Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning and morning,
and no one sneaks up faster Onya than a Monday morning, and.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
I feel like the Sunday is scary.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Started setting in a little differently now that the sun
goes down a little bit earlier.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
It could just be me, but I started.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Noticing that this weekend could because the Bengals played a.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
Little later than they normally do.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
I love a four to twenty five games, so we'll
talk more about that.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
Three things you need to know at six fifty. But overall,
weekends are just they're the best. They're the best.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
I hope you had a chance to rest or relax,
or maybe quite the opposite, go out and celebrate, meet
some friends, maybe you met someone new, maybe you went
out on a first date. I'd love to hear about that.
Checking in on YOUA on this gorgeous morning.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
I went and met Tom.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
Brady's father's side of the family yesterday for the four
to twenty five Bengals game. Maybe we'll talk more on
that in the eight o'clock hour. But everyone was so nighe.
I don't know why I had like anticipation nervousness about it,
but I think it's a big deal when you start
meeting your other, your you know, your significant other's parents.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
So took care of that this weekend.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
And then I went and saw that new Leonardo DiCaprio movie,
which we will also debrief later in the show, but
very good.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Very long.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
The runtime on it is just shy of three hours,
but Teana Taylor and Leonardo.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
DiCaprio killed it.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
It was one of those movies where you talked about
it the next day when we went hiking at Stanbury
and Anderson. It was one of those that we kind
of kept revisiting the plotline a little bit.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
So I recommend that one.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
And then outside of that, just trying to do all
the fall activities. So I hope you too had a
wonderful weekend. Coming up at six point fifty, we'll dive
into the three things you need to know to get
your day started in sincey of course, we'll hear from
coach Zach Taylor and more on yesterday's Bengals game. Plus
did he was sentenced to Friday afternoon?

Speaker 2 (01:59):
I'll have that as well. Wow, Glynn, you need to
know she's got you.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
It's three things with TIF on Well, good.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Morning, we have Diddy sentence saying that broke Friday afternoon.
Give me a hot secritus before seven o'clock on Monday,
October sixth. With temperatures in the fifties right now. Eventually
we'll bump into the seventies again today with a mix
of sun and clouds before rain moves in it starts
cooling things down to more fall like temperatures this week.
All right, Before we get to Diddy, let's start off
with the Bengals ended up taking v l against the

(02:29):
Detroit Lions thirty seven to twenty four after cleaning it
up slightly and the fourth quarter.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
Here's coach Zach Taylor g goot to.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
See her and say, I'm not proud of our football
team for the way that they fought back. That I
wouldn't be true. I'm extremely proud of these guys the
way that they continue to fight and in the facebood
diversity when it looks like it's real dim and all
of a sudden, there's some hope there that we can
get this thing done.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Not quite there yet, though.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
The Detroit Lions are now four and one and the
Bengals have officially made it to two and three. Our
next game is against the Packers on Sunday for twenty five.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Again.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
All right, second in three things you need to know
this morning. Diddy sentence came down Friday, late afternoon. I
mean they started they started that hearing in the morning
and then we didn't get that until almost dinner. He
is facing fifty months, which is right around four years.
He's already served about fourteen months plus a five hundred
thousand dollars fine which is the max, and then five

(03:22):
years of supervised release on those two counts to engage
in prostitution. The defense attorney is saying that they're going to,
of course appeal the sentence, arguing that the judge's.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Decision was inconsistent with the jury's verdict.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
But the judge is noting that psychological, emotional, and physical
damage inflicted on the victims is the reason why he
got the sentence that he did, and that he used
his fame and power to subjugate his victims, and victims
experiences will.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
Always be taken seriously.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
We will see what happens in the appeal and where
he goes. But I'm assuming, for the first time in
months and months and months, we will get a photo
of Diddy when he is booked and actually put into
prison for the next couple of years. It's been a
while since we've seen him, all right. And then, lastly,
and three things you need to know this morning. Taylor
Swift numbers are out and she is the only artist

(04:20):
in history to have eight albums debut with over one
million in sales. She also just dropped four limited edition
CD packs with fresh acoustic takes on the Life of
a Showgirl. The unfortunate thing though, is that they're only
on sale for twenty four hours on her website, and
there are different CDs or different album rather with two

(04:40):
secret songs essentially two acoustic secret songs on each album,
including Opalite, Ruined, The Friendship, Wishless, The Life of a Showgirl,
and more A. The box office numbers are in as
well for Life of a Showgirl with thirty three million
in North America. All right, that is three things you

