
But first or just.
Speaker 3 (10:13):
Before eight o'clock on the sixth of June, at the
six to sixth and coming up at eight thirty, we're
gonna stamp her Sincy summer passport with a pair of
tickets to the Museum Center. So don't go far before
we get to New Music Friday. Let's start off with
Bridge updates, simply because I promised you know that. After
the first two initial people were charged with arson et
cetera and pled guilty to the Big mac Bridge fire,
(10:35):
there were still two more that needed to be seen
in court and that was their day yesterday.
Speaker 13 (10:41):
The final two suspects have their day in court Thursday,
as Caitlin Hall and James Hamilton both pled guilty for
lesser charges, originally for obstruction of justice, but both pled
guilty for a misdemeanor charge of official business obstruction. Hall
was given one year of community control and forty hours
of community service. Hamilton handed two years community can in
forty hours community service, as well as credit for ninety
(11:03):
days in prison for an unrelated drug charge. Terry Styles
plaged guilty to arson and he'll serve nine to thirteen
and a half years in prison. Zachary Stump also plied guilty.
He sentenced June twenty sixth because of the fire remains unknown.
Speaker 3 (11:17):
That is my guy Lee Mawen from seven hundred Wow.
Speaker 2 (11:20):
So there it is.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
The updates on the big MacBridge fire. All right, second
and three things you need to know. Actually, we're gonna
stay in the courtroom and do a little update on Diddy. Yesterday,
the headlines were coming out that Diddy was almost kicked
out of the courtroom for connecting with the jury.
Speaker 2 (11:39):
Okay, it's kind of one of.
Speaker 3 (11:43):
Those things when there was a witness up in the
and the prosecution was kind of you know, it was
was talking to the witness, and it was one of
those things where like or the defense was and they
kind of proved the witness wrong, and then Diddy almost
kind of looked over at the jury, is how I'm
reading it right, because I'm video footage and was giving
them the head nod like yeah, you see this, you
(12:04):
hear this, you see like got him. It's kind of
giving those type of vibes. The judge looked at you know,
Diddy's lawyers actually stopped the thing down and said, you know,
brought Ditty's lawyers up and said, listen, this is absolutely unacceptable.
If it happens again, you're out. So we'll see what
(12:25):
happens from that one. Diddy's just got like, what are
you doing?
Speaker 4 (12:28):
Man?
Speaker 2 (12:28):
You can't be doing that.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
I would assume that's some sort of like tampering with
the witness or tampering with the jury.
Speaker 2 (12:34):
There's got to be something against that.
Speaker 3 (12:35):
So there's you know, as the Diddy trial progresses into
its fourth week, I will keep you posted. Of course,
we've been doing that most like daily usually here on
the show. All right, and then lastly in three Things
you Need to Know this morning, it is New Music Friday.
Where shall we start today? I eventually want to play
you the Sabrina Carpenter. But while I have you, this
(12:58):
Lwaene album came out right. It's Carter six. He'll be
here on August sixteenth and Cincy. This is Wayne jelly
Roll in Big Sean. It's called sharks.
Speaker 4 (13:08):
Never definitely every cold brain, Oh yeah, Jelly.
Speaker 2 (13:12):
Ronake, Sane always in the grid, Shark always always in the.
Speaker 1 (13:23):
God always at the up.
Speaker 13 (13:31):
Take a compact to say, sane always in.
Speaker 4 (13:36):
The grid, wolf.
Speaker 2 (13:37):
Wolf Shark s always m jelly roll on the hook.
Speaker 3 (13:43):
There.
Speaker 2 (13:44):
It means that God will always use the least likely
messenger with the biggest message every single time. You can
take it to the bank, baby, take it to the bank, baby.
Speaker 9 (13:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (13:54):
And you know what, all next week I will have
tickets for you to go see Lil Wayne.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
So wake up with Tiff in the morning on that one. Okay,
all right?
Speaker 3 (14:00):
And then lastly, in New Music Friday, a little clip
of Sabrina Carpenter's Manchild.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
Here it is.
