Speaker 1 (00:01):
The Jewil Show on demand. It's another Jewbil phone frame
Heday Mornings on the twenties. Hello, this is Pete Eakins,
the Homeowners Association president high Rose. How are you today? Oh? Oh,

(00:23):
I'm well. I was doing well, but now I'm very
curious what's going on. I'm calling today because of what
I saw outside of your house. My halloween decorations. Okay,
if you call that decorating, then yes, the halloween. Okay,

(00:45):
So you've lived here almost a year now? Is this
your first Halloween in our community? Yes? Was I like
supposed to wait till October first to set up? I
didn't know. I had no idea. Halloween's my favorite holiday.
So I got excited a little excited, jumped the gun
a little bit. Are you aware that we have little

(01:06):
ones in our neighborhood? Yes, I'm counting them them for
trick or treats? Yes, that's a candy. I'm ready for them,
don't worry. And are you aware that little ones get
scared by seeing dead bodies in a front yard? You
mean my zombies? They're not real? Is this real? Are

(01:30):
you being serious right now? I've been the homeowners Association
president here for fifteen years. And I do have a
little bit of a joke that I tell people when
they ask me if I'm being serious, I say, I'm
a home owners association president. Have I ever told a
joke in my life? No? I haven't. That is my joke.
My joke is about how I'm serious. Okay, well you
better seriously take your attitude somewhere else, because this is

(01:51):
my house and my yard and my favorite holiday. And
I'm not changing anything my house, my yard. I'm the
homeowners association president of this community, meaning that yard is
not yours, that house is not yours. Technically they belong
to me. So I'm guessing you didn't read the pamphlet
about Halloween decorations this year that we sent out. I

(02:15):
didn't get any pamphlate or anything like email was delivered
in an email as well. Do you check your email
because we sent an email as well. No, no, I haven't.
I haven't seen an email. Can you? Could you get
to the point the point your president? Your Halloween decorations
are not only too early, they also go against our
community guidelines community? What this is Halloween? What do you mean?

(02:39):
What guideline for Halloween? More gory, what the hell, I
noticed that you had zombies outside, a big zombie theme,
a big fun zombie theme. Murdered the bodies, zombie yard.
Why is that a problem? Oh my god, Well, not

(02:59):
only is it in sensitive to the undead, it's insensitive
to all of your neighbors, especially the little ones that
have to see it. I don't know what you're doing
right now, but this is insane. There's no Halloween rules.
What rules? All decorations must be non offensive. Now imagine
if I am offensive. All decorations must be approved by

(03:20):
the home of Association president, which would be me. And
I did not approve a zombies and I definitely did
not approve that jack O'Lantern. No, you're going to have
a Jackie lantern. You must have a jillow lantern as well.
Your rules? Are you? This is crazy? It's all right?
Are you nearious? Hello, there's a word I haven't heard
in a while. And by the way, you'd have a

(03:44):
sign outside that has the H word on it. We're
not using that word either. It's October. Don't please. Okay,
I'm not finding you for that. I'm not finding you
for those yet, but I will say Halloween. No, because
of the Wien part it reminds people of a place
on the body. And no, we will not be talking
about that publicly. At Blank Blake Community. It'll be called

(04:05):
October thirty first Festivities. The next time I can run
for homeowners Association. I'm running and I'm gonna beat you
and kick you out of this neighborhood weirdo. What's your
name again? My name? I need to get your names
I can write this time. Pete Eakins. Make sure you
get that right. Pete Eakins, the homeowners Association president of
the community. Wait, so you're Peekins. Your name is Peteakins. Yes,

(04:30):
my name is Petekins. Okay, Peekins, Okay, now I know
this is a no, you're correct. This is actually Jewil
from The Jewilshow doing a phone prank on you and
your husband. Lucas set you up. Yeah, you know me
