Speaker 1 (00:00):
Because you're waking up with fifth in the morning.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Well, good morning, good morning. It is an early one.
Speaker 3 (00:06):
If you were at Great American Ballpark last night, and
there's a good chance, if I'm catching it right now,
that you might have been in there, because that place
was packed to the rafters for Snoop Dog. Yep, exactly
as I called it. Sarah Elise walking into the studio
right now. I'm assuming to come in and debrief about
Snoop or Taylor Swift.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
I don't know either one.
Speaker 3 (00:25):
I was coming in for Taylor, okay, quickly, because we'll
we'll do Taylor Swift in three things at six fifty.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
But Snoop still got it, you know what snoopersh has
viben last night. Yeah, he might have been there to
just collect a check, I.
Speaker 3 (00:39):
Thinks, but I, I mean, the hits are going.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
It was a good time, you know.
Speaker 4 (00:44):
I thought he was gonna walk out in an Ellie jersey,
and so I was shocked by the reds jacket. That's
the one thing that I'm thinking about this morning, like,
how were you wearing that jacket in the ninety five
degree humidity.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
I don't know how all artists do it.
Speaker 5 (00:58):
I don't get it.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
I don't get it either. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
The one thing that I loved about the show didn't
even it wasn't had nothing to do with the performance.
It was the video montage that they did of Snoop
Dogg at the twenty fifteen All Star Game.
Speaker 5 (01:11):
Oh I yeah, that was funny.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
Here's that was the first time I'd ever seen that.
I didn't live here at that point. You just see
Snoop trying to like feel the ball and pitch.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
I was dead. I feel like anything Snoop does it's funny.
It's funny.
Speaker 3 (01:25):
It prompted me to go home and start pulling up
clips from when him and Kevin Hart did NBC corresponding
for the Olympics.
Speaker 2 (01:31):
I love it so Snoop dog was in town. It
was goodn't forget coming up.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
I'm not getting into Snoop that's coming gone, but I'm
getting you into CE twenty one pilots at seven thirty
eight this morning, you're listening for your Instagram handle to
be called out, So get a jump on it right now.
You've about an hour to drop your name into our
top pinned post.
Speaker 2 (01:49):
At kiss one oh seven. Good morning.
Speaker 6 (01:52):
When you need to know She's got you.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
It's three Things with Tip.
Speaker 6 (01:59):
Good morning.
Speaker 3 (02:00):
Are we getting a new pop album from Taylor Swift?
Is what I'm really curious about. We're just before seven o'clock,
so will give me a hot second. It's August twelve,
and that's when the announcement came at twelve twelve. By
the way, temperatures in the seventies almost eighties at this
point in the morning, very hot and humid.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
We'll see temperatures in the nineties.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
If you're just getting yourself situated back into a regular
school routine.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
Welcome to Tiff in the morning.
Speaker 3 (02:26):
We'll break down the three biggest stories here and Cincy none.
I mean, I might even focus all three of the
three things on Taylor Swift. So the announcement came out
yesterday in a New Heights Live teaser clip that Taylor
is getting ready to announce and drop rather her twelfth
studio album. And so the announcement came at twelve twelve.
Speaker 7 (02:45):
So I wanted to show you something.
Speaker 5 (02:46):
Okay, what we got? We got a briefcase. Yep, Mick
Greens on it. Yep.
Speaker 7 (02:55):
This is my brand new album, The Life of a
show Girl.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
I don't have a release date on it yet, but
fans are speculating sometime around October.
Speaker 4 (03:07):
Now.
Speaker 3 (03:07):
The rest of the New Heights Life podcast comes out
tonight at midnight. I really love this, for lack of
a better term, era that Taylor is in being around
kind of the football chalk, because I do think that
there's a certain magic that comes with it. I don't know,
being a really hot girl surrounded by some like pretty
(03:29):
level headed jocks, I feel like is going to open
her up to new types of music. I'd be curious
to see what your take is on it. So here
are some things that the Internet is speculating on it.