Speaker 3 (14:19):
It's giving a little country vibe to me. And I
should have known that from the clip of the visuals
that came out with it. The music video for this
song comes out later on this morning. In fact, I
will have Sabrina's Manchild in full for you New Music
Friday just after eight o'clock, as well as those Museum
Center passes.
Speaker 2 (14:37):
So when you listen to Kiss on No.
Speaker 3 (14:40):
Seven one on the iHeartRadio app, but at your you know,
we'll I'll take care of e anything for you. You
don't want to miss a thing. Happy Friday, Good morning.
So what did you think there's a really good chance
that's the first time you heard that song at least
in full. It's called a Manchild by Sabrina Carpenter on
New Music Friday. Here on Kiss one oh seven one,
she said, and it feels like the song embodiment of
(15:02):
a loving eye roll. And it sounds like a never
ending road trip in the summer. Hence why I wanted
to give it to you now so you can stick
your head out the car window and scream it all
summer long. Thank you always and forever for listening, and
thank you men for testing me.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
Some of the lyrics on it made me giggle.
Speaker 3 (15:20):
First verse you said your phone was broken, just forgot
to charge it. Whole outfit you're wearing. God, I hope
it's ironic. Did you say you've finished? Didn't even know
we started. It's all just so familiar, baby, What did
you call it?
Speaker 2 (15:34):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (15:35):
I'll have that one for you all morning long. So
there you go to New Music Friday. You can tell
we're getting close. You know that we're in summer, I
should say, because everyone's starting to release new music. Thanks
for waking up with Tip in the morning. Commercial free
coming up at eight thirty. I have your chance to
stamp your Sincy Summer passport with tickets to the Museum Center.
Speaker 2 (15:52):
You will need the keyword window.
Speaker 3 (15:55):
A common fight between couples is this one thing in
the bedroom.
Speaker 2 (15:59):
Give me three minutes. We'll get to that next.
Speaker 4 (16:02):
You're waking up with Fis in the morning. Hi kiss
one seven one, Good morning.
Speaker 3 (16:05):
We're gonna talk about sleep this Talkbacker wanted it to
be couples specific, but I feel like my solos and
singles like myself will have a thought to weigh in
on this. Window is the keyword. You're gonna need to
win the Museum Center tickets when we stamp your Sincy
Summer passport at eight thirty ish. So I'll play the
talk back and then we'll chat to you.
Speaker 11 (16:27):
Or your significant spouse battle between like leaving a window
open at night or does one of you like to
kind of shut all the windows for safety's sake or
for whatever particular reason. But I thought that would be
an interesting topic.
Speaker 13 (16:41):
Time.
Speaker 12 (16:42):
Have a good one, Nye too.
Speaker 3 (16:43):
Thank you for the talkback with Tiff and for doing
some of the legwork on the show. This morning microphone
is in the top right hand corner when you listen
to Kiss on iHeartRadio, and that's an alternative way to
contribute to the show. Where are you at with this one?
Windows open or closed when you sleep? And what's your
reasoning behind it? I am a and I think this
has a lot to do with your background and where
(17:03):
you grew up. You know, my house could be left
unlocked growing up, and I left my keys in the
car overnight, so I don't always have a problem leaving
the windows open when I sleep or having fresh air.
I appreciate a fresh, cool breeze, especially in the spring
and early summer. But now as a solo woman, I'm
(17:27):
pad locking, locking and chain locking my doors, and there
are sometimes where I'm like, ooh, could someone get a
ladder and break into my apartment if I left my
living room window open, like they would need to climb
several stories. I have to sleep with my windows closed
because I live on the side of seventy one South.
Literally it feels like I'm camped outside there, so I
(17:48):
just hear tractor trailers all night long.
Speaker 2 (17:50):
I couldn't leave the windows open it's too loud.
Speaker 3 (17:53):
So I would say I'm a windows closed person unless
I'm in a setting where it's not super loud and
I feel super and I feel safe enough to do it.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
Where are you at? Windows open? Windows closed? Do you
fight about the temperature in your bedroom? Five?
Speaker 3 (18:06):
One, three seven four nine, one oh seven one, Good morning.
