But if we can't, we can't complain about the weather.
It's it's wetter time. It's got to wet underfoot. And yeah,
so we're just getting organized scanning and scanning on Wednesday Thursday,

So I'm looking forward to that.

Do you get nervous pre scanning or you know the
numbers are going to be pretty good.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
Ah, we've done We've done the ear least cut two
weeks ago and they getting pretty good. So I'm pretty sure.
I'm pretty comfidacic in a skin okay, but how you never.
Speaker 1 (01:04):
Know, are saying to Dean Ravers before too any dry
as you do, good do you get? Perhaps if it's
a two D save it for the frazer, but everything
else the money's pretty good.
Speaker 2 (01:14):
Yeah, I know we we head a hand for drives
in the in the early MORBN. You know they killed
very well. So yeah it's good we're getting paid for
the money. And again as well it's good.

So a ground conditions though, how are they holding up?
All things considered to be fair?
Speaker 2 (01:29):
It's a bit damp underfoot. We've actually we've had a
lot of grass grub rounds that's quite soft. But oh yeah,
it's it is what it is. But every time we
sort of start getting shot around the yards, it starts
raining and carrying on and making a mess around the yards.
But that's just normal.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
Grass grub generally an issue there.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
Ah yeah, we always get a back, but I think
this year is probably worse than others. But I don't
can't do anything about it so that it doesn't that
sort of recovers. That's on a call, but it's just
more effect. There's the ground soft if you are feeding out,
you're sort of going to make sure it's for frosty
morning or it's nice and dry. Otherwise you make a
bit of a mess.
Speaker 3 (02:04):
So supplement levels and everything out there, you're pretty content.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
Yep, No, I'll be going leaves, get skating out of
the roads. We're sort of holding years around a bit.
So I've got all the hell saved up for all
the twin years, got the whole and the singles and
the lights going on, a bit of chaill. So yeah,
I'll be glad when skating is over and done with.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
Yeah, so will give you a better indication of what
feed levels will be heading into late winter, I suppose.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Yeah, we're pretty right. I've got like we've always I've
always got a plane the sleeve. But we're probably yeah,
just yeah, just last week we've been but where we
went through a bout my winter crops and we're anticipating.
But hey, we get a dry week this week, we
catch up again.
Speaker 3 (02:42):
How many speed plans have you got out your sleeves?
Speaker 2 (02:45):
Just the one.

And after that? Are you just wigging don't you?

Oh? Yeah? Yeah, Like every week is different. Win a
time you're gonna you're gotta holder it. You can't. You
can't sort of plan your winter at the start of
the window because you don't even know what's going to be,
what's going to happen.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
And I mean, you guys had your ball sal not
that long ago. We're seeing these prices for red meat
and wolves even looking a lot better than what it
has been as well, So the positives for the industry.
Speaker 3 (03:11):
We just got to ride that wave.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
Oh, definitely, it's it's great. We've just we've just show
all the eues, all the all the mixed age us
and you know it's good. We know we're covering our
costs and making a bit of money out of it.
So it's yes, it's looking pretty positive. The wall anyway
and everything.

Really so the club, as soon as it comes off
the backs, it's gone.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
Pretty yeah, pretty much. Yet we're just loaded out some
of the last one this morning actually, so yeah, I
haven't haven't seen what's worth yet, but hopefully it's well
over at seven dollars a little that.

Yes, certainly it makes a big difference getting those figures, eh, yep.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
No, it doesn't. Well, it's always good. You know you're
going to make a bit of the time you pay
the sharing bill and that you're going to have a profit.
So it's yeah, it's good.

Yeah, a little bit more than twenty four packing coming,
so that's always an outstanding result.

Coach there and prims, how are you enjoying it?

It's it's good fun. I makes you really enjoying it. Yeah,
we're going a right at the moment where sitting in
a pretty yeah, it's pretty tight drawer or table at
the moment. So we we've got two tough games left.
We obviously to buy this weekend, so we don't get
any points out of that, but we're we're sitting fourth equal,
so yeah, we've got two tough games come up in

this couple of weeks, which we know what we're going
to do, so time will tell. So yeah, now I'm
looking forward to it.

the dinner table, gets the salt and pepper shakers and
the cutlery and makes an imaginary backline and number eight
there and tries to work on moves or do you

Ah? Not quite like that. And I have spent a
few of the thinking about over the weekend of it.

So, like I said, we've got two tough games and
we sort of probably have to win both of them
to guarantee you semi. So yeah, things. Yeah, that's that's
very tight. It's a good comp Yah, there's there's six seven
six seven teams there, so it could make the semis.
It's good.

Yeah, that's not bad. I mean that many teams involved
at the business end of the season. It's what you
want though, Oh it is.
Speaker 2 (05:08):
Yeah, And like obviously Lott's crew the top of the table.
They've been playing really well. And I went down and
watched that game against clove On, said Dave Villy, and
that was a really close game in the end. And yeah,
just you know, if what team turns on the right day,
they could be toppled.