She created a Spotify playlist of all songs that are
produced by Max Martin Max Martin. The latest album they
did together was Reputation. It happens to be my favorite
if I am choosing a Taylor album. Max Martin is
(03:54):
the king of hits, King Katie Perry ariana grande of
course Taylor Swift. We haven't really gotten a pop album
from Taylor in a while. A Tortured Poet's Department was
not where I thought she was going. But I bet
this is all the music that she has been writing
while in the relationship with Travis and just out on
tour and I'm really hoping we get some good ones.
(04:17):
Other things that fans are speculating on is that the
Taylor Nation instagram account released twelve photos in honor of
the twelfth album and they were all orange, and during
the erasturs she said I'll see you in the next
era and the internet, the website looks like it's orange
as well, so there's definitely something with orange. Well, fans
(04:38):
are speculating because Miss Taylor is an Easter Egg queen.
And then also Sabrina Carpenter posted on Instagram a couple
of days ago saying go put some clothes on, which
is a bit from the aristour moment, So fans are
wondering will Sabrina be on the album?
Speaker 2 (04:53):
Maybe that's the title of the song.
Speaker 3 (04:54):
Also, Sabrina Carpenter's album comes out in three or four
and I'm sorry, in about a week or so on
the twenty ninth of August, so maybe it's a single.
Speaker 2 (05:02):
From her album. We will see.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
The Tortured Poet's Department dominated twenty twenty four's Best Selling
Albums chart and.
Speaker 2 (05:14):
I can only imagine what's to come.
Speaker 3 (05:16):
So you know what, why don't we leave it there
for now. That was kind of three things within three things.
I do want to take a minute to remind you
that at seven point thirty I am calling out our
first Instagram handle of the day for twenty one Pilot's tickets.
They'll be at TQL in September. Make sure you've put
your name in the running on our Instagram account at
Kiss one oh seven it's the top pinned post em
(05:39):
and m on TIF in the morning. Happy Tuesday. You're
waking up with Kiss one oh seven one commercial free
and I'm checking some of your talk backs, so at
least that's what we're going to start the show.
Speaker 8 (05:48):
Bike TI one Morning from the Cold Beer Guy wentn't
seen the eminem movie. It was great, a lot of
interviews from like his biggest fans and learned a little
bit about him, but most of the stuff we already
know about him. It was inter that somebody stole the
door from his original house an eight mile before they
tore it down.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
I wonder who has that?
Speaker 8 (06:07):
And he tried to buy the old house from the
album cover his old house in Detroit.
Speaker 1 (06:13):
That was interesting.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
Well, thank you for the talkback with tiff.
Speaker 3 (06:15):
I love when you contribute to my show, and I
have a feeling that we'll be communicating through that quite
a bit today, especially with the major announcement that came
last night. We'll get to that in a few minutes
and whatnot. But I'm glad you saw the Eminem movie
good or the eminem documentary. It was in theaters for
like a short hot second this weekend. All right, we
(06:36):
are kicking off our twenty one Pilot's ticket tag contest
in the correct hour this morning at seven thirty, I'm
gonna call out our first Instagram handle of the morning,
and you'll have to be listening. You have ten minutes
and seven seconds to call me back when I shout
out your Instagram handle. Now, with that being said, you
(06:56):
have a few minutes until seven thirty to go ahead
and tell someone in the post this morning it's our
top pinned one at Kiss one O seven.
Speaker 2 (07:04):
All right, that is on the way at ticket.
Speaker 3 (07:07):
Tag continues twenty one pilots at seven thirty, Good morning,
because you're.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
Waking up fifth in the morning, Kiss one O seven one,
Good morning.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
Cincinnati's talking orange and it has nothing to do with
Jill Barreau, although I.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
Mean he's got he's got ice in his veins. Mm hmmm,
mm hmmmmm hmmm.
Speaker 3 (07:27):
No, we're talking about Taylor Swift. I do need to
remind you though, two things. One, good morning, if it
is your first day back in your regular routine.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
Kiss one oh seven. One's always commercial free. I'm Tiff.
Speaker 3 (07:38):
Second twenty one pilot's ticket tag your chance to get
into TQL Stadium coming up in about ten minutes around
seven thirty when I call out your Instagram handle.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
Okay, all right, So.