(05:03):
need to know for the sixth of October. Coming up
at seven oh five, we're commercial free. Happy Monday.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
You're waking up with fifth in the Morning, High.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
Kiss morning, Sorry about that running a scooch behind I myself.
I'm getting caught up on a Monday We usually put
five minutes on the clock, and I went down to
see if Sarah Elise was in the studio.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
I said, where where is she? She hasn't come down
for chitchat roulette yet.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
We usually put the five minutes up and talk about
everything that happened in the city over the weekend, and
I forgot she was on vacation today. So it is
just you and I. The big topic of conversation is
the Bengals. You know, I like that coach Zach Taylor
is still trying to keep hope alive.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
You got to give it up to the man.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
But to sit here and say I'm not proud of
our football team for the way that they fought back,
that I wouldn't be true. I'm extremely proud of these guys,
the way that they continue to fight and in the
facebood diversity when it looks like it's real dim and
all of a sudden, there's some hope there and we
can't get this thing done.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Jamar Chase was asked if football is still fun right now.

Speaker 5 (06:01):
I want to jump in the stands, but we're losing.
There's no fun in me jumping in the stands and
doing all the extra who rostas we'll be losing, especially
as a cat, and you know, the guys look at
me to hold my composure and be a leader, and
at that moment, you know, the best thing to do
is is just that everybody up, telling good job and
work on the next possession.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
You're now officially three and two.

Speaker 1 (06:21):
We play again at four twenty five though against the
Green Bay Packers. Other big topic of conversation that keeps coming.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
Upout I do you are you? Do you have a
problem with this? Do you eat at Bruger's Bagels?

Speaker 1 (06:31):
I've got core memories from college going to Bruger's Bagels
on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. But they're rebranding and I'm
sure they were purchased out by Einstein Brothers. But every
time I do research about, you know, the city and
things that I might be missing, that's one of the
top three headlines. So I guess everyone, okay, Well this
update on the bagels. The other big thing I keep

(06:51):
seeing on social from the weekend was the Tacos in
Tequila Fest. Soldier Boy, Lil John, Paul wall A, Cha Millionaire,
pretty Ricky. They were all at Florence. Y'all stadium. I
wasn't sure if this show was gonna end up happening.
It looked like a time your girl missed out. If
you happen to be at that show, you'll have to

(07:11):
let me know. Talk back with Tiff on the iHeartRadio app.
The third big thing that Cincinnatians are talking about is
Taylor Swift. Of course, her numbers were big. I'll have
more on that than three things you need to know
around seven to fifty.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
But she took.

Speaker 1 (07:24):
Thirty three million dollars this weekend alone in just the
movie theater. Imagine she just played the album at the
movie theater and made thirty three million off of it.
She did debut Life of Ophelia the music video, which
you can now watch on YouTube, and she released some
Life of a Show Girl bonus editions that are gonna

(07:46):
have two acoustic versions of the songs on each album.
Those are available for only twenty four hours on her website.
That woman Knows. Also big in the box office was
the new Leonardo DiCaprio movie, which we're gonna spend a
little bit more time on up in a few minutes here.

Speaker 2 (08:01):
But that was a good movie.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
Be the first time in a while that I've seen
a movie in theater that I'm like, Yep, I would.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
Definitely watch that one again.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
It was just shy of three hours, but Leo and
Tayana Taylor did a really good job with it. And
that's what I want to talk about coming up in
three minutes. What is something that you've seen lately that
you cannot get enough of? Five one, three, seven, four
nine one seven to one. Leonardo was on the New
Heights podcast. They're gonna ask him about a very specific

(08:32):
scene in that movie and in the Wolf of Wall Street.
So if you're a big Wolf of Wall Street f
and you're gonna want to stick around, we'll get to
that next.

Speaker 3 (08:43):
You're waking up with Fifth in the morning here, good morning.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
So we were just chit chatting about the movies. Taylor
won the box office this weekend, but a very close second,
at least in my heart, was the new Leonardo DiCaprio
and Tayana Taylor movie. It's called Excuse Me, One Battle
after another, And without going too deep into the weeds
on what it's about, can you just trust my judgment
that you definitely should see it. It's almost three hours long,

(09:08):
but you can always count on a good Leo movie.
So every every other week or so, I like to
check in and see what it is that you're watching.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
You know, it's a.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
Big topic of conversation. I feel like it's how we connect.
When we're alone, we watch the TV. But when you
go out on first dates or when you're you know,
chilling in between meetings with your counterparts at work, I
feel like TV and movies comes up quite a bit
as a good topic of conversation.

