F1 Movie Review

be just walking into the show for the first time
today and I happen to be the first voice that

I went and saw where we went and saw the
Formula one movie last night.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
Overall thoughts one to ten max ten out of time.
You're not an F one fan though.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Not really, okay, so I want to be now now right,
I'm interested. That's what got me hooked on F one
initially was the first season of Drive to Survive on Netflix.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
A great place.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
To start to get your feet wet in the Formula
one world. I think they have at least five seasons out.
So as a non F one fan, one to ten
on the movie, just as like a general consumer because
there's a lot of racing in there.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
A lot of racing, but a lot of great scenes.
And you know, the Brad Pitt fans, so I love
the movie did really well. What did you think about
Bred did great in the role because of my favorite
movies by him.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
I think I read a stat that this was brad
Pitt's biggest opening ever globally crazy. That man's been in
the business for like what four or five decades?

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Yeah, nineties.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
As an F one fan, I don't know why this
surprised me, but all of the popular Formula one drivers
were in the movie, and it would make obviously it
would make sense. Lando Norris, Charles Leclair, Carlos Signs, Lancetrol,
Alonso is in there?

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Who else?

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Say, obviously Lewis Hamilton, but Lewis Hamilton has a producer
credit on it. The Team principals were in there as well,
and Total Wolf made.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
An appearance like they must.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
I'm super curious on how they filmed it and in
which seasons they filmed that. I could probably go back
and google it. But they definitely had to film that
movie during a legitimate F one race, So I bet
brad Pitt was going to all these different countries and
filming in all of them, right, Yeah, to think, what
was your thoughts on his drive on brad Pits driving amazing?

Speaker 1 (02:02):
But how much of that do you think was real?

Speaker 3 (02:04):
I feel like some of it might have been real.
Some of it might have been staged and like racing simulators.
Talked about that yesterday. Maybe are using that a little
bit for the movie. I'm quite sure.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
What was the other thing. Oh, the soundtrack was really
good as well.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
We had been playing different clips and different songs in
the world premieres on New Music Friday, So I highly
recommend going to check out the soundtrack, and then if
you do want to go to the movies, it was
like two hours, two and a half hours, so I
would go to that. Also coming out tonight is the
new Jurassic Park movie as well, and then next weekend
we've got Superman and I'm going to get you into