Speaker 3 (07:51):
Last night, Taylor Swift made the announcement on the New
Heights Live teaser that her twelfth studio album is coming out.
We actually don't have a release date on it yet.
I'm assuming that we're gonna make We're gonna get some
insight when the official New Heights Live podcast comes out
tonight at midnight. But it is interesting to see all
(08:13):
the Easter eggs at work. It's called the life of
a Showgirl if you haven't scrolled your phone yet this morning,
and everything about it was aesthetically orange, and.
Speaker 2 (08:21):
You know us Cincinnati is we love orange.
Speaker 9 (08:24):
I have a lot of respect for what Taylor Swift
has done with her career. I can't say that I'm
listening to too much Taylor Swift on the speakers and
the headphones.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
Well, get ready, Joseph, because it's common. The Internet's going cuckoo.
I loved the Spotify thing, so if you didn't know this,
Taylor made a Spotify playlist.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
With Max Martin songs.
Speaker 3 (08:44):
Max Martin is the king of making pop hits, all
of them.
Speaker 2 (08:50):
All any pop hit you're like, who made that?
Speaker 3 (08:52):
Max Martin made that, especially when it comes to Ariana
Grande Old Katy Perry, all produced by Max.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
She made Spotify playlist with all of.
Speaker 3 (09:01):
The songs that he produced, including the ones that she made.
Reputation was their last album working together, and that thing
is filled with bangers. So I'm hoping that this Life
of a Showgirl album is what I was craving when
Tortured Poet's Department came out.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
That one was like, whoo, it was busy.
Speaker 3 (09:20):
You remember that In twenty twenty four when TT came out,
it was really sad, but it was bizarre because she
looked like she was in such a happy place. Those
were all songs that were pre written, right, I'm wondering
if these are all the ones that she wrote on
the Erasto are all the ones while she was falling
in love with Travis. I also think by the way
that they were looking at each other during that New
(09:42):
Heights podcast, She's locked in, baby, She's She's locked in.
And I wouldn't be surprised if in the year of
twenty five or twenty six. Not that I'm in a rush,
because I really appreciate respect to Slowburn, but I can
see there being maybe an engagement ring on Taylor's finger
for what could be the first time really that I've
(10:03):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (10:04):
Again, we're outsiders, but we love it. We love the
Easter hunt.
Speaker 3 (10:07):
You know, my sister and I violently hunted for Easter
eggs growing up, and now we get to do it
as adults. While I have you, let's filter through some
of your talkbacks. It's a great way to contribute to
the show. Am I missing any eggs here in Cincy?
Speaker 10 (10:21):
I'm not a big vinyl or record collector, but that
sparkly orange record that Taylor Swift released last night to
buy is really cool.
Speaker 2 (10:28):
It's so pretty. It's like the coolest record I've seen.
Speaker 10 (10:31):
I don't really collect records, but I do have two
records that I got when I was waiting outside of
the Edghern music video shoot for the Old Phone and
It Switch. I got two records, two vinyls, and then
they gave me a Guinness sign from the music video,
which I thought was really cool. But other than that,
I don't think I'll buy them, but they are really cool.
Speaker 3 (10:49):
Well, thank you for that A good tidbit. Taylor Swift
has really leaned into vinyl and I think it's made
a lot of other artists speaking up Serena another in
another Easter egg. I had just talked about that one
in Three Things You Need to Know. Her album comes
out on twenty ninth of this month, and she's been
(11:09):
kind of posted on social The latest thing that she
put up a couple of days ago was go put
some clothes on, and that is a famous line from
the Erastur. So maybe our first tailor single will come
off of Sabrina's album. I don't know if that necessarily
is true, but again, every let's play, right, we might
as well play. Thank you for that talk back with
TIF you two can contribute what am I missing here
(11:31):
this morning? The microphone is in the top right hand
corner of the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 2 (11:34):
While I have you.
Speaker 3 (11:35):
We're just a few minutes out from calling that first
name for our twenty one pilot's ticket tag, So do.
Speaker 2 (11:40):
Not go far.
Speaker 3 (11:41):
You are listening for your Instagram handle to come out
of my mouth so that you can go to TQL
Stadium this fall.
Speaker 6 (11:51):
When you need to know She's got you.