Speaker 2 (09:32):
It's pretty universal. So Leonardo DiCaprio.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
Was on the New Heights Live podcast and he was
asked about a certain scene in the movie where Leo
was tased, and it also led to them having conversation.
I've never heard out of Leo's mouth before about some
of the scenes in The Wolf of Wall Street.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
So if you really like that movie, you might like this.

Speaker 6 (09:50):
Got to ask you about the taser scene. That was
a little bit too good act. Dude, have you actually
been tased before? Dude?

Speaker 2 (09:57):
That was too good?

Speaker 6 (09:58):
Man. You've got to have felt that good.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
I just felt the shock of what it must be like.
But no, that was not real. Watched a few YouTube videos.
A lot of people are like, did you do your
own stunts.

Speaker 7 (10:09):
I'm like, hello, I didn't fall off that roof, man,
I would not be sitting there.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
I wasn't tears, dude, I would not be sitting I
was in tears.

Speaker 6 (10:19):
But is it harder to act like you've been tased
or high on kueludes? What's harder?

Speaker 7 (10:26):
I gotta say that quaylud sequence. I didn't know when
I was shooting it. We were there for three or
four days. I thought it was like a couple of shots,
and Marty had fishial shots set up for me crawling
around up and downstairs, falling getting into the car.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
I was like, damn, a taste.

Speaker 7 (10:39):
Thing was like twenty minutes.

Speaker 6 (10:41):
There you go. Who nailed it?

Speaker 1 (10:42):
If you of course, you know the movie that he's
talking about, Wolf of Wall Street, right, That's an infimous
scene in that movie. So I had never heard that
about Leo. Very interesting. Yeah, I recommend it. If you
haven't seen it, Ym, add it to your your lineup.
It's ben a minute since there was something in the
box office that I really liked.

Speaker 2 (11:00):
I felt like the summer was a little soft, and you.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
Know, it was brought to my attention that maybe it's
due to the writer's strike that happened a couple of
years ago, and we're sort of feeling inside effects of that.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
Maybe maybe maybe not. What are you watching?

Speaker 3 (11:14):
So over the weekend?

Speaker 8 (11:15):
I finished Black Rabbit, and I don't know if it's
too early that we can start.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
Talking about it.

Speaker 6 (11:20):
I know that.

Speaker 8 (11:23):
I don't know if I can say this, but like
so in other words, she just took over that bar,
named it herself and he said a bartending again.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
Question mark, Ooh.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
You're speaking about a show that I have actually never
heard of. So I can't give you any insight on that,
but I do appreciate that talk back with TIV. The
microphone is in the top right hand corner on the app.
When you see it, you just hold that down. You
have thirty seconds to let me know what it is
that you're watching in the theater. Maybe it was one
battle after another. Maybe it was Taylor Swift this weekend
or something else that you love.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
Share it with the show.

Speaker 3 (11:55):
WHNN.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
You need to know she's got you.

Speaker 3 (11:59):
It's three things with TIF.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
Great American Ballpark made a pretty cool announcement.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
Give me a hot seck. I'll get to that.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
We're just before eight o'clock on October sixth at eight
thirty eight of your chance to win Jonas Brothers tickets
when they're at Heritage next month. And temperatures are gonna
be in the cooler fall scale over the next couple
of days when rain moves in, so be prepared to
grab that jacket as you head out the door, maybe

(12:28):
even starting tomorrow. All right, before we get to Great
American Ballpark, let's start off with the Bengals unfortunately taking
the l to the Detroit Lions. Yesterday, Jamar Chase was
asked whether or not football is still fun or not that.

Speaker 5 (12:43):
Everybody up telling good job and work on the next possession.

Speaker 3 (12:45):
Is all still fun for you right now? Or is
it just mostly frustrating?

Speaker 5 (12:50):
Football is always fun, It's just not as fun when
you're losing, Okay, And.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
He said, we're gonna leave it there. Coach Zach Taylor
still has a lot of hope for the team as well.