You're waking up a tip in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven one, Happy Friday. Window is the keyword
you're gonna need in less than ten minutes to stampy
or since the summer passport with Museum Center tickets.
Speaker 2 (18:19):
Hi, you're on the air, Good morning, Batis.
Speaker 14 (18:21):
I was calling in because you wanted to know if
we got good sleep yeeking next to your significant over.
Speaker 8 (18:28):
I do not.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
It is the worst, the worst.
Speaker 14 (18:32):
Oh, he snores and he talks in his sleep, and
he thrashes and he moves the raft and so basically
if he's in bed, I'm not sleeping at all.
Speaker 2 (18:42):
I get it, girl, I appreciate the call.
Speaker 3 (18:45):
If you're just walking into the conversation, we actually started
it because I got this talk back about windows.
Speaker 2 (18:51):
That's why window is the keyword.
Speaker 11 (18:52):
Do you or your significant spouse battle between like leaving
a window open at night, or there's one of you
like to kind of shut all the windows for for
safety's sake or for whatever particular reason. But I thought
that would be an interesting topic.
Speaker 8 (19:07):
Time.
Speaker 12 (19:07):
Have a good one, yes.
Speaker 3 (19:08):
Too, five one, three, seven, four nine, one oh seven one.
Do you and your partner argue about windows open or
closed or even the temperature? You're a first timer with
Tiff in the morning. If that's the case, Good morning,
good morning, good morning.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
I'm Tiff. If you and I haven't met yet, is
yesh mean?
Speaker 14 (19:26):
Here?
Speaker 2 (19:26):
It's just you and I.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
Run this show by myself top to bottom, So when
you call, you're speaking directly to me.
Speaker 2 (19:32):
There's no customer service here. It's me.
Speaker 3 (19:35):
When you talk back with Tiff, I'm the only one
that checks it. So if this happens to be your
first talk back, welcome to the party.
Speaker 8 (19:42):
Windows open or closed? Well me personally, My bedroom is
in the attic and if I kept any window open,
it would be a million degrees in here, and we
would live right next to two train tracks, so all
I would hear all the freaking time time would be
the train and it would be horrible.
Speaker 2 (20:04):
I get it, girl. Thank you for the talkback.
Speaker 3 (20:05):
With Tiff microphones in the top right hand corner of
the iHeartRadio app. It's an alternative way to contribute if
you don't feel like calling me. I live on the
side of seventy one South and sometimes with the tractor
trailers like just downshifting into the city. It sounds as
if I have I'm set up on the side of
(20:27):
the highway. That's how close it feels. So I typically
be would be like, would love to do a windows open,
but I live on the side of the highway essentially,
so I can't. So I'm voting windows closed, but in spirit,
I'm a windows open kind of gown. Window is the
keyword you're gonna need to win the Cincy Museum Center passes.
I'm stamping that passport for you in three minutes after
(20:49):
justin Timberlakes.
Speaker 4 (20:51):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on one
O seven to one. Good morning.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
I am hoping you have a keyword for me.
Speaker 12 (20:58):
I do.
Speaker 3 (20:59):
It's congratulations, Gal, you got the keyword your collar ten.
Speaker 2 (21:03):
You're going to the Museum Center. Oh my goodness, that's amazing.
Speaker 8 (21:07):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (21:07):
I'm stamping your Sincy summer passport. Yay, what's your name,
what neighborhood you waking up with me?
Speaker 8 (21:11):
And I am My name is Brittany and I am
in northern Kentucky.
Speaker 3 (21:19):
Sounds like this might be the first time you and
I have ever connected over the phone.
Speaker 12 (21:22):
Yes it is.
Speaker 3 (21:23):
Don't be nervous. Don't be nervous. It's just me. It's
just me, you and Cincinnati. Guess in Kentuck.
Speaker 2 (21:28):
What's your name? What neighborhood you en? Did I already
ask that he did?
Speaker 3 (21:31):
I did?
Speaker 2 (21:31):
I did?
Speaker 3 (21:32):
I had it, I have ADHD and it's Friday, so
by now my brain's gone.
Speaker 8 (21:37):
No.