Speaker 3 (11:54):
It's three things with TIF Well, good morning. Cincinnati is
dripping an orange today. It has nothing to do with
the Bengals. Give me a hot second. We're just before
eight o'clock on the twelfth of August.
Speaker 2 (12:05):
I have your chance to win.
Speaker 3 (12:08):
Thunder down undertickets coming up at eight thirty this morning,
So don't go far. All right, Cincinnati's dressed in orange.
It has nothing to do with the Bengals. In fact,
it is in honor of Taylor Swift. She decided to
pop on to the New Heights podcast for what I
think is the first time and spill the tea to Travis,
although I'm sure he was fully immersed. Alrighty and Jason
Kelsey that her twelfth studio album is on the way.
Speaker 7 (12:30):
So I wanted to show you something.
Speaker 5 (12:32):
Okay, what we got? We got a briefcase yep. Mick
Greens on it.
Speaker 11 (12:40):
Yep, this is my brand new album, The Life of
a Showgirl, Yes twelve.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
The Click came out at twelve twelve on the twelfth
of August. Very Taylor. Like the Easter eggs that I found.
Speaker 3 (12:52):
I've got all sorts of things on the internet thanks
to Cincinnatians and beyond, and thank you for contributing as well.
Taylor has the skill to shadow like three years in advance. Meanwhile,
you and I are still struggling to figure out we're
gonna put on the dinner table six hours from now tonight.
And during some of her eras to our shows, she
was dressed in all orange and she had said, see
(13:13):
you in the next era. Now everything is all orange.
I liked that one. I like the Sabrina Carpenter one.
I talked about that in our Last Hour. I liked
the Max Martin reference. She has a full playlist dedicated
to Max Martin on her Spotify account, and Max Martin
helped her with reputation. Max Martin is the king of
pop hits and I would love live to get a
(13:36):
pop album finally from Taylor.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
That'd be great. That'd be great.
Speaker 3 (13:40):
Another little tidbit I found that you might like from
a Twitter user. If this album has a star theme,
I'd like to point out that Tomorrow night is the
peak of the Perseed Media Shower and its comet is
called Swift.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
Look at that.
Speaker 3 (13:57):
If there's anything that I'm missing, tag me, talk back me,
call me, beat me, if you want to reach me.
Speaker 2 (14:03):
I'll get it out on the air, all right.
Speaker 3 (14:04):
Second and three Things you Need to Know, Snoop Dogg
took over Great American Ballpark with I believe it's either
forty three or forty six thousand fans, a sellout crowd
for Snoop Dogg. He ended up taking a stage around
nine thirty, performed for about an hour or so, and
you know, he still got it. My favorite part about
the entire thing had nothing to do with the show.
(14:27):
It was about the five minute lead up video they
did before he came on and took the stage, of
all these old clips from him in the twenty fifteen
Cincinnati All Star Game. I was crying watching this man
try to pitch in field balls was hilarious. And then, lastly,
in three Things You Need to Know, Cardi B confirmed
that she has a brand new single coming out this Friday.
For New Music Friday, of course I'll have some of
(14:49):
it for you. It's called Imaginary Players, and it will
come off of her new album, am I the Drama,
which comes out on September nineteenth. And that is only
Cardi B's sophomore album, Crazy Invasion of Prize of Privacy
came out in twenty eighteen.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
That is three things you need to know for the
twelfth of August.
Speaker 3 (15:07):
Coming up at eight thirty, thunder Down Hunda.
Speaker 2 (15:19):
Good morning.
Speaker 3 (15:19):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on a
Kiss one seven one. Welcome to maybe a newer routine
for you as you start to test the waters of
going back to school. I know teachers got those meetings
before the kids show up, and.
Speaker 2 (15:32):
You found the right home.
Speaker 3 (15:34):
Kiss one oh seven to one is commercial free every
day at this time. And if you and I haven't
met yet, I'm Tiff. I'd love to have you. I
love it when you stop by. I know Cincinnati Public
goes back I think on the fourteenth, right, so we've
got a couple of days until then for you to
get settled into your new routine. Coming up at eight thirty,
I have a chance for you to win thunder Down
under tickets. I mean teachers want to have a little
(15:57):
fun too. You will need the keyword. It's a phrase today,
back to school. Have you ever had a wild back
to school mishap where something just went wrong or you
got it wrong, or you know, you spilled something on
your outfit, sure, or so you went to the wrong school.