Speaker 4 (12:58):
But to see her and say a mountain, I'm not
proud of our football team for the way that they
fought back, that I wouldn't be true. I'm extremely proud
of these guys, the way that they continue to fight
and in the Facebood diversity when it looks like it's
real dim and all of a sudden, there's some hope
there that we can get this thing done.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
We will see.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
We are now officially two and three, the Lions are
four and one, and the next time we play is
it four to twenty five again against the Packers this
coming Sunday. Okay, second in three things you need to
know this morning. Great American Ballpark averaged twenty nine I'm sorry,
twenty six, nine hundred and seventy six people per game

(13:36):
across their eighty home games, which is the largest attendance
since two thoy and fifteen, when the Reds averaged are
just shy of thirty thousand people. So it's their best
season in over a decade, with since he making the
playoffs for the first time in a full length season
since twenty thirteen. The last time we were there was

(13:58):
technically twenty but it was a little on the dice
sea side because of COVID. So congratulations to the Rens,
and we are looking forward to opening day. I haven't
done the math, but they are opening against my Boston
Red Sox, which I think it'll be pretty cool. Next March,
all right, and then lastly, and three things you need
to know.

Speaker 2 (14:16):
We've got some numbers on Taylor Swift.

Speaker 1 (14:19):
First of all, here she is talking to our iHeartRadio
Elvis Duran in the morning show and they asked her, Hey, like,
are all these Easter eggs that fans go nuts so over?

Speaker 2 (14:29):
Are they legitimate? Are they real?

Speaker 9 (14:31):
Here she is, Yeah, they're definitely some theories that are
based in absolutely nothing close to reality.

Speaker 10 (14:39):
But you know what, like there are some that are
so fun.

Speaker 2 (14:44):
When they figure about. Like like just yesterday, somebody figured
out that if you line up the titles.

Speaker 9 (14:50):
Of all the tracks of this album in.

Speaker 2 (14:52):
Order, and you line them up in the center.

Speaker 10 (14:55):
Of the frame the shape of the track list, it makes.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
The same shape at the Eras tour stage.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Wow, that was a real one. That was one that
it took a while for them to discover and then
finally they figured it out and it was really fun. See.

Speaker 1 (15:14):
I thought that that was pretty cool and that you'd
appreciate that. It was also a big weekend in the
box office for her, picking up thirty three million just
for playing the album in theater where she released a
music video. You can now watch that music video in person.
It's called Fate of Ophelia. Here's a clip.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
A great fun That one is really starting to grow

(15:59):
on me.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
It's the only music video I believe we have right now,
she said, Writing, rehearsing, directing, and shooting this music video
for the Fate ov Ophelia was a thrill of a
lifetime because I got to be reunited with my aristour family.

Speaker 2 (16:11):
I want uh.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
I wanted each one take scene to feel like a
live performance and remind us all of how it felt
to be at those shows together, making every moment count.
With that, she also announced there's a little bit more
Taylor information for you that the new special CDs came
out with acoustic versions of some of these songs. It's

(16:33):
two per CD, including Life of a Showgirl, Fate ov Ophelia,
and more, and unfortunately those are only available on her
website for about twenty four hours. Okay, that is three
things you need to know for the sixth of October
coming up. Like I said at eight thirty, your chance
to win Jonas Brothers tickets for Cincinnati don't go far
ooh well, that is certainly a way to kick off

(16:55):
our eight o'clock hour on a Monday morning. Baba Sparks
was in Cincinnati on Saturday. Did you see the videos
of the Taco and Tequila Fest at Florence y'all we
were talking about it last week. The lineup was Chris Ha,
Soldier Boy and bow Wow came out in Jamar Chase
and Joe Burrow Jerseys.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
I saw that there was a Chiwawa parade.

Speaker 1 (17:14):
Like I said, Baba Sparks was there, Pretty Ricky was there.
There were so many millennial artists that just had my heart.
When I was watching some of these videos, I got
a DM from I'm blanking on her name. Let me
see if I can pull it up in TIMESA. Melissa
Roberto DM me and said, oh my god, I wish
that you had been there.

Speaker 2 (17:34):
It was great.

Speaker 1 (17:35):
So if you went, you'll have to let me know
what your thoughts were. And I'm glad Marissa had fun
and was able to win.

Speaker 2 (17:42):
The tickets through US.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
Okay, good timing Kissuano sep one is commercial free for
the rest of the hour.

Speaker 2 (17:47):
And speaking of timing, you.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
Of tickets rather, Jonas Brothers are coming to Cincinnati next
month at Heritage and I have your chance to get
in if you want to go to that show. It's
not there first time in Cincy, but I'm glad that
they are coming back for an arena tour, so a
thirty year chance to win.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
You will need the keyword meeting the parents? Have you?
Do you have a story for me? Get ready, we're
talking about that next.