Speaker 2 (21:37):
I Well, thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning.
Speaker 12 (21:40):
Yes, thank you.
Speaker 3 (21:42):
You've got a good energy, so I feel like you
would have a good answer to this question. Are you
a windows open or windows closed when you're sleeping?
Speaker 8 (21:49):
I'm going to be honest with you here.
Speaker 1 (21:51):
I'm a window unit gal, so I like the air
conditioning on in the window unit.
Speaker 3 (21:55):
Yeah, I mean we have to do that, right, I mean,
we're getting to that point in the year where we're
going to start needing ace to sleep, and you know what,
we might start dating people for their amenities if they
don't have window units because us apartment colors are struggling
absolutely well, thank you for the call if you took
an el on these tickets, since the summer passport continues
all summer long, in fact, all next week.
Speaker 2 (22:17):
I've got little Wayne.
Speaker 3 (22:18):
Tickets for you and something else bruined behind the scenes.
So when you get up with TIF in the morning
every day on iHeartRadio, you will not miss a thing.
Speaker 2 (22:27):
Search Kiss one oh seven one.
Speaker 3 (22:28):
We're still commercial free, but we're just a few minutes
out from the three things you need to know to
get your day started.
Speaker 2 (22:33):
In Sincy. We're gonna get into new music Friday when.
Speaker 4 (22:36):
You need to know she's got you.
Speaker 2 (22:39):
It's three things with.
Speaker 4 (22:42):
Good mornen.
Speaker 3 (22:44):
We're gonna talk new music Friday with Ed Sheeran here
in just a second, we're before nine o'clock. At nine
oh five, I have a shot at the thousand bucks
in a free trip to Vegas for our iHeart Radio
Music Festival, So don't go for him before we get
to Ed sheer And let's start off with movies and television,
you know. At congratulations to Tom Cruise. He landed a
spot and the Guinness Book of World Records for performing
sixteen burning parachute jumps during filming Mission Impossible, the final reckoning.
(23:08):
Each jump involved his parachute being set on fire midair
as a part of that high risk sequence. And when
I watched that movie, I'll tell you I couldn't figure
out what was real, what wasn't, what was stunt double,
what was and what was cgi?
Speaker 2 (23:21):
I mean, it was really good.
Speaker 3 (23:23):
The storyline is very boy coded, but the movie itself
was very good. Also, in the box office this weekend,
outside of Mission Impossible, you've got Karate Kid, which came
out last weekend, and John Wick came out just like
last night at midnight. And by the way, if you
do go to the theater, there's a good chance you'll
see the new Wicked trailer be that's airing everywhere. Also,
(23:43):
Draco malfoy announced yesterday that he is joining the cast
of The Cursed Child on Broadway, and we'll play himself.
Speaker 9 (23:54):
I keep thinking, I'm dreaming I let go of that
character of sixteen years ago and now getting a chance
to step back in issues as a father, this time.
Speaker 4 (24:04):
In a new new story.
Speaker 3 (24:06):
Hello, everyone hates you, Draco Malfoy, Just kidding, that'll be
pretty cool.
Speaker 2 (24:11):
The second and three things you need to Know.
Speaker 3 (24:13):
One Direction's Night Changes has joined the one billion club
on YouTube, with the video passing a billion streams. It's
a huge milestone. It's called night Changes. Came out in
twenty fourteen.
Speaker 2 (24:26):
So when we get in on baby, I've been thinking
about la does it ever drive you crazy?
Speaker 4 (24:38):
Just how fast and change?
Speaker 3 (24:42):
That's their fourth song to cross the one billion mark
on YouTube?
Speaker 2 (24:46):
All right?
Speaker 3 (24:46):
Even lastly, in three Things you need to Know, it
is new music for Friday, I'm just gonna pull a
a quick clip of Ed Sheeran's new song let me
pull it up here.
Speaker 2 (24:56):
I had it one second. It is called Sapphire. Here
you go. Fuck do your body, buddy, put you on me.
Speaker 4 (25:03):
Don't you win your body?
Speaker 12 (25:04):
I can do the Job.