Speaker 4 (16:15):
What was it?
Speaker 2 (16:17):
Because I don't think anything.
Speaker 3 (16:18):
Really compares to what's going on in Northern Kentucky. When
you guys hear this story, I hope you have something
to compete with. Give me three minutes. We'll get to
that next. If you want to get a jump on
the conversation. Have you ever had it back to school mishap?
Is it anything like it's what's going on in Northern Kentucky.
Speaker 2 (16:35):
I'll get to that next.
Speaker 3 (16:36):
Talk back with TIV on iHeartRadio Sleep and we're thinking,
you know, we really haven't gotten any emails from the teacher,
like come meet the teacher. I believe he's going to well,
obviously he's going into a new grade, but I'm not
sure if he's going into like that next phase, right,
I don't know how old kids are and where the
grades are. And they're like, yeah, that's kind of weird.
That goes silent a little bit. She goes into her phone,
(16:57):
starts scrolling Gmail. He goes into the base, starts going
on the school website. They both emerge at the same time,
and they said, oh my god, we were about to
send our kid to an empty school because the thing
doesn't open for another eight nine days.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
They got.
Speaker 3 (17:16):
Imagine being a parent getting ready to gear up and
send your kid to school this Wednesday and finding out
you've got another week.
Speaker 7 (17:24):
What are you gonna do it with the thing?
Speaker 5 (17:25):
What are you gonna do with.
Speaker 3 (17:26):
Your kid for a bonus week? Just imagine being his age.
I think he sees ten. Imagine being ten years old
and your parents are like, you're going back to school,
and I'm like, all right, you're a parent, I trust
you going back to school. And then you wake up
the next day and they said, hey, we lie accidentally.
You don't go until next week. That's like getting fifteen
(17:50):
snow day emails in a row. You remember, as a kid,
we used to have to sit in front of the
news station and watch WCPOWLT Local twelve and just see
if your school name came up on the ticker below.
Now you get some sort of email, phone call text
something a little bit more efficient, but I can only
imagine finding out that you don't go back to school
(18:11):
for another week is the same as getting that snow
day email.
Speaker 2 (18:14):
We were in tiers.
Speaker 3 (18:15):
Five, one, three, seven, four, nine, one oh seven one.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
Have you ever had a back to school mishap? Here?
Speaker 3 (18:22):
And since in the Tri State, I want to know
you can also use our talkback feature as well. That's
an iHeartRadio app thing, Babe, leave me a voice snow Hi,
good morning. You're waking up with Tim in the morning
on a kiss one oh seven one. We're chit chatting
about your most memorable back to school moments. And by
the way, that's the keyword you're going to need to
win the thunder down undertickets coming up around eight thirty
(18:43):
is this morning, a few minutes from now.
Speaker 12 (18:45):
I put on this outfit that I thought was so great,
but then I kind of had a wardrobe mauthfunction, and
then I was upset about my outfit, and I asked
my mom to drive me back home to change, but
then the car broke down, and so I had to
wear this outfit that I hated, and I was late
because the car broke down, and I was only like
nine years old, and it was just terrible core memory.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
Apparently. Thank you for the talkback with Tip.
Speaker 3 (19:08):
You two can be a part of my show in
the same way if you like voice notes microphones in
the top right hand corner. The reason why we're talking
about it is I got a voice note from my
best friend last night and she's like, well, I messed
up my son's back to school bait.
Speaker 2 (19:19):
I thought it was this Wednesday.
Speaker 3 (19:21):
We got all the things ready, started shifting the sleep schedule,
did all the shopping, and I just found out it
isn't until next Wednesday. What am I going to do
with this kid for an entire week? Shout out to parents.
I know you're doing doing the Lord's work.
Speaker 1 (19:36):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on CHISS
one oh seven one.
Speaker 2 (19:39):
Well, good morning Collar ten.