Speaker 3 (18:14):
You're waking up with the morning kids.

Speaker 1 (18:17):
All right, I met the parents yesterday. Do you have
a story for me? That's gonna be the phrase that
you're gonna need. By the way, for the Jonahs Brothers
tickets coming up in a few minutes. We're running a
little behind this morning, so you still have time to
get your story in. It's special, it's unique. You know,
you only get to do it one time, and it
could be silly, awkward, funny, weird.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (18:40):
The quirkier the better for me. At least that's where
I really feel at home. So I met Tom Brady's
dad and his side of the family yesterday. And if
you're wondering, why do you call him Tom Brady? About
eight or nine months ago, on our first date, when
we were trying to make casual conversation, somehow Tom Brady
got brought up and he didn't know who that was.

Speaker 2 (19:01):
Which really surprises people, and it's funny.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
And I've been referring to him as this for quite
a bit of time on my show. And when I
went and met his parents yesterday, or his dad and
their family, they knew that story and they.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
Just couldn't believe it because they're big.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
They're big Bengals fans and if you're a football fan,
if you're just a regular human, you know.

Speaker 2 (19:23):
Who Tom Brady is.

Speaker 1 (19:24):
So they were great, they were lovely, have nothing but
great things to say about meeting his family yesterday. They're
one of those families. And by the way, this isn't Hamilton,
So shout out to all my Hamilton listeners in to
Tiff in the morning, I really appreciate you. I love
going out to Hamilton, although it is kind of far.
It's like almost an hour to get out there. And
I didn't know if I realized that until yesterday. But
he's got one of those families that has the garage

(19:46):
completely set up. Okay, there are recliners in the garage.
That's the type of family that I'm dealing with. They
had also done a seafood boil, which I thought was
very luxe and gourmet for a Sunday afternoon, four twenty
five game.

Speaker 2 (20:01):
But I have nothing but great things to say.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
It's funny I think that when people find out that
I am on the radio, they tend to try to
be on their best behavior, which you know, I'm assuming
they just, of course, you want to make a good
first impression on your son's person that you know you're dating.
But also they're afraid I'm gonna talk about them on
the radio. But I have nothing but great things to
say and great experiences on both sides. And we watched

(20:25):
the Bengals game in a garage with a seafood boil.
I'll put a picture of at the tip Top's potter
like the Wizard.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
I want to know your stories.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
You got a good one, you get a funny one,
you get a weird one for me?

Speaker 2 (20:35):
Five one, three, seven, four nine, one oh seven one.
Meeting the parent, Hi, good morning.

Speaker 1 (20:39):
You're waking up with TIF in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven to one with a chance for you
to win Jonas Brothers tickets. Here in a few minutes,
we're chatting about meeting the parents.

Speaker 10 (20:48):
Oh my god, So I realized that his mom was
my second grade teacher and I was a menace in
second grade. She immediately hated me and it.

Speaker 2 (20:58):
Never got any better. Own.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
I'm sure that didn't go over well with the Catholic
school system. Hi, if you're just walking into the conversation
for the first time today.

Speaker 2 (21:06):
Good morning, Good morning.

Speaker 1 (21:07):
I met the parents yesterday and I have nothing but
great things to say. It was such as you can
always could pretty much put me in any situation and
I'm either gonna thrive or survive or a combination of both.

Speaker 2 (21:23):
And they were really lovely. I was out in Hamilton.

Speaker 1 (21:26):
They're the type of people that have nice garages with
recliners in them, and that's where we watched the Bengals game.
That I mean, I loved it, and they made a
seafood boil. Imagine you know, you get a seafood boil
in a hot Hamilton garage watching a Bengals game. Nothing
was better than that.

Speaker 11 (21:44):
Yesterday, when I met my husband's parents for the first time,
he failed to tell me that his mother has a
major allergy to perfume. No no, And I showed up
with extra perfume mom because I'm meeting a family for
the and.

Speaker 10 (22:00):
His mother broke out in hides her throat swelled up
and I ended.

Speaker 11 (22:05):
Up going to dinner with just his dad.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
After that will be asked to go.

Speaker 1 (22:08):
It was just poco oh no, girl, your experience was
a little bit more on the rough side compared to mine.