Speaker 2 (25:05):
That'll come out on his lead his album later on
this year. That is three things you need to Know
for June sixth. The trip to Vegas coming up next.
Speaker 4 (25:12):
You're waking up with Fifth in the morning, h Kiss.
Speaker 2 (25:15):
Good morning.
Speaker 3 (25:15):
That was the newest from Sabrina Carpenter. It's called Manchild.
If you happen to hear it for the very first time,
maybe even just in full, if you haven't scrolled past
yet on social media. It's New Music Friday on Kiss,
So I'll play it for you throughout the rest of the.
Speaker 2 (25:27):
Day and on the show, Sarah, good morning.
Speaker 12 (25:30):
Good morning, Happy Friday.
Speaker 3 (25:31):
You know that you know how to do this job right.
You need to put the microphone closer to your mouth.
Speaker 15 (25:35):
I feel like I'm so loud that every day I'm
told to not put it as close to my mouth.
Speaker 12 (25:40):
And then I back up and you know, what.
Speaker 3 (25:43):
Do you think I'm hearing that it's a front runner
for a potential song of Summer. And you know that
the tiff in the morning Song of Summer is always
a very big coveted thing that will do deeper into
the months.
Speaker 2 (25:55):
But I don't know. That's just soon to tell. For me,
that's a big yeah.
Speaker 3 (26:00):
It's a bold statement to say that that one first
day out could be in the running of song of Summer.
Speaker 12 (26:05):
I don't know about all that.
Speaker 15 (26:06):
I feel like I need to listen to it a
few more times. I listened to it once last night.
I looked at the lyrics I was reading a long
this morning and and I'm like, I don't know, I
don't know if I can give it that title yet
of the Song of Summer.
Speaker 3 (26:19):
No, we're way too early, but some front runners already
presenting themselves so far is I guess if you want
to add that one Lady Gaga Abra Kadabra. The other
one is Benson Boone. Sorry, I'm here for someone else.
It'd be really wild to see like a ballad like
that take Home that spot. End of the World by
(26:41):
Miley Cyrus is one. That's a front runner. Tate McCrae,
that's what I want. That's a front runner. Yeah, it's
too soon to tell for sure, but there is no
lead candidate. Like last year at this time, I felt
like we had Espresso, we had chapel Ron.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
We also I had Shaboozi.
Speaker 3 (27:01):
This one, I don't really feel a big summer banger yet.
Speaker 15 (27:04):
There's just kind of a lot of good stuff going
on right now. When you heard Sabrina Carpenter last night,
what was your first thought after listening to Manchild is
very country.
Speaker 3 (27:13):
I loved the lyrics in it, though, you gotta read
the lyrics.
Speaker 2 (27:17):
You gotta read this can out.
Speaker 15 (27:18):
Of ten recommend googling Manchild lyrics so you know exactly
what you're saying.
Speaker 3 (27:22):
Why so sexy? If so dumb? And how survive. How
did you survive on the earth so long? If I'm
not there, it won't get done. I choose to blame
your mom, and she.
Speaker 12 (27:33):
Dropped some f bombs in there. I mean, it's great,
all right, We'll keep you posting.
Speaker 3 (27:38):
You know, the TIF in the Morning song of Summer
is always a coveted thing, So keep your ears open, Sarah.
Speaker 2 (27:42):
Happy Friday.
Speaker 4 (27:45):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning.
Speaker 3 (27:48):
It's one of my favorite holidays. And I don't typically
follow the national ones. But if someone would have put
a donut in front of me right now we ride
at dawn.
Speaker 15 (27:55):
Happy National Donut Day, my lady go.
Speaker 2 (27:59):
Sounds like sex to me. Happy National Donut Day, Baby.
Speaker 12 (28:03):
Feak dirty to me? Do you have a favorite spot?
Speaker 2 (28:05):
By the way, So I have a favorite donut?
Speaker 14 (28:07):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (28:07):
Okay, and mine is a Boston Cream donut, of course
that is yeah, it runs in my DNA. But that's
the donut I get if I'm going to different places,
and I want to compare it because usually every spot
will have their own version of a Boston Cream donut.
