I did quite a bit of Googling, read numerous reviews and forum discussions about sourcing Ginseng, and I believe this is the highest quality mainstream product. It has a very high 8% ginsenoside content. It's the highest-rated Ginseng product on Amazon with over 650 customer reviews, which is pretty impressive. The main benefit to a Biohacker of this stuff is as a sleep hack; I get some rockstar sleep on two little tincture-fulls of this stuff. I fall right asleep, slumber deeply, and wake up feeling fully rejuvenated. The Spagyric tincture doesn't taste bad at all. I typically washed it down with a glass of water.