Speaker 2 (22:16):
I have nothing but great things to say.

Speaker 1 (22:20):
H Lri Sharpage is our licensed clinical counselor do you
have any advice for meeting.

Speaker 2 (22:26):
The parents for maybe the first time. If someone's listening,
just don't.

Speaker 9 (22:29):
Try and manage other people's relationships. I know that it
can be really you know, you know, I want this
person to really my mom to really like them, when
my dad you really like them. Allow them to build
their own relationship. Allow them to build that foundation and
know that it may not look the way that you
think it should or want it to.

Speaker 2 (22:45):
But give them the space to do that, because ultimately, if.

Speaker 9 (22:47):
They're going to be in your life for a long time,
you want them to have an independent relationship.

Speaker 2 (22:51):
You don't want to have to micromanage it.

Speaker 1 (22:52):
I like that, all right, Collerton hopefully have a hint
as to what the keyword was based off of our
conversation here five three, seven, four nine one O seven one.
Jonah's brothers are going to be at the heritage next month.
I want to get you in here on Tiff in
the Morning.

Speaker 3 (23:08):
You're waking up with Tiff in the morning on Kiss
one O.

Speaker 1 (23:10):
Seven to one, Good morning. I'm hoping you have a keyword.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
For me, Meet the parent. Congratulations, you got the keyword.
You're going to Jonah's brothers next month. Oh my god,
I'm so excited.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
I try to call all the time.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
And I never get in.

Speaker 1 (23:23):
Hey, well, it's your lucky Monday. My girl, what's your name?
When they already waking up with me and.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
H Clarissa from Covington.

Speaker 1 (23:29):
Clarissa, thanks so much for listening to Tiff in the morning.
If you took a nail on these tickets, we'll do
it again tomorrow. In fact, all week, I'll get you
into Jonas Brothers around eight thirty when you get up
with Tiff in the morning. I don't think there's anything
wrong with having boring meet the parent stories.

Speaker 2 (23:46):
That's kind of mine.

Speaker 3 (23:47):
That was mine.

Speaker 1 (23:47):
Yesterday I met Tom Brady's dad's side of the family
and we just watched the Bengals game in a garage
with They were recliners in the garage people, which is great.
You know, having a clean with a TV, a fridge,
and a recliner. Felt like we were inside and outside
at the same time.

Speaker 8 (24:07):
So when I met my now in laws. When I
met them, I was it was the first time, was
over Thanksgiving and I was there for a couple of days.
So they were like, you know, do you want to
do your laundry? And they were like, yeah, just you know,
use the machine. And I didn't really want to ask questions,
so I don't know what I touched. But I broke
the machine and water started leaking everywhere, and that was

(24:31):
my first impression. So I was not it was not ideal.

Speaker 1 (24:36):
Thank you for the talk back with Tim. I'm not
surprised the washing machines.

Speaker 2 (24:40):
Why are they? Why are they so confusing? Why? I
get that? I support you in that.

Speaker 1 (24:46):
Okay, coming up in three minutes, I'll add the three
things you need to know to get your day started
in Sincy, including some record breaking news out of Great
American Ballpark.

Speaker 3 (24:57):
When you need to know, she's it's three things with Tip.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
Good morning.

Speaker 1 (25:04):
We're gonna take a break from Bengals news to make
room for Reds news. Record breaking news at that give
me a hot sec We're just before nine o'clock on
the sixth of October with your chance to win one
thousand dollars. Around nine oh five ish this morning, before
we get to Great American Ballpark, let's stop over with Diddy.
It was announced late on Friday, so by now you've

(25:24):
probably scrolled past the information, but just in case you haven't,
he was sentenced to fifty months, which is right around
four years of prison time for the two charges and
two counts to.

Speaker 2 (25:36):
Engage in prostitution.

Speaker 1 (25:38):
He's already served about twelve to fourteen months, and he'll
have a five hundred thousand dollars fine which is the
maximum for that sentence, and five years supervised released after
he completes the four months.

Speaker 2 (25:52):
I'm sorry the four years.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
His team is saying that the sentence is not in
line with what the jury's verdict was, but the judge
had said that the psychological, emotional, and physical damage inflicted
on all the victims is the reason why he's getting
the four years, saying that victims experiences will be taken

(26:15):
seriously and that Columbs used fame and power to subjugate
his victims. So I'm sure that Diddy's team will move
forward with the appeal, but as of right now four
years and I am also assuming that we're going to
get a mug shot from Ditty soon.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (26:31):
Second and three things you need to know, Congratulations to
Great American Ballpark.

