Prosecution has officially rested in the Ditty trial. Now, after
three weeks of witness testimony, et cetera, prosecution says we're done.

The defense presented their case for bare thirty minutes and
called zero witnesses.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
They submitted some evidence and that was about it. Guys.
That feels nuts to me.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
I mean, Diddy is facing up to life in prison
on those five counts. What the defense is saying, quote,
it doesn't take us long because the prosecution hasn't proved
a single thing when it comes to racketeering and transportation
and prostitution and things.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
Of that nature.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Those five counts are saying they've done nothing. They've done nothing, And.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
I feel like for that case, for this case to
be so big, for.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
The defense to say absolutely nothing, really they must think
that there is so much reasonable doubt with the jury
that Diddy is gonna walk clean.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
That is crazy to me. I don't know.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Closing arguments are tomorrow. The jury could start deliberating as
early as Monday. I mean, Diddy might know his fate
before the fourth of July. We will see, and I
