It's another jubile phone frame Mornings on the twenties. Hello, Yes, Hello,
this is Ted Thibodeau. I'm calling from Chevy of and
I was looking for Mitch.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Yeah, I wondering what's going on in my vehicle? Actually,
you guys are really supposed to have it for a
couple of days, and it's been longer than that.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Yes, yes, that it has been longer than we quoted
you when you brought it in here for the check
engine light that was just blinging away at you, wasn't it.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (00:37):
Yes, what's going on where? I'm calling to let you
know that your vehicle needs to be in here properly
a little longer than expected? Actually, I know it's a
little light.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
What's happening?

Speaker 1 (00:51):
Well, the check engine light was on, and good news,
nothing was wrong there at all, just just some kind
of air in the system making a light come on.
So engines, fine, everything's good to go.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Okay, So why are you keeping my vehicle longer?

Speaker 1 (01:04):
Well, we had a biscuit issue. First of all, are
you making what do you what?

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Are you even saying a biscuit issue?

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Yes? Yes, and this has not happened before. But unfortunately
we had a biscuit issue.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Okay, elaborate, then what does that mean? What is a
biscuit issue?

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Oh, you don't know who biscuit is?

Speaker 2 (01:25):
What? Who is it? I don't even know why I'm
asking what's going on with my vehicle?

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Will our emotional support great Dane who stays around the
dealership you know again, I thought maybe you had met
him when you were here. Anyway, he took a liking
to your truck.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Okay, and are you going to finish your dog here?
I need my vehicle for work.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
And somebody left the door open and he got in
there and he chewed up everything. So the entire interior
has been chewed up by biscuit. Unfortunately, you're kidding?

Speaker 2 (02:07):
Are you serious? Right now? So because your emotional support
great Gain came in and ruined the inside of my
vehicle and now I don't have one?

Speaker 1 (02:17):
What's the Oh my god, I'm sorry about this. Well,
and on top of that, we had a little bit
of a Chad issue as well.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
What what do you even.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Mean We'll Chad we on vehicle?

Speaker 2 (02:34):
How do you have this many stuff? Where Chad?

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Chad works in the shop, and Chad was taking it
out to make sure the engine was oorking right, and unfortunately,
you know, we have to have one of those people
that works for you, a friend or something like that,
that has a maturity level of a high schooler.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
What did he tear up my engine like the dog
torpy inside?

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Well, no, Chad. Chad was driving it around and then
apparently got into a street race with some high schoolers
and kind of crashed into a pole. So also got
the outside that we got to deal with.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Now kidding me.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
A street racer, I did have some and I talked
to Chad about it, and I had some very harsh
words for him. So I don't want you to know
he has been reprimanded. I sat him down and I said, Chad,
what are you thinking? You know this is not a
street racing vehicle. It's a truck. And I said that
straight to him. Didn't pull any punches with that.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Those are your harsh words, Yes, I said, you sh
even raise your voice.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Well you know I don't like to raise my voice.
But I did tell him directly. I said that was
you should not have done that. I said exactly those
words to him. I said, you should not have done that, Chad,
So he knows well that.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Made it all better, didn't it. It's all better now,
isn't it?

Speaker 1 (03:44):
Well? I do I do.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Want in the inside of my vehicle and there's roll
around my vehicle. What are we talking about here? O?
What a business you people run where?

Speaker 1 (03:53):
I want to let you know all the repairs are
going to be free of charge, of course, because we
had a biscuit issue in the chad issue on top
of that, and we do have a loan for you
that you can have in the meantime, just to let
you know the loan vehicle that you're gonna be getting,
we do. We are an environmentally safe company, so we
will be an e bike you have to have for

three months at least.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Oh e bykee. Are you kidding me right now? You
must be kidding me right now. You must be on
some serious drugs. What is happening, hey, Mitch?