Speaker 2 (26:37):
The intendance numbers are.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
In, indicating that the Reds had their most attended season
in ten years, an average of twenty six or just
shy a twenty seven thousand people per game across the
eighty games at GABP, which is the highest since twenty
fifteen when they had just shy of thirty thousand. It's

(27:00):
just their first time they've been in the playoffs since
twenty thirteen, although we did go in twenty twenty, but
that was during the COVID season. Congratulations as well to
the Bearcats. They ended up taking a win this weekend,
which was much needed for Cincinnati fans because didn't.

Speaker 2 (27:17):
Go our way this weekend with the Bengals.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
Lastly, in three Things You Need to Know, Bad Bunny
and Doja Kat took over the opening of the SNL season.
Here is Bad Bunny's monologue, Oh my lad, that's K
Pop Demon Hunters.

Speaker 2 (27:29):
Here they are. You might not know these, but I'm
doing the Super Bowl half done show.

Speaker 1 (27:37):
He went on to speak a bunch of Spanish and said,
if you didn't know what I said, you've got four
months to figure it out. That is three things you
need to know for the sixth of October. Happy Monday.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
Your chance at the grand coming up at nine oh five.

Speaker 3 (27:48):
You're waking up with six in the morning.

Speaker 2 (27:49):
You can just let seven One.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
If I brought up the phrase bathroom camping, would you
have any idea what that means? But I bet you've
done it, because I think I did it as early
as yesterday. So Glory Sharp Pages are licensed clinical counselor.
She does the research on all things mental health for us,
and we get a little tidbit every week, you know,

(28:11):
just something to hopefully set you off in a little
bit better of a pace than you were maybe yesterday.
We can't solve it all on one day, but we
can do a little over time.

Speaker 2 (28:20):
And that's always your big thing. Absolutely.

Speaker 9 (28:22):
I know people want the big grand fix, And the
truth is, when it comes to your mental health, it's
those micro moments, those little practices that are going to
make a big difference. And this is a new one
that I recently learned about on TikTok that I agree
that I've been doing too.

Speaker 2 (28:35):
It's called bathroom camping, and it's when.

Speaker 9 (28:38):
You're you know, maybe you're out in about, you're with
your friends, and all of a sudden you're like, I
need a beat, I need a minute, I.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
Need a second.

Speaker 9 (28:46):
How you find yourself in the bathroom, huddled up, taking
a moment. And I want people to know that Number one,
it's okay. It's okay if you need a beat. Anytime
you need a beat, it's okay. You shouldn't feel shame
about it. And that's my one concern with bath from
camping is that people are feeling shameful for needing to
step away. But the truth is that we humans, we
get overstimulated, similar.

Speaker 2 (29:07):
To cats, like time. You know, cats will tell you
when they're overstimulated.

Speaker 9 (29:11):
I want to encourage people to say, you know, I'm
overstimulated and I'm going to go camp out in the
bathroom for a minute and take a break, because it's
a way to kind of make some space.

Speaker 1 (29:21):
Do you have to tell people that you're bathroom camping?
Can you just say, Hey, I'm going to the bathroom
real quick quick, I'll.

Speaker 2 (29:26):
Be right back. You absolutely do not. That is part
of your choice.

Speaker 9 (29:30):
On this, but I do think it's important if you
feel like you can to tell people when you're overstimulated,
if it's impacting your relationship or your ability to be present.
And sometimes going outside can be a better choice than
the bathroom because the bathroom itself can still be very
kind of like overwhelming, So sometimes getting some fresh air
so it doesn't just have to be the bathroom. And no,

(29:51):
you don't have to tell anybody, but it's okay for
you to be over stimulated, and it takes steps to
help yourself regain some space.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
And just say I'm over simulated, I'm going bathroom camping exactly.
See how that goes.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
No, but really calling attention to what's going on inside
your brain. You know, so many conversations that we have
every day are just the ones inside our head, and
we expect other people to know what they are. So
just communicating I think helps quite a bit.

Speaker 2 (30:18):
It's helped me a.

Speaker 9 (30:19):
Ton, absolutely absolutely, So don't be afraid of the bathroom camping,
but just know what's going on and work to accept it.

Speaker 2 (30:27):
That's my girl, Luri's short page.

Speaker 1 (30:28):