Speaker 12 (28:23):
And where is your favorite Boston Cream donuts sold?
Speaker 3 (28:26):
It is in Boston at a place called Donuts with
a difference in Medford, mass Here so far, I'm a
big fan of Starlight Donut lamb Oh.
Speaker 15 (28:33):
Starlight is good, good, thick, heavy, hitterer donuts over there, man,
they don't mess around.
Speaker 12 (28:39):
They take the donuts seriously.
Speaker 2 (28:41):
Do you have a favorite spot and or a favorite donut?
Speaker 4 (28:43):
I do.
Speaker 15 (28:44):
I love Milton's in Middletown. They are the official donut
of the UC Bearcats. They saw these really long John donuts.
They're like a foot long at least.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
No wonder why you like a foot long donuts.
Speaker 15 (28:56):
They're so good and I see people, I see the
students walk around big packs of them.
Speaker 12 (29:01):
It looks like like a foot long sub. There are
very lots of sugar, lots of icing.
Speaker 2 (29:06):
Are you a cake donut or an airy donut?
Speaker 12 (29:08):
I go cake?
Speaker 2 (29:09):
You cake thick?
Speaker 8 (29:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (29:10):
I do like a dense cake donut.
Speaker 3 (29:12):
And then there's obviously the donuts that you get from
like establishments. So if I'm going to a Duncan's, yea,
I know, the donut I usually get there is a
double chocolate or a Boston Cream. But if I'm going gourmet,
I'll always take a peek at They're like classics, like
a Boston cream or I love a glazed donut with
frosting on top.
Speaker 15 (29:29):
Oh, if I'm going glaze, it's gotta be hot off
the rack at Krispy Kream racks.
Speaker 2 (29:34):
Baby, you don't even need to chew.
Speaker 12 (29:37):
It's like two bites in a swallow.
Speaker 2 (29:39):
Oh ah, two bites in a swallow.
Speaker 15 (29:42):
Babe, you're waiting up with tip in the morning.
Speaker 4 (29:47):
Gone, kiss, good morning.
Speaker 3 (29:50):
Are you a windows down sleeper or I guess I
should say windows open, not necessarily down. That would mean
that you'd be sleeping in your car, and I really
hope that that is not the case for you. But
if it is, just know that there's you know, a
light somewhere in this world for you, and I hope
to provide you at that a little bit.
Speaker 2 (30:06):
Okay, Anyways, it's the daily debrief every day.
Speaker 3 (30:08):
Right around this time, I choose what I think to
be one of the bigger topics of conversation that we had,
and aside from National Donut Day, we talked about whether
or not you sleep with your windows open or your
windows closed.
Speaker 2 (30:22):
I'm gonna check your talkbacks.
Speaker 8 (30:24):
Windows open or closed? Well, me, personally, my bedroom is
in the attic, and if I kept any window open,
it would be a million degrees in here, and we
would live right next to two train tracks, so all
I would hear all the freaking time would be the
train and it would be horrible.
Speaker 3 (30:46):
Well, thank you for the talkback with TIF. I can
relate to that one because I live on the side
of seventy one and it's super loud every night. So
windows open at heart.
Speaker 1 (30:54):
But I am a windows open when I can have
them open kind of girl. I love my windows open,
but when my sinus says are going crazy, I cannot
keep them open because when I wake up, my throat
is sore, I can't breathe.
Speaker 4 (31:10):
It's just a whole mass.
Speaker 1 (31:11):
So unfortunately I have to tea my windows close a lot,
but I do drive with my windows open as much
as I can.
Speaker 2 (31:18):
Thank you for the talk back with Tiff.
Speaker 3 (31:19):
You two can contribute on the same iHeartRadio app that
I always mentioned. The microphone is in the top right
hand corner when you search Kiss one oh seven to one.
Get caught up on the podcast today and find out
why we were even talking about it. It started from
a conversation we had earlier this morning. Everything we do
gets podcasted for you to catch up whenever you have
the time, just search Tiff in the morning.
Speaker 2 (31:40):
Happy Friday, Yeah,