Speaker 3 (19:41):
If you have the keyword that I mentioned earlier in
the show and you want to go to thunder down under,
go ahead and start dialing five one three, seven four
nine one oh seven one.
Speaker 2 (19:52):
We were just in the midst of chit chatting.
Speaker 3 (19:54):
You're back to school mishaps, your most memorable mishaps from
going back to school, and you might be filtering into
a new and regular routine. If that's the case. Usually
every day right around this time at eight thirty, I
have a giveaway and this week is thunder down Under.
So get up with Tiff in the morning on the
iHeart Radio app every day at eight thirty for something
cool climb back to school mishaps.
Speaker 2 (20:16):
I'm checking some of your talkbacks on them, like crack
Up against the School and then Cline Spine Up Partello.
Speaker 1 (20:21):
You good?
Speaker 12 (20:22):
Oh gosh, So I remember one day somebody climbed her
school and set the flag on fire. No like.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
They got arrested, of course.
Speaker 3 (20:34):
Yeah, I'm assuming what a way to kick off a
twenty twenty five school year by lighting the flag on fire?
Speaker 2 (20:38):
Oh my god, thank.
Speaker 3 (20:40):
You for the talkback, what Tiff. You two can be
a part of my show every day for free at
your convenience when you search Kiss on the iHeart Radio App.
The reason why we're even talking about this this morning
is I got a voice note from my best friend
last night and she had completely messed up her son's
back to school date, thinking it was tomorrow when in
fact it is next Wednesday. I mean, I get it
(21:02):
five one, three, seven, four nine, windows seven one hopefully
you have a little hints on what the keyword was
based off of that conversation. I do have one more
open phone line if you want to go to thunder
Down Under good Luck. In the MeeTime, we're still commercial free.
Speaker 1 (21:16):
You're waking up with Fifth in the morning.
Speaker 3 (21:19):
That feels like a song that would be played at
thunder Down Under Good Morning.
Speaker 2 (21:24):
I'm hoping that you have a keyword.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
For me back to school.
Speaker 3 (21:27):
Congratulations, Gal, you got the keyword. You're going to thunder
Down Under way Awesome. You're going to have yourself quite
the time. I'm excited for you.
Speaker 1 (21:37):
I'm excited too.
Speaker 6 (21:38):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (21:39):
You're welcome. What's your name with neighborhood? You waking up
with me and Amy L. Rod in New Miami, Ohio.
Speaker 3 (21:44):
Amy, what's your status with back to school et cetera?
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Do you have kids in that era or anything?
Speaker 1 (21:49):
And no, I don't nephews.
Speaker 2 (21:52):
Okay, cool, cool cool.
Speaker 3 (21:53):
I too don't have any kids going back to school
right now, but I'm sending love to all the parents
getting their act together.
Speaker 6 (21:58):
Definitely.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
Well, thank you for listening to Tiff in the morning.
Speaker 6 (22:03):
Thank you. Yeah, I list them every day.
Speaker 3 (22:05):
I appreciate that, especially as you get settled into new routines,
don't forget you can always listen to my show at
your convenience for free.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
Easy.
Speaker 3 (22:15):
It's a low commitment, it's very low commitment. Just type
kiss one oh seven one into the iHeartRadio app. I
try to make things easy because I need them easy,
I need them direct, I need them easy, and I
need them to be fun. Okay, coming up two songs
from now. Three things you need to know. Obviously, Cincinnati
is dripping orange most of the time, but for this morning,
it's a very specific reason that has nothing to do
(22:36):
with the Bengals.
Speaker 2 (22:37):
I'll get to that next.
Speaker 6 (22:39):
When you need to know She's got you.
Speaker 1 (22:42):
It's three things with Tiff Good morning.
Speaker 3 (22:45):
Cincinnati is an orange today myself included, although that was
accidental and it has nothing to do with the Bengals.
Speaker 2 (22:54):
Imagine that we're just before nine o'clock, nine oh five.
Speaker 3 (22:56):
I'm gonna send you to Vegas for a free trip
and a free comer, and I'll throw in a thousand bucks.
I'm talking about our iHeartRadio Music Festival, so don't go
far all right, Before we get.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
There, let's start off.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
With Taylor Swift announcing a brand new album is on
the way. She used the New Heights podcast to make
that announcement.
Speaker 2 (23:20):
I found that very interesting. Here's a quick clip for you.
Speaker 5 (23:23):
What do we got? We got a briefcase yep, Mint Green, Yep.
Speaker 11 (23:31):
This is my brand new album, The Life of a
Show Girls.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
The teaser clip came out at twelve twelve on August twelfth, Right, so,
Taylor Swift, we won't know more until the full episode
comes out tonight at midnight.
Speaker 2 (23:47):
I'm hoping that we get some information.
Speaker 3 (23:49):
There's been lots of Easter eggs at Cincinnatians have been
uncovering here in the Tri State. I've gone through a
bunch of them during the show, but the one that
I really like the most right now is the maximart thing.
Max mart Taylor Swift made a Max Martin playlist on
her Spotify account. Max is known for writing and producing
(24:09):
and just creating some of the most iconic pop hits
of our time Ariana Grand Da, Katie Perry. He worked
with Taylor on Reputation. That was the last time they
did an album together. So it'd be great to get
a fun pop album from her. When there's more on that,
I'll have it. I don't have a release date at
the moment, fans are speculating sometime in October when there's more.
Speaker 2 (24:31):
You know, I'll take care of you.
Speaker 3 (24:33):
In fact, I have a feeling we'll be revisiting the
same subject tomorrow once New Heights comes out tonight.
Speaker 9 (24:38):
Have a lot of respect for what Taylor Swift has
done with her career. I can't say that I'm listening
to too much Taylor Swift on the speakers and the headphones.
Speaker 3 (24:46):
Well, if it's all orange Joe, do you think you
might change your mind on that one. Let's address the
fact that she used the New Heights podcast as a
way to announce to me. That says that her and
Travis really feel like a unit, and that's something that
radiates from the inside out. Right, you could have this conversation.
(25:08):
Of course, there's a lot of Easter egg planning, and
that woman can think three years in advance. Meanwhile, you
and I can't even figure out what we're gonna put
on the dinner table six hours from right now tonight.
But there's something about the energy that I was just
watching in that maybe ten second clip.
Speaker 2 (25:24):
And she's it's special.
Speaker 3 (25:26):
You can tell that she feels safe, She feels maybe connected.
She also feels like, yes, that she is Taylor Swift
and that's her life. But when she's with Travis, when
she's with Jason and Kylie in that family, it almost
feels like it grounds her.
Speaker 2 (25:45):
And there's this special energy.
Speaker 3 (25:46):
There's a special masculine energy about him and feminine energy
about her when I see them together, and I really hope,
you know, and I if marriage is in their cards.
Maybe it'll come this year, maybe it'll come next year,
maybe it'll never come. But it is great to see
someone find some happiness, all right, and that it's not
manufactured either. Not that I'm in their group text, but
(26:07):
that's just something I observed, and I am an observer
of all things and people. Second, and three things you
need to know this morning, let's talk about the UFC.
If you're a fan of fighting, I'm assuming you are
one that either goes to a bar to watch a
game or use their pay perview model. They have recently
just announced that they signed on with Paramount, acquiring the
(26:28):
rights for seven billion, seven point seven billion over the
next seven years. That's one point one billion dollars a year,
So you'll now have access to more UFC fighting rather
than just having to use the pay per view model,
which I would assume is pretty cool.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
And then lastly, and three things you need to know.
Speaker 3 (26:47):
Cincinnatian's really pulled out for Snoop Dogg last night, pulled up,
pulled out, showdown, showed out, Great American, had over forty
three thousand fans, a sellout Crowdit was filled up to
the rafters. Well and at ten o'clock last night. If
you're a visual person, we've got Snoop Dogg pictures on
our page at Kiss one oh seven, and we'll be
welcoming train for their postgame concert, I believe on Thursday.
Speaker 2 (27:11):
Don't quote me on that. That is three things you
need to.
Speaker 3 (27:14):
Know for the twelfth of August, coming up at nine
oh five, has promised your chance at that free trip
to our iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas.
Speaker 2 (27:21):
Plus we'll throw in an extra thousand bucks.
